Chaos and fire. This was the world that lay before the genetically created weapon being. The Saiyan Empires assault had devastated several structures in the nearby area, with the bodies of soldiers and civilians littering the floor. Several of the giant Oozaru creatures could be seen rampaging and fighting what forces they could locate. From just simply observing this one location, even if the Earth were to somehow push back the Solar Saiyan Empire, it would be a pyrrhic victory at best.
Zyajin found himself ruminating on this subject as he repositioned himself to the nearest semi-intact skyscraper, allowing him to take in the surroundings from a higher vantage point. The Final Input Code that the humans had created when designing him ensured that he would obey and all commands from whomever the Code was programmed to make him serve, which in this case, was the Empress of the Saiyans, Zucceta. However, the Empress was not here to give him any orders, and he felt no compunction to obey any of the local Saiyan officers in their demands.
On the other hand, he also felt no compunction to aid those who called the Earth home. Whilst some would argue that he should fight to protect his birth world, the Bio-Android would argue back that he had no true birth world, being an artificial life form after all. It was strange... he had been created for this very purpose, for this very battle... and yet here he was, merely watching and observing. "Perhaps a quirk of my Namekian genetic heritage." he mused as he stood there.
His tail flicked back and forth almost lazily as he stood there, watching the mindless Giant Apes go about their business of destruction, the war machines of Earth fighting back. In a way it was almost poetic the scene. The savage primal fury of nature against the cold merciless wrath of industry. Now the question remained... what was he to do?
Logically he should be fighting against the humans, given that that was whom Zucceta was facing... however, he could sense there were several ki signatures in the region that conformed to that of Saiyans, but were fighting against other Saiyans. Half breeds no doubt, but that only threw the situation into even more contention for the bio engineered weapon of destruction.
His Saiyan blood demanded that he fight, but with his current Power Level, he knew that he was no match for quite a few of the combatants throughout the area, and it would serve no purpose for him to die the very same day that he'd been "born". He glanced down as a column of human war walkers arrived near his location, one of them apparently gesturing in his direction. Was he trying to get my attention? the Bio-Android mused before narrowing his eyes as a few sparks of light erupted amongst them... sparks that were getting closer to his position.
Missiles. That decided it for the Bio-Android. They decided he was their enemy without any provocation, nor negotiation. They will suffer for their ignorance and receive only death. He held out his palm and fired off a series of basic ki balls at the missiles, detonating them before they got too close. Zyajin then leapt from his vantage point and plummeted to the ground below, using the smoke from the explosions as his cover, the humans below believing that they had scored a critical hit against him.
How terribly mistaken they were.

//Meduim Weights on, Thread PL: 9,980
The old Captain grunted awake; arms uncrossing from their perch as his nap was so rudely halted. Dark eyes glancing up as thumb tugged his hat back into place from where it had been shielding the sunlight. Dusting his jacket off, the grizzled soldier took a glance around. In the distance then, the city was under fire yet again. "Just pass through, and errythin' goes to straight gutter just like usual." he sighed to himself; grabbing a handful of dirt and rubbing it between his palms. The Sheriff couldn't do power scans himself; but that's exactly why he had a scouter. Setting the old modeled thing over his ear, he started switching through channels. The arrow lock skimming over the besieged city until it clicked; homing in on the attacker.
"Pft. Four thousand? Good thing I'm wearing weights." Even reformed, the Saiyan was typical for his disdain for worthless fights. His time on Earth only making him have a dislike for useless violence; just like how he had been. Energy flared, spiking around the towering ex-raider as he took off; leaving a stream of bright cyan energy behind him as he soared.
His stop was just as abrupt, coming to a complete stop in view of the Bio-roid. The tail that wrapped around his waist undid itself for a moment; using the appendage to plant a stubby cigar between thin, scarred lips. His energy saw to lighting it; part to insult the other fighter, and part just because he had a bad smoking habit. Acrid smog flicked out his mouth between breathes; making sure the slayer knew that it was a Saiyan he saw. The scouter flared; checking the foe up and down.
"Oi! Bug boy!" The Sheriff called out around his smoldering tobacco stick. The scouter read along what it was. So there was some Saiyan blood in him; that sent Val's blood to boil. "You part of the Queen's crap ain't ye? Well, ya done picked the wrong time to wake me up. See, I'm gettin' pretty old, need my sleep y'know. And when young lil suckas wake me up, especially when killin' normal folk who can't fight back, right done makes me pretty unhappy."
Energy pooled around the fighter, but his arms stayed cross.
"Out, get on goin' lad. I know ye ain't know what's right n' wrong. Used ta be as bad as ye meself; but I'd rather nawt kill ye before you learn who you are. Besides yer DNA, make ya own path and all."

