Kayle sat on his bed after a long night of fitful sleep. Something was really bothering him. He had always had great pride in his saiyan blood. He had always held the Saiyan Solar Empire in great such high regard. He had always strived to serve the empire in great ways. He wanted to see it thrive and expand after years of stagnation. He had been the only person to step up and fight Vennel, after she destroyed the ministry, to see if she were truly set to be queen. Yet, despite this, he had been forgotten in a regeneration tank, and so blatantly ignored that she didn't even know that he had beaten on of her elites, and then purposely gotten arrested, just so he could get him self out. What had he gotten for all his loyalty? What had he gotten in his attempts to help the Saiyan Solar Empire? Nothing. Nothing at all. Worse than nothing, he was ignored at every turn. Instead the leadership of this planet went to so called 'elites' and aliens for their needs. He had gained second class citizenship, despite the saiyan blood that flowed through his veins. Most assumed that the human blood that also was present there polluted him, somehow, making him weak and useless, therefor justifying their 'right' to push him aside outright.
He was one who had pushed himself to ever gathering heights, based on the pride of the saiyan race, but to the masses, he was nothing more than a mongrel half breed. Someone who was not as good as them. He was less in all their eyes. He held little to no value to them, barely above that of a common slave, or at least that's how he had felt. He had been pushed around, made fun of, and ridiculed one to many times at this point, and this was going to stop. Kayle would show these people. He would show the saiyan race that what true power was. He would show them that the path to power was more than just going out and fighting. They would all learn. They would all eat their words someday, and they would fear him.
Kayle stood up from the end of his bed, his anger seething from deep within him. How dare they treat him this way! How dare they ignore him and push him aside as if he were nothing! They would all see. He would show them all, or die trying. He needed to become stronger. There was a few things that he had learned watching other warriors that could help with this. First, he needed to go and buy some heavy weights. Paying for them would be an easy task, as he had been saving up some zeni. He only needed a little more. The hard part would be finding a place that sold them. Contrary to what might be believed by the masses of the universe, saiyan warriors were not usually known to train with weighted clothing. This was something that Kayle, at this point, found absolutely mind boggling, after seeing how much it had helped others raise their power level up so fast. Secondly, he would probably have to leave Vegeta. He would have to come up with more zeni for that. The old pod that he had would be good for leaving, but he wouldn't be able to make it back in it. It was just a pile of junk anyway. He needed to go somewhere where he wouldn't be looked down upon. He just didn't know where that would be. Earth was out of the question, if his childhood was any indication. While most of the earthlings were far weaker than he was, they still mocked him as if he were lower than they. He knew that if he went there, he would just attempt to obliterate them once he had had enough, and then the ones that actually had the power would try to stop him. This would do nothing be create a mess of things, and possibly even harm the Saiyan Solar Empire somehow. He didn't know where else he could possibly go. He would have to find out. Possibly get some data on possible planets that have yet to be conquered. If he could single handedly conquer them, and bring them into the fold, maybe he wouldn't be ignored as much. He wasn't thinking about some back water, infiltration baby level of planet. He was thinking about a real planet, that would be able to defend itself.
Did Kayle really need to leave Vegeta to achieve his goals? While leaving and taking some planets would certainly up his reputation, that would only gather interest in his power, and there was so much more that he could offer the empire. He could stay here. He could go out in the wastes and train. He could become stronger there. He could show them what it was to be a true warrior, a true member of the saiyan race. It had worked for Vennel. She was an outlaw sleeping in a cave, and the next minute she was the Queen of Vegeta. Granted that didn't last long, but still it was impressive. Something like this likely wouldn't work for him however. No matter how strong he got, it was obvious that he would just be a hybrid here. Someone that pollutes the proud saiyan blood line.
Kayle walked over to the bathroom and started his morning ritual of personal hygiene and showering. Then he would go to back to his sleeping and living area and don his typical blue and black combat armor. He had other clothing, but knowing what typically happened on a daily basis, he would be glad he went with the armor. Some dumb person would probably try to pick a fight with him again if he went without it. All based just on his appearance. Hell, it might even happen with the armor on, but with a little luck, the armor might deter them. Luck was something that he didn't have lately so it was unlikely, but it was worth a try, even if to avoid more useless conflict in his life.
After his personal hygiene and donning of his armor was complete, Kayle left the little hovel in the Radittsu District he called 'home'. Kayle was off to find a way to make the little more zeni. He walked down the sidewalk of the slums on his way to the Capital District. Along the way, he passed many stands trying to sell various things. They were mainly manned by people that were alien to Vegeta, some had saiyan's over watching them, some didn't. They were all trying to get the attention of people walking about, whether they were trying to buy things or not. Especially the ones with the over watchers. It got to the point where it was an all out bidding war to get customers. "Hey over here, we have the finest quality of merchandise! You can't go wrong here!" One would say. Then one near by would retort, "No, not there. That stall is known to cheat people. Come to this one, our reputation is upstanding with the fine citizenry of the Radittsu District! Just ask around!" It was all a typical morning. Nothing had changed a bit. The battle of the queens was over, and life went back to normal. No change, no care. It was as if things like this were a common sight, even though even here on Vegeta, they typically weren't.
