Name: Rhody Ohm
Alias: Trial 21
Species: Cyborg (based off of an alien species)
Gender: Male
Age: Physically 18/19, Actually 100
Appearance: Around 6', exceptionally pale (like literally white), with messy, neck-length black hair.
History: Rhody, real name unknown, was carried onto a starship by his unknowingly pregnant mother, one of the lower-class swordswomen to have embarked on such a journey. He belonged to a warrior race on the outskirts of the known universe, which had recently achieved the ability to sustain long-term space travel. He was born on the ship, which, due to some horrible accident, was left completely cut off from communications with his home planet, and eventually drifting in space helplessly.
Eventually, the out-of-control spaceship would crash into a little blue planet called Earth, just beyond the outskirts of a small town in a mountainous Western region, and right nearby the secret lab of one Dr. Thomas Albert, a reclusive man with a personal fondness for the Red Ribbon Army of Milennia ago, even seeking to emulate the creator of its infamous Androids.
He would discover that the only things still living-or even recognizable among the flaming wreckage of the ship-were the warrior woman and her (then 17 in Earth years and physically matching it) son, who would remain comatose for a very long time. Already, his android-loving mind was interested in these tall, pale, humanoid warriors, but Dr. Albert would bide his time, earn the trust of the mother, and convince her that her son was sent away to some top-secret hospital for marooned extraterrestrial life, and that it would compromise the entire facility if she were to pay her son a visit. Meanwhile, he employed her to guard his property, secretly collecting cells and data for one of his projects whenever she took on trespassers.
He spent the next year transforming "Rhody" into a Cyborg under his mother's nose, which he dubbed "Trial 21" of his Android creation attempts, and his mother's cells were the edge his attempts at creating a bio-android needed to succeed. On top of finally managing to get two of his purely-artificial Androids to function (trials 15 and 17), things were looking up for the good doctor.
Then 21's mother discovered her son's pod hidden away in the lab of her employer, and was... outraged, to say the least. Upon learning that the actions performed upon her comatose son were irreversible and extensive, she flew into a severe rage and set to destroy any and all information recorded by Dr. Albert, followed by attacking the man himself. However, she was intercepted and fought off by 15 and 17, who quickly overpowered her.
To Dr. Albert's amazement, however, this low-class warrior-turned security guard seemed to be gaining energy at a rapid rate as she adamantly fought enemies far outclassing her, and after the rough start, even managed to overpower and destroy both of her opponents with her sword, a weapon made of some highly durable metal abundant on her home planet. However, she was mortally wounded near the start of this battle, but in her last living moments, vaporized Dr. Albert before collapsing in front of her son's pod, tears running down her pale, literally-white face as she apologized to him under her breath, the last time anyone would utter Rhody's true name, dying with her sword still clutched within her hand. His mother's cells were what allowed Trial 23 to genuinely succeed, though this mysterious gaining ability was lost with the body alterations of roboticization, and not enough information on gains was picked up by 23 for it to gain the powers thanks to her tampering with Dr. Albert's equipment.
Cut ahead about 79 years. A computer failure in Dr. Albert's dilapidated lab releases this Android, and he opens his eyes for the first time in decades, tripping over some bones as he wakes up and steps out, dazed, confused, and in desperate need of a haircut after 80 uninterrupted years of hair growth. He finds a capsule containing a beat-up old spaceship among the pile of bones, alongside an impressive-looking sword and sheath.
He finds his way to the aforementioned nearby small town of Aru and, over the course of the next year, becomes pretty well-adjusted to human life. There are some minor hiccups, but he acclimates pretty well, having been a blank slate to begin with. At some point during this year, he begins to answer to the name "Rhody Ohm."
He's getting really bored of his "hometown," having the desire to head out and experience the world that many boys his age do.No, not 100 year-olds. The age he mentally/physically is.
Starting Planet: Earth.
Inherent Traits:
Anti-Aura Sensing/Un-sensable- Androids cannot be sensed by the technique called Ki Sensing, its variants, directly. They can however be sensed by those using a Scouter device, yet these devices are generally easy to destroy.
Durability- These characters can up their transformations by +(x1) during a fight when they are battling an opponent on the defensive.
Reconstruction- Androids may completely rebuild themselves after a fight if they die by paying 1000 Zeni. This allows them to avoid going to Other World at a generally small cost.
Techniques:
Offensive
[N1] Full Power Energy Wave-A generic energy beam with no personal touches.
[N1] Explosive Wave-The user bursts out ki from all over their body in order to repel the opponents around them.
Support
[SU] Flight
Special
Overdrive (Android-class inherently gets this as a Special, right? Sorry if I misread or something)
Items: 500 Zenni
One-Use Pod
Otherwordly Sword
sorry if I did anything wrong ;_;
