Athan soared threw the heavens. He was completely out of it. All of the energy his programming had given him to send him half way into space had disappeared and he was sleeping like a rock, while flying like a missile. The air around him glowed a multicolored blue as he separated from one of his sisters that he had been following by complete random. Everyone for miles in the east would be able to see his trail flowing behind him, like the Aurora borialis.
He started getting dangerously low, he scraped down against some impossibly tall tree's sending them flying to the ground. Finally he made it over the forest and slammed down with great strength into the soil of a large grass field. he landed back first and had made a very large crater when he had done so. His hair fell down on his face and he opened his eyes for the first time on his own. "Hello? Am I alive? Where am I?" He asked with half of his sunglasses jacked up on his forehead and the other half alongside with his hair covering his left eye.

[Heavy Weights On]
Articho looked up from his current spot at the edge of a cliff, his meditating interrupted by a loud explosion nearby. He stood up, facing the direction it came from and trying to sense any power levels. Nothing came up. It must have been an android of some sort, possibly exploding or two of them having a fight. The hybrid took off from the cliff and flew quickly towards the origin of the loud noise. His muscles were tensed and ready to respond to anything that happened to come up. He would not want to be caught off guard when the explosion sounded as powerful as it did.
As he flew closer, Articho spotted a figure falling through the sky at high speeds. His eyes widened in shock before he sped up towards the person. Their descent was alarmingly fast and the hybrid couldn't hope to catch them. The figure crashed through the trees below them before cratering themselves in a field just beyond the forest. Articho quickly descended towards the figure and jogged towards them as he touched down. The android was male and he looked quite disheveled in his current state, babbling out a few questions that lead the hybrid to believe that he had just been activated. It was strange that he was left falling through the sky upon his activation, though.
"Alright, just stay calm," Articho said as he crouched next to the man. "You took quite a tumble there." He smiled, trying to reassure the man. "Yes, you are alive and currently one of two people in the middle of nowhere," he continued. "Now, do you remember your name or where your from?"

((Heavy Weights on))
It had been a while since she'd come to visit him; she hoped he'd still remember her despite leaving in such a rush. Zerori walked, keeping one foot in front of the other, as she trekked like a woman on her way to a funeral. Nervous, perhaps? No, it was more like shame since she left without really telling him why. I'd just tell him some bullshit about 'Trying to find myself' or something just as stupid, She thought with a grimace on her face.
However, still quite a distance from the mountain Bigby inhabited - if her memory was right - she was nearly knocked backwards by a powerful shockwave. Finding her footing before she could fall on her ass with the grace of a fat cat, she looked up to see the shape of a huge explosion before her. So large was it, she almost didn't think she couldn't see exactly how big it was - it devoured the horizon. "By the Gods..." Tied with her expression of awe, she realized something important.
That was where she was headed...
"No, you don't, you dumb-!" She gasped, chilled as if a bucket of ice water was thrown onto her. It only out of the corner of her eye that she saw it; a meteor or some sort. Or what she wanted to assume was a meteor; however, upon passing just a but closer Zerori was surprised to see humanoid figure and didn't hesitate to follow it.
Rushing through the vegetation and growth that hid the landing site of the crashed body, she could hear the words of another person and burst through the brush to look at two figures next to each other. One, grounded but still alive somehow and the other seemed to have investigated like she did - though he was much more calm.
"Bigb-" She caught herself, seeing someone completely different. This wasn't her friend; Have I already considered him a friend? Came a sudden startling thought. Trying to push it aside, she walked close, "You landed pretty hard there - Tell me, can you feel your anything?" As she asked, kneeling down on his other side, she looked him over. "Can you tell me about that explosion?" Her questions were disconnected, like a doctor asking if anything hurt with an expression of disinterest.