Kayle kept walking toward the capital. There was nothing here in the Radittsu District for him. It was all shoddy merchandise, regardless of their claims. Why else would it be sold here so cheap from a stall, when it could be in a shop at the capital for twice the zeni? As he was walking, a particularly brazen little alien walked out from his stall and approached Kayle. "Excuse me sir, but I can tell by the way you walk that you are no weakling. You should come browse my wears and see if you can find something that will help you grow even stronger!" The repulsive tiny alien said to him. Typical. The only time someone complimented him was when they were trying to sell him something. Kayle was in no mood however. He was highly irritated from the get go, and had no time for this, thing, that was speaking to him. "Get out of my way, you repulsive little wiesel. I have no time for you. I'm not even trying to spend my zeni today." Kayle angrily replied, pushing the little alien back away from him, causing the alien to trip over the curb. One of the saiyan over watchers approached Kayle, "Hey, you, don't be thinking you can just push our merchants around." he said, grabbing ahold of Kayle's shoulder. Kayle turned around slowly and said, "You don't want to mess with me right now, I am certainly not in the mood for this. That reviling little thing approached me, unsolicited. Now let me be on my way, before you get yourself hurt." The saiyan over watcher looked at Kayle confused for a second. Did he really just speak to him in this way? "Well, are you going to let me go, or what?" Kayle asked the guard. "Who do you think you are? I'm twice the size of you. Approaching people to sell the wears is his job. That's what we have him for, and making sure idiots like you don't push him around is mine." The saiyan over watcher said in reply. The over watcher pulled his had back as if he were about to punch Kayle. Kayle sighed, were they really going to do this? Again? He really didn't have the time for this. Kayle effortlessly dodged the blow that was flying toward his head, and responded with one to the over watchers gut. He then took his leg, and kicked the saiyan guard to the ground, leaving his foot there to keep him down. "If you know what is good for you, you will say down when I lift my foot. If you do not, you may not survive what comes next." Kayle told the man now on the ground. Kayle saw a pouch hanging for the over watchers waist. It was obviously a zeni pouch. Kayle bent down and took it from his waist, and tied it to his own. "Oh, and I'm taking this as compensation for you and that pathetic thing there wasting my time. Be glad I don't take the stalls profits too." Kayle said, standing back up and removing his leg. The saiyan guard rose to his feet, a hand still covering his stomach. "You... You think I'm going to let you get away with that?" He growled furiously. "I don't see how you have much of a choice. You are nothing. You are beneath me. Now, you have two choices, turn around and go about your business, or don't. You won't like the consequences of the latter choice, I'm afraid." Kayle simply replied, more bored and annoyed than angry at this point. "And what are you going to do if I don't." He asked. "This." Kayle said, as he punted the saiyan over watcher into the wall of a building. "Now, I am going away. Don't do anything stupid. Use your brain for once." he said as he resumed his journey to the capital. It never failed on this planet. People always tried to fight you, even when obviously out classed.
Kayle continued his way to the capital without further incident. He kept walking around until he came upon to what would be the equivalent to a Vegetan pawn shop, or surplus store. Kayle opened the door and walked in. Gazing around he saw lots of different things, both new and used. On one side were battle armor suits, and clothing of different styles. On another were wrist cannons and various other weapons. All in all it looked like a typical saiyan store. Kayle walked up to the counter. "I want to sell these." He said, throwing down the vial of siba seeds he still had left from his combat in the wastes, and his old scouter that he no longer needed because it had been replaced by this fancy new one. "I'll give ya the goin' rate for the whole lot." the person behind the counter said. "Done. I don't have time to haggle here." Kayle replied, getting his zeni and leaving.
With that out of the way Kayle didn't really know what to do. Normally he might take up some training at the arena, or spectate others fighting there. He didn't feel like that today. All he wanted was to get the zeni he needed so that he could bring his plans into fruition. So that he finally show people here on Vegeta that not all hybrid saiyans were something that you could just dismiss out right thinking them weak because of their alien blood. Beating people in the arena, or the old person that picked a fight in the street wouldn't be enough for that. No, as he thought before, he needed more strength. He needed to look on the grander scale. He need to either leave and come back a planet conquering guru, or find some way to get in good with the current power on Vegeta. He had personally been there to see both the current and former Queens ascend to the thrown, and had personally faced on in combat doing rather well against her, at least he though. Even though this was true, it was not likely that either of them would pay him any attention. They likely thought like the rest of Vegeta, that he was nothing more than cannon fodder to throw at their enemies, at best, and at worst, common good for nothing rabble that somehow crawls its way from the Radittsu district to the capital without being crushed like some sort of bug. Question was, would he leave, or continue to try with the administration? Should Kayle give up on his planet, or stick it out? He had no idea, but while he saved up the zeni for the leaving option, it wouldn't hurt to try to make the Vegetan administration see how valuable he really was. The only way to do this was to go to the capital, and confront them directly. This would end in one of three ways, one they would listen, two they wouldn't and he would leave and return once he proves them wrong, or three, they would simply kill him. The first one seemed unlikely, as did the third. They likely wouldn't want to go about killing citizens their first day in power. Even if that citizen was a 'dirt blood' as the former queen liked to refer to him. Still, Kayle wouldn't play anything out, and the only way to tell was for him to seek the ministry building for one last time, and hope that things would be different this time.

