((Thread PL: 45,153. Medium Weights: 22,576. Medium Weights ON) The Frozen North; A place where lives ended and thrived, where true warriors come to hone their skills. It wasn't Bings favorite place but he was here. He was led here by a Serpent-Man. Serpent-Men, for those who didn't know, are a group of mystical Zooanthropes who lived in all corners of the globe. For normal standards they were incredibly strong and It seemed as though their favorite past-time was trying to kill Bing, as they sent out at least one Serpent-Man to kill him every other week. The Serpent Man who approached Bing in Fukurou Forest today was here for the same reason the others were. But when Bing defeated him instead of charging in one last time only to be knocked away this Serpent-Man turned tail and ran. It intrigued Bing so he followed the Serpent, keeping his Ki suppressed and following a fair distance away. They flew for about 20 minutes, flying past the forest in it's entirety and then some. They flew a bit longer until finally they reached a Frozen Temple in the northern region of the world. The Serpent-Man landed at the door of the Temple and looked to the left and then the right before he entered quickly, closing the massive door behind him. Bing landed about a hundred feet away, looking for any guards near the entrance. He decided that if he was going to assault the Temple, which he was going to do, he'd have to most likely take a stealthy approach. He used his Ki sense to look for something but found nothing. Not a single guard or lookout or anything of the sort outside. It was like they wanted Bing to go inside! He obliged their obvious invitation and headed for the entrance. He tentatively opened the massive, frozen-over door. He fully expected there to be a giant hail of arrows on the other side, or a group of Serpent-Men with massive energy attacks charged to full power that were ready to blast him as soon as he opened up the door. To his surprise there was nobody in the strangely warm entrance hall. He walked around the beautiful golden room, admiring it's many beauties. There were multiple ornate statues of snakes of all kinds; from Cobras to Pythons, Vipers to Boa Constrictors and just about every other kind of snake you could think of, all of them were here and each of them were in perfect condition. It amazed Bing but he had to focus on what he was here for. He walked farther into the massive Temple where there were corridors in every direction. He used his Ki sense once again to try and find where the biggest group of people were. He was once again surprised, it seemed all of the people in the Temple were in one room at the very center. He recognized a majority of the Ki Signatures as Serpent-Man but a few were new which worried him some. He headed down the corridor that led him to the center room the fastest. Through a bit of sneaking and a tiny bit of luck, he found himself in a Spectators area slightly above the Center Room of the Temple. The Center Room seemed to be a sort of Circular Arena made of wood. At the center of the circular arena stood a group of Serpent-Men with King Cobra at the front. On the far end stood two men who were guarding a door. They were dressed in Green Gi's somewhat similar to Bings. He listened in to their conversation: King Cobra spoke first "Where the hell is your boss? I don't like waiting." The man on the left spoke with a gruff voice "Don't worry, He'll be here soon" King Cobra sighed and was about to speak again when the door opened wide and an older man walked out "Ahh King Cobra! I'm so glad you could make it" The older man bowed towards King Cobra and extended his hand. King Cobra declined the handshake and spoke with annoyance in his voice "Enough with the pleasantries, You know why I'm here." The Older man nodded and snapped his fingers. A large group of people walked out of the door and brought out a large briefcase. "I trust this will be enough for whatever 'personal business' you have to attend to?" He opened the briefcase and inside was a massive amount of Zeni. King Cobra cackled as he grabbed the briefcase and snapped it shut "Yes...YES This is perfect! This will be more than enough!" King Cobra slowly began to caress the briefcase. The Older Man beckoned King Cobra "Very well then, Follow me. I believe it's time for you to fulfill your part of the bargain." They began to walk through the door but were interrupted when a burst of Ki erupted from the stands above. Bing was powering up above them, his power surging up to it's maximum. He yelled down at the group "If you think I'll allow you to do whatever weird plan you have going on you're dead wrong!" He continued powering up as the group below stood in fear. King Cobra darted past everyone and headed through the door "Come on you fool! Let's get your part of the bargain out of the way!" The old man looked back and followed alongside King Cobra "Keep that green-haired kid busy! We need as much time as you can get us!" The door slammed shut as Bing reached his full power. He looked down at the crowd and counted them. There was at least thirty people below him and more were coming out of the door King Cobra had went through! It wouldn't be such a problem if it wasn't for the fact that most of them were fairly strong and would seriously be a threat if he took them all on solo. He didn't have much time to think as the group began to run up the stairs leading to Bing. He thought of the first thing he could and said to himself: "I want to split"(Cobra's Strength Active! Current PL: 67,728) ([SU]Multi-Form Used! There are now two Bings each with 33,864 PL!)Bing opened his eyes and saw another version of himself! He smiled at himself and got to work. The Original Bing took on the left side and The New Bing took on the right side of the room. They fought off the droves of enemies quite easily. But it was taking an awfully long time. Whatever plan King Cobra was helping enact was probably well underway and he had no way to get past the horde of people that were assaulting him. He could try splitting again but that would make all of his copies too weak to hold their own. He'd have to find an opening and escape the onslaught but his escape would take just a bit longer. He hoped it wouldn't take too long.

[Heavy Weights ON]
While the expanses of the Frozen North were far from Liang's preferred climate, he was unfortunately drawn here on business from the much more preferable South. Clad in his Blue Banner combat outfit, he'd had little time to care for attire or even change out from a previous mission; he'd parked himself firmly in the mess and was enjoying a nice hot meal when two of his men burst into his immediate vicinity, reporting to him about a few missing members from his unit. Noting in a panic that they'd been spotted with some sort of zoanthropes in the cold North, the Captain wasted no time in hurrying his way out of the base and blasting off into the sky in desperation. He felt the biting cold begin to sink in as he traveled further and further into the frozen expanse, fine-tuning his ki sensing abilities to try and get a read on any kind of clue that could start him on a more precise trail. As an extra precaution from a sudden moment of clarity, he sailed through the skies wondering if any of the mystery aggressors could potentially sense him as well; he was fairly strong even wearing his weighted gear, and he decided to divert practice into results as his aura slowly began to fade, his power level suppressing to what he called his first ''stage'' of suppression. With half of his weighted energy now hidden, he stopped briefly and shut his eyes, seeking to push his practice into mastery and take it one step further. Slowing his pulse and breathing and bringing his mind to a calm state, his aura sunk even further and became hardly tangible; he needed the advantages of stealth in this situation, as it would serve his investigative motives a lot better.
Now hiding three fourths of his weighted power, he re-opened his eyes and set off across the sky once more to resume his search when something peculiar shot through his senses. A ki signature, much like his, suddenly shot upward like a rocket before splitting in two. Was someone in trouble? Maybe, just maybe, it could have been connected to the same aggressors that had kidnapped the missing men. Diverting his course desperately, he shot across the sky and steadily decreased his altitude to land in a sprint. Tearing across the landscape toward a large temple, he locked eyes with the freshly-arrived guard, clearly a zoanthrope, who then braced his back against the heavy doors and prepared for a fight. ''Get out of my way!'' Liang sprang from his sprinting position into a flying kick, spearing the guard straight through the doors which flung open on impact and sending him sailing over the rail of the large staircase on the other side. Rolling across the ground in a heap, the thug was out cold as the Tiger landed on the temple floor, spotting the two identical humans fighting off a crowd of henchmen. He had to admit it was uncanny seeing identical twins fighting side by side dressed exactly the same, but that was a question that could be resolved later; for now, it seemed whatever these guys were up to, they certainly fit the bill of his men's report. A small pack broke away from the twins to stop Liang from advancing any further and as they surrounded him, he sank into his combat stance and scrolled his eyes slowly for the signs of the first one brave enough to attack.
