-Dojo is in use for both me and Kaula 1 of 5 training threads used- -Heavy weights-
Training, it was a concept a little foreign to the girl, but ever since the construction on Avalon had started to come along it was something Hikari wanted her to become used to. Even if Avalon was meant to become a paradise for her, it didn't change the fact that the world they lived in was far from a paradise. It was difficult to deny the fact that the reality they lived in was such a cruel and harsh environment. It was for this reason the child known as Reikiko needed to learn to become stronger. It wasn't simply in the hope of gaining more strength, but it also was so that she could protect herself and the paradise that was being build for her. Fortunately Hikari was a trained martial arts fighter, and there were plenty of other people eager to also lend their hand to the training and education of the child and those eager to learn. Still for Reikiko the moment training became part of her every day schedule it felt like hell had introduced itself to her. Dawn had just approached when the girl felt herself being stirred from her slumber, a hand gently shaking her shoulder and upon opening her eyes Reikiko saw her blurred visage slowly regain its focus.
"Wake up little princess, and the same for you miss pillow."
Hikari's tone was soft, almost a whisper as she tried to stir both Reikiko and Kaula from their slumber. Fortunately it didn't take long for Reikiko to rise from her sleep, slowly climbing off Kaula and with the waddling of a little duckling she approached the large feline at the other side of the camp. Kenny had just finished what appeared to had been a large piece of meat, and was now yawning contently now that he had finished his breakfast. At the same time Reikiko spotted the three small lunchboxes near the campfire, and certain that both the child and Kaula had noticed them Hikari started speaking, her lips curved into a smirk.
"It's your breakfast. Sandwiches that are to ensure the two of you will have enough energy to last till the end of the day."
The end of the day? Was something special supposed to happen today? Ah! As if the child just remembered something Reikiko nodded her head lightly in understanding. Today was the day she was about to start training alongside Kaula. While she had never trained before Reikiko somehow felt that Hikari had been incredibly strong, and perhaps it was for that reason the child was both excited and just a little bit nervous. She smiled briefly at Kaula, pointing at the woman's chest before pointing at herself and making a sideways gesture with her hands, resting them at the side of her head before bowing lightly. It seemed she was showing some gratitude for allowing her to use Kaula as a pillow. Still, it would have been much better of that armor wasn't in the way... Soon the three of them would have been seated around the campfire, that had finally lost its last embers when Hikari started speaking.
"Today's training schedule will be made out of several activities. Once we finished breakfast we'll take a short jog around the area to wake up our bodies, it shouldn't be that hard. However, after that we'll be using some of the facilities of the dojo that are already finished. The first one will be the 'Training Droids'."
Training droids, special mechanical constructions that Hikari was able to modify in such a way they could replicate the strategy, movements and even techniques of any opponent she had studied in detail before. They were the perfect type of opponent to ensure both Kaula and Reikiko would be tested to the edge of their capacities. In the end she did want to reach their limits so that she knew where to improve upon.
"After training with those droids the two of you will be given a break for a few minutes before I will appoint a training course for each of you. Don't underestimate the difficulty of this trial. Even I as a Supah Saiyajin struggle with some of those."
Those training courses must had been extremely hard if even Hikari had problems to deal with the highest difficulty of those training courses. Still, it seemed that the final bit of the training exercise, the one where Kaula had likely been waiting for had finally arrived.
"After that we'll do a short meditation session to hone your senses. For you Kaula it will become important to be able to read the strength of an opponent. Once that is done I'll spar with the two of you. Impress me and I'll entertain you both by going Supah Saiyajin."
Reikiko smiled briefly, recalling how Kaula had been rather excited about the whole Super Saiyan business. While Reikiko didn't understand the emotional importance of this form for Kaula, she had to admit the golden hair was rather fancy, and she idly wondered if she would someday be able to become just as amazing at Hikari with a transformation like that! Unlikely... The child had finally finished her sandwiches, rising onto her feet and walked over to Kenny, patting his head lightly.
"..."
Despite the lack of words the child seemed to had said something, and the tiger clearly understood her through the gesture alone for he stood up and walked beside her, soon having the two of them break out into a light jog.
"Seems one of my students is already eager to begin. Let us go after her, shall we?"
In the end Hikari had finished her own meal moments afterwards, and after ensuring Kaula was done the two of them would have pursued the child and her giant kitten. Still, little did Reikiko and Kaula knew that today... was about to become one hell of a very, very long day for the two of them. Then again, perhaps it would be just the thing they needed?

[Heavy Weights are on, derp] Kaula was content with lying there, yawning out quietly as she slept. She was even smiling again, it seemed. The Saiyan would have been completely content to sleep in, like she normally did. That was when she felt herself being pulled from her slumber.
"No professor plummington, I don't want to wake up yet.. Fi-.. No.. Te-.. No.. Thirty more minutes.."
Kaula seemed to mumble that after that, turning to lay on her side. Oh snap! It didn't seem like she would be waking up from just a simple approach. However, after Hikari's second attempt to wake her up, the Saiyan whined loudly, "I don't wanna wake up.." she muttered as she sat up slowly. She narrowed her eyes slowly as she shook her head slowly, "The sun's like.." she muttered out softly, "Not even up yet.." of course, it was probably early in the morning.
Kaula noticed the lunchboxes immediately and went to stand up to slowly make her way over to it, grabbing one of them to open it up. She'd go for the food first.. It was the weakest meal nearby and she was hungry. The first sandwich she grabbed, she brought up to her nose, sniffing at it for a few moments. She smelled meat and cheese. .. "Good enough.." she mumbled, clearly not being a morning person, as she started to munch on the sandwhich noisily.
"Right.. Training.." she said with a soft mutter, still all grumpy about being woken up early. She grabbed another sandwich, sniffing at it this time in more detail before lifting up one of the pieces of bread to glance at it. Bah. Mayo. She went to literally throw it back into the lunchbox to grab another and start sniffing at it.
"I'll be able to handle all of 'em easy.." she muttered out, clearly having a full mouth. What was that thing about manners Hikari had said before? Because Kaula was clearly eating like an animal right now.
Her ears, however, perked up when she heard the talk about the sparring against Hikari in her Super Saiyan form. ... She was certainly okay with this. She was finishing the last sandwich, well.. Second to last. No way was she touching the one with the mayo on it. Seemed the Saiyan was all.. Pretty grumpy since she was woken up so early. Though, she didn't really need any more beauty sleep. Otherwise she'd clearly be too beautiful. Still, she'd look towards Hikari, ".. Fine...." she mumbled before she began to lazily jog along after Reikiko.

If there was one thing that could be said about Hikari as a trainer, then it was that she must had been a devil in disguise. While it might had been true that the child was going to need to become stronger, should she wish to protect herself and that what she considered precious, it didn't really help that this method of becoming stronger involved plenty of sweat and tears, mostly tears. While Kaula had been given her own training program to follow, Reikiko's main source of training involved a slightly easier collection of training courses that would allow the child to steadily catch up with her friend. Nevertheless, every day started the same for both of them. They ran for a while through the forest near the dojo area, a jog that would allow their bodies to get ready for the proper exercises and then each of them went to their individual training sessions. For Reikiko the first personal exercise involved one she liked the least of all: fighting a training droid. Training droids were pesky little things, they looked like a lot like those androids that people often fought in the gravity chamber, albeit the ones she fought were a bit special.
A sudden swing toward her head forced the child to raise her arms in a desperate attempt to block the attack, the sheer strength of the blow almost making her stagger sideways. It was odd how the droid seemed more powerful than she had remembered it to be yesterday, but in the back of her head the child could remember the instructions Hikari had given her the previous day. She shouldn't stand firm like a wall, but remain flexible and flow along like a breeze. The child took a deep breath, waiting for the next blow to arrive. However, the droid didn't seem to grant her that attack, instead opting to go for a series of swift jabs in a similar motion as her own boxing. Fortunately the child knew her own pattern: First left, second right, third left and it was during that short moment she had an opportunity to strike. Her fist was prepared to move into a counter when suddenly the droid did a knee-strike into her mid-section, causing the child to have her defense break open, and a second kick followed that knocked her onto her back.
"Reikiko! Become flexible, If you remain predictable your attacks will always be countered!"
Hikari's stern words came from nearby, and looking up at the air she saw the hybrid standing on a pillar, overlooking the dojo area where both she and Kaula had been training at. That's right... Kaula was likely struggling a lot also right now... obviously she couldn't allow herself to be outdone! The child climbed back onto her feet, her eyes narrowing in a glare of defiance at the droid, and soon their fight had resumed. This time the android swung his arm again, attempting to blow her to the side, but when the girl raised one arm upwards and used the monument of the opponent's blow to slide to his flank she knew at last what Hikari tried to teach her. Move with the agile nature of a breeze, and act with the flow of a river. Everything had its own rhythm, it's own pace so to speak. Perhaps it was just a matter of finding her own pace to follow? She lunged forwards, a series of jabs forcing the droid onto the defensive. The first jab followed a second and after a third strike happened the droid seemed to predict her attack, attempting to grab a hold of her hand.
"!!!"
For a moment Hikari's gaze shifted back toward Reikiko, sensing the surge of energy coming from the child's tiny body. Her aura seemed to gather, a small white-colored flame surrounding her body when the child used a technique that reminded Hikari of something. That ki-imbued fighting mode was a technique Reikiko had learned from her before the splitting, one that she had improvised upon and improved it even further. Still, to think that Reikiko would be using it... Perhaps there was a distant memory being stirred? The child's first blow was a lot stronger than normally, causing the droid to reel backwards and be too slow to retaliate to the next attack.
"..."