((Thread PL: 2,456,032 | [SU] Ki Suppression Active! Sensed PL: 50,000!))
This was just the worst type of day. Bing was hardly the type of person to be in a sour mood, but today was just not a good one. He thought his recent endeavors were something that might have helped changed Komoto! He befriended the stupid majin, thinking he might be able to turn his villainous way on its head and make the majin a force for good. Sadly it was never meant to be. Komoto wanted to meet with the queen to offer her a deal. The deal was one Bing honestly didn't see coming. When he heard Komoto offer the deal to Zuccetta, his rage boiled to a level it had never been to before, and he stormed away from the castle.
The out of place human walked along the streets of Cacumber Capital, stomping angrily with an annoyed frown etched on his face. His facial expression seemed to actually help him blend in a bit with the rest of the populace, as most Saiyans were angry looking anyways.
As he stormed away from the castle, he accidentally bumped into a saiyan warrior. As he looked towards the saiyan, he noticed he was a bit different from most. He had the normal spiked hair, and the battle armor to go with it, but something was off about him. It took Bing a moment to pin-point what about him was so different, but after a moment it hit him. It was the eyes! Most saiyans had brown eyes, but this one had green eyes, suggesting he was special in some way.
Were Bing in a better mood, he might have apologized. But the human was, for the first time in a very long time, truly angry. Normally he was fairly laid-back, but his last month spent traveling the cosmos with Komoto felt like a waste of time, which annoyed him a lot.
He pushed past the warrior, stomping angrily as he passed him "Out of my way, Monkey" He spoke his words with venomous hatred. He knew most most saiyans didn't like being called a monkey, and calling this one a monkey probably wouldn't help him in any way. The one thing an insult might get you is a fight, and right now Bing really needed to let off some steam. The only problem was this saiyan seemed pretty weak, which would be no fun at all. He hoped that if the saiyan decided to show off the stereotypical pride most had, he would be able to restrain his anger enough to take it easy on him.

Kayle could see the capital building. It had come a long way since his fight with Vennel. It's reconstruction was going well. It almost looked as if everything was complete. The walls were no longer caved in, and the roof was sitting perfectly in its place. It had come a long way since that fateful night so long ago. Kayle wondered what the inside would look like at this point. Would it be in as good repair? If the outside was any indication, then the answer was definitely yes.
On the walk up, Kayle was bumped into by a strange person. "Out of my way, Monkey.", the person had said. Kayle turned back and looked at this person. He was a male. He had odd colored hair for a saiyan. He was dressed very oddly for someone on Vegeta, and worst off all, this man had no tail to speak off! It was obvious that this man was not a saiyan at all. He couldn't be a Kobachan either. He was way to small for someone of that race, and his skin far to light. What else could he be? Then it donned on Kayl. Was he.... no.... no it couldn't be. Could he really? Really be a human?! A human on Vegeta?! This was indeed a rare sight. Occasionally you -might- find one in the slums of the Radditsu District, having been taken as a lover to a lower class saiyan that couldn't do any better, but even that was rare. This was how Kayle himself was born. The union of a low class saiyan and a human scientist. What would a human be doing all the way in the Capital City? AND DID HE JUST CALL KAYLE A MONKEY! This human came millions of light years away from Earth, landed on Vegeta, crawled his way out of the slums of the Radittsu District, just to insult one of the natives of the planet Vegeta?! Was he insane? No, there must be more going on here. This almost sent Kayle over the edge, but he knew that he had more important things to do than to fight on the side of the street. This was just the fates trying to tempt him, trying to see if he was really committed to his goal of speaking with the new queen.
"Listen, human, you are lucky I have more important things to take care of in the capital building. Things that decide whether I stay here on Vegeta or not. It would behoove you to watch how you speak to the natives. I happen to be half human, so I can control my saiyan pride and rage a bit more than a pure blood could. Call a pure blood a monkey, and they would jump at the sight to a fight." Kayle said, promptly turning back around to continue to the capital building. He had urgent business with the new Queen, and he would not be ignored anymore. Kayle was still a little angry from being blown off by Vennel and her court. He would not let that happen again. If this one blew him off, he would have to leave.

