Appearance:
History: Brassica's adopted sister from the Saiyans time growing up on the homeworld of the Simians, Jul'ica serves as Brassica's personal sparring partner, big sister figure and personal guard. She's the one who wound up teaching her most of the stuff she knows about surviving on the harsh world the Simians call home.
Techniques:
Offensive
[N1] Ki Roar: Generates an orb of ki in front of her open mouth before then firing it, similar to an Oozaru's breath beam
Support
[SU] Flight: Yeah she can fly. Learned from watching Brassica so much
[SU] Bulk Up: By some means, usually via a significant increase in muscle mass, you increase your offensive power at the cost of your defenses, this results in an increase of your offensive pl by +x1 and a decrease of your defensive PL by -x3. You must have a transformation that provides at least +x3 defensive PL to use this technique. Using Power Weighted costs 0 KP in a KP Battle (This is a Flavour Tech atm since as a Guard she has no transformations, but atm all it does is make her bigger)
Transformations: (Even though she is a non-canon/non-created race, Jul'ica has no transformations as she's a Guard atm. Will revisit when I upgrade her to Minion)
