(Given permission from Jormungandr to mention her and have these specific things with her in U5 Collan's history that relate to her happen).
Collan, friend of Chai, fellow part of the rebellion...dead. During the battle to fend off the tyrannical ruler the rebellion knew as Bing and his goonies, Collan was decimated during it all. He found himself in the after life, while he did go to heaven for his deeds on helping the rebellion try and make those on Earth free. He couldn't help but feel...enraged. He felt as if he failed the rebellion, though that may have been as to the fact he didn't get to see Chai actually escape, either way though he felt like he could have somehow done more. After much thinking, he brought it down to that he wasn't powerful enough, that he needed to be more powerful...so he was going to do just that.
He needed to take care of one thing before he trained though, he didn't find Heaven to be a proper training ground. He needed somewhere more secluded, so no matter how much he didn't want to do it...he'd have to go back to Earth. It took a while, but he earned his way back to the world of the living, where he immediately did one thing...hide. He'd go and find a cave far away from any sign of life, and go hide deep into it. He wanted to get stronger, so obviously he needed to stay as far away as possible from Bing and his goonies. So he did just that, he went as for down underground as possible to the point where he could still at least just live fine.
With this, he was finally ready to train, and would spend the next month getting as powerful as possible. But, it wasn't too long before he was found. One single soldier of Bing had looked into the cave, a Demon who had the looks of a snake came in and obviously recognized the Crimson Striker member, and attacked him. Though while it was a close one, Collan was able to just barley come out on top, but he didn't kill this Demon. While he honestly really wanted to, hanging around Chai for so much in his life in this horrible world taught him to use mercy and diplomacy as much as possible. So what does he do? Well while she's on the ground, he would yell at her about all the horrible things the people she works for have done and will continue to do of course!
This...didn't work, but Collan wouldn't allow her to leave. If she left, then the entire force would be after him. So, he would keep a close eye on her, making sure she didn't run off. She'd try and fight him off every once and a while, and that would just lead to both of them getting heavy injuries, and Collan trying to convince her each time that Bing was the worst person to every exist. As this went on though, they learned to deal with each other more. They didn't become great friends per-say, but they had found grounding on where they could actually understand each other and only want to kill each less often than before. Jor was convinced to not work for Bing, but she hadn't lost her evil tendencies, and had her own goals when it came to what she wanted to do with the universe.
For now though, they decided to work together, at least until one thing happened...Bing and his lackies weren't in the way for either of the worlds they wanted to become a reality. So from then on, they trained to make each other as strong as possible, until they had heard some news that came from the wreckage that used to be great cities. There was a tournament going around, one that would bring warriors from multiple universes to duke it out. Collan saw this as the perfect chance to see how much he had grown, and Jor saw it as one too, but they both knew Bing was there. Collan wasn't as scared since he'd already died once, he knew he could get out of the after life again. Jormungandr on the other hand would know Bing would question her after not showing her face for so long, and didn't want him to figure out she had betrayed him yet.
So now, Collan prepares himself for this tourney, ready to take on the challengers ahead of him.
Techniques:
Rebel's Fury - [N1] - Collan, in anger, fires a volley of Ki blasts at the opponent. Charges for 33% every turn.
Rebel's Rage - [UP2] - Filled with absolute rage, Collan fires an unrelenting barrage of blasts. Charges for 66% every turn.
Rebel's Utter Animosity - [MP3] - Reaching the full peak of his anger, Collan fires a barrage of Ki blasts, and follows it up with a Sinjin. Charges for 100% every turn.
Unstable Sinjin - [N1] - A white beam of Ki made by Collan that is sparking with power. Charges for 33% every turn.
Unstable Sinjin - [UV2] - This white beam hits it's target with it's uncontrolled power head on. Charges for 33% every turn and stuns for 100% PL.
After Image - [SU1] - Moving at high speeds, Collan can dodge techs below 100% of his PL.
After Image - [SU2] - Moving at high speeds, Collan can dodge techs below 200% of his PL.
After Image - [SU3] - Moving at high speeds, Collan can dodge techs below 300% of his PL.
Energy Sense - [UT] - Collan can sense the energy of other warriors
Flight - [UT] - One of the most basic Ki techniques, let's Collan fly, enough said.
