[Thread PL: 343,673: CURRENT PL: 2,000]
Etoru stood on a building of Satan City. The wind blew harshly against him, his headband's strands fluttering to his side. He had his arms crossed, his metal forearm overlapping his other arm. The boy narrowed his eyes over the city below. It was time. He was going to take this city for himself. It was for the greater good! He's been plotting to defeat the evil Mazoku lord, Xylo, and had trouble figuring out a way around his army. I mean, it was an army! So how do you beat him? You fight fire, with fire. Etoru was going to make this city his empire, and wage war with Xylo!
The Saiyan Child wasn't alone however! He informed Capper of his plans, and hopefully his friend would be joining him soon! Maybe with Capper's help, this thing would be easier than it already was. I mean after all, he was Etoru.
Etoru floated off the roof and into the sky's. He stared down at the city, smirking. The boy fired a few blasts of ki into the sky, causing a few pedestrians to look up into the sky. The child grinned seeing as he got their attention. Etoru cleared his voice. "Eh. em..." He cupped his hands over his mouth and slouched his back. "HEY! EVERYONE! I, ETORU AEUM, AM CLAIMING THIS CITY FOR MY EMPIRE. THE EFCCA!!!!! THE ETORU FOUNDATION CORPORATION COMPANY ASSOCIATION!" Once that was said, a white aura surrounded his form. A bunch of clones appeared behind him, all with the power level of one. They swooped down to the city below, relaying the message to everyone else. He'd have his empire ready in no time...! ---
Attempting to take over Satan City!
3 day time limit initiated!

"Take over Satan City, Etoru said. It will be eaaaasy, Etoru said."Capper mused with a deadpan frown. Collard took a deep breath in and out, still wondering how Capper had persuaded him into tagging along with... The boy was persistent and persuasive- and had killer puppy eyes to top it all off. But now, it seemed even Capper had grown uneasy with time. The boy on Collard's back let out a quick huff, lowering his head to rest on his father's back. "I... I want to help beat Xylo, a-and this seems like it'll actually help Etoru actually BEAT him and Ouroboros..." Capper mused, earning a grunt of affirmation from Collard. Capper was frankly sick and tired of being a useless bystander after the fight with Xylo. He had to do something- anything, to make a difference in this war... For his mother. For the Hoffersons. "But..." Capper trailed off, clenching his fists. "I don't know. A whole city? I feel like someone strong is gonna stop Etoru and I." The boy spoke, doubt in his voice. Capper didn't want to bump into the next Xylo or Orouboros, and face the guilt of loss all over again. But he couldn't let his fears stop him from helping, now. Collard rolled his shoulders, speaking with a shrug. "Well, I'm just here to make sure you don't get hurt." The father claimed. He wasn't sure about helping take over a city and have his face plastered all over the news... Capper, on the other hand, didn't seem to mind the publicity. Nothing could be worse than the hatred he faced the first weeks after being stranded on Earth after the Saiyan Invasion, right?Soon enough, Capper's scouter let out a few beeps after the father-son duo arrived right over Satan City. Etoru quickly proclaimed the Shorty Squad's claim over the city, and sent a mass of clones to relay the message. Capper wasn't sure if proclaiming their presance now was the best thing, but it was for the best. "H...Heeeey! Etoru!" Capper called, waving from his perch on Collard's back. The father saiyan gave a quick wave as well, before swooping down to float near the child's side. "I wasn't sure if you were serious about doing this..." Collard mused, putting a hand to his chin. The hybrid with the robotic arm and leg really went and did it, though. "W-well, let's do this!" Capper proclaimed, putting his hands on his hips with a meek smile. "What can possibly go wrong?"
"Dammit, dammit, dammit, dammit, DAMMIT!" A voice screamed through the distant alleyways of Satan City away from Capper and Etoru. A saiyan wearing a blue, sleveless shirt with an armored belt stood in front of an empty lot, her eyes narrowed and her black tail lashing back and fourth. "It was supossed to be here! The advertisement said--- uuuugh..." The black haired saiyan spoke, sitting down on a bench with a sigh. Her prosthetic leg, highly reminiscent of the one Etoru wore, tapped against the ground. "...Where could those two damn clods be?"
Chire mused, rubbing the bridge of her nose. She had ended up crashing onto Earth after fleeing from the Otherworlds. Soon after, she found an advertisement for Collard's bar, and quickly went to track down her spouse and son. But the bar just wasn't here! Glancing down to the ripped newspaper ad, Chire let out a groan. It said SOUTH city, not Satan City...! Grunting in frustration, the female began to float off the ground, quickly letting her aura flare gold as she powered up to her Super Saiyan state to blast off to the southern capitol...
Then, a quick streak in the sky caught her attention. A boy landed on the ground, causing Chire to gasp! Etoru?! He was still alive...?! She grimaced when she saw his new limbs, however. He didn't live through Xylo without sacrifice, it seemed. Nonetheless, this weaker clone (unbeknownst to Chire) seemed to be talking and relaying a message to some of the passing pedestrians... But what?
"Yooooooo! Hey! HEY! Over here, shorty!" The female rang, cheer returning to her tone. The Super Saiyan dashed behind Etoru, crouching down and putting her hands on her hips. "Guess who's back from Hell?~" The saiyan spoke in a singsong tune, stars in her eyes.