<Personality error.... Attempting to solve....Failure. Restart to last saved personality.>
The man inside the crater had just sat up, the dirt fell out of his hair like it was designed to, because it was. Something almost seemed to click and it would be clear to anyone looking at his face that this was the case. But then he sat up fully. "Yeah, I'm alright. A little tumble never did me any harm." The android would jump out of the crater and land shakily. What was this? Was he drunk or something? Bigby did not know, but he did not seem to have that great control over himself. "That explosion Zerori would be me blowing myself up, I got into trouble with some people and wanted to restart things. Do them better."
Bigby did not even think for a moment that he looked any different. He thought that he was just wearing some different clothing. He would in all likelihood freak the two right out. He sounded relatively like the man that they knew, but he was very tired and it was easily not as recognizable. He looked at Articho like he was a bit nuts. "Don't tell me the change of style threw you off, come on mate you know who I am right?" He lifted the new glasses off of his face as if that would in some way help.
Bigby tried to take another step forward but his legs stalled and he fell forward. For a moment he reached out a hand for one of them to possibly grab but if that failed then he would fall embarisingly on his hands and knee's. "Man it is just not my day is it. Oh Zerori, are those wounds better? Even if you got some scars I could probably help you out there. I made this new technique where I can heal very well. Not sure why it is not working on me at the moment. Probably a soft wear issue after, you know. Blowing up like a hundred nukes."

Articho watched the man sit up and he looked like he had a realization. Maybe he would be able to tell them something now. He floated up out of the crater and stood next to the android, looking at him in confusion. Something felt incredibly familiar about the man, but the hybrid couldn't put his finger on it. "You blew yourself up?" he asked. "That's a little bit extreme just for a reset. How did you survive?"
Articho was further baffled as the android seemed to know him, even his name. He had only known one android in his life. His jaw dropped as he stared at the android. "Bigby?" the hybrid said in astonishment. "You... you tried to kill yourself?" The hybrid couldn't stop staring in disbelief at his friend until Bigby fell. Articho caught the android and held him up. He snorted in laughter, "You think? You tried to blow yourself up. No need to strain yourself before your... new body, I guess, is ready."

Despite how disconnected she felt at first to seeing such a person fall from the sky and land in a crater, she realized that he acted as direct and succinct as the android she had almost mistaken him for. It wasn’t until he was sat up and somewhat lucid that she realized something about the way he addressed her. I’ve never met this man before, yet he knows my name? And my real one at that? Something didn’t feel right; besides, what kind of person tries to destroy themselves to ‘restart’? It wouldn’t happen to be the same kind that use dumpsters for dumbbells, would it? She watched, her eyes hard, attentive and most importantly guarded, as he looked to the other man that had investigated the crash.
They apparently knew each other, or this man at least knew the new arrival. Speaking of which, Zerori coolly looked over the man that seemed to show more concern for the man – and much more understanding. He had shorter hair than Zerori did, since she’d yet to desire to cut hers again, but his eyes were a brighter hue than hers own despite being the same similar shade. Tanned skin must be common on this planet since she wasn’t sure if he was a human or otherwise. When the man seemed to get to his feet to move and almost fell to his knees, Zerori also stepped forward to help him up.
This does feel familiar… How long ago was it that we trained? Restart? It wasn’t until he lamented that it might not have been his day before speaking to her again that her eyes widened significantly. It all made sense; the explosion coming from the direction of the house she chilled in, the forward way he spoke to her, “B-Bigby? How the fuck did you even-?” She paused, remembering his question and giving him a playfully angry glare, “They healed just fine, you stupid machine,” When she was finished with the pleasantries, she stepped away from him before emboldening her glare, “So, you tried to off yourself or restart or…?” Shaking her head, she muttered, “What the hell were you thinking? Just how would ‘blowing yourself up’, restart anything in this world?”
After a moment, she leaned toward him and tilted her head, “Did you get infected by a virus or… something?” She just couldn’t understand the situation that was presented to her.

Bigby tried to stand up once Articho caught him, it ended up that he could not. In fact, all of his motor functions were redlining at the moment. Huh. He would grow heavier and more limp with every passing moment until he would fall back and land flat on his back. He continued to act like nothing was wrong. "Well you know the BBA right? I sort of P)+issed them off." The word would become faulty and corrupted in his mouth. Oh joy that was happening. "So-.7^t in a-a--An effort to-to0to avoid geTTTinG kikkked o989ff i-of EarTH." His voice would begin to stabilize. "I faked a suicide. If it is any consolation to your anger I do feel like I am dieing, for real. I'm gunna....Do a.... Reboot................................." The android said slowing down.
"Probably,..... Just...... the new...........Hardware." His eyes would roll shut like window blinds.