Reikiko's upper-cut struck the android in the chin, punching him off his feet and a moment later she reappeared above him, having used a rapid movement alongside her raised leg, a leg that clashed down onto the back of the android's neck and made it collapse onto the ground with a heavy thud. The child landed a few steps away from the droid, sweat running down from her forehead while the aura around her subdued a little. It were mere moments later when Reikiko heard the sound of clapping, causing her to look upwards to see Hikari briefly smile up at her.
"What you used just now was the act of imbuing ki into your body to naturally strengthen it. Remember that feeling! Now go ahead and resume your training program."
Nodding her head firmly Reikiko made a light curtsy toward the droid before making her way toward the next area. She knew that the next thing on her program was the obstacle course, one of the few things she actually found a little bit fun. Sure, being hit by one of the obstacles for messing up wasn't that fun, but it felt like some sort of huge exciting game to her! Then again, perhaps she was merely a bit too childish in her way of thinking? Luckily today she would be allowed to simply focus on the easier obstacle course.
--- Training Program: Fight a droid roughly around your level and defeat it after improving a little icly. After the fight/post round I will take control of your next opponent~

Poor Kaula, the young girl being woken up so early.. She didn't get it, why couldn't they, like, do this at noon or something? That could easily work, right? She grumbled a little bit to herself as she jogged, yawning a little bit as she did. Yeah. This was.. Too early. And what's worse is Hikari would be waking them up this early every day! Why!? Did she want to see them suffer? And then they had to fight some tin can..? Why? She didn't get it.
Kaula had been staring at the robot a few moments, "So.. I just.. Punch it..?" she asked before pausing. She went to shrug slowly. She took up the one stance she was used to. The great boxing stance. Her hands remained near her face as she went to start throwing some punches the training droid's way, which it either promptly dodged or blocked. Nothing else really happened? It was a bit.. Disappointing to the Saiyan. Was this really it? She tried throwing more force into her punches, clearly not too happy with the lack of combat she was getting from the droid.
The Saiyan finally had enough of all of this and simply paused in her 'fighting' as she looked back to Hikari for a moment, "I think mine's broken. It's not d-" she was cut off as she took a quick jab to the face. Kaula growled out, reaching up to feel at her cheek, "HEY! METAL FACE! I WAS T-" BAM! The training droid hit her in the face again, causing the Saiyan to step back a little, "The fuck! Do you have no d-" again, she was cut off as she took a hard blow to the gut, causing her to cough a bit. She paused as she began to think. What would her Aunt tell her what to do..?
"Now listen Kaula.. If you ever find yourself getting punched in the face, you should try to-"
Her thoughts were cut off as she took another hard punch this time to the gut again, "SON OF A BITCH! YOU CUT OFF MY THOUGHTS ABOUT MY AUNT! How could y-" she shouted as she FINALLY dodged the next attack, "Hey! I was talking!". Kaula seemed pretty damn pissed now. She charged right towards the droid, starting to throw punches, all of which were blocked. "WHY IS IT BLOCKING EVERYTHING!?" she shouted in anger. Fucking thing. Blocking all of her punches. What would Hikari want her t- she stopped her thoughts so she could take a few steps back again to avoid a punch. It almost got her. Now, what would Hikari want her to do.. Probably use her head. .. Wait! That's it!
Kaula went to throw a punch with her right hand first, though she wasn't actually! She had faked a punch with one hand, which the droid tried to block! That was it's mistake! She brought her other hand down on it's head in a solid punch. This was her opening. The Saiyan started to throw punches at the droid left and right before deciding to finally use Hikari's suggestion. She used her head, rearing it back before SLAMMING it right into the droid's own in a powerful headbutt, causing the droid to fall. Kaula, even though her head hurt like a bitch now, didn't give up. She was soon ontop of the droid, straddling it, holding it's arms down with her legs, as she just wailed on the things head. "FUCK! YOU! FUCK! YOU!" she shouted with each punch before she brought her right hand back. Seems she was starting up that Ki-blade of her's with the full intention of stabbing the green energy blade into it's head. That is, of course, if Hikari stopped the young Saiyan.
She stood up slowly, glancing down at the droid, "Stupid.. Tin can.." she growled out before looking back towards Hikari. "... Now what..?" she'd ask.

When Kaula had seemingly succeeded in dominating the training droid, preparing to deliver the killing blow the moment she looked back at Hikari, she would have noticed something slightly terrifying. The young woman was smiling, and it wasn't the usual gentle and sweet smile. As she stood on top of the stone pillar it felt as if a shroud of darkness surrounded her body, and that smile looked like a smirk that belonged to the devil himself. Indeed, to Reikiko that smile would have looked as if a giant ten foot tall demon was towering behind Hikari, leaning over her and looking at them with one of the most terrifying smiles of all.
"Now you get to properly practice."
The moment Kaula's ki blade was formed and tried to dig into the head of the battle droid the droid itself shifted the position of its head lightly, avoiding being pierced by the blade. Of course in that same moment his leg swept upwards, intending to use a rather brutal combination of a kick from beneath and a knee-strike in the Saiyan's mid-section to know her into the air, before a rapid movement had made the android reappear right above Kaula, both arms pulled together above the droid's head when finally it tried to hammer them down onto her neck. If she got hit by this attack she would most likely be send flying into the ground beneath them, while Hikari's words resounded once more.
