((Learning Kikoho in this thread))
Kaula sat in the gravity chamber, her hair had been dyed blonde. Seemed she also managed to get some teal contacts. Oh, wait.. That wasn't the case, she was just in super saiyan form, of course. Well.. She wasn't just sitting there. The girl seemed to be floating in the chamber as she struggled to keep afloat in the heavy gravity of the room. The Saiyan closed her eyes as she brought her hands to her knees, gripping at them. She seemed like she had been trying to meditate. However - the appearance of three drones soon disrupted the training she had done.
Her eyes shot open as she suddenly twisted in the air, facing the very first one as she pointed her index and middle finger towards it. "DODONPA!" the girl shouted out, a thin crimson beam shooting from the fingers and piercing the first drone. It exploded gloriously as the girl went to grin a bit. She was getting a lot better at that technique. She moved to rush forward, not as fast as she liked since she was still in heavier gravity, but she soon simply went to spin in the air, kicking the second drone into the last. They simply smashed into each other before falling to the ground.
The Super Saiyan slowly lowered to the ground herself, standing there as she started to pant out softly as she.. Well.. Just stood there, hunched over. After, apparently, catching her breath the girl took up a stance, reaching to her back to draw her longsword. She moved to start practicing her skills afterwards, the girl was slashing through the air. Kicking at nothing. Simply moving all elegantly as a few beads of sweat dripped from her body.
Reikiko knew she was likely a bit upset - all the others had gone off to war and she was left here. Sure, she was having fun trying to have statues of herself made as well as having holidays made (or trying to). But it just wasn't the same. Besides, she hated Wyntre just as much as some of the other people that traveled with Zucceta did! She wanted to help kill her and the lizard people. But apparently noooo. The Saiyans had to be worried about Vipoi coming here. They needed her to defend since Commander Vennel had disappeared.
She stopped practicing, grunting out as she gave a final sweep of her blade. "Psh.." the girl growled out as she shook her head, "Whatever.. Didn't want to kill the changelings anyway.."
Her eyes closed as she went to simply spin the sword before sheathing it back into it's place upon her back. Kaula took in a breath before flopping down onto the ground. "I'll just wait here.." she mumbled. She had called Reikiko to potentially finish her training, so she was just practicing here while she waited. However, her mind seemed to wander a bit back to past memories - one in particular. The one where Reikiko fought the one Super Saiyan. What was his name? Athren..?
Kaula brought her hands up to her chest, forming a triangle with those little feeler appendages known as fingers. "Wonder how she did that one thing.." the girl grumbled out softly.

A deep sigh escaped Reikiko's lips as she was seated in her quarters on her ship. While she would, under normal circumstances have long been in the gravity chamber to entertain her guest, today was not a normal circumstance. Hikari had been busy trying to establish contact with the Blue Banner Army to figure out what was going on with earth, and curiously enough no communication attempts were received from Avalon. No, there was something odd going on, and Reikiko had no idea what it might had been. What could have possibly driven Vipoi to turn evil? It was a question that worried her greatly.
"Keep trying Hikari, I'm going to finish Kaula's training."
The Homunculus smiled briefly at the hybrid seated behind the nearby desk while she started walking out of the door. Perhaps Kaula would be able to help her find some distraction. Amusingly enough the girl entered the gravity chamber at the same moment Kaula had started an attempt at forming a gesture similar to the one that was needed to fire the Kikoho. She should have expected the girl's curiosity to have stirred toward the most destructive technique Reikiko possessed. The Homunculus sighed gently, closing her eyes for a moment while she mused out loud.
"To be able to use that technique there needs to be a 'need' for its power."
Reikiko snapped her fingers against each other, the sound causing the machine to turn on and shift toward the landscape of West Capital. Towering above her was the smug expression of a certain Supah Saiyajin, while standing next to him.... was a woman who seemed to resemble the bio-android form of Reikiko, albeit her carapace seemed a venomous green color.
"Those words likely confuse you, not just because you're a Saiyajin. But sometimes there is a time in our life, a battle where we put our lives on the line, not just for victory but because we have something important we need to protect. The Kikoho is considered a forbidden technique because despite it's destructive power it takes a heavy toll on the user's body. Let me show you..."