The human stopped mid-stride, listening intently to what the Half-Saiyan had to say. Apparently he was too busy to try and fight Bing, which normally would have been alright with the grey-haired human. Today however, he wouldn't let the Saiyan just walk away! He could tell he had been at least a little annoyed by the racist remark, so Bing would push it a bit further. He turned back to face the Saiyan and spoke in an annoyed tone "Yes of course, the Special Half-Saiyan has more important things to do...doesn't matter much to me, a weakling like you isn't worth my time anyways." He turned back around, making sure to take extra slow steps to maximize his time within ear-shot of the Hybrid.
His scowling face changed to an impish grin. He might have been in an annoyed mood, but he couldn't help but smile at the thought of making a Saiyan lose his cool. The entire race always took their pride much too seriously, save for Rabu. Bing was sure that, with enough of a push, the Half-Saiyan would lose his temper and be forced to push back.
The green-clad human spoke again, this time in a dismissive tone "I know you can sense that you're weaker than me with that scouter. It's probably filling you with rage as we speak. If you were a Pure Blood, you would see no problem in turning around and facing your problem instead of making up excuses." He was hoping that insulting the Hybrids mixed blood might incite a reaction, but there would be no way to tell how he would react to such a thing. Perhaps there was a chance he was proud of his mixed blood, but it was more likely that it was a touchy subject.
He gave a two-fingered salute to the Hybrid as he continued walking "Anyways, don't let me bother you anymore. Go ahead and speak to your new Queen, I'm sure she's waiting expectantly for a Low-Class such as yourself." Although Bing didn't actually know the social standing of the Saiyan, he assumed that even if he were a prince, being called low class might be the straw that breaks the camels back.
He'd wait just a few more moments, if what he had said didn't get a violent response, then Bing wouldn't push further.

Kayle stopped in his tracks and pondered for a minute. Was this human really just trying to push him into a fight? As he himself said, the human was far stronger than Kayle, more than twice his power level. Why would he want to fight with someone weaker than him? This is why Kayle chose to stay on Vegeta rather than Earth once he was old enough to decide for himself. He never understood the human ways of going out of their way to pick fights with people weaker than themselves, just for the sake of them being weaker.
Kayle turned around once more and began speaking. "This, human, is why even though I am half human, I never stayed on Earth by choice once I was old enough to decide on my own. You said your self, you are far stronger than I am. At least twice my power level, if my scouter is accurate. Why would you pick a fight with someone weaker than you just for the sake of them being weaker? I don't understand this. Saiyans are a warrior race, and therefor they always seek stronger opponents to fight with them. This helps them reach even greater heights of power, which in turn allows them to fight even stronger opponents, and the cycle repeats itself until the saiyan dies. Humans on the other hand always seem to look for weaker opponents to push around, until the are pushed aside by someone stronger. I, my new friend, call the cowardice. That's all you are is a coward. To afraid to step up to a real challenge for yourself, so you pick on those who aren't. That's ok though, if you are really intent on fighting me, I'll give you a fight. Even if I do lose, I will still get stronger from it. It's the saiyan way, as I said before. Fight stronger foes, so that you can get more power. The only 'low-class' here is you because of your cowardice human. Even a low-class saiyan wouldn't stoop this low. Anyway, if we are to fight, lets fight."
At this time, Kayle smirked. If this coward wanted a fight, Kayle would not disappoint. He had never run before, even when out matched, and he would not start now. He would not insult his saiyan blood. Kayle put both his hands at his sides and began to charge the Destructive Wind, but he found that given his new power he had just gained, that he was able to charge it faster than before, and put more power into it as well. He could feel the energy welling inside of him as the sparks of electromagnetic energy began to flash around his personally form. "Charging the Destructive Wind is far easier than before. This is amazing! I will call this more powerful version... Destructive Howl!" As Kayle spit out the words, he threw his right arm back behind him, then yanked it forward again. As he did so, the air in front of him became super charged with energy, and a wave of this super charged energy, sparking with electromagnetic sparks, flew at Bing at blinding speeds. "This will fight will only help me and hurt you in the end, even if you win!" Kayle screamed after. Kayle knew he had little hopes of winning if the man were to use the power that his scouter read him having. He had hoped that he wouldn't hold back. Kayle knew not what was bothering the man, nor did he really care. All he cared about was gaining the power form this fight. After seeing first hand the transformations of not one, but two, super saiyans, Kayle knew the legend was true. He would one day rise to claim it, and the only way to do that was to gain more power. Little did this man know, he was playing right into Kayles plans.

He had done it, Bing broke the hybrids cool! Though it seemed the Half-Saiyan might have had the wrong idea about why he was getting pushed, it didn't matter much to Bing however because he was just ready for a fight.
The Hybrid yanked his arm back and yelled out his attacks name. As he flung his arm forwards, what looked like pure lightning came his way. Although he could have dodged it quite easily, he decided instead to see how much strength the Saiyan really had. The crackling lightning slammed into Bings chest, exploding violently and engulfing the humans form in a large plume of smoke.