"Never underestimate your opponent, not overestimate your own strength!"
The droid finally landed a few steps away from her, making a smug come-hinter gesture with its hand. Of course Hikari had modified the android mid-battle, and added a bit of a Saiyan's smugness to its gestures. However, at the same time in the nearby field it seemed Reikiko wasn't having it much easier either. She had expected that after besting the training droid she would have been allowed to take a break and relax for the day by playing on the obstacle course, but this clearly wasn't the case. Far from it actually! Not only was she forced to keep on wearing her heavy weights but the droid had stood up and suddenly lashed at her with a series of blows.
While the initial flurry of hits were narrowly avoided, a sudden sweep of the droid's leg landed in her chest, the surprising force behind the attack sending her flying into the arena Kaula and the other droid had been fighting at. This had given Hikari a little idea, seemingly tapping away on the interface of some device that was up there.
"I'll make it a bit more interesting. Kaula, you and Reikiko will work together to defeat your opponents! Cover each other's weaknesses and use your strengths to overcome them!"
Luckily it seemed that Reikiko was more than eager to fight alongside the Saiyan, for when one of the droids was about to lunge toward Kaula the child dashed forwards, her body seemingly shimmering lightly, and the moment the droid's fist collided into her, Reikiko detonated in a small explosion that send the droid flying backwards. While the smoke had temporarily obscured Kaula from everyone's visage, the moment the smoke settled it appeared Reikiko had been right behind the recoiling droid, a kick landing on his back and soon making him collapse forwards, swiftly leaping back onto his feet and returning to the other droid's side.
"Let's see how those girls work together."
Of course Reikiko had once more returned to Kaula's side, a light nod and a smile seemingly being her attempt to encourage the Saiyan. Of course there was the second droid that was awaiting her retaliation with a smug grin on his metallic face.
--- R2-KILL2's head survived being turned into a kebab, and proceeded to try to kick Kaula upwards, before reappearing above her for a downwards slam. Reikiko is now fighting alongside Kaula in a 2 vs 2 brawl.

"I am properly practicing!" Kaula shouted out in response, growling some before she paused. Wait. Did she even succeed in stabbing the damn robot? She glanced down just intime to get kicked in the gut, causing her to wheeze loudly, "Son of a-" she was cut off as the woman was hit back down to the ground, slamming onto her back with a loud, "BITCH!"
Kaula simply laid there for a moment, groaning out as she brought a hand up to rub at her head slowly. "Damn it.." she growled out as she slowly stood up, dusting herself off as she noticed the smugness of the robot. Oh hell nah. It did not just do that! She was about to charge right towards it when Reikiko was blown into the same ring as her. She was about to say something when Hikari had told her that they would be working together. "Works for me.." the Saiyan muttered before knowing she was being charged at! Though, it seemed the girl had her back. After the initial dust, Kaula closed her eyes.
"Right.. This'll probably work.." she growled out as she held out her hands on either side of her hips, palms facing towards the opponent. The cover was decent enough for her to ready her attack. She just had to find the opponents to unleash her amazing Barrage. Luckily for her, Reikiko's attack had managed to group the two droids together, she noticed, as the dust began to clear.
The Saiyan seemed to have roughly ten small orbs in each hand, green in color. She just gave a little, smug grin as she raised her hands up, "VIVACE BARRAGE!" she shouted out loudly as she started to launch the orbs towards the two opponents.
The small orbs quickly expanded to about roughly the size of volley balls, each one having a comet's tail as they raced towards their destination, the two training droids. Kaula turned her head, grinning to Reikiko as she kept her hands raised. If the girl was smart, she could use the barrage attack as cover to get in close to try to pick one off, as they would certainly be more concerned with either dodging the attacks, blocking them, or attempting to come up with a counter attack.

It seemed Kaula's initial attack was about to prove quite effective. Not only did the barrage of projectiles head into the direction of the two training droids, but it clearly focused them into the defensive. Both androids had raised their arms forwards, expelling a wave of energy that started to manifest into a physical barrier. An orange-colored dome had surrounded each android, and while Kaula likely didn't knew this technique, Hikari secretly hoped it would stir something inside Reikiko. After all, this was the child her own barrier technique, one that was said to have been one of the strongest barrier techniques currently known to the world. Nevertheless, it seemed that her attempt was futile, for neither Reikiko or Kaula seemed to recognize it. While the barrage of projectiles clashed down onto the weaker variation of the Aura Sphere, tiny cracks appearing on the surface it was a moment after the barrage had ended that Reikiko lunged forwards. Her body had became coated in a pure white colored aura of energy, hinting she had just enhanced her body with the earlier energy technique she had subconsciously used. Blitz mode: the act of channeling your energy not outwards but inwards into your body. While channeling it outwards often was done to create energy-based attacks or barriers the act of channeling it inwards was something not many fighters did those days, and yet it could be equally devastating.