The Homunculus raised her hands upwards, seemingly placing her hands into the triangle-shaped formation while channeling her ki through her body. While initially it seemed like a normal obsidian colored aura, a regular charge of a ki beam, Reikiko soon continued explaining, her words accompanying the visible sound of light snaps.
"The first charge will strain your muscles, it might hurt a bit but it's unlikely to be anything noticeable. However... go into the second charge and..."
As she spoke the Homunculus her aura flared even more violently, yet curiously enough Kaula would likely hear the sound of tearing, and the fabric of the Homunculus her arm sleeves turning a dark crimson...
"The second charge will start tearing your muscles, inflicting more harm than before. Still the third phase is when things get serious... Steady yourself."
As she whispered those words her ki aura burst free, the gust being produced likely enough to blow Kaula off her feet if she didn't listen to the earlier warning. The obsidian energy that was sparking around her hands had turned into a blazing flame around her hands when suddenly a enormous triangle-shaped beam blasted forwards, not only consuming the bio-android, but burning away anything in its path, leaving only a barren wasteland in its wake.
A loud thud followed as the Homunculus could be seen toppling forwards, collapsing onto the ground while a shadowy substance started to coil around her body, the black ooze-like substance covering her body, and while she was laying there, her energy level that was dangerously low started to slowly rise upwards again little by little as the gel faded away, leaving a blood-stained Reikiko beneath it.
"A third charge--- usually will render most incapable of fighting unless they have a senzu bean or my regenerative powers... Never go past three... a fourth charge will kill even me after firing it."
She closed her eyes as she turned onto her back, looking up at Kaula.
"Now your turn. Aside from the motions there is one thing you need to know... For this technique you need to be willing to sacrifice... yourself. Or rather a part of yourself, fuel the ki with your own life essence. Pour everything you have in that technique, cause else it will be a simple ki beam. I made the simulation so it will only be destroyed at a second charge Kikoho. Don't do anything crazy my dear, I'm still healthy enough to knock your lights out if you try something that makes you get on the ground beside me."
In the meanwhile, in Reikiko's quarters Hikari could be seen staring at a screen. Whatever might had been on display, it must had been horrifying for tears were flowing down her cheeks. She needed to warn Reikiko, to let her know what was happening, before it was all too late...

Kaula continued to lay there for now, letting out a quiet sigh as she brought her hand from the formation of the technique hand.. Sign.. Thing. So she could simply run a hand through her hair. Her eyes blinked open when she heard Reikiko, moving to look towards her for a moment to stare at her with those emerald green eyes of her's. It's not like she was trying to fully do the technique, more of just messing around with the thought of it. However, she blinked, wondering why she ment at first. However, her attention was soon drawn away when the landscape of the grav chamber changed. She moved to slowly stand up, sighing out softly as she glanced around. Sure, she recognized some of this area. It was that one city on Earth. She glanced towards the super saiyan first, raising an eyebrow. As she began to stretch, she started to remember some. This was the one from the video, she thought. The one who Reikiko ended up eating or something? She brought a hand up to start scratching at her head lightly before pointing at him, "This is the one you ended up killing, right?" she asked a bit bluntly as she yawned out. However, she went quiet as she watched her teacher start using the technique. She simply watched her. listening to the explanation. The first charge didn't sound that bad. Not too bad at all. Sure, she could deal with the pain a little bit.. But as she watched her start to charge up, she looked at her hands. However, upon the explanation of the second charge, she started to frown. Tearing of muscles? More harm? And apparently the third charge would be worse?? It made her wonder what the fourth charge would be like. She let out a quiet huff as she stuck her hands on her hips when the blast was let loose. She really should have steadied herself, as the gust nearly knocked her onto her ass. Her head tilted lightly at the sheer destructive power of it all. It seemed to just destroy the whole area in it's path! She was a bit astonished that such a devastating technique could exist! Still, as she brought a hand up to crack her knuckles. "I bet I could handle it." the girl would say cockily after Reikiko mentioned the last two charges. Sure, she was a bit worried about using the third charge and fourth charge - especially since the fourth one was outright death and the third would be pretty much near