Zyajin was finishing consuming one of the humans that had fired the missiles at him, their body wriggling faintly as it slid down his tail, before noticing the arrival of a Saiyan, an old one by the looks of them. The Bio-Android swiftly finished his meal before turning to face him properly. He could tell the older males power exceeded his own by more than double, so chose to not pursue a fight. Besides, all he was doing was speaking.
He stood there and listened to the elder speak before he shrugged his shoulders. "I was content to observe the situation until these "normal folk who can't fight back" as you put it, decided to open fire on me. I gave no provocation for the assault, nor did they even attempt communications." he said, gesturing to the remains of the battle walkers the humans had been using.
"Assuming I'm one of the Queen's soldiers solely from the presence of my Saiyan DNA is a gross exaggeration." he said, before chuckling. "Ironic as well given the fact that it was Earth's government who were the ones that ordered my creation, utilising Saiyan DNA, along with that of humans and Namekians." he informed the old Saiyan warrior. He looked around the area casually.
"As for my own path... I am content to watch for now. The Saiyans altered the Final Input Code so that I would obey their leader Zucceta, rather than the current head of the Earth Government. Any that strike me without provocation, I will strike back, as you can see here." said the Bio-Android, as normally as one might discuss the weather.
He chuckled once more. "It's strange. I was created to be a weapon for this very conflict by the government twenty Earth years ago... and here I stand, not caring if my foe is Earth or Vegeta. Perhaps a quirk of my Namekian DNA that the scientists had not foreseen?" he asked of the old man. "Yes, I said I would obey Zucceta, but thats the funny thing about programming... I will obey only Zucceta. None of her underlings are authorised to give me orders." he said before looking to the north.
"And I doubt she is even aware that I exist. It's an interesting conundrum. I should go to her and receive my instructions, but I am as a gnat to an elephant in the scheme of events in the north. So, instead I am content to remain here and observe the dichotomy of nature versus science. If one side chooses to fight me, then I will fight back. Regardless if they are Earth, or Saiyan Empire." he said to the old man, wondering if that would serve to placate him. "If it makes you feel any better, I killed a few Saiyans of the Empire when I was "born" not a few hours ago." said Zyajin, once more shrugging.
He looked out to one of the surviving humans who had been watching the exchange. "Hmm... I do not recall your walker firing upon me. Is this correct?" he asked, the human frantically nodding. "Then leave. And tell your comrades if you wish of what transpired here. Should they wish to live, they should leave me be." The soldier quickly nodded and fled, the Bio-Android's nose wrinkling slightly. "I will never understand the human biological reaction that creates such a disgusting odour emanating from their lower regions."

[Thread PL: 5,656]
The flames that were erupting in the nearby city began to change from red and orange to blue and white. Ryuga's blue flames soared high into the sky, roaring angrily as it swallowed up everything in it's path. Ryuga couldn't help but cackle as his flames over-took the Oozaru's own, the saiyans that came to face him would pause as they saw the half demon walk out of the fire. As he faced the saiyans, he wasn't sure he truly should be fighting them, well technically he shouldn't be fighting the humans either... but he couldn't help himself... a war was the perfect scenario for him! He hated humans with a passion, enjoying this destruction of everything they held dear... but he also feared the saiyans. His own teacher having instilled that fear in the him by beating him to a bloody pulp the first time they had met.
Ryuga eyed the saiyan foot soldiers warily before taking off into the sky, deciding against fighting the mass of the army that was here to invade earth. Instead, he flew up towards two other power that he could sense above him... it would be far easier for him to face two people instead of an army.
As he approached however, he could sense that one of the powers was greatly stronger than him... and the other weaker... however the smells were strange... one was clearly saiyan while the other smelled human but also had a saiyan stench to him. To say he was curious was an understatement. He flew up until he was just a safe distance away from the two power levels, silently watching them, assessing the situations. Apparently, the one who smelled mostly human was being attacked by the humans... and the saiyan? He scratched his head as he watched the scene unfold.
"This is weird... who is this guy if they both want him dead?" He asked himself as he crossed his arms and sat down in the air, his tail swinging back and forth behind him, leaving a small trail of fire as it moved. He watched then as the human smelling one explained the situation, smirking softly as he totally understood the man's predicament. Based on his looks, the human's had assumed that the man was their enemy.
"Well, as much as he stinks... if this comes to fisti cuffs I guess im on his side... huh... looks like the old man's having more of an impact on me than I'd like." He spoke to himself once more. He would be visible to the two just hovering there now, but he made no move yet to introduce himself, or to intrude.