"!!!"
The child's fist had thrust forwards, a single fluent strike at the damaged barrier finally breaking through its defensive barrier. However, it seemed that instead of slowing down the child's damage had been strong enough to continue after the barrier was broken, her body turning into a blur as she appeared at the other side of the droid. The droid had spun around, an arm attempting to swing at her but it was too late. A heavy knee-strike into its midsection caused the android to tumble forwards, a second upwards kick making the android be knocked upwards from the impact. As if she had been on a sugar rush Reikiko bounced upwards, a third attack being made in the form of a series of rapid kicks into the training droid's back before she finally appeared above him, a leg sweeping downwards to slam into the droid's mid-section, sending him reeling toward the ground.
"Hmm..."
Hikari seemed to have a thoughtful expression, as if she was considering something when the child finally reappeared right behind the falling android, a last kick sending him toward Kaula. The android's defenses were entirely broken, giving her a perfect opportunity to attack the droid who had embarrassed her earlier. Nevertheless, the barrage she had just released onto the training droid had exhausted her a bit, forcing Reikiko to take a moment to catch her breathing, an opportunity the second training droid wasn't going to let to waste since he lunged at her, forcing the child onto the defensive role, her blocks and dodges clearly sloppy for she was being hit by one punch after the other.
"Blitz Mode demands careful management of your stamina Reikiko!"
Now she waited to see what Kaula would do with the opportunity she had been given for the other training droid...

Kaula growled out quietly when she noticed her attack seemed to barely even hurt them! They had shields!? SHIELDS!? What type of bullshit was this?? HOw dare they hide behind something! Hide from her attack!! They should have faced it like the men-... Robot-.... ROBOT MEN THEY WERE! Though the fact they not only cracked, but then broke under her attack made the small Saiyan start to grin a bit, even if she was disappointed she didn't even damage the damn things! Now that bothered her.
Still, the Saiyan watched as the girl took the opening, charging forward and laying the beat-down on the smug training bot. She would have been content standing there, watching the girl pummel the damn thing, but she ended up kicking it towards her! Well, time for some more action. Kaula readied the green Ki blade again in her right arm, eyes narrowing as she readied herself. She had to wait for the perfect moment.. NOW! Kaula lept into action, planning on meeting the training robot while it was in the air and attempting to slice through the training bot's midsection with the blade as she went through the air, noticing that Reikiko seemed to be in a spot of bother now!
Clearly wanting to help the girl out, Kaula shifted her position as she sailed through the air, towards the other bot, bringing the blade infront of her again to try to stab into the robot, who'd likely dodge her. But it was still worth a try. Wether she'd make contact with the robot, or not, she'd roll once she landed on the ground and try to spin to face the way she had just came, the ki blade started to flicker, like it was on the verge of dissipating like last time, as she went to grin again. Sure, she could have flown for that, but she felt the leap was a lot better.
"Come on, you metal bastards. Stop picking on a kid and face me." she'd taunt. Trying to get them both, if she didn't end up damaging the one too much, to focus her attention on her. Still so cocky, it seemed. "Or do you think you could only face a kid, and not a elite Saiyan warrior. You tin cans."

It seemed Kaula's attack would end up proving to be quite effective, for when she took the leap, the green-colored ki blade slicing through the air the training droid seemed incapable of properly avoiding the attack. Even with its tough body and a swift sideways spin, the blade had still sliced into the flank of the android, causing it to tumble and crash onto the ground with a heavy thud, and after a few moments of spasms it finally remained motionless. The thrust toward the second training droid seemed a little bit less effective, a predictable lunge causing the training android to make a swift sideways leap before making a second jump backwards in an attempt to gain some distance between himself and the Saiyan. The taunt seemed to go unnoticed, for instead the android merely raised his hand upwards.
"!!!"
Reikiko instantly leapt backwards, seemingly sensing the intention of the android, and indeed a moment later a small sphere of energy started to form into the palm of the android's hand. Hopefully Kaula either was preparing to move swiftly, or had some defensive technique in mind, because the sphere was pushed into her direction, and if it had collided with her would have detonated into a small burst of energy. Nevertheless, it seemed they had only one android to deal with, for the other was having some sort of issue to get back up. The child had warily circled around her opponent, trying her best to figure out the way to approach the training droid, but also was looking for a sign on what Kaula was about to do.
"Hmm, a lone wolf and a pup..."
Hikari could already notice the issue in their combat. While Kaula was a bold and proud woman, her Saiyan arrogance making her attack with a certain dominance in her motions, she was also a bit of a lone wolf in the sense that she acted without planning a proper strategy, not that Reikiko would have been able to properly communicate. Reikiko at the other hand seemed to be too reactionary, lacking the confidence to make a proper initiative, and instead had started to rely on Kaula, and support her attacks instead. This was going to become problematic.
Nevertheless, it seemed the training droid was running low on energy, what meant their fight would be settled soon. However, judging from the light panting of the child, it seemed they would have to work some more on Reikiko's stamina. Explosive damage and solid brawling like that was good and all, but it was useless if she lacked the stamina and endurance to use those safely. If this was a proper fight someone would simply tire her out and then kill her while she was exhausted. A fundamental flaw in the child's combat style. It was for that reason Hikari knew what the following exercise would involve for the child, but for the time being she was about to return her focus onto Kaula, waiting to see how she would finish off the android.

Kaula grinned as she glanced back towards the droid she had just slashed. Man, she thought as she looked to the ki-blade which was surprisingly going strong still. It was lasting a lot longer then normal. This thing was freakin' awesome! She tried waving her hands, trying to disperse it.. But it seemed she was stuck with it for now. She slowly regained her composure as she moved to turn around slowly to glance towards Reikiko. The Saiyan frowned. Poor child seemed tired. She thought she was stronger then this.. Then again.. She was just a child.
She closed her eyes, trying to focus for a moment as she took up a stance. Lone wolf, she may be, but she was (in her mind, at least) strong enough to be one. She suddenly lept towards the other droid. It was weak! And she was like a mighty lioness pouncing upon a wounded gazelle! She was the predator, and it was her prey! As she neared it, she tried to force more Ki into the blade, making it a bit larger as she moved to swing it once she had come near to the droid, trying to simply slice into it like she did the last time.
When the Saiyan made contact with the ground, she'd roll before moving to spring up to her feet, spinning around as the blade FINALLY dispersed. But still, she was at the ready, her hands raised into a boxing stance if the battle would continue. She seemed to be sweating a bit. Between the weights and all this fighting, she was getting a pretty good workout.

It seemed that while Kaula had bested the first training android, the mechanical companion he had by his side was a bit less simple to defeat. Perhaps it was due to the combination of the heavy weights, alongside the higher settings of the training droid, who had become increasingly wary of Kaula's movements. Nevertheless, the two of them had started to endure a face-off, neither of them moving in for the attack just yet when finally the sound of a bell whistle accompanied a backwards step of the training droid as it powered off. With a series of swift hops Hikari descended from the pillar she had been observing the conflict from, her fingertips trailing along a floating holographic screen before the window closed and she made a brief clap with her hands.
"Okay that's enough for the warming up. Consider the explanation of the next training session your moment to catch a breath."
Hikari's tone was stern, causing little Reikiko to pout softly in annoyance while the hybrid walked past the two of them and motioned toward a series of pathways that seemingly led into the nearby forest. Each path seemingly have a number that ranged from one to ten, and soon their tutor continued her explanation.
"Each path you see here will take you to a different obstacle course. Not only will the two of you be wearing bracelets that will reduce your energy output to the point you won't be able to expel it outwards in an attack, the obstacle courses are meant to challenge the two of you. For each obstacle one of you clears, the more difficult it will become for the other side. Reikiko you will start in Obstacle Course one, Kaula you will start in number two. I'll be observing the two of you from above, and will provide instructions and tips till you reach the finish."
A deep sigh escaped Reikiko's lips, clearly not pleased by this all-business attitude of her caretaker, but when Hikari leaned closer and whispered something in the child's ear, a remarkable change happened in her attitude. The girl pumped her little hands up into tiny fists, raising one of them in the air as if she had been invigorated before she grinned happily at Kaula. Whatever she had been told, it clearly was something that made her happy because the girl almost bounced over to the entrance of the obstacle course.
"Don't worry Kaula, after this obstacle course the two of you will get a proper break to relax, you'll need it..."
A soft hum followed as Hikari ascended into the air, seemingly expecting Kaula to head toward the second obstacle course. An initial look would have shown it to be a long singular path into the forest, nothing that special, but if her hearing was strong enough she would have noticed a soft 'swoosh' every now and then, but the sound seemed to come from further behind the point where the path started to bend out of view.

Kaula let out a soft huff as she she got ready to charge towards the training droid to punch the damn thing, her blade having dissipated after her second use of it. But.. It seemed to turn off! What!? She stopped and turned around, holding her arms out in a 'what the heck' stance. "The fuck? I wasn't done punching it yet!" Kaula growled out. She, obviously, wanted to continue fighting. So, as Hikari got closer, she went to reach over to poke at the droid once before trying to push it. "I wanna keep fighting." the Saiyan girl said with a soft pout, rolling her eyes at the term 'warm up'. Oh, come on. That was stupid. Fights couldn't be warm ups. Unless they were warm ups to other fights. Fighting was love, fighting was life. Well, that's what it was to a Saiyan.. ... Usually. Still, Kaula listened to the whole explanation of the obstacle course, a hand raising up to wipe some of the sweat from her forehead. She was trying to catch her breath a little bit. "Psh. An obstacle course..? Come on.. How can I get strong from that if there's no fighting or anything in it?" she asked, crossing her arms. "I mean.. There's no attacking in it.. And why make it so hard for Reikiko? I mean.. She's going to be stuck back on there since apparently I am going to be making things so hard for her." she said like the smug idiot she was.
