((Gravity x30, use heavy weights gain please))
Heavy breathing, followed by pain all over her body, was the only sound that permeated the Hologrid, even after minutes had passed since the program had destabilized. Gravity had even deactivated for a reason Zerori couldn't discern. She was knelt down, legs still shaking an arms hardly holding her up from falling to the ground.
The fact of the matter was... She could hardly move. Her saiyan ride had gotten the better of her and the demon side wasted no time in mercilessly showing her reality. It was still three minutes before she took a very deep breath, preparing herself, before letting out a roar as she forced her legs to withstand her weight. It was an almost sad scene as she stumbled and fell multiple times before she collapsed against the doors.
Warning. Life support systems failing; navigational support functioning at thirty percent capacity.
Opening her eyes as she listened, face pressed against the door, she groaned at the news. She needed to get out there and back to the bridge. Pressing the button at the side of the doors, they hissed open for Zerori to leave. However, two struggling steps out of the room and she was face to face with a rather surprised looking gladiator whom she'd killed just before her blood bath. She just stared, uncertain what she was seeing, before the zoenthrope male needed only a moment before he seemed to remember her.
And in her condition, that spelt out immediate danger. "Demonic witch! I'll have your head!" He yelled, even as they were only a few inches apart from each other before he wrapped a hand around her throat.
Shit! She cursed in her mind, adrenaline helping her to move as she grasped his wrist in a hand and allowed herself to fall backwards to flip him over and into the room she'd just exited. She heard his body hit the ground but was scrambling to her feet and slammed a fist into the panel on the outside of the Hologrid. With a hiss and systematic click, she watched it lock the angry warrior away. She leaned her forehead against the door and slid down it slowly before she settled onto her knees.
"Just...what the hell...is going on here?" She growled, her voice low as she tried desperately to regain her composure. She'd gotten a minute before the sound of footsteps started to approach. Gotta move, she mollified before getting to her feet to walking down the hall.

Gotta move, she mollified before getting to her feet to walking down the hall. She’d gotten to the end of the hall where another door led into a room before she stopped and realized that the foot steps were following her. Grinding her teeth together in a slight panic, she looked around before she found a small hatch. Hovering her hand over the command panel, it opened to reveal a small set of tunnels.
Maintenance tubes! She realized with relief and slipped inside before closing the hatch. She had to keep moving quickly, hopefully but going up each time. However, as she maneuvered the cramped space and climbed the ladders, she would realize that they were truly a maze of opportunity. Well… it would have been opportunistic had she not been lost.
“I’m not longer in danger of being found but how the fuck do I get out onto the bridge?!” She snarled, smashing a hand against the metal walls. They dented but didn’t give much, an observation that proved she didn’t have much strength after all of that. I need rest… Closing her eyes, she turned her body from posture of crawling to her back. Once she felt the cold of metal against her skin, a sigh rush from her and she relaxed nearly instantly. It feels good… Moments seemed to lethargically pas back as she closed her eyes and let the darkness take her for just a little bit.
It must have been hours, possibly more, before she felt her eyes open once more. Everything was silent and soft, unfettered by sounds to destroy the peaceful moment. It wasn’t until a clicking could barely be discerned that her nonexistent expression changed to one of concentration. She furrowed her brow and tried to lift her head to look around.
However, it didn’t move. …What? She tried again and was met with the same difficulties. Something was wrong now and she had a very bad feeling about what it was. With a stressed growl, she tried to use as much strength as she could to lift an arm from its prone position. It took nearly popping a few blood vessels before it lifted from it’s posture about two inches. When she relaxed finally, it slammed to the floor and she cried out from the force. It nearly made her arm numb and that made it a bad situation worse!
“Shhhit, c’mon!” She yelled before giving up and rolling onto her stomach. However, that proved to be even more difficult and she found her face was nearly flattened to the floor painfully. What the hell did I get into?
It took an entire half hour for her to maneuver her way through the tube to get to a door and finally open it. It didn’t matter where she ended up at this point, as long as she was out. It hissed open and an arm could be seen reaching out before it grasped the edge and she pulled herself from the tube. She collapsed on the floor and coughed a couple of times, the breath knocked out of her. Glancing around her, she didn’t hear or see anyone so that was good, but this intense pressure one her body was making is difficult to even breathe.
“C-Computer… What level of gravity is activated?” She breathed, her chest struggling to rise as she spoke. The air even felt heavy so it was a mystery how she even stayed asleep while it happened.
Gravity is set to times thirty normal earth standard, however a malfunction has caused the phase variance to shift point five to point 8 eight every 15 seconds.
If that’s the case, then I have to fix or destroy the gravity system quickly, however, even as she thought that was the best decision, it would be a waste to destroy something she’d JUST paid for. She placed a hand against the wall nearest her to lift herself to her feet. It didn’t seem as difficult for some reason and she assumed it was because of the variance in gravity. If I’ve gotten used to it by sleeping, that would be one hell of a twist, she joked in her mind as she raised to her feet before walking forward. “Computer, what level is this?”
Deck 13.