It was somewhat impressive, but sadly Kayles attack barely phased the human. He stood still as the dust cleared, wiping some of the explosions residue off of his shoulder. He looked at the hybrid and raised an eyebrow "You think I'm cowardly for fighting a weaker opponent? What do you call it when a Saiyan commits genocide on an entire planet? Do you call it heroic, maybe even courageous to slaughter so many people?" He was curious as to how the Hybrid might respond. His human side might see that Saiyans are bad business, but his Saiyan roots might sway him to disagree.
Regardless of how the hybrid responds, Bing would take his turn at attacking. He rushed forward like a bullet, left foot extended outwards. As he reached the hybrid he would attempt to kick Kayle in the stomach. If the kick was landed successfully he would then attempt smacking the Hybrid with his fist, aiming for his right cheek. After his small assault he would hop away and take a defensive position.
Bing would speak again "Now don't get me wrong, I didn't choose you for any particular reason. You just happened to be the closest person to me, and I took the chance." He ran his right hand through his hair before continuing "I'm dealing with a lot of stuff right now, I'm sure you can tell but you probably don't care much do you? You are a Saiyan after all..." He scoffed, clearly annoyed with himself. How could he allow his rage to get the better of him? Bing was honestly surprised his recently acquired evil side didn't take this chance to come out and play, but perhaps he was just enjoying the show.
He waited for the Hybrid to make the next move, smirking as he watched carefully "I certainly hope you'd get stronger after this battle! It's not fun having to be a coward you know."

Kayle looked as his new and improved 'Destructive Howl' hit it's mark. The energy charge wind with electromagnetic energies washed over the human's body, and dust and debris flew around the place. Kayle knew that this wasn't the place to be fighting, but at this point he didn't care. He really didn't care about anything anymore. The 'queens' had left him behind, most people treated him like a dog, and, worst of all, for some reason he couldn't get his love of the empire out of his head. It was part of who he was. This empire had taken care of him as a child, but as an adult, he was mocked. Kayle was so confused on how to feel about the empire. All he had to do was prove himself. Once he made a name for himself, they would have to take him seriously.
Then the dust cleared. He saw that the human was left relatively unscathed! What?! This was impossible?! He scouter only read fifty thousand! Even at that level Kayle's attack should have done something, but it looked like it didn't even leave a scratch! This man must know how to suppress his power level as well. This scouter was becoming more and more useless. The only thing it was good for was detecting and communication at this point. He had to find out how to suppress his own power for it even hid it from the scouters.
Then the human spoke to him. He said something about saiyans committing genocide on entire planets being heroic. Of course it wasn't heroic. It was riding the universe of useless beings. Even the weak should at least put up a fight. If you didn't then you didn't really want to live right? The human sprang at the young saiyan hybrid. Kayle, having trained himself mostly in speed and deception, was able to avoid the kick quite easily, but did not expect the punch coming. Even if he had, he wouldn't have been able to avoid both. The smack made its mark and Kayle landed flat on the ground. The man just hopped back and assumed a defensive posture after. Kayle was on the ground, open to attack, and he just jumped back?! This man was obviously only toying with Kayle. This is what infuriated him. Not the mans words. Not what he had said before the fight, but what he was doing now. Kayle peeled himself off the ground and responded to the mans comment. "You fool, saiyans scour the universe for strong opponents, but mostly we just find weaklings that can't take a beating. They are offered a choice. Join the empire, or parish. Most parish. That is their own fault. Only the strong survive." he said. "Oh and stop toying with me! We both know you are stronger, but if I am to gain anything from this we need to fight not play."
During this time Kayle was secretly charging an attack. This particular attack was invisible to the naked eye until fired, and even then it was so barely visible that most missed it anyway. It would be obvious that energy was gathering around him though, to anyone who had a scouter or could sense such things. They just wouldn't be able to see it.
"Come now human. I'll admit, I've never met a human with such strength. Tell me, how did you get so powerful so as to stand toe to toe with a saiyan? I would know this because I need to grow in power myself." Kayale said biding time. "And why are you even here in the first place?"

Bing scoffed, clearly annoyed with both himself and the Hybrid. The human let himself lose his cool, something he'd not done often. It wasn't something he was proud of, but it happened and now he was fighting someone who was much weaker than himself. He wasn't proud of this choice, but he had to deal with the consequences now.
The hybrid spoke of how the Saiyans only attacked other species looking for strong opponents. This statement confused Bing greatly. If they wanted a challenge, why not fight each other? Of course the obvious answer to his question was that it wouldn't be interesting to fight your kinsmen all the time, or perhaps there was an honor code the Saiyans followed that Bing didn't know about.
"An interesting response, but it begs the question...what will your people do when you find a challenge you cannot overcome? You could of course respond with the obvious 'We'll just get stronger', but what if they don't give you the chance to get stronger, what will you do then?" He was honestly curious, because to him this way of finding a challenge was purely foolish. Becoming a monster just to get stronger was something that just didn't seem reasonable to him.