death since she didn't have any special regeneration powers like her teacher and lover here. The Saiyan Hybrid went to bring her hands together to form the triangle. She turned her head to look towards Reikiko as she spoke. She simply nodded in response before she began to charge the attack. She had to put.. A bit of herself into it. She could do that. She began to try to focus as she started to charge her attack. It was a bit difficult for her, that is. Forcing her life force into the attack to get it to work. Kaula let out a soft growl as she felt her energy charge up. She looked up at the male saiyan for a moment before glancing back to Reikiko. "I think.. I got it.." the girl growled out as she glanced back to the douche canoe that was Athren. She whispered the words before she released a charged blast. She barely watched as the triangle-shaped beam rushed towards the projection as she felt what she only knew as immense pain. The Saiyan Hybrid actually keeled over from the force of it, moving to grip at her upper arms as she shut her eyes. She began to growl out from the pain, but still. She'd struggle to slowly stand back up, the girl clearly having exerted herself after not only training for a while but then using the tri beam as such. She let out a labored breath as she glanced back towards Reikiko, giving her a thumbs up after that. "How's that..?" the girl asked with a quiet huff. Her hands moved away from her arms to place themselves back on her hips, unaware of what was likely happening outside the chamber. --- Learned the tri-beam!

"It hurts doesn't it? That's the cost you'll need to make. The more power you desire from it, the higher the price it demands from your body."
The Homunculus slowly climbed back onto her feet, her ragged breathing clearly hinting that even with the superior healing skills of her species the amount of damage that had been inflicted upon herself must had been quite significant. Still, the charged blast clearly contained the familiar destructive power of the Kikoho, and it was undeniable that Kaula had learned that secret technique that her master considered a forbidden technique. She felt happy, happy to have taught someone, especially when her first student was also the woman she loved. However, she was also slightly terrified, hoping that Kaula would obey the personal rule for the Kikoho just as firmly as she herself did. Nevertheless, before she had the chance to properly speak the door of the room opened, the gravity in the chamber quickly returning to normal while Hikari rushed into the room, her face as pale as a ghost.
"Reikiko I established contact with Earth."
The Homunculus's expression seemed to show hints of confusion, and concern because she knew that whatever news they were going to receive from Earth likely would be related to Vipoi. This wasn't a time for laughter and silliness, and yet it seemed her thoughts were misplaced, for the moment Hikari's words left her lips Reikiko felt as if she had been trapped in a nightmare.
"It's a disaster... While the Blue Banner Army is rallied alongside some local militia and martial arts practitioners to fend off the infected Administrator Azure, a conflict we have yet to receive proper data from I just got a transmission from Avalon."
Avalon? Surely Vipoi wouldn't be crazy enough to attack that place! It was a place sacred to her, to destroy that was equal to killing Scargot: it would provoke her into action without failure. The Homunculus took a deep breath, seemingly trying to prepare herself for the worst as Hikari drawn a small pen from her pocket, and when a single press on the button caused it to float, accompanied by a large holographic screen the scene that played before them was a pure hell.
The island they had known, locations they had visited frequently had been reduced to rumble, and while there were visible signs of struggles, groups of armored KAOS troops and some of the knights of Avalon seemingly rallying to save stragglers among the citizen, or fend of the source of the destruction, the moment the screen zoomed into the one causing this conflict Reikiko's body trembled with hatred.
"Sis... First you killed my master, now you're aiming for my home?"
Hikari's expression was clearly saddened, and while she turned toward Kaula she continued speaking, her tone clearly hesitant to convey the message.
"As it stands now Avalon will be destroyed entirely within two days, unless Reikiko's sister her demands are met. The last remnants of the island's guardians are protecting the citizen who couldn't escape within a shelter, but even they likely won't last that long when Yuriko decides to kill them. She demands for Reikiko to appear before her, so that they can end their feud."
Still how in the world could she do this? Avalon was a peaceful island! a place people went to live at in order to escape from the chaos of conflicts that could be found elsewhere... But, she was determined to return to Earth. She had to stop her sister, before she would destroy the very place it all begun at: the place that brought them all together.