The Sheriff let his shoulders relax, power vanishing until it was enough to keep him afloat. "Bio androids. Yet to meet one of you who isn't rotten to the core. But plenty of people could say the same about my race." Cigar was tugged by furry tail, letting him exhale a cloud of smoke as he watched the fleeing human soldier. The usual distaste for weakness was not visible on this Saiyan Warrior's face, if anything concern was well hidden by his scarred and weathered features. Free hand raised to itch his beard. "Can't blame 'em lad. We're weird to these folk, odd beings with too much power for them to comprehend. Gods, some would call us. And demons, the rest. If Zucceta has to command ye, then you can truely make your own path if you avoid her." The cigar was replaced; a moment of silence as he puffed away. Letting his words at least be heard by the experiment.
"Still. I'm nothin' compared to the Queen too. Would rather not run interference with the Royal Bitch's plans if I don't have to, she'd wipe the floor with me. And you. And everyone else on this world. But it's your home too, and I gotta make sure ya know that."
The warrior dug through his flapping duster, yanking out a bit of parchment. It took him a moment, but the directions were down, and he tossed the odd triple-hybrid the note. "Directions to Lucia, me town. Bastards like us ain't got much kid, but you swing by and we'll feed you something that doesn't have a pulse at least." The threat behind it was clear, The Captain was giving the odd creation a place to sleep and be as safe as you could during a Saiyan War. At the price of that if he tried to eat someone, or King Kai help him if he succeeded, the old warrior would bear down on him with a fist that would make an Acrosian flinch.
"Asides, once you beef up a bit, I could use a half decent sparrin' partner." A mischievous glint came to dark eyes, and a roguish grin that made the soldier seem half a decade younger.

Zyajin closed his eyes and smirked a little with a chuckle. "Home. And what makes Earth my home exactly?" he asked the old Saiyan, his senses detecting another presence nearby, another one that was stronger than himself... but not that much stronger. That one he could probably take on. But the Bio-Android returned his focus to the old Saiyan. "My DNA has been harvested from Vegeta, Namek and Earth... simply because I was created here doesn't make it my home." he said as he looked out at the destruction raging around them.
"I am a weapon, nothing more. My only purpose is to get stronger than those I face, and destroy or devour them." said the Bio-Android, his eyes growing distant as he spoke. "It's what I was created for. It's what I was designed for. It is written into my very genetic code... which is something a little more than for example Saiyan bloodlust." shrugged Zyajin, speaking as if it were obvious fact, immutable and unchangeable. "Would you say a sword is home on Earth simply because it was forged here, when its metals come from more than one world?" he asked the cowboy Saiyan.
He looked at the note, and after a moments thought accepted it before putting it into his trouser pockets. "I do not require sustenance. A quirk of being an artificial existence." shrugged Zyajin before he looked out once more at the war raging in the distances, the pale lights of the fires flickering amongst the ruins of the city. "Curious... I can sense their living energy, each one a small or large light... and I can see them all being snuffed out, one by one... some growing dimmer as the fight goes on, others flaring with the intensity of the sun for moments at a time... and I feel nothing for them." he mused as he stared out unblinking.
"The scientists who created me, whom I absorbed and consumed for their knowledge, would think it... an emotional sight to behold. A million candles in the darkness of space, like the pin prick light of the stars. Some shining brighter than others... before being blown out, their essences fading away like smoke on the wind." remarked the Bio-Android before he looked at his guests. "What would you make of it? The same sort of thoughts perhaps, or would a Saiyan and a Demon think of something else?" he queried. Since he could not absorb anyone in the presence of this Saiyan, he would have to resort to more mundane means of gathering information.