Articho watched Bigby in concern and attempted to hold the android up and off of the ground. He tried to shift Bigby to where his arm was draped over his neck, but as he tried this, Bigby slipped from his grasp. He grit his teeth in frustration as he tried to recover and catch the android once again. He didn't succeed and Bigby was on the ground. Articho crouched next to the android. Clearly, his faked death had done more damage to him than he had intended.
"Bigs..." the hybrid said as he watched Bigby shut down. He hoped that Bigby wasn't permanently dead or shut down, in his case. He sighed, then looked over at the woman next to them, Zerori Bigby had said. "This is a strange time to meet," Articho said. "My name is Articho. Nice to meet you, I suppose."

“Bigby?” Zerori asked, trying to listen to his explanations as he whatever made his voice function started to gravely malfunction. He mentioned the BBA – which Zerori recalled immediately as the Blue Banner Army – before going into why he decided to try and destroy himself. No matter what he explained, the Halfling just couldn’t understand trying to off oneself. However, once his voice started slowing down and his body could no longer stay up and in the facsimile of a standing position, she ground her teeth together, “What the fuck do you mean ‘consolation’?! That’s not-” She stopped, already realizing that her words wouldn’t reach him anyway after he’d ‘rebooted’.
-if that’s really what he did…
Staring down at him, she didn’t realize the other person was talking before she slightly shook her head and looked back up, “-What?” Like a video being rewound in her head, she seemed to remember what he said and gave a quick nod, “Oh… yeah,” After a moment of awkward silence, she gave a deeply annoyed sigh, “Honestly, this is actually exactly how I meet people; Zerori,” She grabbed his hand to shake it once before looking back down at Bigby, “Well Arct-Art-itch…-” She stopped, bringing a hand to the bridge of her nose to pinch it tightly before responding passive aggressively, “Artie… we need to pick Bigby up,” She finished and knelt back down to the ground and tried to dust the android off before grabbing his two boot-clad feet.
Looking up at him from her strained position on the ground, she couldn’t help but ask, “So, you got a place to stay or shall we go back to mine? I know it seems fast but it wouldn’t be the first time I’ve brought men back on the first date,” Her delivery was followed up with a wink and grin combo.

<Personality core 102 fully functional, personality core 101 mid reboot. Initializing program 102, Athan.>
Athan felt himself being picked up, it was quite a strange sensation being unable to move. His eyes rolled open like shutters, they glowed blue. Fully operational. He genuinely had no idea what was going on. "It's bright..." He mumbled before he tried to shake out of whatever grip Zerori had him in before sitting up. He looked up at the two with a dumb look on his face. Then back at the crater that was just behind him. Shakily, out of inexperience the android stood up. "Um... Greetings?" He said with a wave of his hand, some part of him had a pretty good idea that that is how you met someone. You just waved, said some words. Then the personal information would follow. "So.... Would either of you have a clue who and what I am?"

Articho would have normally chuckled at Zerori's failed pronunciation of his name and subsequent use of a familiar nickname, but Bigby's situation was too pressing for his sense of humor to enact. He nodded and knelt down next to his arms. He grabbed the android's wrists and lifted Bigby off of the ground. The hybrid felt his face flush red at Zerori's joke. He cleared his throat before replying, "M-my mother's house is too far off, so we can go to your place," he said, stumbling over his words. He was about to begin carrying Bigby when the android spoke again.
Articho looked down at Bigby in confusion. "Uh, hi...?" he replied. Did the reboot do something to his personality? This was all too strange. "Your name is Bigby and you're an android. You tried to commit suicide and now we're here. How do you feel?"

Giving a nod at his acceptance, she started to move with him to get Bigby out of the destroyed vegetation and dirt, when he started to gain consciousness again. Her eye twitched at how often he seemed to go in and out, and placed him back down on the ground as he made to move. At least he can move… She noted with some relief and scratched the back of her head at his salutations. What the hell-? When Articho told the man about who he was and what had happened, before asking how he felt Zerori felt a very powerful urge that she could only just barely suppress into a passive aggressive response.
“You’re a machine and you’re malfunctioning; possibly fatally if you don’t do as we tell you so we can get your shit repaired,” Tensions running high within her, she tried to calm herself by counting to three before crossing her arms and looking him up ad down. He didn’t look as damaged as he was acting so that lead to believe that Bigby was more self-aware of his problems than she and Artie were.
A software issue, and if that meant that he was going to have memory problems, then they were going to have to jump-start him into his old ‘personality’ – or whoever he was before he rebooted.
“Do you know anything about yourself?” Zerori asked, hardly interested in this man’s state of feeling like Artie was.

