((Decided to make this to get another boost to power so hopefully I can get Saiyan Soul and get that strong early game going))
Okora's eyes were shutting against his will as he flew through the night sky. He tried to command his rebellious lids to stay open, but alas they shut down upon his black-colored seers and his mind began to wander...
The force of the wind against his face was enough to wake the young hybrid up and to make him realize that the ground was quickly approaching. Quickly flaring his aura, he just managed to stop himself a few inches above the dirt. He hyperventilated out of fear for a bit before pulling his life back together and rubbing his eyes. "Gah! Must have fallen asleep! Damn, I gotta watch myself. Maybe I should take a rest..." The boy yawned and stretched before finding what looked to be a soft patch of grass and, after taking off the upper part of his dogi and hanging it on a nearby branch, laying down on it. The hybrid was tired after a long day flying from Satan City to some mountain in the South Islands. Not to mention after the encounter he had had with the human and the other guys there. He yawned once more before putting his hands behind his head and closing his eyes.
The smell of something rotten woke Okora and he sat up with a start. It was dark, darker than it should have been. Light shown in between the cracks of what looked to be sharp rocks. Okora also noted that he was laying on something wet and that felt spongy. Droplets of smelly water were dripping down on his head. That's when realization hit him. He hadn't teleported into some soggy cave. No, he was in the mouth of a very large creature. "EEEEEEEEEEWWWWWW!!" He screamed as he flared his energy aura and raised his power level to the max. The large T-Rex that had ate him puffed out his cheeks as the burst of power caused his mouth to expand. Suddenly, the creature's jaws were being lifted open by the human thing he had put in his mouth earlier to eat later.
~This is odd...~ The dino thought before Okora shot himself out of the creature's mouth and hovered in front of his face. "What the actual hell is wrong with you?! You don't just freaking eat someone who's trying to sleep!" The T-Rex tilted it's head at the screaming morsel before lashing out with it's jaws to try and eat the boy again. "I freaking hate DINOSAURS!!" And so Okora probably became the only person ever to utter those words as he ki-slapped the T-Rex into the mountain side, killing it.
Okora inhaled and exhaled slowly, trying to calm himself down so he could go back to sleep. That's when he remembered that he had hung the top half of his new dogi on a branch near where he had been sleeping. Sighing with frustration, Okora started to follow the dinosaur's tracks back to where he had been sleeping. When he arrived he was treated to the site of a large pterodactyl man trying to squeeze into the top. "Heh heh, score! I'll get all the babe with this little number on! If only it wasn't so -huff- tight!" Okora's frustration grew as he marched up to the anthropomorphic creature. "Hey buddy! That's my dogi, and I'd like it back before your sweat gets all over it!" The pterodactyl man looked down at Okora and chuckled. "Sorry kid, but finders are keepers kapeesh? Rule of the Wild numero uno. Learn it." He then attempted to stomp his foot down on Okora but the hybrid caught it with both hands and rose into the air, making the creature fall over. "Looks like I'll just have to force it off ya then." He then began to spin around in a circle, his grip on the creature's foot causing to the creature to spin too. Okora began spinning at high speeds and the creature screamed as dizziness set in. The dogi top eventually slipped off and began to float down out of the air. Okora smirked and let go of the pterodactyl man, sending him flying over the tree-tops.
Okora sighed and began to hover over to where the dogi top was floating down at. Just as he was reaching out for it however, a monkey leaped off a branch and snagged it out from in front of him. The monkey landed on another branch and slipped the top on. His monkey friends appeared on the branch and looked in wonder at their buddy's acquisition. The kung-fu monkey mimicked a few fighting poses he had saw training travelers do and his friend's applauded him. Okora stared in disbelief at the scene in front of him before bursting out laughing. He floated over to the thief monkey and applauded him before motioning for him to give the dogi back. "Alright little buddy, show's over. You've had your fun, but I really need that back." The monkey looked at Okora's hand before slapping it away with his tail and "ooo-ing" at him before leaping away onto another branch and then another. Okora growled and flared his energy, chasing after him. Branches slapped him in the face and caused him to lose both sight and speed. Soon he was only catching glimpses of the dogi wearing monkey laughing as he got farther ahead.
Okora stopped flying and sighed. There was only one way to get his gi back. That way was to beat the monkey at his own game. Okora landed on a branch and bounced off of it onto another, increasing his speed to the max as he bounced to another, then another, then another. Pretty soon he was gaining ground on the monkey and was enjoying his new way of travel. It thrilled him to swing across a crevice on a vine and to do a back-flip mid-air before landing on another branch. Perhaps flying wasn't the funnest way to travel. Not to mention the work-out it was giving him. The focus on successfully landing on a branch and timing his jumps and swings. He was even more tired than before but the thrill of the chase was keeping him moving. Soon Okora saw the monkey resting on a branch up ahead and he quickly pounced on it, taking off his top and sliding it back on. He brushed off the monkey fur on it before patting the sleepy monkey's head and hopping off the branch. That was when Okora noticed the tree was on the edge of a cliff... on top of the mountain. Okora's eyes widened as he realized just how far he had gone in the chase having started at the base. He looked over the cliff and saw the sun rising, and his breath was taken away by the view. The Southern Islands lay in front of him in all their glory. He could see the cities and towns, the forests and lakes. The ocean sparkled and reflected the rising sun's brilliance. "I-it's indescribable." Okora sat on the cliff and let his legs dangle over the edge as he stared into the beauty of the Earth. A single thought came to him.
~I want to protect this... all of it...~
The young warrior sighed happily as he layed down on his back and decided that the best way to regain his family's pride was to protect the planet they lived on. Not by joining the Saiyan Solar Empire and helping conquer it. No, Okora decided to side with the humans in whatever conflict was happening. He would side with the Earth against anything.
And with that thought on his mind, the peaceful saiyan hybrid closed his eyes and finally went to sleep.
