Nap Time... Hibernation mode always felt so nice after long duration spent being active. Whenever Tania slipped into this human equivalent of falling asleep, it was like her entire consciousness was condensed into a single, imaginary monitor inside of her head. All she could see was a single phrase on the screen informing her that it was nap time, accompanied by a couple of cute little emoticons for decoration. Even then, she was just barely aware of its existence. Everything aside from that single message was dark. It wasn’t a scary kind of darkness. It was actually pretty soothing. There was a sort of warmth to it that the small girl got lost in every time she entered that mode. Whatever was happening outside didn’t matter one bit. The only problem with hibernation mode was that it always went by so quickly. What felt like mere minutes in that state was in all actuality more like hours passing in the world outside. Waking up feeling nice and recharged was never a bad thing, but she was so comfortable! Rise and shine! The dully lit message suddenly changed over to the girl’s signal to wake up as she was now made fully aware of its presence. It only lasted for a few moments before Tania’s eyes fluttered open and it was replaced by her view of the world around her. ”Uuuah... Good morning,” she grumbled sleepily to herself as she felt all of her systems coming to life again. The child took a look through the window on the door of her pod to see that a large cloud of dust engulfing the small metal structure was just beginning to settle. They must have just landed. Tania hadn’t even felt it a little bit in her hibernation mode. Okay, it was time to start a day that would be full of adventuring and important Blue Banner Army mission assistance! There was no time to dilly dally! Tania unplugged herself from the space pod’s outlet and retracted the cord protruding from back of her head that had allowed her to recharge during the trip. She then closed up the panel at the base of her hairline nice and tight so she went back to looking like any other human child. With that, she was all ready to go! The inner workings of the space pod whirred as the metal hatch opened up like a drawbridge in one of those fairytales that she had read. Tania excitedly climbed out of small crater her pod had made upon landing and took a look around. The sky on Vegeta was kind of a pale, rosy red color. It was pretty, but kind of weird to look at since she was used to the blue sky on Earth. After admiring the sky for a few moments, Tania realized that it looked like she had landed in the middle of nowhere. How were they supposed to find Cipher 24 all the way out here? At least the second pod that had launched from Earth at the same time hers had hadn’t landed too far away. It was a couple minutes worth of jogging for those who actually bothered to jog. Who had time for that when there was an exciting new place to explore? Tania flew, of course! The pint sized android lifted herself into the air and propelled herself over to the second small crater in the immediate area. She plopped herself down right beside the identical space pod and energetically knocked on the side of it. Hopefully her friend wasn’t still sleeping. They would have plenty of time to do that after they found Cipher 24. ”Charlene! Charlene, are you awake? C’mon! We got stuff to do!” Tania called out rather loudly since it was kind of hard to hear through the thick, metal exterior.

[Medium Weights]
The loud crash when the pod slammed into the ground had jolted Charlene from her sleep, also causing her to bang her head on the side. The blonde groaned as she clutched her head. Why were they stuck with these cheap little pods? Why weren't they given a real ship, like Cipher was? Then Porsalynne could have come with them too.
The thought of her mother made Charlene pause. She knew the REAL reason why they were sent off planet. With Vipoi going nuts, it wasn't safe for the two of them there. Her mother had sent them off to protect them. She still remembered her face when they took off. That sad smile, trying to put on a strong face so that they wouldn't worry about her.
But she was worried about her. She was all alone on Earth now.
”Charlene! Charlene, are you awake? C’mon! We got stuff to do!”
The banging on the pod brought Charlene back to reality. Seems like Tania got out ok. Of course she did. She was an android! Pressing the buttons on the pod's control panel (hard to believe it actually had controls), the door opened, letting Charlene out into a barren wasteland. Had they seriously landed in the middle of nowhere? How the heck were they supposed to find her father?
Keeping a plucky expression on her face, Charlene hopped out of the pod, landing next to Tania. "Alright. Step 1, get to Vegeta, is complete! Now for step 2, find my dad! Erm, wherever he is. They could have told him we were coming! He'd be here already!"

