The sights, the smells, the people ... it was all new o Ryuku. Overwhelming was the best way he could explain it. Yet, it was equally fascinating. He strode through the northern city with his hands held behind him, eyes wide and head turning on a swivel to take it all in. This was the first time Ryuku had been away from the monastery, away from his brothers and sisters and truly out on his own. He hadn't the slightest idea what he was supposed to be doing, or where to even go.
He was dressed in a fairly traditional orange outfit, the only difference being that this one was much much heavier than average. He paused on a sidewalk, watching the people go by and cars drift by on the streets. Ryuku was completely oblivious as to how much he stood out among he people. His bright odd clothing and the fact he wore no shoes made him appear 'weird' and if it not for the robes he wore one could easily assume he was a beggar.
"Hmm. Where to go?" He asked himself, turning around in a complete circle. He was standing directly in the center of the city, all of it laid out before him. Perhaps he should simply ask who this cities elder was, he was surely know where Ryuku could find other warriors like himself, somewhere he could train or even help others.

It was a bummer she had agreed to join in on the fieldtrip to the city so she could sightsee, but the teachers didn't even allow the students to leave the group. She kicked a rock, bumped out by that. Seka could take care of herself! She was more powerful than most humans, and yet they didn't even allow her out of their sight. Thinking quickly, she planned on a distraction for the teachers to take care of.
She tells the teachers about a museum towards the north part of the city. Ushering the students off, towards the northern part of the city they left the area. Seemingly forgetting about Seka while they head towards the 'museum', it however was a little white lie to get away from them. Running off, Seka would start to explore the city for real. She knew she'd be able to see a whole lot more than what the teachers wanted them to see.
She ran faster than most people at their peak age, people that had trained to do nothing but run even. This girl, was trained in martial arts and was more powerful and faster than most people upon Earth. Turning a corner in the center of the city, Seka would run straight into someone. In the split second beforehand, Seka suppressed her Ki to the point where she'd harmlessly bounce off the person and fall on her butt. Looking up at the half named man with long white hair.
"I apologize, sir."
Getting up, she would dust herself off. She wasn't hurt in the least, but it was a shock to her system when she ran straight into the man.

He was in the Northern Capital, a place he hardly ever patrolled. He mostly patrolled the western capital due to the amount of violence, and mayhem that had occurred within the past few months. But today, he made an exception, seeing as how he hardly ever visited here. To be honest, it was more of a check-up than a patrol, the city had little crime, and was ran by a decent local government that managed to keep crime, at least non-ki crime, low. Of course, it also helped that the city was mostly rural, and was filled with god-fearing citizens.
Currently, he was on top the tallest roof of a building, hidden in the shadows. From his viewpoint, he could see the average citizens milling about, unbeknownst to his own presence. The figures were tiny, he could just barely, even with his sharp eyesight, make out the hair color of those on the street. Across from him, stood the mall of the city, where cars were parked all around. The city was tucked away behind mountains with hazardous road conditions, so most people did their shopping in the city, while goods were flown in by the airport that was due north of him.
His ki was currently suppressed, as he didn’t really want to be detected by any ki users. He needed to remain stealthy, and he didn’t want some amateur following him around, asking questions. The self-proclaimed hero would just halter him in his mission of justice. Hell, the stranger might get pissed off about his methods of killing criminals.
He frowned, his ki sense suddenly detecting a pair of extremely large power levels. One of them overshadowed his own power by thousands, while the other was a bit lower than his own. He bit his lip, wondering why he hadn’t picked up on it earlier. He narrowed his eyes, and without a second thought, flew off towards the direction of the power levels, which had just now intersected.
He landed on a small building, a shadow from a building behind it, covering the roof. The shadow would let his cloak take effect, camouflaging him from any onlookers. Some might see a silhouette of him, but more than likely they would just blame it on their creative imagination. Despite that, he took extra precaution by crouching down.
Glancing down, the shadow still hanging over him, he noticed a human girl getting off the ground, glancing up at a larger man with white hair. They were both the powers he had sensed earlier, which honestly didn’t surprise him. He had seen normal looking people do plenty of crimes in the past. He would not give the benefit of the doubt to these too.
Coming to a decision, he jumped off the building, knowing full well the consequences of his actions. He landed by the two on his feet, his bastard sword out, pointed in between the two in a flash. Nearby pedestrians let out sharp gasps, shocked by his sudden arrival. A few pulled out their phones, and began filming the encounter. Others ran away, while a few just stood there, curious as to what would happen.
Not caring about the scene had just made, he glanced angrily at the girl, not at all scared of her higher power level. His voice a deep baritone, he spoke out forcefully, “Why are the two of you here?” he was a very paranoid person, and the presence of two high ki levels was very suspicious to him.