"Who cares about all this crap..." The young demon sighed as he sat there, looking like a teenager bored out of his mind in the middle of class. The only thing that interested him conversation was the hybrids ability to gain knowledge through the consumption of his victims. How did he do it? Personally, when he ate others it was literally just because he was hungry, or in such a blood lust he simply enjoyed the sensation of tearing through flesh.
"Wow who cares? Honestly how can you be so boring to listen to. I was hoping you two would pound the hell out of each other or something, I'm already getting bored" The teen complained as he stood up straight once more, stretching his arms up towards the sky as a yawn escaped his lips. He was bored, meaning he was seriously considering leaving the two to whatever the hell they were chatting about to continue following the war. He was on no one's side, but he would indulge himself. He would practice his techniques, fill his stomach and hopefully walk away without Snippar being any the wiser about what he was doing.

"My young amigo, home is what ye make it. But everyone deserves one. I'm sure ye got plenty of pain in there, lots of confusion. But you'll find yer way. Just know that somebody believes ya can make the right choice. Heritage don't mean squat." He flexed a fist for empathizes. "Tell Saiyans the same thing, nothin' but war machines, but you can overcome it. Ye got a bit of DNA like mine in ya, hell we might even be related. But I won't tell you how to live yer life."
He paused to smoke again, right now ignoring the little demon as he talked to his....extremely distant man-made relative. "What ye describe sounds like a planet being wiped out. Saiyan Empire does that y'know, pretty common actually. Anyone who can sense Ki would be able to feel it. But I ain't no smart man."
The grizzled fighter cast an eye over at the little welp, letting a 'tch' noise come between clicked teeth and tongue. Scouter clicked, zooming in on the arrival with usual haste. Heads up display lighting up as arrows circled around the form. "Not even six thousand. Distaste for life too; seen that look in eyes before." The Saiyan swayed a hand; gesturing from the biologic android to the.... "half breed." The Captain thought outloud. The only reason his scouter knew Demon signatures was because he'd faced one before. "Eat that one. You got some semblance of honor, android, I can sense that much. But demons...." His tail grabbed the cigar without thinking, allowing the soldier to spit. "Ain't much in that heart. Or whatever passed for it."
He raised his voice to let the hybrid hear his gruff tones better.
"Aye young'un, I know exactly what you are. And what yer about. Best wipe you off my home 'afore ye start muckin' about."

The Bio-Android shrugged his shoulders at the demon's commentary. "His power level that I can sense is more than double my own." said Zyajin towards the firey little male. "It would be illogical for me to even attempt to strike at him, as the success rate, even with my Namekian physiology, would be less than ten percent." he explained. "And that's factoring in the unknown extent of his capabilities. An old Saiyan is an oxymoron, and therefore should be considered quite dangerous given the nature of their culture." Zyajin said to the demon boy, as if this was the most logical thing to consider.
He looked over at the Saiyan who was discussing their third talk member. He gave a snort. "He has given me no valid reason to fight him, beyond his desire to end his boredom." he said, although he did tilt his head as he considered the situation. "I do wonder what sort of information and power I would obtain if I were to consume a member of the Demon Realm..." mused the Bio-Android aloud before he looked at the demon boy in full. "Would you mind if I were to consume you and find out? I assure you, it won't hurt, and for all that I am aware, your mind may still exist within my own after your physical form has been converted into energy." he asked politely. The old man had said it would be alright, but what did the demon boy think about all of this?