Icarus wasn't far off as a quick running for supplies was being made for various dig sites to flag and set for future mining. Certain rare materials were being scouted out to add to SSE resources for the research and development wing. He had been preparing various places with his vision enhancements then instructing various saibas to mark and tag areas. And start beginning cutting to prepare for when the actually teams and or droids could be moved in to begin actual work. More then his own squad present as well spread far and wide in between in the wasteland. Various additives since it was more then a personal hunting of metals and minerals needed in his research but using it as a SSE mission. The supplies did benefit the empire as a whole given that his experiments did and the minerals could be used for multiple applications among many works.
The pods had crashed onto or near at least to one of the chosen sights of what could be described as a rare Vegeta found Steel. A type that was tough but also easily workable to be used in various forms of gear and mechanical processes. Icarus would be here soon to check on his personal saibamen but for now it was here alone. At the moment gripping a mining laser rifle and had yet not moved near a few rocks a few yards away. Looking upon the intruders and or visitors with a red eyed gaze in awe. A little green body lightly shaking its claws began clacking on the rifle from the shakes. If only Icarus was present or the alphas it thought shaking lightly in place like a stiff board presently. "Kiki...kiii" Giving into basic fears a moment later. The rifle making a clacking sound as it dropped it turning to head into the distance but one of the large rocks behind it collided with it as it ran right into it an flopped on its back for a moment likely noticed at this point for all the sound it was making.
Its small hands clasped over its forehead rubbing at the sore spot of green flesh that lightly ached from the collision. "Kiiiiii" Rubbing it lightly as its red eyes squeezed closed squinting in reaction after it had made the light crying sound before being overtaken with a sensation of realization. Slowly looking up as it lay on its back hands rubbing the top of its head. Looking to see if they'd seen it by now. Realizing it had not been as silent as it probably should of. If they were in fact looking at it it'd slowly look more terrified and surprised as well in turn.

”Good morning sleepyhead,” Tania chirped as the door to Charlene’s pod eased open. She waved to the blonde girl popped out of the space craft. She was correct that the first step was a huge success. It was hard to believe that Tania was now standing on a completely different planet. The Earth was all she knew. How would Vegeta differ from it aside from the landscape? Would they still have desserts and sugary snacks? Oooh, Tania seriously hoped that they did. Otherwise she would have tried to smuggle some over in her pod if she had known.
”Did anyone at Site A have a way to talk to him? I’m not sure cell phones work when whoever you want to call is on another planet,” Tania said with a shrug of her shoulders. Either way, they certainly wouldn’t find Cipher 24 just standing around. The synthetic girl pushed herself into the air with the tiny jets in her feet to see if she could find any sign of civilization. Anywhere that they could have asked around for the guy that they were looking for seemed like a good enough place to start.
While Tania didn’t see any signs of civilization, she wasn’t left looking for long. The clattering sound of a gun hitting the ground caused the android to whirl around while she was still in the air. She spotted the source of the noise just in time to see some sort of greet creature that was barely an inch taller than she was run face-first into a large rock and fall flat on its back. ”Mmm?” He was certainly a strange little guy, and he didn’t remain on his back for long. He was upright in an instant and holding his claw-like fingers over the spot on his forehead that had come into contact with the rock. Wait, was that one of the ‘Saiyans’ that Porsalynne had told her to watch out for? He didn’t look so bad. A little funny, but not bad.
The girl looked down to Charlene and pointed in the direction of the ‘Saiyan’ before flying over to him herself and landing a few feet in front of him. He looked like he had just seen a ghost or something. What was he so afraid of? Well, he was who was around. Maybe he knew something about Cipher 24. Tania was about to wave and give him a cheery ‘hello’ before she quickly stopped herself. She and Charlene were supposed to be here on official Blue Banner Army business. She needed to act the part! ”Ahem...” the tiny girl cleared her throat before placing one hand on her hip and pointing dramatically to the green person with the other hand. ”Greetings Mr. Saiyan! We’re here on an official BBA mission! Do you know where Cipher 24 is? We must find him right now!” She tried to make her voice as intense as she could so it was all official sounding, but in the end it just came out a bit on the squeaky side.

Charlene blinked as she looked at the small green, alien-looking thing that the two new space explorers had just encountered. This little thing looked more like your stereotypical alien than anything she had encountered so far. Then again, the only other alien life she had encountered was the Saiyan. Speaking of which...
"Erm, Tania?" Charlene poked her little companion on the shoulder, "This isn't a Saiyan. Saiyans look like humans, but with monkey tails." she then looked around the barren wasteland. "Honestly, I thought there'd be more trees on Vegeta. What are the Saiyans going to swing from? And I just realised how racist that sounded..."
But now, if this little green guy wasn't a Saiyan, then what was he? Charlene pondered as he looked at the green little guy. Then she snapped her fingers in realization. "Ooh! I know! You're an alien explorer, come here to kidnap Saiyans and experiment on them in preparation for some sort of interplanetary conquest!" Charlene smiled proudly at her answer to the alien mystery.
"Erm, if that's the case, we're not Saiyans. So please don't abduct us and probe us and such. And if you encounter a pale guy he's not a Saiyan either. He's my dad and he'll mess you up."

They were quick and in front of the little green creature before he really had much time to reaction. its little feet letting it leap back about six inches or so. Its little clawed hands going out to its side as it leaned back in surprise. Weary of most it encountered as it wasn't strange in the least for all outsiders of this planet to always outnumber them in power easily. An without the others of the squad or master nearby it was feeling rather in in danger a little fear in its gut. Red eyes staring onto them as it listened to their words.
It was particularly a little slack jawed and tilting its head in a unsure confused expression when it was called a saiyan. Asked of the location of Cipher 24? Scratching the top of its head with a claw finger as if wondering would the Alphas know of this? They did accompany Icarus most times. But then again the other green numba 3 was also with Icarus not long ago maybe it was then. Things had been busy of late on the planet so each of the squad had been busy at one point or another with little rest besides sleep and meal times. He'd turn its head not sure how to answer though. Inching a little closer as it was also clearly surprise to see one shorter then itself as well. A claw finger extended to poke the small creature on its shoulder as it seemed to be trying to answer as well. "Kiiiiiii?" A hint of confusion in its voice. "Kikiki..Kiiikii. Kikikik Kiii Kiikikiiiki Kiiiii." Conviction in its voice as a little clawed hand would if not stopped pat her on the shoulder as it seemed honest in tone and word. "KIIII!" A little clawed hand clasping over its face as it was trying to explain the other one gave her explanation to the... Alien explorer.
Little clawed hands threw to the air after as if suggesting or showing it did not like that they weren't paying attention to its rather clear instruction and explanation of what they were asking trying to clarify things on both ends. Icarus could communicate with them as could the alphas so really of late and since their creation they usually always had one person or another that understood them nearby. "Kikikikikiki. Kiiiiiii!" A bit direct as its hands flailed lightly at its side trying to clarify just how important this one was to its master. Gesturing its hands kindly to them as well inching a bit closer as well to show it was willing to work with them. Hoping they'd continue to prove kind as they seemed so far less then hostile. Its words kind and clear in explanation... at least if it had been talking to other saibas.

”Eh?” Tania tilted her head in confusion as she looked over her shoulder at Charlene? So this guy wasn’t a Saiyan after all? Aww, that was kind of disappointing. It was still really cool to meet her first alien, but she thought that this was one of the guys that Porsalynne had been talking about. If the Saiyans were supposed to look just like humans with tails, that actually sounded kind of boring. Where were all of the cool aliens from those shows that her creator watched? That’s what she was hoping to find by going out into space! Oh well, she was sure she could have just as much fun with Saiyans when she actually found some of them. For now, there was still this green guy to deal with.
”Kidnapping and experimenting? Uh oh!” Tania gasped at Charlene’s theory before turning back to the green man. The little girl puffed out her chest and shook her head disapprovingly. She was still trying her best to sound more dramatic and intense. It still wasn’t working all that well for her, either. ”That’s no good Mr... um... Green Guy! Stop doing that right now or we’ll be forced to do... something! Something you really wouldn’t like!” It was obvious that the small android was stumbling over her choices in words. She was still hoping that the Charlene and the green man wouldn’t notice it too much though. She was on Vegeta as a representative of the Blue Banner Army. Of course she had to look and sound cool! ”Oh! And we still need to know where Cipher 24 is...” she added quickly in a quieter tone.
The green man that they were confronting was scratching his head in confusion with one of his clawed fingers. Anyone who wasn’t as clueless as Tania probably would have picked up on the fact that he didn’t have even the slightest idea as to what she was talking about. The synthetic child was watching him like a hawk as he scooted closer to her and lightly poked a claw to her shoulder which then turned into a light pat. He then threw up his arms. He was squealing through the process, but Tania couldn’t understand a word that the guy was saying. What was he trying to tell them? Wait a second... There was something somewhat familiar about how he was constantly changing his gestures. Tania’s eyes suddenly lit up. ”Are we playing charades? I love charades!” she squealed in delight. All attempts at sounding like an authority figure were quickly forgotten about. ”Okay Mr. Green Guy! How many words is it?” Tania watched the green man expectantly as she waited for the game to begin.

Dangit, Charlene really wished she had learned alien before they had left for Vegeta. Then again, was it possible to learn alien languages when you didn't even know what the aliens were? She could tell the little green 'man' before them was trying to say something, but for the life of her she didn't know what.
As Tania began to engage the alien in a game of charades, Charlene began to ponder how to help their situation. Cipher should have been told they were coming right? As well as where they were going to land. Then it only stood to logic that he should be on his way to collect them. The only problem was that this seemed to be a big wasteland and they were so small. Charlene remembered bringing some explosives with her (for 'protection'). Maybe they could set them off. It would be like a smoke signal, but much more fun.
It was at that point an idea struck her. This alien did seem to understand them. "I got it!" she exclaimed, interrupting what was going on between Tania and the alien before striding up to the alien. "Take us to your leader!" With any luck, this alien's leader (assuming he had a leader) could help lead these lost girls to civilization and eventually to her father.

It'd blink lightly a few times stepping back at the intimidating small one. She seemed to not be pleased and still in the belief it was in business it was most certainty no part of. But they either didn't understand it or would listen to no reasons. Truly was it in such danger to be in the grasps of foreign powers that may do harm to it. Giving into demands could bring great pain if the saiyans discovered such things. It spoke of charades a game that had actually been heard of but it seemed actually word barrier was intervening here. "Kiiiii..." Its hand Holding up a single claw as if to signify a single word before pointing towards the palace walls but it may have been hard to tell given it was a ways away and he may have just been pointing to the capital as a whole barely visible anyway in the distance. Its thinking not always the most sound and in detail. "Kii. Kiiiii." It'd say Icarus was busy possibly back at the capital he wasn't truly sure given once his work was done many of them were just to return of their own will only to notify if in need of aid supplies or in danger. But it was too far from the alphas presently to signal for aid to the ones with communicators in their little clawed hands.
"Kiiii" He'd say falling on its butt when pointed at. When asked to be taken to his leader! But wait... did she want to see Alpha jr? That could mean V or Z. But no it'd scratch its chin thinking to itself. No surely Icarus Icarus was master after all and great creator.... OH queen was master of all and the many big places in the black and lights in the sky. It'd point at the girl back with realization in its eyes!"Kiiiiiii!" Asking if she meant the queen. Likely not to be understood. As it was leaning back on its bum on the dirty looking up at the tall individual. at least compared tohim.

”Alrighty! One word...” Tania trailed off as she watched the green man’s motions carefully. She briefly considered calling him out for speaking. That wasn’t how you were supposed to play charades. You needed to be quiet so that your motions could speak for you. But she decided against it since she couldn’t actually understand what he was saying anyway. Maybe it was some kind of rule for ‘alien charades’. Anyway, the green man pointed a claw off into the distance. Tania squinted her eyes at him, trying to piece together what the clue could mean. ”One word... One word... Um... Point? Arm? Arrow? Straight? Line?” No, none of those answers made any sense. He didn’t indicate that the answer just sounded or looked like what he was trying to act out either. What was he trying to get at with just one word?
Still trying to figure out what the clue meant, Tania turned her head in the direction the green man had been pointing in a narrowed her eyes. It just looked like more wasteland. After focusing on that point a little more, it kind of looked like there was an odd looking dot on the horizon, but it was too far away to really have any idea what it was. It could have been just another rock formation. ”...Rock?” she asked hesitantly, not wanting to make it look like she gave up.
Suddenly, Charlene spoke up and declared that she had it. Aww, did her friend beat her to the answer? The blonde girl stepped closer to the green guy and demanded that he took them to whoever his leader was. ”Charlene, that’s more than one word...” Tania grumbled disappointedly. As much as she didn’t want to lose, now Tania just kind of wanted to know the answer. Charlene was probably right though. The little girl loved games and wanted to keep playing, but they still needed to find Cipher 24. While neither one of them could understand the alien they were speaking to, he kind of looked like he knew what they were talking about. ”Can you take us there Mr. Green Guy? Your leader might know where Cipher 24 is, and we still gotta find him.”