Jormungandr didn't really know what was going on, but Capper was here, and something big seemed to be going down, so there she was. She would always be there if Capper seemed to have any chance of being in danger. She had tailed the diminutive mechanic and his father when she'd seen them in her wanderings and decided to try and make up for her mistake in South Capitol. The only way she knew of to do that was to keep him safe. She had kept her PL as low as she could without lagging behind, but now she let it rise to it's maximum as she approached the two saiyans. "...Hello." she said hesitantly, looking nervously at Capper as she spoke to Collard. "What's going on here? What's all this about claiming the city?" She was really only mildly interested in that, since it didn't have much bearing on what she was going to do, but she supposed it might be a good thing to know. Now, she just had to hope the one she'd decided to protect would let her stick around to actually do that. She knew that it was entirely possible that Capper would demand she leave - he'd have every right to do so. She wouldn't do it, of course, but she didn't want her protection to be undesired.

(Thread PL: 16,356,960) (Ornion's PL: 102,231 (Action Hero x10: 1,022,310))
A worldwide alert shot across Vi-Poi’s vision and woke him from his nap, causing his hackles to rise. He hadn’t seen one of these since the Saiyan War. A direct threat to Earth reported. The assessment would have went up through the chain of command – from a police precinct to a city commander, then from the force to the Army. One of Vi-Poi’s generals would have issued a global alert. This one was from General Vermilion, in charge of the defense of East District.
He clenched his fists, and found that his palms were sweaty. The changes brought to him since his complete merge with Poi had been baffling to both himself and the Science Corps. His design didn’t include sweat glands, but there it was. His stomach grumbled with nerves, and he could feel his pulse quickening.
He flumped out of the couch and stepped gingerly behind the desk of his presidential office, flipping up the poofy hair of Bao’s plaster bust before slapping his palm down on a big red button. From a discreet lens on the wall, a series of multihued lights fluttered over his body as his identity was verified.
The Blue Banner Army went to Condition Red. Battle jacket pilots would be assembling all over the world. Wartime weapons -- usually dormant in equipment vaults -- would be activated, from the largest divisions of World Police to the smallest of the small-town sheriffs.
A square of flooring beneath Vi-Poi dropped, whisking him quickly and silently. He was soon bathed in the crimson glow of the Emergency Room situated beneath King’s Castle. A line of uniformed officers jumped from their seats to salute him. The Emergency Room was always fully staffed for these such contingencies.
"Welcome to the Emergency Room, Mister Premier." A cold robotic voice intoned.
“Xylo?” He asked, scratching at his disheveled hair.
“No, Mister Premier, sir,” The incident commander said, raising a hand to her brow and snapping to attention once more. “A child named Etoru Aeum, claiming to represent something called the Etoru Foundation Corporation Company Association. Your files have him listed as a Hazardous Power from an incident on the moon-”
Vi-Poi groaned, clapping a hand to his face. “What’s he want this time? To paint his name on all the buildings?”
The commander’s lips thinned into a line. “He wants to start an empire in Satan City.”
Vi-Poi’s fingers lowered slowly past angry blue eyes. “What?”
“Sir, there is at least one confirmed sighting of a Super Saiyan with him.”
Vi-Poi glowered. “I see,” He said softly, stepping past the commander, walking slowly into the bright glow of the gargantuan wall screen that showed all of Earth and the distribution of forces. One Super Saiyan, two Super Saiyans, three. He was rated to deal with far more than that. Vi-Poi had made a career out of beating Super Saiyans, but he'd learned in the process that they were unpredictable, and not to be underestimated. “Send out the rollcall for KAOS, tell my squaddies I need help. And executed Plan R. I want a triple cordon fenced around Satan City with targets on their energy signatures. I want every Gorgon unit we can muster backing the perimeter, and I want the Space Force to make a tight envelope. Issue the general evacuation for civilians immediately.”
He’d always felt that Earth would be under attack again, one day. He didn’t think it’d come so soon. And from a Z-Fighter of all people. It made him bristle.
A great plume of cold steam gushed from the middle of the metal floor, ushering the rise of a large crystal cylinder. His black battle armor glittered in the high light.
Wished I didn’t have to see you again, Vi-Poi thought glumly, the glass canister sliding away before him. He flung his presidential bathrobe down and quickly dressed in his fighting gear, hopping out of the white cloud of mist on one foot while still tugging one knee-high white boot. “Oh yeah -- give a call to Ornion Shallotnagger’s personal phone, too.” He added. “Tell him I’m calling in that favor he owes me.”
I went too easy on the pup, the first time, Vi-Poi brooded as the Army Attack Pod whistled through the air. It’d been launched from King Castle, and was almost at Satan City.
Ornion sat across from him, in the metal ball’s other seat. In his shirt, tie, and slacks, the movie star looked almost ridiculously different than the Premier in his dark war gear. He’d been rubbing his hands nervously against his khakis the whole time. Swish, swish. Swish, swish. “You don’t think they’ll really want to hurt anybody, do you, Vi?” He asked. Swish, swish. For all his status as an Jollywood action movie god and his recent stint as a martial arts trainee, Ornion didn’t like fighting for real. He was a sensitive guy, and genuinely abhorred violence. Having a couple of friends die in the Saiyan War had only driven that home further.
“I don’t know,” Vi-Poi said. His voice came out cold and low, and his eyes were fixed out the window at the landscape blurring by.
Ornion grunted nervously, and the tempo of the swishing increased.
Vi-Poi guessed there probably would be violence, but there was no use in making Ornion feel even worse.
A green indicator light switched on overhead. They were in Satan City airspace. Vi-Poi drew in a sharp anticipatory breath – another new, human gesture he could have done without.