"I... need to return to Earth"

Kaula panted out a bit as a hand came up to wipe some sweat off of her forehead before running her fingers through that glorious, spikey mane of her's. She nodded a few times, "Yeah.. Hurts a bit.." the girl grumbled out as she looked down at her free hand. She flexed the muscles a bit to form a fist before she looked back up to Reikiko. Her lips moved to curl up to a smile in response to her as she looked at her.
The Saiyan Hybrid moved to start stretching a few times as her teacher had stood. It was a bit rough for her to move, still, but she would likely heal in time, or rather, when she got her hands on a senzu bean or a healing pod. Still, it was a bit.. Surprising to see her teacher breathing heavily like that. She seemed injured, too. If a technique took that much out of her as well, then it kind of almost did scare her enough to not want to use it. Unless she absolutely had to, that is!
However, her smile started to fade as she saw Hikari enter the training room. She tilted her head slightly at that. The fuck happened that apparently was enough to scare Hikari like that? If it was something, it likely had to be pretty freaking bad. That was when she knew that something was likely up. That is when she mentioned it. Earth.
Kaula knew shit was going down there. It wasn't a secret that Vipoi wasn't exactly in the right mind right now. Same crazy 'ole Administrator Azure was the one who blew up New Namek; the home of the weird slug people of course! The Saiyan girl was now in full on frown mode as she listened. She didn't really speak. She listened to her explanation about how people were fighting against Vipoi. She started to wonder if Xitica and Patsy were okay. If Cipher and his family were okay. If Walker, that crazy tree person, was okay. She brought a hand up to rub at her head a few times. She doubted that any of the people on the planet could beat up that crazy robot.
However, the last word there caught her attention. Avalon. That was her home. Well, her home away from home. The place she had vowed to protect when Reikiko was just a little person. She remembered the place. She was.. Happy there. She continued to frown as she took in a deep breath. She closed her eyes, rubbing at her head lightly. Who the fuck would be stupid enough to attack that place. Well, she didn't yet know if it was being attacked.. But she was simply assuming for the worst. She didn't like assuming for the worst.
It wasn't until the holographic screen popped up that she saw the fate of the island. She saw the buildings destroyed.. People scrambling. Kaula's jaw dropped slightly at the sight of the whole thing as tears began to well up in her eyes. She didn't completely listen to what Hikari was saying to Reikiko, something about it being completely destroyed. A mixture of her sadness and rage sort of preventing her from hearing everything. However, Reikiko's words caught her attention. She was going to Earth.
Time seemed to slow down as Kaula began to think. She was in charge of Vegeta's defenses right now.. But without Reikiko, those defenses were nearly non-existent. But she couldn't just stay here - Avalon needed her. Her hands came up to cover her eyes as she tried to think.
Choices. Choices! Choices! SO MANY FUCKING CHOICES! So many choices and she didn't fucking know what to choose. Should she stay, or should she go!? STAY!? GO!? The anger was getting to her, her hair spiking up and turning golden. The golden aura of her's engulfing her as she brought her hands down. The girl went to start roaring out as she opened her eyes to reveal those beautiful teal eyes of her's again. To say she was pissed was an understatement, considering the fact she ended up going super saiyan.. She moved to throw a basic ki blast at the screen. Wouldn't do much, considering it was just a holographic screen.
"I will fucking kill her myself!" the girl roared out. Seems she was intending to go to Earth with Reikiko. It was hard.. But she still kinda had to stay on Vegeta. She frowned lightly as she shook her head, "I-.. Sh-.. She'll.. She'll fucking pay! I defend that place! Sh-.. I will fuckin' kill her!" she growled out. The Saiyan Hybrid girl was trembling with her rage.

The words that were spoken caused Reikiko to freeze for a moment. She had expected Kaula to be upset, yet to see her ascend into the form of a Super Saiyan as a result of that anger was something she didn't expect at all. Even more unexpected were the words that followed afterwards: She was going to join her on the journey to save Avalon. For Kaula this must had been an incredibly difficult decision, far more difficult than any choice she must had made before. Her queen had expected for her to defend Vegeta from the threat Vipoi might become, and for her to leave her honored position as the defender of the planet was likely something that would incur a lot of negative reactions. In the end Reikiko's speechlessness turned into something else. She stepped forwards, her arms attempting to embrace Kaula in a tight hug while she whispered.
"Thank you. You can't imagine how much this decision means for me emotionally. I can delay our flight until the next morning. You should tell the empire that you'll plan to deal with the Vipoi threat by heading to Earth alongside me. I fear the nature of their reactions if they learn you left to save our home. And maybe we can take a bit of time to meet up with your mother."
However, it was at this point the gentleness of the Homunculus was replaced with a hint of concern. Yuriko wasn't an ordinary enemy, brutal force wouldn't be able to defeat her. No, it would require carefully planned strategies to be able to defeat an enemy of that level. After a moment Reikiko broke the attempted embrace and stepped a little backwards, her tone more serious once more.
"Prepare as much restorative medicine as possible. Senzu beans, salves, potions. I plan to train you intensely during our journey homewards. However, there is something important you should know. My sister is a Bio-android who reached perfection. Her strength is likely equal to that of Vipoi, maybe even slightly greater. When we confront her you'll have to make certain to use everything I taught you. Yuriko is an opponent who will answer brutal force with an even more overwhelming attack of her own. I'll have to think of a strategy on how to best her... Just avoid her stinger at all costs. Our family's poisons would be lethal even for a Saiyajin."
What would the best way be to defeat Yuriko? Would a ganging up tactic be possible? Surely if she, Hikari and Kaula all combined their strength they might had been able to overwhelm her sister, but what if an unexpected event occurred? Would there be a weakness she could exploit? Yuriko shared the Saiyan's their arrogance and pride, so she likely wouldn't use a cowardly method to fight. No, that wasn't the type of warrior her sister was."
"I never thought I'd say this but: Let's go kill that monster together." She briefly reached with a hand to Kaula's own, trying to squeeze it lightly while looking at Hikari with a look of determination in her eyes.
"Hikari start to retrieve any information you know about Yuriko's capacities and formulate potential strategies on how we can defeat her."
Maybe... this would be a fight that would truly put everything she cared for onto the line. She closed her eyes, letting the energy that was building up in her body slowly fade away while she heard Reinforce's voice resound through her mind.
"Curious, I didn't imagine she would end up accompanying you. Perhaps she cares more about you than either of us believed. Either way, you'll need to get more power if you wish to challenge someone like your sister. A perfect form Bio-android is a foe not to be taken lightly."
That much was certain, Yuriko was a monster when it came on terms of combat prowess.
"Kaula, I'll be ready to join you in a bit I just---"
Tears had started to flow down her cheeks, soft sobbing coming from the winged female as she spoke amidst her tears.
"need a moment...."
Of course she did, she was watching her sister destroy the place that was considered the start of everything, the place she had considered a treasured paradise on earth.
"I'll kill her and end the Chimera project myself."
Despite her attempt to hold back her tears anger and sorrow had both briefly overwhelmed her mind.

Kaula's anger seemed to eventually subside. Her eyes closed as she seemed to slowly power down. Her aura started to flick out as her hair returned to it's normal, glorious spiky mane. The Hybrid girl, however, was still breathing heavily with rage when she had heard Reikiko's words. She turned to glance towards her lover and teacher for a second after she spoke and only let out a soft huff.
She sighed out before moving to shake her head slowly. "I have a few things to do before I leave. I need to tell my mother. Also going to send a scouter message to Zucceta before I leave. Going to say I plan on going after Vipoi, you know? Hopefully she won't be too pissed.." the girl said with another sigh. She started to nervously run her fingers through her mane. She was potentially risking everything for Reikiko. "So that means that.. Well.. After this, we need to go after Vipoi as well. If I come back with.. I dunno.." she said as she started to think for a few seconds.
"If I bring Zucceta Vipoi's arm or something, she'd probably forgive me.." she said, thinking out loud. She glanced back to Reikiko. She watched her tear up for a second before she closed her eyes. Kaula moved to close the gap between them. She wrapped her arms around the woman before turning to exit out of the chamber. "I will be back for when we leave, don't worry." she said as she trudged out. She had a few things to think about.