''I can sense him! He's pathetic compared to the other one, take care of him quick and let's get this over with!'' Liang rolled up his sleeves, revealing his EMA-PAKS bracers. The first charged in as the human flooded the devices with ki, extending the pistons near the elbows before launching forward and pummeling him with a rapid fire series of punches to the body, ending with a hard forward shifting punch with the right bracer; the piston retracted a bit with an audible click as the hydraulics added force to his punch, lifting the zoanthrope from his feet and launching him across the room into two other dumbfounded thugs. Using the surprise to his advantage, he shifted from view into an Afterimage only to reappear in the center of a pack, using a series of rotating kicks to dismantle their formation before quickly shifting between each one for a finishing blow to take them out of the fight quickly. The pack swarmed in around him, and as they mobbed in, more and more were sent sailing out to the sidelines. He made sure to check up on the twins when the opportunity presented itself, but it was likely his arrival took a lot of the disadvantage out of their situation.

The two Bing's were holding their own against the horde of minions quite easily, but they didn't have time for this, they had to stop King Cobra! It this were to keep up for much longer whatever plan he had concocted would be easily competed. Bing 1 looked around for anything he could use to slow the flow of the crowd for just a moment so he could slip past. His answer came to him in the form of another warrior smashing the door open! It was a young fighter dressed in Blue Banner Combat Gear. He only had a brief moment to catch a glimpse of the warrior but from what he could tell the man was on Bing's side. A group of thugs swarmed the new arrival, which was just the thing Bing needed. Bing 1 broke free of the crowd, jumping down to the door King Cobra had ran into and kicked open the door.
Only one of the thugs noticed this as he yelled out to the crowd "HE'S ESCAPING!" Some of the horde turned to the Bing who had just dashed down the corridor and followed behind him, but a majority was still fighting Liang and Bing 2.
Bing 1 ran down the long winding staircase as fast as he could, which happened to be fast enough, seeing as he caught up with King Cobra relatively quickly. He tackled the Serpent-Man to the ground and they tumbled down the stairs for a few moments until Bing lifted the two of them into the air. He began punching King Cobra multiple times in the face, trying his best to end this by knocking the Serpent out cold. Bing 1's assault was interrupted by the old man who was with King Cobra. He had jumped up into the air and knocked Bing off of King Cobra, causing the two of them to smack into the cold hard staircase.
The Old man laughed "This weakling has been giving you trouble? I could take him down with one hand tied behind my Back!" King Cobra hissed at the Old Man "Just shut up and run, we need to get to the bottom floor!" The two villains sprinted down the stairs as Bing stood up, rubbing the back of his head. He was about to continue the chase but the group of thugs had caught up with Bing and dogpiled him, pinning him to the floor.
Back on the surface level, Bing 2 and Liang were still brawling with the thugs. Surprisingly, the thugs numbers were thinning out. They were nearly done with the horde of mooks, the floor was littered with either unconscious or dead thugs of both human and serpent-man variety. Bing 2 looked towards Liang and shouted "I can handle the rest of these fools, get down those stairs and help the other me!" He grabbed two thugs by the head and slammed them together before tossing them into a corner.
(Kinda meh post, but it is what it is)

Having handily tossed a beating to most of the pack surrounding him, Liang panted softly, his bracers hissing with heat and rolling out steam into the air. Ejecting the sinks and quickly replacing them with a stylish lock and slide, he sighed in relief at the lifted pressure from his striking limbs. Just as he was about to go and give a hand to one of the twins, it shouted something strange back at him, requesting that Liang go help the ''other him'' instead. That was an awful strange way of wording it, but who was he to ask questions? He thundered away from the first twin and made his way to meet up with the second, and smirked as a few of the serpent-men made a wall of meat, standing shoulder to shoulder, to keep him from getting through. Letting out a growl as his feet left the floor, he burst through the air in flight with his aura surging, slamming into the two standing at the center and tackling them to carry them through the doorway and past Bing, releasing them to let them soar into the wall. He turned to look at the dogpile on the other human, blinking at the enemy's strange tactics. Reaching down and heaving them off one by one in a hurry until the point where Bing could rise to his feet on his own, he turned to the ones he'd tossed off and prepared for another bout of combat. Swaying his head beneath a high kick, he stepped forward and left a knuckle imprint on the gut of the one responsible, sending him to the floor in a heap. Parrying a few high punches, he countered with a stepping kick chained into a jumping spin kick, sending the second thug cartwheeling onto his back. Catching an elbow with his palm, he forcefully elongated the arm and whirled it over his head, sending the third opponent into a stumble as he followed after his arm. Sweeping his leg backward and tripping his opponent, Liang torqued his upper body and gripped the limb with both hands, hurling the mook into the wall.