“Get ready,” Vi-Poi warned his friend, before blasting out a kiai that cracked through the air like thunder. The pod around them shivered to pieces, exploding outward in all directions, sunlight rushing in as black smoke whipped outward in an expanding halo until it stretched out into nothing. Some windows of nearby office towers shattered from the kiai’s boom.
Vi-Poi had already situated himself opposite of the swarm of Etorus. Ornion was blinking at the sudden daylight, fumbling for his sunglasses and drifting at Vi-Poi’s side.
There were no quirky jokes, this time. He was in no mood for it, and it wasn't just because he was grumpy from being woken from his nap. A golden glow glimmered around Vi-Poi’s body as he silently assessed his opposition, giving Capper a reproachful glare. The electronic groan of the air raid sirens began to roll across the town, signaling for civilians to make their way to evacuation shelters. Local news would divert them to the nearest conversion stations on the Satan City limits.
“You call yourself a Z-Fighter?” He finally asked Etoru, letting his anger flow out with his growing power. “You’ve been more trouble to this planet than you’ve been help. Wanna control a city? You can’t even control yourself.”
The power in his machine heart exploded outward until the ground rumbled and the sky drained color.
“Earth is under the protection and governance of the Blue Banner Army,” Vi-Poi said with finality. “All of it.”
Now Ornion came to his side, smashing his fists together as his muscles rippled and white clouds whistled from his vents. “You don’t want on the Premier’s bad side,” Ornion boomed, putting on a brave show despite his fear, executing a battle pose with craned arms and a sideways leg that made Vi-Poi proud. “He’s got a helluva left hook!”
(Vi-Poi is charging with Power Charge [SU3]. PL 32,713,920 next round.) (Ornion has popped his x10.)

A New Empire Collan's PL: 33,379 Bonuses: N/A
"Ah...Satan City." The man took in the fresh air blowing around. Last time he came here, he had 'fought' a ghost. Though thankfully that was all in the past. Nothing bad would happen today, and even if something bad did happen, he was now confident in his peace making skills.
But of course, just as he thought things would go fine...everything went WRONG. With a few shouts and beeps of his scouter, a little kid that Collan swore he recognized had appearntly planned to take this city. With a sigh, Collan put his right hand against his face.
But with a better look, he saw that there was two other people he recognized...Collard and Capper!? Were they trying to help this kid!? A look of worry went on him, w-why was this happening? Did the other kid tempt Capper! No...Capper was smarter than that, and he knew it.
But then things got even worse when he saw Jor come into the picture! How bad was this day going to get!? The answer to that question, was 'worst day of his life'. How did this answer come up? Well in the form of a blue haired man going to try and stop the boy from taking over.
But if Collan was correct from what he was seeing, it wouldn't have been too much of a loss if he died. What he was more worried about was if this man attacked Capper, Jor, and Collard! There was also a woman who came around, but he had no idea who she was, besides another bad loss for Collan's record if they all died.
H-he had to do something! He hadn't be trying to follow Chai's advice for nothing! So with a large burst of red aura, he flew off towards all the commotion, and yell at the top of his lungs; "What do you all think you're doing!?" Looking at both Vi-poi and Etoru, he'd hope he had made himself noticed.
"There's so much wrong with this neither of you have no idea! First off, I'll start with the boy...if you're trying to start some association, why the hell do it by taking over a city, of course someone is going to try and stop you, and most likely attempt to kill you!"
Taking a deep breath, he then turned to Vi-poi. "Now you! Look, I'm glad you're trying to stop someone from ruling an entire city! But I learned from a friend that violence shouldn't be the immediate answer! Though let's say this boy rejects mercy, even so, you should at least take the battle outside of the city!"
After that, Collan started to pant slowly and heavily. "Now...would anyone like to argue or clear anything up? If not, I'd prefer we stop this now before it quickly gets out of hand..."

"Hey Etoru."
"Hey Etoru."
"Hey, Etoru?""Wait...Etoru?"
"That's a lot of Ewoks."
"Wait, the hell is --"
"I think we've finally discovered cloning."
"Why are there so many Etorus?!"
"Uh, cloning, obviously."
"Taveon, shut it."Celmaru and Taveon Waterfield gazed at the immense army of Etorus scampering about, shouting of a supposed organization. EFCCA? What was that child doing? Several more Etorus ran past the two, with the ancestor shoving his gloved palms into his pockets; spectating the presumed miracle of cloning. Suddenly, the hybrid took off in a dash, attempting to weave between the Etorus to seek out the original. This entire event was ludicrous. "Hey, what're ya --"
"Nevermind, stupid of me to try an' ask."With that, the ancestor followed suit. Yet, between the pseudo-sea of Etoru and what had begun to approach, uncertainty began to fester within the hybrid. Eventually, it became too cumbersome darting between people and Etoru alike, Celmaru swiftly leaping to the rooftops. A minuscule distance away, Taveon groaned. The energy of the child was far more faint than usual; likely suppressing his energy. There were two nearby...exactly as powerful in comparison to one another? Huh.
Eventually, the child's figure came into immediate view. Leaping into the air, Celmaru's gaze fixated on Etoru, the hybrid took flight once his rise stagnated. There was another figure just a bit away. Someone rather blue -- "..."
|'Kami-dammit in the Lookout why?'|
|'Why not?'|
|'Get out of my head, Taveon.'|
|'Nah.'|
"..."Finding himself mere feet below the accumulating group, the hybrid folded his arms. Even Collan showed up for this. Etoru must truly want this much attention. Unfortunately, the Premier her/him/itself began with a few prompt statements. Z-Fighter? An inquiry for later. Celmaru soon found Collan speaking, suggesting they all back down. Attempting to speak his mind with his mind for a moment, the hybrid intended to telepathically speak with the other hybrid. |'That's a bit too simple and you know it. Its never going to be that simple in the end.'|Taveon arrived, once again groaning. "Man, if only you gave your mental state this much attent --"A palm struck the backside of the ancestor's cranium. Taveon froze, albeit barely flinched. "Sure it might be a bad time but I'm not wrong!"
The hybrid could only exhale in exasperation upon that comment. This truly wasn't a time for that. Finally bringing himself to assess Etoru, Celmaru awkwardly upchucked telepathic words to send. |'I know I'm not the most sufficient adult, nor am I anyone eligible to hand out advice, though I don't think this is the best idea, Etoru. What ever this is, I wouldn't think it'd be worth risking juvenile detention for.'|
|'You think he knows about the cloning?'|
|'Taveon --'|
|'I'm never going to shut up. Fuck you~!'|The teasing tone was entirely evident and the hybrid was irritated at the blatant lack of...something he didn't deserve. The hybrid hung his eyelids low, peering at Taveon as he made a face. A man-child, he was.
I'm not mentally screaming, its fine. KP: 3/3 Thread PL: 359,382 Taveon doesn't have any PL, though he does have (alongside his siblings, parents, etc.) a Guard app: wodsouls.freeforums.net/thread/10985/waterfield-family-generations-past?page=1&scrollTo=82528

Nava's spindly old hand reached out… And up… The old man began to drool with a snicker "Eh heh heh— Let's see what's under here..?" His hand reached up under the skirt and— BOINK! Spinning around in a furious rage, the teal haired earth woman looked down at recipient of her kick. "You pervert! Why i'll—" Within an instant though, the seemingly feeble old man was up on his feet, scurrying across the busy street and dodging through the cars! "I ought to call the cops on you, creeeeeep!" shouted the fuming maiden, but the perpetrator had already scrambled off towards his next victim. "HEH HEH HEH— HORF" Fortuneteller Jiji had to pause in his snickering to let loose a hacking cough for a good five seconds. But when he looked up… Something strange was amiss! In all his years on earth he'd never seen something so queer! The whole city around him was being overrun by… Children! Were these little brats trying to steal all the young cuties? Or had he just been hit in the head too hard? Pulling out his cane, the old man delivered three solid bonks on the head to a few nearby clones, taking them out for the count! "Respect your elders!" chastised the old man, "I got here long before you did, finders keepers!"Stowing away his cane, the old man looked up at the hovering boy in the sky, who seemed to be at the source of all of this. But surrounding the scene were a whole lot of strong looking fellows! Except— Who was that beautiful young lady? Jiji looked over at the blue haired valkyrie, who seemed to be making the whole city shake with her power. "Hoo hum-dee dum!" Nava's eyes narrowed as the corners of his lips curled up into a mischievous grin. "What's your name, little cutie?" the demon whispered to himself. Lifting both hands up beside his head and twiddling his fingers lustily, the shapeshifter crept up behind Vi-Poi. In one fell swoop, the old man leapt forward, hands outstretched towards the blue beauty's booty!

As the Etoru clone flew to inform people about the new empire forming, he heard an odd, familiar voice call to him. The clone turned his head annoyed at whoever called him shorty. "Shorty?! Why I oughta--eh?" The clone stared at Chire blankly. "But...wasn't she...." She instantly dashed behind the small child, squatting down to his height. He looked at her sparkly eyes in shock. "B-But didn't you...you died! I saw you! Xylo blasted you into noth---uh...y-yeah I saw you die!" The clone sighed shaking his head. "L-Look I'm not even the real Etoru!" The clone pointed in the city to where Etoru was. "I'm just his clone. And as his clone, I have a job to do." The copy of Etoru then took off, continuing informing the populace of his plans.
Meanwhile, where the real Etoru was...the boy heard a call for him. "Hm?" He turned his head, a smirk growing on his face. "Hey! You actually showed--and if it isn't Mr.Capper's dad! This is a surprise~ you were the last person I'd expect to come. You're a bigger buzz kill than Cap---erm, city take over." His friend seemed eager to get this show on the road, and didn't think anything was going to go wrong. Etoru however, figured that something was bound to happen sooner or later. And there it was. Sirens erupted and people were starting to evacuate. "I-I'M NOT GOING TO KILL ANYONE YOU IDIOTS!" He slumped his arms down, groaning in annoyance.
Then, out of no where, Virtual Poi appeared! Etoru's snarky grin faded away. He had an unsure frown plastered to his face. "E-Erm..." It was like, he expected this to happen...but he wasn't prepared enough f or it. But then he said some comment that made Etoru clench his fists, frustrated with the android! "First off...! As much as I hate to admit it. I'm not even a Z-Fighter anymore. Maeve doesn't want children fighting..." He grumbled. "Second off! I can too control myself. In fact, I'm the best at it."
But then 'it' happened. Vi's power bursted outwards. The sky's dulled with color, and the wind's blew harshly around him. He furrowed his brows, having a bad feeling about this. His stomach had a pit of fear in it, but it was also mixed with excitement. If they fought, he could finally prove that he was, indeed, the strongest defender Earth had to offer.
More warriors arrived to the scene, one rambling his mouth off for no reason. "Mind your own business you snow head!" Etoru stuck his tongue out at him. Then some weird, buff guy, appeared beside Vi-Poi. Was that....Etoru felt a little jealous. "Y-You have a hype man....?" He looked at Capper deperately. Etoru whisper yelled at the technician. "H-Hype me up...!" Before Etoru could utter another word, Celmaru showed up, and like the snowhead, told him this was a bad idea. Etoru ignored him. It was just going to be that same topic over and over again with new people showing up.
Etoru glared at Virtual Poi. "No need for holding back then...." He grumbled. He put his fists to his side and let out a roar. His power sky rocketed, and his aura flashed into a golden hue. Lightning danced around his form as he entered the Super Saiyan two state. His aura didn't fade there however. If Vi-Poi was planning an attack, he needed to counter it or he'd just be out cold in a matter of seconds! "Stop being such a coward! Why don't you fight me with your fists instead of charging some ultra epic blast to take me out, huh?!" ---

Post by Kale on Apr 18, 2017 1:31:45 GMT
[Thread PL: 37,589]
In East City, Kale could not believe his eyes. Hell, he couldn't even believe what he was hearing. And yet there he was, flabbergasted by the very picture that was on his wife's television. Bits of meat and rice could barely cover up the live news footage; food that Kale had spat out from the sudden startlement which the story brought upon him.
A rather frantic male reporter in a beige trench coat shot off his statements like machinegun fire while holding a microphone to his mouth. His apparent vice grip seemed to threaten the destruction of the equipment, much like the overhanging shadow that loomed over Satan City. "The city's populace are in a panic while the boys and girls in blue have issued a state of emergency! The well-known boy known as Etoru has apparently made claims that he is going to take the city over for his new Empire! The Mayor has ordered an immediate evacuation in case things get ugly!" The cameraman aimed his device toward Etoru, who was currently hovering above.
Kale shot up out of his sofa. His mouth hung open in disbelief. He met Etoru once before, way back when he first encountered the Saiyan Capper. The boy did have an air of rudeness, but to form an Empire and take over a city of the planet? That was just absurd! A single sweat droplet slid down Kale's cheek. Was this anxiety he was feeling? The camera put the reporter back into view. "Other individuals are arriving on the scene. We can only hope that the protectors of this planet will take this into their hands! I'm Garreth Jones. Hold tight, Satan City!"
The feed was cut. Not by the news channel, but by Kale, who pressed the power button on the television remote. This was not good at all. He knew now that he had to do something, damn the expense! The Saiyan spun about and hopped over the sofa, scrambling to find a pamphlet and a pen. Once he obtained the items, Kale scribbled a quick note addressed to his wife, Ramina. "Heading to Satan City," he mumbled as he wrote, "emergency. I will be safe and return when it is over. Love, Kale." he paused, peered toward the t.v., then returned to the note. "P.S., sorry about the mess!"
Not soon after, Kale sped out of his apartment and took to the sky like a rocket! He didn't bother to suppress his power; there was no time to waste! He was flying at an almost supersonic speed with an air cone folding around his form and a trail of blue ki tailing behind him. The Saiyan's heart raced and his Saiyan Blood pumped inside of him like a well-oiled machine. Before long, he reached the city's border. But he did not stop! His goal was to locate Etoru and try to talk him down!
Finding Etoru much sooner than he expected to, Kale screeched to a halt in the air and his ki dispersed. It would seem that he was not the only one who was interested in this little predicament. There was Vi-Poi, the blue-haired android, who appeared to be charging an attack of sorts. He did not recognize Orion, who Kale could guess was a friend of the Blue Banner soldier's. A strange old man was also on the scene, though he appeared to be pretty weak in comparison. Finally, there was Collan. Collan seemed to be vying for a peaceful solution. He was another new face to the Saiyan who called the Earth his home. Things were getting bad, and fast.
Kale was about to speak when there was an abrupt increase in ki from Etoru. Kale looked on in awe, witnessing a transformation that he could only dream of! Etoru's rising energy created gale-force winds which caused Kale's hair and clothes to flow violently. Etoru's hair turned to a golden shade, spiking upwards while his pupils turned teal. Jolts of electricity flew around Etoru's body. Was this the Super Saiyan transformation? Or something else? Kale's teeth gritted with apprehension. He surely was out of his league.
Be that as it may, he would let his character waiver. "Why are you doing this," Kale pleaded with the young hybrid? "What's all of this about an Empire? Or taking over Satan City? I heard that you're a protector of the Earth. You're supposed to defend the planet, not rule over its people!" The expression on Kale's face turned from one of concern to conviction. He thought back to the personal lessons he had learned since living here. One of which was rather recent, at the bank heist he was involved in. Violence shouldn't be the first answer.
The Saiyan's eyes darted between Vi-Poi and Etoru. He was too distracted to pay attention to the old man who was going for Vi-Poi's rear assets. "Please," he begged, "we don't have to come to blows. There has to be a better option! But I will not stand back as a student of Kami and let people get hurt!"

Capper slumped against Collard's back, his tail swinging quickly and anxiously... Right now, the saiyan just wanted to get this over with. Saiyans like himself took stuff over on a daily basis, right? So this would be no biggie, right? It was just one city out of thousands on Earth, Capper told himself. 'N-n-nobody's going to notice! You're going to be fine, Capper. You're helping your friend beat Xylo! You're... useful.' The saiyan coached himself, taking a deep breath in. Still... this felt wrong, somehow. His heart was tight in his chest, churning and shaking. Why did this feel wrong? He was a hardened Solar Saiyan, not some softie Blue Banner Earthling! Capper's heart lurched, a yelp escaping his lips when a power approached. Thank the stars it was only just his friend Jormungandr though, who questioned the situation. A sigh of relief escaped Capper's lips... This calm, however, did not last long.
Alarms buzzed in Capper's Scouter, and in the city below, when a massive power began to close in! His scouter whirred into overdrive, some static and smoke beginning to fog up the power reading... Sixteen million! Capper's heart skipped several beats- there was only one fighter out there he knew of with such a power level... Unable to distinguish the unique feel of Vi-Poi's ki, Capper came to one, catastrophic conclusion. Were... Were Xylo and Ouroboros really here?! On EARTH?!?! No, no, no, no, NO!!
Collard turned to his panicked son, raising a brow in concern. But before the Super Saiyan could say anything, an explosion sounded above. Smoke eclipsed a figure that sent more violent shivers down the saiyan son's spine... Oh wait. It was just his acquaintance, Vi-Poi.
Capper breathed a sigh of relief, placing a hand over his heart. Then, confusion took hold as he gazed up at the Premier. How did he become this strong so fast?! The android was even stronger than Ouroboros, albeit just barely! Capper somewhat expected someone strong enough to rain on his friend's parade, but not this strong, and not this important! The technician let out a pitiful, shamed whimper after Vi-Poi shot him a glare, unable to lock eyes with his friend... Gods, he really messed up big time. This was an awful idea, in hindsight. Capper was such a disappointing fucker-upper to Vi, probably.
The saiyan clutched his father's shirt even tighter, closing his eyes and trembling a little. Collard reached a hand back, plucking the saiyan off his back, now holding him against his chest in his arms. "Capper..." The father spoke, at a loss for words. "...Everything is going to be alright. I promise." He proclaimed quietly, causing his son's breath rate to decline slowly with newfound reassurance. It wasn't much, but every bit helped his son. Capper's father knew what he was doing, right?
Then, Vi-Poi began to prepare something... Capper's Scouter once again whirred into overdrive, buzzing and sparking. Capper could make out a number- thirty million, before a crack rippled down the midway down the center of the device, having broken in the presence of such a large power. Capper glared up at Vi, terror running through his veins... Painful memories nagged at the back of his head- he didn't notice Collan, Celmaru, Nava, Kale, or even hear Etoru's commands to "hype him up" during his traumatic flashback.
Capper was lurched back to reality, his heart hammering when Vi-Poi's charge only seemed to grow, the skies darkening just as they had before when Ouroboros was unleashed. While Capper was zoned out in his flashback, Collard had summoned one of his skulls in a certain foruneteller's path, stopping him inches from the Premier's oh so tantalizing booty. The gazelle skull opened it's mouth, letting loose a loud screech at the perverted old man- the message was clear. Back off.
The technician's fists clenched as he stared at Etoru, who seemed to be charging his own attack. This hurt. This was wrong. Nothing good was going to come from this- that much was clear to the traumatized engineer now. Collard floated back, still holding Capper in his arms tightly. Capper glared at the two, the same courage he felt when he rescued Etoru from Xylo- something he thought was long lost. But now, it continued to boil in his heart. He had to do something. He couldn't let his friends fight like this...
Capper squirmed out of Collard's grip, summoning his own cat-like Skull Blaster, Nala, in beneath him to land on! "Capper!" Collard called out when the skull rocketed forwards with the saiyan on board. With a flash of orange, the saiyan would yell out. "STOP IT!"
With a quick burst of speed from his summoned demon, the saiyan would have positioned himself inbetween Vi-Poi and Etoru, arms outstretched towards the two superior fighters- if one of them fired their attacks from their current positions now, it would hit and kill Capper with his positioning. The saiyan breathed heavily, eyes filled with concerned distress and anger.
"I-I-I'm not going to sit around and watch my friends destroy themselves a-anymore... I-If you want to fight, then kill me first so I can never witness it!" Capper spoke, his tone trembling. Yet his form remained stiff. He lowered his arms, closing his eyes. "Nobody is right." The saiyan proclaimed in a more calmer, neutral tone that was almost absent of emotion. "You shouldn't claim what's not yours... B-But we shouldn't fight like brutes!" Capper proclaimed, his form only now beginning to give way, shaking a little. "I told you to run before, Etoru." Capper spoke, eerily hinting at their run-in with Xylo.
"And boy, what a heck of a lot of good did fighting back against THEM do..." The saiyan spoke, narrowing his eyes in hostility. "Please. I... I can't see my friends fight. Is this really worth fighting for?" The saiyans slumped over as Collard stared on... They wouldn't fire their blasts now and hurt-- no, kill Capper... right?
"Please..." The saiyan pleaded, just barely managing to hold back stressed tears. Capper was willing to throw his life away to bring peace to this battlefield wrought with anger... 'They won't listen to you. Give up.' Capper grit his teeth, his concious once again whispering all of those "what ifs" What if they fired? What if they kept fighting? What if... What if someone died? "Just let me do this for you. I can't see you break like before. Not again." Capper whispered, closing his eyes, lowering his head. Turning to Etoru, the his friend would see fresh tears streaming down the cheeks of his twisted, overwrought expression, while Chire hid below, watching with some concerned awe...
'It's useless.'
"Not again... God, please No̸t̵ ̛a̢gai̡n."

Jormungandr frowned as her scouter beeped, notifying her of a powerful entity approaching them. She'd bought it for the purpose of communication, but it did have much more precision when it came to sensing the power of others than she did. This time, though, it seemed to sense something she didn't. When she saw the number it put to the approaching power, her jaw dropped. "Who the fuck is that?!" she gasped, staring at the notification. In her opinion, nobody had any right to be that strong. Though she supposed that was a bit petty, since her opinion was partially born from her knowledge that she was actually rather weak compared to many fighters, and that irked her. The serpent glanced at Capper, and her eyes widened as she saw him panicking as his father tried to comfort him. She didn't know what was wrong, but she wanted to help. Just as she was about to join Collard in calming Capper down, though, she realized she may be unwanted. His reaction to her hadn't been hostile, but she didn't want to push it. He was probably only tolerating her, she though glumly.
She watched as a pod shooting towards them exploded, revealing a blue-haired android - it had to be an android, since she couldn't since their ki - accompannied by another man that she immediately dismissed; he was nowhere near as strong. "Who is that?" she repeated, unconsciously drifting until she was between them and Capper. She wasn't sure what she could do, but if need be she would use her own body as a shield for the tiny saiyan. She half-listened to everyone pleading for peace, and prayed to the kais above that that side won the argument - until Etoru began charging an attack as well, yelling at everyone around him. She groaned. The kid was escalating it, and Capper was going to get drawn in.
The fiend's eyes widened, and she made a strangled sound as Capper rushed in between the two powerhouses, apparently thinking that would stop them from fighting. Etoru, she thought, would probably refrain from doing something that would hurt Capper. But she didn't know this Premier, though, and couldn't say the same for him. She rushed to place herself between the young saiyan and the android, glaring at him. She opened her mouth to threaten him, disregarding the fact that she couldn't hope to even scratch him, when she heard Capper speaking. She stared at the sobbing technician for a moment before throwing her arms around him, glaring at both Etoru and Vi-Poi. In her mind, those two were the only ones to blame for Capper's state. "It's going to be okay, Capper. This'll all work out. You hear? They won't hurt you, or anyone else for that matter. They'll hear reason." She assured him, not sure if she was helping, but trying to help anyway, even as her voice cracked. She couldn't bear to see him like this, and him being in the middle of all this made her feel helpless... useless... she had to protect Capper, but against people like this, what could she do? She just had to do her best, and hope that it was enough.

Vi-Poi drew out more of his golden power, bright bronze waves pulsing from his body in time with his beating heart. He was already near the limits of the old machine, and knew that this wasn’t even near the limit of his newfound strength. He let his power flow outward slowly, tightly, making certain that it did not damage the city around him. Blue firebolts that sizzled silently in the black sky occasionally roared down to snap against his aura, leaving behind purple wisps.
As always when he summoned his new power, when he unfolded his soul, an unfettered kind of joy went with it. He wasn’t only focusing his chi. He was wielding something good. Something pure. His belief in its goodness reinforced its power, until it became even hotter still.
With this sublime feeling, he wasn’t worried about Etoru’s Ascended Super Saiyan form. He wasn’t worried about much at all.
“I’ll move this out to the bluffs if he will,” Vi-Poi said to Collan. “But I’m guessing Wonderboy wants an audience.”
Just when Vi-Poi was about to hurl an insult about Etoru’s haircut, he heard Ornion let out a loud gasp. He turned his gaze to his friend just as hands grabbed onto his backside.
Vi-Poi’s shriek was as high-pitched as tires squealing, and he eeeeeeeeeeEEEEEEEEEE’ed until an entire city block’s windows exploded into a fine dust, a sparkling hydra floating lazily through the streets. Teeth clenched and eyes bulging, he made running somersaults in the air, springing away from the creeper so fast a trail of steam left loops.
He’d lost his charge along with his focus. The golden light sputtered, and the sky turned a sullen gray. It began to rain.
He whipped his head to Etoru, making sure there was no cheap shot coming, then glared wide-eyed down at the bearded old man that had snuck up on him. Ornion had already moved his fastest in an attempt to catch him in a headlock.
“You friggin creep!” The yellow Majin actor growled. “He’s gonna sue you! I’m gonna sue you! You’re gonna be on the latest episode of Crisp Handsome’s To Detain a Diddler! I’m calling his agent right after this!”
Still glaring, Vi-Poi twisted his mouth in a snarling frown and swiped a thumb across his neck in a sharp gesture. Ornion nodded and threw a hard haymaker right at the geezer’s schnoz, gauging it to knock the guy cold but not to kill.
“Alright! If anyone EVER tries anything like that again, they’re getting coldcocked into the Sun!” Vi-Poi growled, rounding back on the growing crowd of ki-sensitive fighters.
Capper, some purple alien, and an unfamiliar Saiyan were trying to stand between them now, but Vi-Poi had Lock-On, and zipping around them during an attack would be as easy as if they were frozen solid. Etoru had begun to power up though, and Vi-Poi had lost some advantage along with his charge. He made a split decision and toggled his Overdrive, feeling the petals of his heart reactor open wide. His spirit flowed through it faster.
He clapped his hands together in a meditative poise and let out a long, growing shout. This time the gold flared back twice as brightly, a dazzling light.
“I’ll take this outside town, if he will,” Vi-Poi said, the feeling of goodness already dousing his anger again, like turning the full stream of a firehose against a measly little matchstick. “But he’s not fit to rule. The boy’s got the brains of a bowlin ball.” The rain flowed upward around him, reversing course and swiveling like a helix.
He grinned, feeling the urge to break into Paozuard Blowhard’s voice.
“You want to brawl, Etoru?” He raised a shining fist. “Come on.”
(Vi-Poi lost his charge... then went into overdrive! New PL is 17,583,732. Then charged an attack with Power Charge [SU3]! 35,167,464 PL next round) (Ornion is attempting to KO Nava with a punch to the head (80/65 combat rule in effect))

A New Empire Collan's PL: 33,379 | Rinsuji's PL: 100K Bonuses: N/A
After the wait for a reply, Collan was only upset that Etoru didn't listen to him, though thankfully someone did. The blue haired one at least said he'd take it out of here if things got out of hand. Though suddenly, the hope that things wouldn't end up badly was lost once he heard some shouts. A shout from Capper at least. He watched as the boy ran in between Etoru and Vi-Poi as shock came across his face.
W-was he insane!? Of course he was trying to stop any fight from breaking out, but he could easily become a dead man! His eyes turned wide as Jor joined the technician, holding him tightly. Was...was Jormungandr, the very same demon that tried to kill Collan, the same demon that only wanted destruction when she came to Earth...willing to sacrifice herself so someone else can live?
This was crazy! Collan's whole world was just becoming a place that even he couldn't understand! At this point, he was more focused on his friend and rival he didn't notice the pervert of a beast going for Vi's booty. The sight...it strangely made Collan feel weak. He wanted to join the two, he still wanted to try and stop Etoru and Vi from fighting. But Collan was too much of a wuss, he became too scared to die after the whole chat with Chai he had.
As Collan continued to stand, being filled with hatred for his own weakness, his collmunicator beeped as he sensed an energy coming by. It was Rinsuji, covered in an orange aura as he landed next to Capper and Jor. Had he heard what was going on? Earlier he told Collan was going on a food run, so did he come to Satan city to do it?
No matter, Rinsuji didn't look too happy, and it was clear he was here to protect, which made Collan just more disappointed in himself. As Rinsuji continued to stand, aura was focused into his hands, as he slowly prepared to create a barrier for if someone did decided to attack him, Capper, or Jor.
He thought this about multiple people throughout this session, but Rinsuji was truly insane! He couldn't take Etoru or Vi, much less block an attack! The white haired wonder continued to watch...thinking that his friends could die...and it was his fault for not being able to use what he learned to convince Etoru out of it.
- Attack used: Ultra Ki Barrier Banzi is charging! Currently has the strength of 100K PL!
- Collan's KP: 3/3 | Rinsuji's KP: 3/3
- OOC: Sad man child is sad, but gay lover comes in an attempts to save the day!

The lack of any response, mental or not, gave the hybrid the impression that he was being ignored. Fine. A harsh exhale escaped the hybrid's nostrils, Capper and his reptilian comrade soon floating between Etoru and the Premier. Rather foolishly brave of them. Meanwhile, Taveon eventually leaned towards Celmaru, a palm cupped to his mouth to partially stifle the sound of his voice to the others. "Feelin' pissy already?"|'I'm not answering that.'|"Right, so you are. Anyway, isn't this what you wanted? To be ignored?"|'Moreso when someone seemingly younger than ten desires to erect an empire within Satan City.'|"Still counts, kid.""..."Suddenly, an elder arrival pinched the Premier's rear end. In his quest to capture the official's highly androgynous backside, the consequence was evidently far more dire than what could've been expected. At least to the hybrid, this appeared to cause a vastly greater amount of difficulty in the end. The screech that emitted from the blue bot, alongside shattering windows, pierced Taveon's ears in their entirety. Celmaru, however, merely felt his eyelids twitching like mad upon hearing such a deafening pitch. "SHUT UP!"Oh no. "HAVEN'T EVEN BEEN HERE FOR MORE THAN FIVE MINUTES AND SOME BLUE BOY ALREADY DEAFENED ME!"Please no. "WHY CAN'T YOU JUST SHUT YOURSELF UP LIKE THOSE OLD BOTS FROM LIKE...TWO HUNDRED YEARS AGO!"This bodes all too poorly. "GOD WHY?! MY EARS'LL BE RINGIN' FOR DAYS AFTER THAT!""Oh for all of hell why --""WHAT?!""Just --""WHAT?!?"
Another arrival appeared as the ancestor shouted. As Celmaru resisted the urge to wring Taveon himself, the sight of three lesser powers attempting to struggle against one that could annihilate worlds; it was strangely inspiring. Utterly moronic and sufficiently foolish, yet a subtle inspiration stemmed from it. Unfortunately, that's not enough for the hybrid to disregard the consequences of -- "AND NOW ITS RAINING SO MUCH!"So it was. The hybrid's locks of brown hair were already dripping with precipitation. Not too pressing of a matter at the moment, though. Noting that the poor teenage Saiyan was quivering in his boots, the hybrid pondered upon speaking with him as well. In all honesty, Celmaru had missed what he had said just a moment ago. Admittedly a shame; almost made the hybrid a bit guilty about it. A pity that emotion wasn't much of a factor, given his recent bouts of bullshit. |'This universe consists of brutes that live to beat each other into the ground. Unfortunately, I happen to be half of one; and you a full one. No one here doesn't appear to be in a rather talkative mood. I don't recommend staying there for too long; especially on that...skull?'|The hybrid rose a brow at the sudden notice of the skull blaster. Strange. Meanwhile, Taveon picked at his ear as he persistently shouted to the heavens. Whether he believed that doing such would relieve him of his supposedly deafened state, that'd be unknown to Celmaru. The hybrid shifted about slightly, fumbling with a hoard of capsules; now mostly residing within his pockets. