A fist closed around an empty glass hit the wooden bar. A lone cloud hung above the patrons head, casting dark shadows against their face. In a gruff, but feminine voice, the words "hit me" were growled.
Tenshi sat alone, looking dower and down, clenching the glass as amber liquid was poured into it. She lifted the edge to her mouth, tilting slightly til she could feel the cold wetness against her lips. These parted briefly, allowing the cold drink to trickle down her tongue. She set the glass down, swallowing. For such a cold drink, it certainly burned the throat. She leaned forward, resting her chin against the bar as she swirled the drink slowly inside the glass.
"What is this pathetic creature that we've found today?" Tenshi ignored the violent urge to shout shut up, and be violently ill. The voices made a sniffing sound, a relatively pointless endeavour other than to mess with the woman. "Have you resorted to alcohol to run away from your problems?" Again ignored, they tried a different tactic. "We could give you power, wealth, fame, whatever it is you desire, and yet you waste your time with this." This time Tenshi upended the glass into her mouth. Angrily it was brought down against the wood, before being waved in the general direction of the server.
"More."
With a grumble, the man obliged, pouring more liquid in. Tenshi looked at it, watching her own reflection waver.
"We could show you your past."
"I don't want to know."
"Hm?" The bartender looked at her warily, wiping the inside of a glass with a dirty towel. Tenshi swallowed what she'd been given, then slammed the glass down. This time it shattered.
"I said I want a damn gin and tonic. I'll pay for the fucking glass, just get me a drink." This time it was slightly slurred, the warmth of her drinks spreading throughout her body, and making her brain fuzzy. It helped to muffle the demons, though only mildly.
"Such a waste of matter." They said, as the clear drink was placed in front of her. She picked it up, bringing it to her mouth again. "Where's all the anger you felt before, where's all the rage? You could be feeding off of that." Tenshi pushed her head back, and the empty glass was placed on the bar. She didn't have to say anything this time before it was refilled. It took her twice to get a good hold on it. "We could tell you about your past." This did get Tenshi's attention. She focused her eyes on a moving spot in front of her.
I don't believe you. Her thought was met with a laugh. Her eyebrows furrowed in mild irritation. What could you possibly know?
"Why...everything. After all, we were inside of Bailey's head. One of us, anyway. We have all his memories, all his feelings, all his...soul" Tenshi could almost see the pointed grin as they let out a shrieking laugh, followed by a raking scream. She winced. Her hand was shaking.
And what do you want from me?
"The same thing we've been asking for all this time. We simply want to feed off your anger, drain you til your a lifeless husk." The drink in her hand shook violently, and spilled when she dropped it. The glass rolled away from her, smashing against the stone floor behind the counter. The bartender showed up, face screwed up in anger.
"That's it, get outta here. You've had enough."
Tenshi stood, shakily, and headed towards what she thought was the right door. She walked out into the brisk night air, and spat on the ground. Now that she was outside, she could talk to the demons out loud.
"And what, pray, will you do without your host, fucking parasites?" She spat again, mostly for show. Her stomach was feeling ill.
"Who says when you're a shell, you'll be dead? We plan on leaving you alive, a creature without any emotion other than rage." She stumbled down an alley way.
"Why can't you just fuck off?"

Komoto turned around the corner and into the alley way that Tenshi was in in his black and red suit with white mask. "I could fuck off, but I much rather give you a job offer", Komoto said with great happiness in his voice.
Komoto started walking up, a small plate of flan with a spoon was in his hands. "Oh where are my manners, my name is Azarath M Zynthos, but please, call me Komoto. Komoto D Nightmare to be exact. And you are Tenshi, correct?", Komoto said as he bowed, as well as handing out the desert.
When komoto finished his bow, Komoto took off his top hat to reveal his pink head with an antenna. Wrapped around his attenna head was a bottle of gin. "Would you like flan, gin, or both", Komoto said with a laugh.

"I could fuck off, but I would much rather give you a job offer."
Tenshi staggered into a wall in startlement. A man had appeared behind him. Squinting her eyes to make the double single, she could sort of make out a white face, maybe it was smiling? He certainly sounded that way when he spoke. His voice was kind of muffled though, so he could be wearing a mask. Thecouldmight also have been well dressed, were the world not currently spinning. He was holding out a plate of something before him.
He began walking towards Tenshi, who was too stupified to move. She grabbed her shoulder, hoping holding on to something would prevent further falling. He stopped a few feet away, choosing to speak again in that happy voice of his.
"Oh where are my manners, my name is Azarath M Zynthos, but please, call me Komoto. Komoto D Nightmare to be exact. And you are Tenshi, correct?" He bowed, proffering the plate he held. Tenshi took it tentatively. "It could be poison," spoke the voices inside Tenshi, but she ignored them. The mysterious man stood up from his bow, removing his top hat. Underneath, and behind what was indeed a mask, was pink flesh. He was much like the bubblegum girl Zexama whom Tenshi had met previously. It seemed like almost a year, but couldnt have been more than a month.
"Would you like flan, gin, or both?" He asked, a bottle of gin wrapped inside what appeared to be a pink antenna. Tenshi stared for a second, before slurring out words.
"Both would be preferred, Tomato. An' I'm Tensh. Who sent you?" Even with mispronunciations, Tenshi still managed to make a Coherent response. She still wasnt sure about this mysterious gentleman, but she was feeling rebellious. After all, she had been listening to the demkns in her head, and look atwhere theyd gotten her. Maybe it was time for her own decisions.

"Both would be preferred, Tomato. An' I'm Tensh. Who sent you?", Tenshi said in as very slurred tone. Komoto couldn't believe that this drunk had caught the eye of Pah'mazhan and Doctor Kouda.
Komoto knew to not judge a book by its cover, but he couldn't help but judge. Komoto decided if Tenshi gave him any problems, he'd desintigrate the valkerie. After all, he gave his last serving of his favorite food, flan, to Tenshi, and it bothered him greatly.
Komoto handed Tenshi both the food and drink, took a deep breath, and continued his business tone he always used. "My boss, would prefer to remain anounimous until you meet said boss in person. We want you to join the Red Eclipse. Were a faction to some, a syndicate to others, but our goals are simple. To help each other achieve each of our independent goals, including yours. After all, there's always strength in numbers. You'd be provided with a place to live, food, drink, pay, and family. Just know I won't offer this deal again, so if you decide to not join, you won't hear from me again," Komoto said. Komoto wouldn't tell Tenshi that he make sure Tenshi couldn't meet him again.
Komoto then put on his hat again, and extended his arm for Tenshinto shake. "So what do you say, would you like to join the Red Eclipse my strange looking friend?", komoto said in the nicest tone he could muster.

Tenshi took the flan and gin, looking at them blearily, and shook her head. She handed them back.
"I dont need this," she said, continuing to listen to the strange...thing...talk. Red Eclipse...she'd never heard of that before. But...it didn't sound bad. A group focusing on helping each other achieve their goals. But something struck her as odd. The person who actually wanted to recruit her, as the being before her clearly didn't, wasn't going to give up his name. And yet, he had hers. Komoto put out his hand, and Tenshi took it tentatively.
"I'll join." She stated. The words were no longer slurred, though she was still quite drunk. This was a serious meeting, after all. Shame that she had to be found this way. "Two questions." She was keeping her statements short, attempting to retain what little dignity she might have left. "How does your 'boss' know me, and where do I go from here?"

"The first part is classified data, as for the second, take this communicator and wait for your first orders, that's all. You should be getting a notification of where to go and a proper introduction to all your new partners.", komoto said with as much of a business like tone he can muster.
Komoto then pulled out an envelope, which within it was lots of zenni komoto had.... Aquasitioned from a local bank. "This should keep you entertained until your called. Bye now", komoto said as he began using his ki to take flight.