If Bing still hadn't rose to his feet by this point he'd offer him a hand to assist him in standing; he didn't know what kind of condition this other young man was in, after all. He looked like he'd just made his way out of a scrap, if only a brief one. His senses now focusing to pick up two stronger signatures of energy making a hasty escape, he sprinted toward the stairs (clothes-lining two more thugs along the way with his outstretched elbows), and hurriedly sped down the stairs. Upon reaching the bottom he gazed forward, seeing the two crooks take a sharp corner and he wasted no time in giving pursuit. Sliding around the corner, he made a mad dash for the two of them. They had both now noticed his presence by the sound of his thundering footsteps, and the more business-savvy looking man of the pair reached an arm up to tap a button on a device on his wrist. Stopping briefly as he felt a rumble in the walls around him, he leaped backward as a massive Battle Jacket crashed through the ceiling above him and landed in the corridor. The android-looking pilot in the cockpit offered a sadistic grin through the window, activating the ki-powered machine guns hidden under the hands as they folded backward. The barrels spooling up, Liang made a dash back around the corner for cover, where he would likely meet back up with the other human. ''We've got trouble! There's a huge battle jacket around that corner with a pretty good pilot. The frame blocks the entire hallway; I don't suppose you've got any ideas? It's blanketing the hallway in energy, i'm sure you've noticed!'' Pointing his thumb back over his shoulder at the spray and pray covering fire slamming into the vacant wall down the hall, he shrugged as he began trying to think.
''By the way! It might not be the best time for an introduction, but my name's Liang! Nice to meet you and your...brother? Back there.''
Nope. He still didn't get it.

Bing 2 VS Thugs (Main floor)The Strange human had darted down the stairs, going to help the Original Bing. Bing 2 sighed in relief as he knew his real self was gonna be fine. He, however, was in a bit of trouble. This Bing was running a bit low on stamina after fighting non-stop for so long, and it was getting to him. Every breath felt painful as he inhaled, but he wouldn't let that stop him. He continued beating down the thugs, moving his position closer to the door so he could stop the flow of thugs from coming down and hindering Bing and the other Warriors progress. The Human-like thugs were running low on people, but the Snake-men weren't running out any time soon. Two Serpent-men Rushed Bing 2 with murderous intent in their eyes, but he was able to defeat them. They ran in and tried clawing at Bing, but he was able to duck under their attacks. He was crouched low so he rolled between the two Serpent-men and delivered a stunning kick to the back of one of them. The Serpent-man he hit was launched into the wall, and he slumped over in a heap. The other Serpent-man rushed forwards once more, trying to bite at Bing's neck. He kept the Snakes jaws away as they wrestled each other. Bing was able to gain the upper hand in the struggle. He kneed the Serpent-man in the stomach and threw him into his friend, causing a small pile to form. Bing 2 tried his best to keep away the flood of thugs, but he was still running low on stamina quite quickly. Every punch he threw felt like trying to move a building. Every kick felt like he lower-body was going to fall apart. He wasn't going to give up so easily however, these thugs weren't going to get past him! The Snake-Men took a step back, and pooled their energy together to try and blast Bing 2 into oblivion. The Three Snake-Men raised their hands in unison, and a line of energy slowly formed between their hands. The Snake-Men finished charging their attack as Bing 2 could do nothing but block. His body couldn't move anymore, he was too tired for that now. He did the best he could to defend, but It was just not enough. A Lance made of Ki pierced through Bing 2's body, as his form slowly dissipated (Bing 2 is Defeated! Only the Original Bing remains with a PL of:67,728!) Bing 1 and Liang VS Battle Jacket (Stairs)The Human who Bing had met earlier raced down the stairs, ripping away the Dogpile that Bing was under. Bing stood up and was about to help lay the smack-down on the remaining Thugs, but none were left conscious. He smiled towards the human as they raced down the stairs together. Bing was trying to keep an eye on the stairwell behind them, sensing that some of the thugs were on their way down. His focus was interrupted by the sounds of explosions. He turned to see the human was running back up the stairs, informing Bing of the obvious, that there was a large Battle Jacket in their way. Bing thought quickly, trying his best to work up an Idea he could use. He tried the first thing that came to mind as he yelled "Hell, why don't we just try blowing it up?" His body was engulfed in a White aura as his power surged, charging up his strongest attack. He turned to Liang, who introduced himself in such a strange time. It was interesting to say the least. Bing smiled as he continued charging his attack "The names Bing, pleasure to meet you! And that wasn't my brother, It was a clone I created using a Multi-Form technique that my father taught me. But we'll continue talking about that later, right now let's get rid of this metal punk first!" He turned back to the stairs where the Battle Jacket had finally reached them. He yelled out in fury as he shot his attack "Hey you hunk of junk, FEEL MY RAGE!" The Aura engulfing him was siphoned into his hands and released forwards, creating a huge wave of energy in the shape of a Snake. The Ki somehow hissed as it careened towards the Battle Jacket. ([MP3] Serpent's Rage used! 100% Charged for a Damage potential of 67,728!)