Cipher shot through the air, his eyes scanning the barren wastelands below. He had been about to leave Vegeta after his meeting with Zucceta, when he had gotten a message transmitted to him from Porsalynne. She had told him that Vipoi had returned to earth and that to protect them, she had sent Charlene and Tania off to Vegeta to be with Cipher. While he couldn't help but agree with her reasoning, Vegeta was hardly the safest place for the little girls, and it seemed that they had landed somewhere in this area.
While he wasn't too worried about any Saiyans finding them, after all, they weren't combatants and the Saiyans might not take any real interest in them, Cipher was not willing to see what wildlife there was on Vegeta. He had to find these little ones before anything bad happened to them. Though with Tania being an android, and thus undetectable without a scouter, Cipher had to rely on sensing Charlene's energy signature in order to find her. A task easier said than done. He had been combing this barren landscape for a while now. It was like finding two adorable needles in a haystack.
Thankfully, his search seemed to be coming to an end. After hours of flying, he finally picked up something. But there was something else. A foreign signature with them. Hoping they weren't in danger, he shot towards the energy source until he spotted three small figures. Before long, he recognized them as Charlene and Tania. The third however was a small green alien. He remembered seeing one of them during his meeting with Zucceta, accompanying the android.
"Charlene! Tania!" he called out as he hovered overhead.

It scratched its head roughly before huffing out as the girl wasn't getting what it was saying or trying to point out and stamped its foot profusely in anger. Pointing at the capitol trying to get her to notice the tiny tiny city in the distance or at least looked tiny given distance. "Kiii Kiii kiiiiiiiiii" Its aggravation reaching exceptionally aggravating proportions. It was starting to look like they were only gonna get what they wanted if it returned with them but it did have work to do. A bit of a tricky situation it thought not sure which act would be the most dangerous and possibly to lead to punishment. It didn't desire to be scolded for not bringing strangers of the planet back but the mining materials were needed as well. It was growing rather nervous. He'd walk up closer to her the smallest girl and would raise a claw and began patting her on the head and speaking. Wanting to do its work first as a hand also picked up the mining rifle. A hand would attempt to pat her on top of the head several times. The small claw fingers of a saiba's hand. "Kikikiiikikikiiii" Quickly explaining the order of things to do as well as how they'd go about getting to the leaders later.
But another was near before things could get going someone flying above them as a little claw hand slap palm over face on itself clearly a little taken back as yet another intruder and stranger was in the midst. This was just not his day. It was going to be most agitating if it got no work done and trouble makers kept popping up. Pointing up at Cipher and now spouting off at Tania again as well as her little comrade "Kiiii Ki Ki Kiiiii" Likely looking more like 'there he is' Rather then what it actually was asking if this one was with them. Another explorer or attacker most likely. Still unsure how to handle this as it wasn't exactly thrilled on the concept of possibly capturing them.

The pint sized android tilted her head to the side and looked into the green man’s bright red eyes, confusion evident on her face. He had picked up what looked to be some strange kind of gun and was patting her on the head for some reason. That was a really weird way of taking them to see his boss. Even Tania could tell that whatever he was doing wasn’t getting them any closer to what they needed. Was it because he wanted to finish the game of charades first? The guy seemed awfully frustrated earlier when neither of the girls were able to guess correctly at whatever he was trying to act out. That had to have been it! He must have been one of those persistent types. ”Okay, okay... We can finish this round, but after that we really need you to take us to someone who can help find Cipher 24,” Tania sighed while giving the green man a reassuring smile, as well as giving him a return pat on the head. She and Charlene had important stuff to do, but the synthetic child didn’t want to leave Mr. Green Guy hanging.
”But can you give use another hint first? Just knowing that it’s one word isn’t that much to go off, and I want to speed things up a little. What does it sound like?” Tania requested, trying to press him for a little more information without trying to break the rules. After all, solving puzzles to progress in a quest was just the kind of thing that adventurers did. It would be no fun if you got all of the answers too easily. She watched closely as he removed his clawed hand from her head and pointed up at the sky. This again? He wasn’t pointing at the same spot, so it must have had something to do with the act of him pointing rather than something he was pointing at. ”You’re being stingy with the hints? Aww...” Tania mumbled. Oh well, she was no quitter. What hadn’t she thought of already though? ”Stick? Flat? Arrow? Wait, I already said that one. Hmm...”
It was then that a familiar voice rang out through the air, calling the names of both herself and her companion. Tania’s head whipped around to look up and the sky. There was no doubt about it, the pale android they had been trying to find was flying right towards them. ”Oh! There he is! Hi Mr. Cipher 24! We’re here to help with your mission!” The small girl then turned to look back at the green man that she had been playing charades with and game him a sly smile. ”You’re gooooood,” she said in a low tone. ”But for future reference, Cipher 24 is three words, not one.” Tania added that last part as little more than a whisper. She didn’t want to make him feel bad, especially since the end result helped them out a bunch. She was just glad that the answer wasn’t some kind of alien word that she didn’t know.
Tania looked over to Charlene and gave her enthusiastic thumbs up. ”Woohoo! Step 2 is complete!”

Charlene's face lit up when she saw her father. "Hey dad!" she called out happily, waving as the android slowly descended and touched down before them. Cipher looked over the two girls, visibly relieved to see that niether of them were harmed. He squated down so that he was closer to their height. "It's good to see you're alright."
Charlene nodded and smiled. "Come on Dad, you know that vast emptiness of space and the barren wastes of Vegeta can't keep us down. We're the mighty girls of the BBA!" Cipher chuckled as his daughter struck a triumphant pose. He didn't have the heart to tell her she technically wasn't a part of the BBA. "I shouldn't have worried," he replied instead. Charlene nodded before remembering the Saibaman nearby. "And look, we've discovered new alien life! We think he might be some sort of alien invader or somethin!"
Cipher looked over, studying the small alien. It looked nervous. Was it scared of the children, or of him? Maybe it was just always jittery. Cipher shook his head. "I saw one of these while I was int he capitol. What are they called again? Saibamen? They seem to be some sort of slave race for the Saiyans," Cipher explained.

The green creature would blink a bit as its head pat was returned. Red eyes looking on in a bit of wonder and unsureness. This wasn't going anywhere it seemed and wasn't going to be getting any better if the last little while was any indicator of progress. It did seem to notice their friend however as the conversation or game continued. The polite little individual keeping his attention as if insinuating it was good at the game at this outcome. Still baffled by the whole outcome and game in truth. It didn't seem pleased however at the idea of being called a slave. it 'served' Icarus. But was no slave as it protested in "Kiiiii kiiii kiiii kii kiiii" Flailing its arms and point at Cipher stamping its foot several times before at one point throwing its rifle down at its feel deciding in its haste and anger this was perhaps time to call it a day.
It'd turn to the girl however giving a smile or at least what was most likely a smile before walking back up to her and expressing its joy of the day and play time. "Kiiiiii" It'd exclaim before trying to throw its arms around her and take her in a quick and snug hugs with green clawed arms. AS it would to another of its kinda before if it had gotten a hold of her at least it would release her and pat her head again. Reaching for a second at the mining equipment and raising a small crystal from the minerals it had been gathering for the marked spot offering it as a form of shiny trinket. Shiny did mean special after all what race wouldn't understand that! Shinnies were always great sure his new friend would appreciate it sharing shinnies. It'd point as now some other saiba's were visible in the distance. The alphas as work was nearing a end for the day. It'd try to hug the other girl as well and wave its clawed hand before scowling at Cipher again for being called a slave. Its final bow to Tania before turning to take its leave. Walking away in its own goofy way as it desired greatly to tell Icarus and the alphas of this game and guesses. An its little friend. Oh how they'd love this adventure at dinner time.
[exit, PL please]
