I agree that all boosts should be uncapped, mostly since by the time those boosts are ever going to see actual use because of inactivity or lack of a roll being filled, very few will even meet that threshold still, and because of LMB many people are already ascending past those limits. If anything those thresholds should at least raise to relevant caps compared to the modern power creep.

uncapping boosts will have a negative impact on peoples ability to catch up to stronger players. The point of boosts is for low level players to get a leg up and become relevant, not for high level players to become untouchable.

I am in agreement with Bao. Buffs ought to be used on lower-level characters to help them catch up. However, as is, they aren't readily in use due to a number of mechanical and contextual factors, so I wouldn't mind at the very least raising that cap or making them a little more ubiquitous.

'Early Game' is 150k (based on the fact that IIRC - off the top of my head - once you reach 150k it doesn't matter what race you are, you've got an at-will x10+ transformation and therefore the arcosian 'early game king' status is no more).
Based on that, I don't think you should be able to benefit from most boosts after that point - the exceptions being ones which come with a risk of death (bio-droid/majin absorbs and the Fruit of Might are pretty obvious examples there).

early game is less than 100k, sometimes even less than 50k, thus why the boosts are such an early thing.