However, the talk of these bracelets got her attention. "Wait.. So...." she paused a few moments, poking her wrist for a second, "Bracelets..? You mean.. Well.. Like the ones at the Reikiko games? The one I had to wear when climbing the tower.. Well.. Not just me. The other climbers, too." the saiyan asked. She tilted her head, remembering what happened to that one contestant. The one who tried to go into a monster form or something and ended up becoming the size of a small child. "... Will it shrink me if I try to use my ki while wearing it?" kaula asked, clearly wondering. However, she did start to pout, imitating Reikiko. However, when Hikari started to whisper to the child.. She must have said something that changed Reikiko's mind, as the girl was now grinning at her, "So.. Uh.. Wh-what did you say to her.. That made her smile like that? I mean.. Like.. Really." she said with a pout, ".. I want to know."
Kaula simply shrugged at the talk of relaxing, "Please. I am not that weak. I probably won't need to relax afterwards. Hell, I bet I won't." she said with a confident chuckle. Oh, she sure was certain of herself, wasn't she? As the older hybrid started to move, so did Hikari, crossing her arms as she made her way to the second obstacle course. She took a second or two to look it around, "So.. Well.. Uh.. Do I just.. Start?" the saiyan asked, looking back to Hikari. "And where are the bracelets?"

Hikari grinned in amusement at how Kaula seemed to assume that the obstacle course wouldn't help her become stronger. Poor girl, if only she knew that the training session she was about to undergo would be much more challenging than the little warming up against the training androids.
"Being powerful isn't just related to your physical strength. Your endurance to take attacks and your stamina to last in a fight, but also your wits to learn how to counter and retaliate. It is arguably that the first Supah Saiyajin of our generation didn't die because he fought a stronger opponent, but a more clever one."
when she revealed the pair of bracelets, attaching one to Reikiko's wrist and one to Kaula's the hybrid shook her head lightly, a little chuckle escaping her lips at the Saiyan's concern about shrinking into the form of a child. As cute as it might had sounded, the bracelets usually didn't function like that. It was because the bracelet had started to rapidly leech the alien's energy due to trying to absorb the celestial rays that he had shrunk to such a tiny format.
"They don't work like that Kaula. In your case you will simply find your energy being drained by the bracelet, and exhaustion slowly settling in."
When the subject about the thing Hikari had whispered about had been questioned, the older hybrid smiled innocently while she started speaking once more, her tone clearly amused as she avoided going too much into detail about the thing that was whispered.
"I merely told her the next training session's content, one that she will be allowed to attend to if she can end up reaching the finish before you. Nevertheless, you should get started, because little Rei is about to leave you in the dust."
As if on cue the girl had suddenly ran into the first obstacle course, making a cheerful salute toward Kaula before she disappeared along the path. If Kaula had ran down into her obstacle course she would have found that the first obstacle seemed fairly simple. There were several wooden logs that were swinging back and forth from amidst the trees, each of them being propelled back and forth like a pendulum. However, while it might had looked like a simple task to dodge, there was one tricky thing in the sense there was a trap. If Kaula reached the middle of the area a switch would trigger that would send a single wooden log flinging right her way from behind her, concealed amidst the leafs above her.
For Reikiko the first obstacle course was a long net span a small space above the ground that she needed to step between the spaces, the tricky thing was that on the ground beneath it there was a wooden plank that slid back and forth at unpredictable moments. The initial result? When the girl had made the first few steps along the net, the plank suddenly started sliding and she was send staggering face-first onto the net, causing her to pout in annoyance while being forced to start again from the beginning.
"!!!"
She won't lose! No matter what obstacle, if it mean getting to do that next training session with Kaula! Her eyes narrowed in a focused gaze she started to follow the pattern of the planks their movements, and once she had started to predict their movements she started to hop from one spot on the net to the other, ensuring she moved right after the plank beneath the space she was aiming for stopped moving. It was a tricky obstacle, but she seemed rather quick to learn, and with a grin bounced from one spot to another, already being halfway past the obstacle.
Of course if Kaula made it past the first obstacle, she would find that the second obstacle was a bit... odd... A long wall that reached up to the highest trees, and while there seemed to be grasping holes in the wall, the sheer size of the obstacle would likely take its toll on Kaula's stamina. Because... she had to go up, but also down! And jumping from that height with her body reduced to a regular human's strength seemed a bit reckless...

The Saiyan let out a soft grumble as she crossed her arms. She didn't really seem to care about this talk about being clever and all that stuff. She waved a hand. "Yeah.. Yeah.." she grumbled. "Whatever. Be clever and stuff. Use my head more. Headbutt stuff. Things and stuff like that." she said as she slowly stopped waving her hand when she got that new fancy bracelet. She glanced at it for a few moments, poking at it with a finger. She eventually brought her arm up to her face to start sniffing at the thing. Eventually her tongue poked out to start licking at it a few times. Well.. It tasted like.. Well.. Just like a bracelet. "What..? They don't? That's kinda lame. It would probably have some better uses if it could. Probably. Like.. To fit in small places.. I guess." she said, sniffing at the bracelet again.