"Malfunctioning? Well, I mean... I don't think that I am, diagnostic says I should be about fine now." Athan was really taken back at Zerori's aggressive response. "Wait, an android or a machine? Oh or are those the same thing?" Athan looked down at his body, it was his, unique only to him. He did not know where he was or much of who he was. He felt a sort of curiosity mixed with a feeling of awfulness because some of the first things he was told about himself was that he was broken. "Uhh." He said getting a little nervous as more information came in. "Why would I try to kill myself? I mean, I have been dead for billions of years without feeling anything, and what life I have lived so far has not been very nice... Oh, wait. Should I try again? I think I could probably pierce the old reactor better than last time."
Athan snapped his fingers and a katana appeared at his side, it was in an intricate sheath and it appeared from top to bottom at his side. He pulled it out in a fluid motion and held it backhanded over his chest. The Katana glowed very brightly and lit up with flames as he charged it to a high capacity for energy. "Oh, and Bigby is another man. Give me some credit, I know that." He would say like any good data console on a ship or airport. The air around the sword would begin to hum, he held his sword in one hand and began tapping his foot and waiting for the blade to reach maximum power. "Sorry to bother you, this will only take a few moments I swear."

Articho studied the android at his feet for a few moments. He didn't know what to call him anymore, because it wasn't Bigby. "You were malfunctioning not too long ago. You're legs and stuff weren't working," he explained. "I guess your systems have rebooted and started working again. They are sort of the same thing, but androids are better, I suppose." He gave Zerori a pointed look. It was apparent that she didn't really care about the android's well being.
The hybrid shook his head at the android's proposition of attempting killing himself again. "Let's not do that again. You screwed yourself up pretty badly the first time and you're lucky to still be working right now." Articho rapped his knuckle on the shoulder of the android, though he jumped back in surprise at the sudden appearance of the katana. It looked like he was really going through with killing himself again. It didn't seem like either of them could stop the android in his path, so the half human awkwardly pat him on the shoulder with a confused look on his face. "I... hope it works out for you the second time," he said unsurely. He wasn't sure if stabbing himself in his reactor would do anything, but they wouldn't know until he tried.

This man, whoever he was, was really starting to get on her nerves. As a machine – or android, since the debate seemed to crop up at her pointless mention of it – she knew that his body was vulnerable to all sort of digital intrusion if he didn’t have firewalls. That was basic computer science. However, as she listened to him speak about himself and his motives, it seemed like this wasn’t the act of a virus at all. Some sort of failsafe program was inside of him and had activated upon his death. Maybe it’s going to prevent him from destroying himself again? As she thought such a thing, slightly hopefully for the new arrival, she was caught off guard by the hilt of a katana appearing in his hand and the blade beginning to heat up.
She looked over at Articho, barely noticing a look that confused the hell out of her, before she turned back to him and stepped up close with a stern look. “I don’t fucking think so,” She spoke back softly, raising her hand to his that held the weapon and motioning him to put it down, “This thing you’re doing? All I’m hearing is ‘let me stab myself and see if what I want to happen, happens’. You know what this sounds like?” She asked, only offering him a few moments of contemplation and maybe even allowing an answer before she rhetorically told him anyway. “It sounds like you’re trying to get rid of something inside you. Something your system doesn’t recognize.”
She turned to Articho and gave him a venomous look, “I’m not going to let him try again and of you’re worth a damn, you won’t either,” Despite her aggressiveness, she didn’t want Bigby’s generosity to be squandered but anyone – even himself. He tried to kill himself once because he made some mistakes.
For whatever reason, this new personality has appeared and seemed to want to do the same thing. To squander this opportunity, she needed to at least try to be more… sensitive. Her voice unnaturally soft, obviously from not using such a tone very often, she beseeched him, “What is your name, if not Bigby? Give me some time to try and fix things, alright?”