The human raised an eyebrow as it seemed the Hybrid began charging up something. It was invisible, but he could tell something was going on. "I hope that attack you're secretly charging is better than the last one, maybe it'll actually do something!" Bing smirked as the Hybrid continued buying time with more questions.
He was certain he wouldn't be harmed by the Hybrid unless he was hiding some secret strength, but even if he was hiding something Bing wanted to see it. "The reason I got so strong is simple: I worked for it. I wished to become strong, and here I am. I am stronger than your Queen, and if I had less respect for royalty I would have ended her life in the throne room when I spoke with her." This answer was an easy segue into Kayle's next question, which Bing also answered "And that of course, is the reason I came to this miserable rock. I formed an alliance with someone, and that someone happened to be a slimy bastard. He wished to speak with the Queen, and I brought him here." He stated it simply, making sure there was no confusion in his statement.
The Hybrid asked Bing to not hold back, but he would not yet oblige this request. He spoke plainly "No, not yet...I wanna see just how powerful you are before I end this." He chuckled, clearly amused with the situation "I promise you this fight will end in mere moments if I were to show off my full power, so I'll hold off until I feel you're ready for it."

He was stronger than the queen. If he really was stronger than the queen, why did he not oust her and force his rule? He may be human, but if he were stronger than all the saiyans then no one could stop him. Kayle did not understand this reasoning. A strong person simply did not respect the lower, they demanded that the lower respect them. This was the law of the universe. This is just how it was. How could this human think any different? Especially after picking a fight with someone far weaker than himself.
Kayle kept charging his attack. The human might be able to sense his charging, but would he be able to see it once fired to avoid it would be the question. The only person he had met that had even partially seen it was Vennel, and even she questioned if she really had. He was interested to see if a flaw was really there, or if Vennel was really just seeing things.
"Listen, human, you -will- fight me with that strength. If you are as strong as you say you are, sure you'll mop the floor with me, but I will be all the stronger for it. I've relied on speed and deception for so long, now I need the power to back it up. I aim to unlock the power of the super saiyan, and the only way to do that is to get more power. I've seen two recently and that tells me that it's not a mere legend. The only thing they had in common was immense power." Kayle responded to the human standing before him. "Besides, how much of a 'slimy bastard' could this guy have been? If you are not the coward that you seem to be, then he must not have been that bad. Or were you just trying to talk yourself up?" Kayle asked very directly.
Kayle kept charging his attack, but at this point he was far more interested in the answers from the human than in fight itself. Sure, this fight would make him stronger, but the potential information that he could gather was of even greater importance. Kayle always viewed that the brain was stronger than the muscle ever could be alone. It's why his attacks the way they were. Kayle fused his scientific knowledge into his fighting style itself. He personally called it the 'Quantum Style' of fighting, but this of course was unofficial as there was no school for it, and Kayle could scarcely afford one. Not that saiyans were interested in particular styles.
"Oh and to answer your question, there is an ancient myth that the saiyans were once largely wiped out be a force far stronger than they in the past. In a scenario similar to what you describe. If this is true, and we are standing here now in full force, I'd imagine we'd bounce back just like we did back then. There is no reason for me to think it's not true either. I once did. I once only thought it a myth of the ancients, but then again up until about a week ago I also thought the super saiyan a mere unfounded legend. That was proven wrong. It kinda turns your whole world upside down. If it's not true, well, then the saiyans I guess would largely meet their end. It is the law of nature, survival of the fittest, ya know. I would relish the opportunity to fight such an opponent!" Kayle said answering the humans question from before. If that wasn't good enough for the human, then he would just have to do without.

"The reason I didn't kill her was simple, I wouldn't have gained anything from it. Sure I could have killed her, but I don't wish to take the Throne nor do I wish to subjugate your people. I would love to test my skills against hers, but our battle will come when she gets stronger!" Bing smiled and clenched his fist as he spoke. Clearly he was excited about the prospect of fighting Zuccetta, who was apparently one of two Super Saiyans on Vegeta.
"The slimy bastard I speak of is a Majin, ever heard of them? Doesn't matter if you have, let me explain anyways, seeing as you seem interested..." He cleared his throat as he explained his situation "...You see, I allied myself with the Majin Man because he was a friend of a friend. I felt bad for the guy, but I found out that through it all he was just using me for his own purposes." He stated simply, still a bit annoyed about even thinking of the past. "I don't really want to go into more detail, because I hate him, so why don't we change the subject?"
Bing chuckled at the Hybrids continued requests to see Bings full strength. It seemed his Saiyan side was the stronger one for sure. Though it could be assumed the human side of Kayle's blood was just as interested in seeing the power, it was more likely to assume it was his saiyan blood that made him continue pushing Bing to unleash his maximum.