“What?!” She cried, stopping to look around her like she needed to reevaluate her whereabouts. “How the hell can that be, I went UP, damn it!?” When the computer did not respond, most probably because she didn’t call the computer for an answer, she groaned and placed her head against the wall near her hand. “At least there’s no one here…” She muttered, looking behind her just in case. Walking again, she suddenly gasped when the gravity let up in an instance.
“What-?” A loud clicking sound could be heard and she suddenly realized that this would be her only chance.
Pushing off the wall, she nearly tripped over her own feet as she sprinted down the halls at full speed. She’d just caught sight of the lift before an almost immediate weight was thrust upon her shoulders and she fell to the floor at an angle that nearly smashed her head open. Had she not thrown an arm out in front of her to alleviate some of the force of her fall, she was sure she’d be knocked out again.
Sprawled out on the floor once more, but merely a few feet from the lift she sought, she sneered at how close and yet so far away she was from her goal. “Damn it!” She yelled and tried to lift herself off the floor. It was pure frustration that allowed her to push off and scramble the distance before grasping the panel and opening it.
Yes! She celebrated as the door opened and she stepped in, slamming against the wall with her back and sliding down to the floor. After she caught her breath, she hissed, “Deck 1-!” the door closed and a familiar chime acknowledged that she was on her way. It wasn’t five minutes of waiting before she saw the door open and threw her head back before giving a nod and pushing off once more, I’m not gonna let this stop me… Once she stepped out, gazing at the stations and the view screen to see if anything was glitched or malfunctioning.
She didn’t even see the attack coming from her right.
Thrown into the wall on her left and nearly sprawled on the floor again, she managed to roll back to her feet and catch sight of which it was that attacked her. When she saw them, her eyes widened and her mouth gaped up and down as if to speak but unable to find the words.
EMR…
She couldn’t forget that armored physique and the helmet that seemed to glint off of the light like a machine that was made to prey. He stood erect and immovable but she knew that he had moved and it was to attack her. Surprise in her expression melted away to reveal fanged canines as she snarled at him, “The fuck is this-?”
He simply raised his chin and spoke mechanically, as if announcing the weather to an awaiting audience, “I have found that your presence here is unnecessary and that you should be eliminated. I will end you quickly and continue to my established purpose,” And it was when he walked towards her that the words finally sunk in. Throwing herself back away from him, she lowered into a stance – however the gravity nearly buckled her knees so she rose a bit higher than recommended. With openings provided, she yelled at him.
“So, what, your protocols are working now, or what the fuck is the deal?! I told me that you couldn’t reactivate them!” It was hard to hide the betrayal she felt but even if he was a holographic projection – he still looked like an ally that suddenly decided to kill her.
He didn’t slow his pursuit of her as he responded just as robotically, “I cannot. Protocols were activated approximately eight point three four hours ago. It is within parameters to fulfill my purpose of ridding the ship of organic matter.”
Zerori’s eyes widened at that, blood running cold, “You were designed… to kill organic life?” Almost upon her, she stepped back more and jumped over the top level of the bridge to land harshly against the carpet and turned to him with her back against the view screen. He simply changed trajectory and continued to close in on her.
“That is correct,” He clarified. “My designation is EMR; Eradication Module Reaction. My purpose is to destroy all organic life and repair inorganic matter to it’s original state,” Slightly enraptured in his new identity, Zerori almost didn’t have time to gain more ground by side stepping him. As she tried to step into the wind, he bridged the distance instantly until Zerori found her throat constricted tightly and her feet no longer touching the carpet.
Fuck! Fear was starting to take over as he looked up at her and leaned forward. His voice modulated with numbers and algorithms rattling off as he continued to slowly apply pressure to her esophagus. It would be a second or two for her neck to snap so she asked as quickly as possible to break his grip. Throwing legs around his waist, she grasped his arms with both hands before igniting her entire body as quickly as possible and cranking the temperature as high as she could go. Once her body set ablaze, she felt his grip falter and let one hand go to throw a fist into his elbow joint.
Gasping, she was freed from his grip and landed on her ass to the floor. Don’tstop! Her mind quickly demanded and she swung a leg under him to sweep his feet and leaned forward to dash away from him and back up the to the second level of consoles. Shut him down! How do I do that?! What is making his appear here?! She rushed her mind as questions surged for answers. Going to the farthest console, she quickly put into as many commands to try and shut down power to the bridge. It needed an authorization code, however. “Fuck!”
“Cursing is an unnecessary expression of frustration,” He chastised beside her and she gasped before she was slammed in the side with a sort of blunt object. Hitting the ground, she held her abdomen with a groan. It was still recovering from the attack from Jarvis… “Resign to your fate,” He commanded and stepped toward her, towering over her form as she tried to move backwards.
She spit back as venomous as possible, “Fuck you,” before bringing her hand forward towards him. Unlike before when he had her in his grip, the fire merely passed through him as he remained immovable. “No way…” He could manipulate his tangibility at will. “Get the hell away from me, damn you!” In a final effort to bridge distance, she attempted to step back into the wind. It was at this moment, that she realized something very harrowing. He didn’t come at her, or even move for that matter; however, she was no able to wind step. It occurred to her then that it was purely for a scientific reason why she couldn’t.
Life Support had suddenly failed.