"Hey! Who the hell are you calling a half breed you old fart!" Like a moth to a flame, the only works Ryuga heard, where the one's that were truly mocking him. He absolutely hated his human heritage, and to be acknowledged as a half breed meant he carried more of those traits than he wanted too. His eyes narrowed on the saiyan as his blue flames angrily flared up around him for a moment before fading back down to the small little orbs of fire that danced around his horns and tails. He literally growled at the saiyan, before his eyes darted back over to the stinky human... saiyan... thing. He was babbling again, talking about statistics or whatever which only annoyed Ryu since he didn't understand half of what he was saying. What he did understand though, was the very real threat of the creature wanting to eat him.
"Like hell I'd let you eat me! What the hell kind of knowledge do you think my 15 year old brain can give you idiot? Tch." The half demon yelled at the bio-android. He might have been 'alive' for a thousand years, locked away in that pendant but he was never really conscious in those years... at least, not enough to really learn anything. Technically, he was still the 15 year old boy who had been sealed all those years ago, and he had a lot of anger issues to work out.
"You know you saiyans are a real bunch of assholes... no matter what side you're fighting for. That two of you old guys that want to beat up on a kid. Least Snips had a reason to fight me, the hell did I ever do to you?" He asked of the saiyan, eyeing him carefully in case he made a move. Of course, now he was backtracking his words... he would get beaten pretty badly again if he fought this guy, and so tried to make up for his mistake of provoking him as best he knew how... which apparently was provoking him further.

Jovial eyes flashed dark, showing that the old soldier wasn't so far down the road to redemption as he'd like to believe. A demon should be able to sense that much, even a half breed. "And who said that I wasn't going to beat you within an inch of your life and feed you to him. Halfbreed " The Captain knew a bluff when he saw one; old fart he may be, he'd seen enough warriors come and go to call it out too. Talk about a poker face. "Ain't so such thing as a demon with innocence lad, sure you snuffed a few innocents out already. Be doin' the world a favor."
Energy started to flare around the ex-raider, Saiyan pride saying...no, demanding he put the little welp in his place. Duster swirled as his Ki gathered; undoubtedly about to start some attack. Hair stood along his arms; wanting to unload his newly gained abilities. But..... he looked over the city, where human lives had been put to pay. He wasn't here to fight more, even if it was a demon. He could see his wife in the back of his mind, amethyst eyes disapproving of his anger, of his Saiyan pride. As soon as it had come, he'd let it go with a large exhale. Shaking black hair, as if waking from a bad dream.
"Just a stupid kid. I was like that once. Almost got me killed too, ye got your own way to walk too huh?" He said it almost to himself. Maybe the demon would also find the road to redemption like Val had. He doubted it, but anyone who knew him before his Earth Escapades would say the same about the young hot headed Saiyan Soldier he had been. Truely, fate was fickle, and very cruel to the sheriff.
"Well Namemanyan." Val addressed the bio android, having granted it a mental race name combining all three it's traits. Not very pretty, but hey he wasn't a genius in any regard besides fishing and fighting. "Guess you missed out on a meal, awful rude of him to deny ya, but I ain't the type to be takin' no life without merit. Put that in yer databanks, a Saiyan with mercy."

The Bio-Android tilted his head at the demon boy. "Fifteen years of experience is still something to consider. Combine that with your own unique physiology added to my own, and the results would be interesting to witness." he said to him as explanation for why he could possibly want to consume him. He blinked when the demon called him old though and burst into a fit of laughter. He continued to laugh for a few minutes before slowly finishing up. "This may surprise you demon, but I am actually far younger than you. I am only a couple of hours old." he revealed, looking at the Saiyan as he came up with a name for him.
"I prefer to take my meals myself. I do need to exercise the limits of my capabilities after all, and a workout before a meal is supposed to help the digestion apparently according to the information I obtained from my creators." he said before looking at the destroyed battle mechs of the humans. "Not that they offered much in the way of a workout... also, I prefer the name Zyajin. I find it... ironically suitable. My given name if you could call it that, is Weapon's Project: Z-J 25051991... hence why I've seen fit to call myself Zyajin." he said with a shrug before regarding the demon boy once more.
"As for my wishing to beat you up, I do not find myself caring for your well-being one way or the other. I can detect that you're just stronger than myself by a small measure, but it is within my parameters should it come to that, but only if you were to instigate such a fight." admitted the Bio-Android with a shrug. His tail lazily swung from side to side, the sharp needle at its tip glistening in the sunlight with the dried blood from previous victims. "Also, even if you were to somehow push me to a near death state with the level of power you have, I'm afraid that it would do you no good." he admitted to the demon.
"My Saiyan DNA allows me to increase my power exponentially after recovering from a near death state, and combine that with the accelerated regenerative properties of my Namekian DNA... I would be back to full strength and even stronger than you are now. My human DNA would then allow me to learn any of the techniques you used during our fight rather quickly." the Bio-Android explained, shrugging his shoulders as if the outcomes were already decided. "I was designed and created to be the ultimate living weapon. So, logically speaking, it wouldn't be in your interests to start a fight with me, unless you intended to make me stronger than yourself."

"Stop calling me that!" Ryuga growled again as he was called a halfbreed, drawing his sword this time that immediately erupted into the same blue flames that danced on his body now. He braced himself with his sword out in front of him, his fangs barred as the older man let his own ki flare up around his body, no doubt ready to unleash some form of attack on him. If he was going to beat someone stronger than him, he'd definitely have to be smarter than he had been with Snips. A smirk suddenly crossed the demon's features as he realized just what it was he would do if this fight got ugly.
However just as fast as his plan formulated, the energy around the old man died down and he seemed to back off, calling him nothing but a stupid kid. Which in all fairness was true... and he could deal with that truth more than he could deal with his heritage. That's whenever the bio-android spoke up, causing Ryu to roll his eyes at the creature as his eyes shifted towards him, never truly letting his guard down around the saiyan.
"I wasn't referring to you as old you idiot." Ryuga growled at the bio android. He had been referring to Snippar and how he acted the first time they had met... of course he had just finished slaughtering a whole village then... and ate a good amount of the humans that lived there so of course his actions were validated... but still.
'Hey... if this thing keeps getting stronger... than no doubt he'll become a threat to the people Snips cares about so much... maybe if I kill him here and now, and stop him from getting any stronger I can get into the old man's good graces for a while... Maybe I can blame my own damage here on the fight too...' The boy thought to himself as his grin crept back up onto his face. This was perfect, he wanted to beat someone up today that was able to do more than throw a weak ass punch. He just hoped that the saiyan decided to stay the hell out of it... maybe he should wait and see if the saiyan would leave...
"Hah... with all that potential power, and i'm looked at as the bigger threat? like hell. You keep on eating people and getting stronger, then you'll be Earth's greatest threat in no time. As much as I dislike humans, Snippar would kill me if I just let someone like you go. Besides, you can't learn my techniques, or get stronger if you're dead." Perfect, that speech should hopefully keep the saiyan off his back for the time being. He gripped his sword with his right hand, extending his left towards Zyajin.
"Dark Impulse!" He called out as a raging fire built up around his hand, engulfing it until it was launched forward in a funnel of fire headed straight for the bio-android.

Well it looked like a fight was to be had, and since he was strong enough to take both the android and the demon by himself, the Saiyan kicked back. Leaning against the nearest object (that happened to be a tree miraculously not knocked over); and lighting a new cigar. Dark eyes tracking the energy blast and letting a grunt of amusement out.
Fast attack, no warning to opponent. Either he'd do a lot of damage right off the bat, or just piss off Zy. Personally, he'd use a beam attack for a first strike. Lot quicker and less flashy, but then again he wasn't a demon and it wasn't his place to say what was right and what was wrong. Every one had a different fighting style, and if the kid wanted to start off strong so be it. If he ended up being eaten well, Val wasn't going to intervene. Or was he? It was just a kid after all, couldn't even have been halfway done puberty yet. Everyone's hot headed at that age, he thought to himself, watching the fight with experienced eyes. We'll see how it plays out then I suppose. He might end up dinner anyway.

"Technically I could still learn your techniques in death." remarked the Bio-Android as the demon boy psyched himself up for a conflict. "I would just do so in the Afterlife, and then fight you in Hell. You are of demonic descent after all." he said, observing in detail how this Dark Impulse attack was performed.
"Intriguing. Allow me to demonstrate my own ranged capabilities then." he said, charging ki energy into his right hand before thrusting it towards the Dark Impulse. "Azure Beam Rifle!" he invoked, a brilliant deep blue beam of energy which collided with the Dark Impulse's own blue fire.
The two conflicting techniques created an explosion of brilliant blue light before becoming as smoke, as is usually the result of two ranged blasts colliding with one another at near equal powers.
Using the explosion as cover, the Bio-Android surged towards the demon boy at his top speed, trying to strike at the demon with any of his limbs. If his tail made the connection, he would then immediately try to pierce it into the demons flesh to try and drain some of the demon halfbreeds DNA for himself, followed by the words, "I wonder what you taste like."