"Very well then. If you really wish to end our session so very quickly..." Bing unfolded his arms and dashed forwards, speeding towards Kayle like a lightning bolt. He smirked as he stood in front of the saiyan "...Let's see how much stronger you'll get after THIS!" He extended his right arm, aiming his fist for the Hybrids stomach. If the attack was successful, he would continue his assault by trying to slam his other fist into Kayle's nose.
After these two punches, he would pull his arms back and try upper-cutting his opponent directly in the chin, hopefully sending him skyward.
There was always the chance these attacks could be avoided by Kayle unleashing his attack, which might throw Bing off a bit. But it was likely the humans assault would succeed due to the sheer difference in power.
After his small combination ended, he would float away. He folded his arms again and spoke "Do you think you'll ever become strong enough to reach the level of Super Saiyan? What will you do with that power when you claim it anyways? Perhaps you'll attempt to claim the throne, but what would you do with the throne? Maybe you'll scour the galaxy looking to fight me again. I'm curious to know why you want this power, other than for the simple fact that others have it."

The man began to talk, answering a few of the questions. He said something about the queen getting stronger. "Why would you ever want to just let someone get stronger than you? How would that even work? Why would you ever want that? You speak in riddles human, stop that. Speak in plain speak or don't speak at all. And what did this Majin do that made him so horrible anyway? You confuse me so much human. It matters not, however. The reason I want you to fight me with your true strength is because there is no reason in winning or losing to anyone not fighting their best." Kayle said to the human.
Right when Kayle was done speaking he felt his attack was done charging. It was a full on attack now. The human started speaking Kayle really wanting to see his true power again. Of course kayle wanted to see his true power, who wouldn't want to see the full power of their opponent? Kayle had never met a human like this before, that was for sure. This human seeme to have some deep seeded issues. Far deeper than anything he had seen on earth before.
As Kayle was pondering all this, he noticed the human taking an attack stance. So, he was getting ready to attack. Luckily Kayle was ready for his attack as well. The human extended his hand and dashed forward faster than Kayle had even seen! Kayle himself even had to admit that this was truly an amazing feat! He had never seen such speed before, not even from either of the 'Queens' he had served. It was truly remarkable!
Kayle's only hope was to unleash his charged energy attack. He flung his hands forward and shot a near invisible wave of manipulated gravitational energy toward the human, while attempting to step out of the way of the human. The only thing that would be seen of this energy wave, if anything at all, would be skall ripples in the air indicating where the gravity itself was bending to the will of the wave. Kayle had hoped this would at least hit the human, and maybe even throw him off just a little.
((This is where I'm going to end this post. I know theres more that happened in your post I could answer to, and I want to, but I need to know how the Gravity Pulse affects Bing before I do. I don't like even attempting to control others characters without permission.))

As Bing approached his opponent, he noticed that the Hybrid had thrown something forward. The human could sense something coming towards him, but he couldn't actually see it. As he flew forward he could feel his chest be pushed into, and his momentum was slowed a bit. He wouldn't let a little compressed air halt his approach, however. Bing forced his way through the wave of energy and a noticeable burn mark appeared on his shirt. He winced in pain, but pressed on.
He continued with his plan from before, intending on smashing his right fist into Kayle's stomach, and his left fist aimed for the Hybrids nose. If these two attacks were successful he would continue the assault by attempting to upper-cut the Half-Saiayn and send him skyward.
Regardless of his attacks success, he would reply to the Hybrids question shortly after. "I can see the Queens potential already, so why not let her live to gain more strength? It makes it more fun, and it's why you won't be losing your life today." The human smirked as he replied, satisfied with his answer.
Kayle once again pressed on the question of what the Majin had done. It infuriated Bing to even think about it, and he honestly didn't want to answer his question. However he felt that the Hybrid was owed this information, it was only fair, seeing as he was forced to fight someone superior to him. He ran his hand through his grayed hair and spoke "...He...did something he shouldn't have. Messed with my mind, my spirit." Bing looked down and sighed "He implanted something in my mind, made me a worse person for it...I suppose the magic he used on me is why I chose to fight you."
The gray-haired human chuckled and looked back at his opponent "But enough about me, let's end this pointless battle now."
Bing bent his knees a bit and cupped his hands in front of his chest. Slowly, a small orb of Emerald Green ki began forming between his hands. It gained size at an alarming rate, giving off a painfully bright glow.
"It's been a while since I've used this technique...Twin Fangs!" As he yelled out the attacks name, he thrust his hands forwards. The green orb of Ki coiled outwards, forming a beam and spiraling towards Kayle. As it reached the half-way point, Bing moved his hands away from each other, and a crackling could be heard from the spiraling beam. Surprisingly, the green beam had split in two! They took off in different directions, but both were still aiming for Kayle!