Ryuku had just completed turning about when he felt someone run into the back of his legs, catching him completely unaware. He didn't fall, but he did stumble forward a step to regain his balance. He wasn't a particularly paranoid person actually, this would be his second interaction with someone outside of his village. But, turning about brought and seeing who ran into him caused his eye-brows to raise in surprise, and the sort of behavior that most adults had would take over.
"Oh my! Are you alright? I'm so sorry!" His words came out in a rush and he moved forward a step, concerned that the girl might be hurt. He waved off her apology with the shake of his head. "No, no...it's my fault. I should have not been standing in the middle of the sidewalk." He bowed to the girl deeply as she stood.
As Ryuku came up from his bow he found the tip of a sword pointed in his direction. Sensing Ki was something Ryuku could do, but not something he had lots of practice with, so it wasn't second nature to him yet and seeing as both individuals were hiding their own, it didn't do much good when he let his sixth stretch out. Nothing.
"Oh, no... Sir." He was shaking his head again while laughing nervously. "The girl merely fell down, it was an accident." He would explain, thinking that perhaps this man was the local law enforcement he had heard of before. "That is all. There is no trouble here. Hehehe..." He was scratching the back of his head not exactly sure what to do.

The second that the assassin had appeared, Seka knew he was there from her years of martial arts experience. She knew someone was watching them, but she didn't know from where. Her demeanor got serious fast. Cursing within her head, she didn't need someone attacking her within the middle of a city. She had her sword breaker and all of her other weapons within the bag she was carrying, she slipped them in after the inspection to make sure no one had any weapons. She hid them in part of the city they were in so she could bring them along.
Slowly unzipping the duffle bag, Seka jumped back suddenly. There was a sword in front of where she was just standing. Her martial artist trained senses, alerted her to danger and she had acted on it. Knowing that this was no time to play around, Seka unsuppressed all of her energy releasing the full brunt of it. For a couple seconds she would be surrounded by the ethereal glow of silver Ki, to most people she would look like a angel of some kind. She looks directly at the human she ran into.
"You should get out of here."
She couldn't sense energy yet, she would learn from her father later in the week. She knew Ryuku was trained in the martial arts but she did not know how strong he really was within the martial arts. Seke could tell that this man that swung the sword was dangerous. Dropping her duffle bag, she brought out her sword breaker, and strapped her weapon pouch to her left thigh. Putting the sheathe back into her duffle bag, Seka zipped it back up before putting it over her shoulder and behind her back.
Knowing that it would get in the way, she didn't care at that moment due to her probably having to fight this man standing in front of them. She partially knew who he was from her watching him drive her brother away from a village. If he tried ruining her field trip, she would show no mercy and break a lot of bones before dropping him in front of a hospital. She would not kill him, she didn't have what it took to kill someone. The only way Seka would ever be able to kill someone was by complete accident.
"Who are you? That should be the first thing you say to someone after you brandish a sword at two people."
The man in the cloak, should be able to tell that Seka was thirteen and not really a threat to anyone despite her high power level. She bore the insignia of the Z-fighters on her right sleeve, and the insignia for the Gin Dojo on her left sleeve. She had only joined the Z-fighters the day before, but she was still a newby member of the protectors of earth.