She was still occupied by the sniffing at the damn thing when she went on about the next training thing, she almost didn't catch it. "Wait. What? What is the next training thingie? Why is she only going to do it if she reaches the end?" the Saiyan hybrid asked, looking towards the other hybrid. "I wanna know too! Tell me." wait. Get started? Being left in the dust. She turned to glance at Reikiko who had already started to run. "Fuck! Wait! We started!? When did we start!? What?" she grunted, nearly shouting out, before she moved to sprint away and into her obstacle course. As she got down the bend, she found what was making that weird sound when she nearly got hit by the first log, stopping in the nick of time to narrowly avoid being hit. She took a few steps back, blinking as she did. Right. This should be easy. After she had stared at the logs for a few moments, she started to make her way past them, one at a time, simply leaping past each one, one at a time. However, once she triggered the last surprise one.. Well.. It was just that. A surprise to her. It came crashing down and THWOMPED her pretty damn hard, "SHIT!" she shouted as the log knocked her into the path of one of the other ones, "No! Fuck! NOT A-" she was cut off as she was hit again, the hit simply slapped her off to a side, causing her to grunt out in pain.
Kaula rolled onto her back, grunting out a little bit more as she shook her head. "Fuck that hurt.." she grumbled out before moving to slowly sit up. She slowly got her bruised body up off the ground before slowly moving back to the start of the obstacle. She stretched lightly before starting to run through the obstacle again. Only, when she got to the halfway point.. She was ready for the secret log! She ducked down and rolled to the side to avoid it before she began to rush to the end, narrowly avoiding the last log. The Saiyan hybrid eventually stood up afterwards, glancing back at the logs before she began to dust herself off. "Heh. Easy.." she grumbled out as she slowly made her way to the wall, staring up at it. "Well.." she muttered, "It's.. Not as tall as that tower. So.." she shrugged and approached it, ready to start climbing the giant-ass wall. She'd put her hands into one of the hand holes and start climbing. It was pretty easy to climb up, that's for sure. Kaula grunting out a little bit untill she got halfway up. She made the mistake of glancing down. Her eyes went wide and she tried to grip the wall tighter. She closed her eyes, "This is too high up!! Why'd you have to make me do this one!?" she whined. Wait.. Didn't she.. Fly up to the lookout before? Why was she crying about being so high up then? She's probably flown way higher then thi- Wait. Of course she did. THE LOOK OUT, Duh.

"It seems you're getting less restless around heights. Good, you never know when you'll have to fight high up in the air."
Hikari's voice sounded a bit more cheerful than before, and if Kaula looked around she would have found the hybrid floating beside her, hands folded behind her back as she landed on top of the wall. With a light gesture of her hand the woman pointed toward a nearby parting amidst the trees, where Reikiko had just been seen reaching the end of the first obstacle and had darted toward the second one, a lot more vigor in her compared to earlier. The second challenge on her course seemed to had been another movement-based obstacle. A series of pillars were moving back and forth along a deep pit, a pit filled on the bottom with pillows, and a ladder to climb back to the entrance. Of course the girl had first tried to blindly jump onto the pillars, but when they started to shake and move, especially move mid-jump she flailed into the air and started to drop into the pit. A few moments passed before she climbed out of the pit, pouting in annoyance before starting to look more focused at the pillars, reading their movements and in reaction she started to carefully calculate the trajectory of her jumps. Of course the second time it went a lot better, bouncing from one spot onto the other and soon she was at the other side, the finish clearly only a small distance away.
"About the next training session. Initially it was meant to be a meditation session for you. To learn to focus your thoughts, but I told Reikiko that if she won she could join you. I believe you will find it quite a challenge to focus in a hot spring... especially with you naked, and Reikiko being told she can snuggle all she want... Ah, she's almost at the finish."
Hikari mused in amusement, knowing all too well that even if Kaula was going to climb downwards she would still narrowly be able to catch up to Reikiko. Nevertheless, she was clearly waiting to see Kaula's response to the revelation, before making a light wave with her hand as she started to float toward the finish line at the other side of the forest. Once the two of them reached the finish Hikari smiled calmly, watching poor Reikiko panting in exhaustion, but a look of determination in her eyes. Even if she ends second, she was going to do all in her might to join the meditation session. In the end she wanted to snuggle with Kaula!
"Ah well, I guess that's enough for today's training. We should go and pick up Kenny at the dojo, before someone finds him and is scared senseless by a large tiger on the training fields."
Indeed, a giant tiger sleeping right in front of the dojo seemed like a good idea to scare away anyone who would be interested to train. In the end how many were truly brave enough to deal with something like a tiger?