Kayle was able to move out of the way partially, but not completely. The fist to the gut and face didn't hit their mark, but didn't completely miss either. Instead the hit his shoulder and rib cage, and Kayle was sent reeling across the ground before the human was able to do the upper cut. This human was strong. Far stronger than Kayle ever remembered a human being capable of. He was actually impressed. If a human could be this strong, then maybe his human blood wasn't such a detriment after all. Perhaps it came with its own secret strength. Something Kayle could eventually tap into to enhance his saiyan power. Maybe it could give him something that a pure saiyan couldn't use. Could the secret to his power really be the combination of his human and saiyan genes? This human had shown Kayle something that needed further study.
The human flew back and assumed another stance, while Kayle was still smeared on the floor. The human began to answer the humans question about the queen. He had said something about her being a worthy opponent but not until she was stronger. Then, had he, had he really said that that was probably why Kayle himself was not dieing this day? Did this human really view the hybrid a worthy challenge. Did he see something Kayle didn't? His power level dwarfed Kayles. How could Kayle be any challenge to this person what so ever? Kayle was very confused about this. The human had answered the question about this Majin guy too. He had messed with the humans mind. That was interesting. Speed and deception was a good way to get an advantage in battle, and probably the only reason Kayle wasn't completely blacked out, but manipulation of ones enemy held a potential even greater. Yes, Kayle definitely need to get off world. He was learning a lot from this fight alone, and from earthlings mind you. Prehaps there was more they could teach him after all.
The human cupped his hands, and a small emerald green pin point of ki appeared within them, and began growing at a speed Kayle previously thought impossible. The glare coming off of it was next to blinding. Kayle could see, but barely, and painfully. The human screamed out something about not using this attack in a while, and then yelled "Twin Fangs!" The ki beam began shooting at Kayle in a spiral. It was flying at Kayle with a blinding speed. Kayle peeled himself off the ground and and braced for its impact. Then the unbelievable happened. The human split his hands and the attack split! The spirals began coming at Kayle not from the front, but one on each side! There was only one chance of survival. Kayle leaped into the air, but knew he wouldn't be fast enough, so he quickly charged up the attack he had used before, the Gravity Pulse. Instead of aiming it at the human however, he aimed it directly below him, using the manipualated gravitational force as an extra propellant. It was just enough to avoid taking the attack dead on, but as the two spiraling beams connected beneath him, the shock wave of the explosive impact did infact find its indirect mark. Despite avoiding a direct hit, Kayle was sent spiraling away himself. It had caused serious damage. Kayle landed on the ground with a loud THUD sound. Kayle slowly drug himself off the ground. He could barely stand. It was obvious he could not continue.
"Impressive human. I had no idea that a human could have such strength. You have shown me that maybe my human blood is not a waste. I have a lot to comptemlate, if you decide to let me live. You have won, so by rite of saiyan law, my life is forefit to end at your choice. Before you do however, I would like to at least know your name. The name of the only super human I have ever heard of, much less met. To answer your question before, I don't want the power of the super saiyan just because others have it. No one here takes hybrids seriously. We are generally smarter than our pure bred counter parts, and have the potential to be just as strong, if not stronger. No, I want this power to prove the fact that a half breed is not a gimp and waste on society. It might be lost on the saiyan culture however. Perhaps I should go out and find a planet. A planet where the hybrids could be who they really are. We are people and deserve not to be ignored. To do this, or to make the saiyans realize we aren't some push overs, I need to at least be a super saiyan. I -need- this power for the good of my true people. The people who have the unfortunate pleasure of being only half saiyan, and not being truly accepted it either of their parent races societies. We deserve this. I don't care if you agree or not. I will make this a reality. I will force the saiyan race to listen. I will force the human race to listen. They will all listen, and we hybrids will never be ignored or treated as less than people again. Now, make your choice human. Do I live, or do I die?" Kayle gave his very long winded response. The choice was in the humans hands now. Kayle could barely stand much less fight back. What would be the outcome of this predicament? Kayle stood by and patently waited for the huma nto make his decision. How did Kayle always manage to find himself in these situations?

Bing was very honestly impressed. Though there was a massive difference in power and speed, the Hybrid was able to keep himself somewhat out of harms way by using his previous attack to quickly dodge Bings "Twin Fang". The Hybrid was still hit by the ensuing explosion, but the potential damage he would have received was lowered immensely.
The human smiled brightly as Kayle pulled himself off the ground painfully and spoke. He was apparently just as impressed as Bing was. Kayle spoke of wanting to get the Hybrids more respect, as they were considered lesser beings compared to pure bloods.
"The name is Bing Gan, and it was a pleasure to meet you. I must say you were just as impressive. Your quick-thinking probably just saved your life, well done..." Bing smiled as he continued "I won't be ending your life this day, but you must make me a single promise." He raised a finger and spoke in a stern tone "Next time we meet, you must have the power of a Super Saiyan. If you do not, I will be sorely disappointed in you, understand?"
With those words, Bing turned to take his leave. He hoped that Kayle would be able to succeed in his endeavors, as they seemed to be somewhat noble.