He frowned, the girl was but a child, a harmless little thing. He could sense no evil intent from her, but her ki seemed familiar. Whatever the case, she was no threat. The girl did have the insignia of the z fighters on her sleeve after all. He grunted, and then sheathed his sword, knowing she, and the monk, weren’t threats to the safety of anyone.
“Sorry, but I can’t be too sure these days,” he spoke, his tone baritone, “Criminals come in all shapes and sizes, and your ki being so high made me a bit worried.” he continued, “You normally don’t see people with high ki in cities, let alone two of them meeting.” he finally finished.
He glanced over at the silver haired man, his expression one of curiosity, “Hm, you’re not from around here. Yet you don’t appear to be from the rural areas. Your attire is similar to those warrior monks. Are you one of them?” he stopped for a moment before continuing, “Whatever the case, I can not be here for long, I’d rather my existence be kept secret from the world,” he glanced over at the girl once more, his eyes no longer narrowed, “Tell the Z fighters I send my regards.”
Without another word, he flew off, his aura snapping into place around him.
(Exit thread PL please) OOC: Sorry for leaving so soon, but it isn’t the personality of this character to sit and chat. If I were roleplaying as someone else, I would’ve stayed much longer.

Ryuku's smile froze in place when the little girl leapt back and unsheathed her weapons. More importantly was the release of her Ki. It was simply unlike anything Ryuku had ever sensed before. Even the Masters and Grand Master at the Monastery hadn't been that much more powerful than him. This was, well it was simply new and exciting. The smile deepened and he nearly jumped with joy, all but completely forgetting about the strange man that had threatened them moments ago. He heard him say something in the background before feeling him power up and take off. However, the girl was simply that much more powerful that Ryuku didn't pay much attention to the other guy.
"That's amazing!" He exclaimed, bowing deeply to the little girl, forgetting about how much younger than she was than him. "You are... powerful. You must teach me. Please. You are the most powerful person I have ever felt!" He was talking loud, quickly, and not giving any thoughts to his words or the way people might react to them.
He bowed yet again before his left hand dropped down to feel one of the two stones he carried on his belt, a stone to remind him of a promise. "Someone so strong, you must know how to train and...techniques that you can teach. I am not to return to my Monastery until I have achieved Oneness. You can help me with that."

Watching the man in the cloak run away with his tail between his legs. She unzipped her duffle bag to get the sheathe for her sword breaker out. Sheathing the blade carefully, Seka puts it back into the duffle bag. Staring at the monk, she could see he was much more powerful than most normally raised humans, but not by much. She wondered if she really should teach him, before mentally shrugging.
"The first rule of my Martial Art, is to always protect people in need. It matters not if they're good or evil, if they're being threatened by someone stronger you must protect them. The second rule, is never use what you learn to serve evil's purposes. This is a Martial Art, created to protect people. It matters not their moral alignment, we will protect the weak no matter what. Can you handle that? My name is Seka Himura, what's your's pops?"
She continued to watch the monk, while zipping up her duffle bag. If he said he would do it, she wouldn't deny him the chance to learn the martial arts as a Gin student. She wonders how well he'll take his Ki changing colors to the color of silver, as all of the students of the Gin style go through. It's what gave their style it's name, not because they were taught to always to good, and protect everyone no matter what. It was because of their Ki turning silver, to symbolize their mastery of the style. Even if Seka's ki was pure silver, she still had a lot to learn. She couldn't even use simple Ki Blasts and Waves!
Holding out her hand, she offers it to him for a handshake. She wondered if monks even shook hands, she wondered what her teachers would say when she showed up with a monk. That would be hilarious. The students would just shake their heads due to this is classic Seka. She makes friends no matter where she goes or who she meets. People just gravitate towards her.