Shouting over the storm of energy fire down the hall was getting a little frustrating, so when Bing decided on the most simple course of action Liang's annoyance led him to agree. Raising a hand and forming his fingers into a knife-handed configuration, his aura surged as he let out a low growl, a sphere of energy forming at the tip of his middle finger. Drawing his arm back before flinging it across horizontally, the orb was let loose where it split into several crackling spheres of ki. ''Mystic Aura Assault!'' The attack combined with Bing's interesting personal technique, and Li folded his arms in a cocky, confident fashion as he watched pilot of the Jacket attempt to hurriedly divert the suit's power to shielding. The combined attacks slammed into a small barrier and broke into it just as quickly as it had arrived, collapsing the dome and sending the suit soaring through the wall, buried by destroyed metal and concrete rubble. Bringing a finger and thumb to his chin thoughtfully, he could sense a powerful energy from the other human and found himself impressed from the get go; he hadn't actually noticed that the other Bing had fallen and re-combined with the human who now stood with him to fight. Looking to another device on his wrist, he tapped at a few buttons before a small display revealed a set of blinking blips not far from their location. Li smiled; it seemed the trackers weren't found and removed from his men's uniforms. He'd help this guy take down the two criminals he was after, and then he'd bust out of the place with his soldiers in tow. Letting his facade drop finally, he unsuppressed his energy signature; this wasn't any time to be holding back, and he needed all the output he could get to help catch these two.
With a sudden burst of energy, he activated his Intense Struggle state to keep good pace with Bing. Now that the other warrior had finally explained the mechanics of the whole ''twins'' thing, Liang offered a realizing ''Ahhhh...got'cha. That's handy!'' Before nodding in agreement that they should keep focused on the task at hand. Eyeing the Jacket for any signs of life, he calmly nodded once more as he didn't pick up any movements. He then re-focused his efforts on the pursuit, making sure to take off into flight instead to outrun the horde of flunkies that would be making their way after them any minute now. Eyeing two silhouettes off in the distance who were quite clearly still on the run, he got a read on their signatures to hopefully not lose them a second time. Blasting down the hallway as the fleeing pair made their escape, he continued his chase hopefully with Bing alongside him; he had no idea what he was getting into at this point in time, but all he knew were these two were practically painted guilty. Hearing a metallic grinding noise and looking ahead to see a red laser painting all along the hallway, he turned to look over his shoulder only to see the Battle Jacket's systems had re-primed themselves, likely in some sort of Overdrive mode. Boosters on its back and ankles activated as its feet planted firmly into the floor and it rocketed down the straight-shot hallway after the two humans.
The three way pursuit was on; the criminals pursuing the escape, the humans pursuing the criminals, and a super-powered Battle Jacket, although scarred and mangled from combat and likely barely operational, pursuing the warriors. Liang shot a look to Bing as the damaged energy guns on either hand of the machine began to spool up...

Liang had agreed with Bing's somewhat simple plan to just take down the Battle-Jacket Quickly. They both fired their strongest attacks and just as the Pilot had turned the corner, the two attacks slammed into him with great force. A small, almost invisible barrier appeared to try it's best to defend against the blast, but it was useless. The two powerhouses easily overpowered the barrier almost instantly and the Battle Jacket was nearly demolished. It crashed through the wall and crumpled into a heap. Bing jumped for joy as the attack did it's work, but his joy was soon washed over when he remembered their main objective. Bing and his new fighting partner rushed down the last few flights of stairs and continued giving chase to the two strange leaders of this operation. As they began their mad dash for the culprits, they heard the crumbling of movement behind them. The Battle Jacket was still operational after that massive assault! It was chasing them down, keeping up with the two warriors surprisingly easily. Liang shot Bing a look, and Bing took charge. He nodded back towards his human friend and stopped dead in his tracks. The Machine continued it's charge as the two energy guns it had were raring to fire. Bing unsheathed his Sword and held it firmly in both hands. He ran full speed towards the machine while yelling furiously. As he reached the Battle Jacket he let out a massive burst of Ki and began slicing away at the machine. He hacked away at the machine with slices coming from every direction. Straight slices, diagonal slices, stabs, overheads. All different types of blade swings packed with energy. ([N1] Fang Blade Assault Used!)After he finished his slicing job, the Battle Jacket looked more like a slinky than it did a machine. It's systems short-circuited and it exploded, smashing Bing into a wall from the force of the explosion. If Liang had stopped to check on Bing he would tell him to keep going. "I've got this, you handle the two punks who call themselves leaders!" He stood up and looked past the pile of scrap to see the Goons had finally caught up to them. He panted heavily, realizing that he had wasted a lot of energy from putting so much power into his attacks. The Goons were steadily approaching as Bing sheathed his sword, fists ready to beat down these Mooks.

Liang turned his head to peer over his shoulder at the encroaching seemingly-enraged and desperate pilot of the Battle Jacket. The android visible through the cockpit window seemed to have some sort of strange cables attached to his form, as if he had linked his very construct into the armor around him. It tore through the surroundings with a heavy metallic screech, ripping up debris and tossing it into a cloud behind it as its boosters pushed above maximum thrust. It seemed this Bing would take the initiative in putting it down for good, and Liang nodded at his request to stopping the two would-be criminals get away. ''Don't worry, I won't let them escape! Be careful, there's no telling what that thing is capable of!'' With that simple response, he blasted down the hallway as Bing did the same in opposite direction to stand as a brave warrior road block to the encroaching metallic titan of metal and circuitry. He watched for a few moments more as the warrior drew a blade and let loose a burst of ki, leaping into the fray to take the goliath down toe to toe. In a dazzling array of furious and frenzied slashes and thrusts he carved off bit after bit in a maelstrom of steel, debris from the robot scattering through the hallway in a storm of destruction. Liang smirked as he grew ever distant, and even as he sensed the straggling gang of thug remnants, he was confident that Bing could take them down if he could best that Jacket so decisively. The last thing he witnessed was the shockwave of the robot's explosion knocking the other human into the wall, but he somehow looked more defiant than ever.
Turning his gaze back forward, Liang tore through the halls and stairways at breakneck speed as he finally made a decisive gain in pace. He could make out the pair much more clearly now, and with the Tiger in sight of his prey, began to close the distance quickly. Powering up a Mystic Shot in his right hand, Liang let loose the energy sphere and watched as it collided with the one known as King Cobra, who had halted briefly to decide whether to stand and fight or continue to flee. Outstretching his hands, the criminal pushed against the orb as it pushed right back, causing him to slide backward from lost momentum. The construct let out a bright flash of light before detonating, sending him sailing and stunned into the mystery man where they both crashed through a set of doors leading to a large, open chamber. On the back wall were a series of strange symbols and sigils etched in painstaking detail. As Liang entered the room, he froze in shock, awe, and realization. The two criminals took the chance to race over to the strange carvings, with King Cobra hurriedly opening up his ''gift'' and racing to perform a ritual. The mystery man stood defiantly in Liang's way, weaving his hands in strange motions before a massive barrier effectively cut the room in half.
''No...it can't be! I recognize that! I can't let them-!''
''STOP!''
Liang roared, tossing away his weights as both his focused suppression broke and his ditched weights revealed his true strength. He soared straight at the barrier with fists clenched, pounding at the shield that offered so great a resistance. ''You don't know what you're doing! If you activate that seal, you're letting loose a terrible danger! Damn it, STOP!'' With a fierce growl, Liang threw both palms forward, letting loose his Zen Impact with a frustrated scream. The dome of energy surrounding him and slammed into the barrier, causing it to slowly crack in the fashion much like the pattern of a spider's web...
But he was too late.
The sigils began to glow one by one, and vanished from the wall as various cloaked figures were brought into existence. The barrier shattered just as the last stepped in front of the other six, peering at Liang from beneath a hood. A coldness swept through the young tiger's body; it was almost like this being was staring straight into his soul. The mystery man who had raised the barrier stood from his knocked-over position, turning to bark orders at the group of strangers. ''This one! Kill him. When you are done with him, look for his ally and kill him too! This will be a most appropriate payment for your freedom, I wager?'' The leader stepped forward briefly, but halfway through his step seemed to suddenly appear in front of the man from thin air, a hand grasped around his throat to lift him from the floor. ''On the contrary. Payment incites the idea that I owe you something.'' With a sickening crack, the mysterious barrier creator's life was cut short, his body dropping limp to the floor. The hooded figure then calmly walked to Liang. ''Tell me. How is the old man doing these days?'' With that statement, Liang was rendered motionless and mute from shock and fear. His energy sensing abilities were overloaded by a brief, taunting show of this...monster's signature.
''Not...you...it can't be you. Master always told me stories of a warrior who's heart fell to evil. He said a brave man close to this warrior sealed him away in a shrine many years ago...''
''So you realize you never received the full story. You're more clever than you look, that didn't take very long. Luckily for you, i'm feeling...drained. I've been slumbering for so long. My comrades and I will be taking our leave, now, unless you intend to stop us all. You seem a clever type, though; i'm sure you wouldn't attempt something so stupid.''
By this point, King Cobra had made himself scarce by hiding away in a corner, waiting for his opportunity to strike. The band of evil warriors' auras ignited within seconds after each other, and one of the strangers in the back quickly blew a large hole in the ceiling with a sphere of energy; it continued ever upwards until the clouds were visible far above, and the pack made their exit swiftly. Seeing Liang's stunned state, King Cobra made his move and struck from the shadows, soaring toward the human warrior with a knife-hand drenched in ki and ready to strike...

The now small group of thugs reached Bing and began their attempt at passing him. They kicked, they punched, they shot ki attacks. But it was all much too weak. Bing was able to avoid their assault quite easily, though he was getting more and more fatigued with each passing moment. The Young Human thrust his foot forwards, kicking the leader of the pack backwards into his associates. They all fell atop each other and fell unconscious, fatigued from exhaustion.
Bing turned to the opposite side of the hall to head back to Liang, but suddenly felt a massive surge of energy in that direction. It must have been a dozen warriors, all showing off their power at the same time. He could barely even sense Liang over the force of this chaotic energy. He had to make sure his new ally was alright so he ran as fast as he could to the opposite side of the hall.
It was here that he could see the group of warriors make their exit. They left through a hole in the ceiling, most likely created by them moments before. Bing approached slowly, seeing Liang in this frozen state was worrying to say the least. Suddenly, from the shadows, King Cobra attacked! His serpentine form hissing angrily as he raised up a Ki blade.
Bing stepped in, jumping into the sky and roundhouse-kicking the Serpent-Man in the face. King Cobra smashed into the far wall and slumped into a heap. Bing descended to the ground and looked towards Liang "What were those guys? Their power was absolutely...evil!" He turned back to King Cobra to try and interrogate the Serpent, but he had disappeared! Bing searched around, using his Ki Sense to find him. But King Cobra was suppressing his power, and Bing had no chance of finding him.
He looked at Liang again, who was still frozen from either fear of shock. Bing stepped closer and grabbed him by the shoulders "Hey, are you alright?" He shook the Tiger, trying to snap him out of this strange trance he was in.

Out of the corner of his eye at the final moment, Liang noticed the villain breaking through the shadows to go in for the kill. With no time to react, his head snapped in the aggressor's direction, only to see Bing arrive just in time to save the day and intercept with a vicious, bone-cracking kick. Still stunned from both situations unfolding in the blink of an eye, it took Bing's grip and shake method to bring him back to some sense of clarity. He shook his head a few times, raising a hand of his own to wipe away some forming beads of stressful sweat on his forehead. ''Yeah, i'm-...i'll be alright. Thanks for the save. You got here just in time.'' He nodded with a nervous smile, clearly still a bit shaken. He knew he had some explaining to do now, and as he began to speak his eyes slowly scrolled over to the shadows where his captured men had taken advantage of the distraction to free themselves and regroup. While they were busy untying and freeing each other, he nodded back to Bing. ''That power you just felt is from an organization my Master told me of when I was barely a teenager. They are all warriors who have traded impossible, unspeakable things to gain demonic power; they call themselves the Fangs of Behemoth. The story went that they had been sealed away in a forgotten shrine, doomed to sleep for eternity. Reagents were scattered across the world to prevent them from ever waking again. Those two did the unspeakable and freed them, and one of them already paid the price for it.'' He grimly pointed to the dead sorcerer with a snapped neck still lying in a heap. ''The story also notes that they were all outcasts from different schools and disciplines of martial arts, but found themselves allying in the pursuit of power and infamy. The Fangs are single-handedly responsible for obliterating over a dozen entire schools, and they kept the strongest of the survivors to continue their legacy. There was something about one of them though...he knew my Master, it seemed; eerily well. I have a lot to think about, but I do know I have to report back and get clearance to go and find them. If I don't, many martial artists may be in danger, and who knows who else when they get bored of that!''
The soldiers made their way over to Liang. While he had finished his rescue mission, he was now faced with a much bigger problem and many daunting questions to consider. He needed answers and all of the information he could get. Not knowing what he was up against aside from the stories passed on from his deceased Master was something far more than simply stressful. Reaching up to a comm unit around his ear, he tapped a signal button; with the hole in the roof that had been recently made his connection would be enough to signal for a proper evacuation pickup. ''I'm sorry to trouble you with all of this. It was a pleasure meeting you, Bing. I can't thank you enough for the help, not to mention saving my skin.'' He smiled in a genuine and friendly manner, extending his hand to shake. ''I wish I could stick around, but i've suddenly got a lot of big problems to take care of after that. I really hope to see you around.'' His men adopted a loose, relaxed formation to travel with their Captain. After Bing's reply and if he shook his hand, he would respectfully bow in the manner a true martial artist would to another. He would then turn on his heel, being his men couldn't exactly fly like he could, and make his way back through the complex in the search for the stairs back up to the ground level to leave along with them and ensure their safety. Along the way, he would pass the heap of sliced and diced scrap that was once the crazed Battle Jacket and its pilot, grinning in excited and impressed fashion. ''Whoa...Captain, was that you?'' One of his men would ask.
''Nope. It was that guy back in the last room. It looks like i'm not the only KAOS-class human on Earth after all.'' Liang and his men continued to admire Bing's carved road of destruction strewn with beaten up thugs all the way back up to the ground level, where they would file out the front doors just as the evacuation helicopter came to view above their position. As it sat down, Li helped his men into the vehicle one by one before half-boarding, turning to look back at the ruined shrine. ''Bing, huh? Looks like i'll have to keep my eye on that guy. He's something else!'' Stepping fully inside, he took his seat and closed the door, sealing the kicked up agitated wind to the outside of the vehicle. Resting his sore upper body against his seat he finally removed his weights one by one, letting loose a deep sigh of relief. He began to meditate in a shallow fashion for the trip back to base, reflecting on the events of the day including his new-found talent to suppress his energy...
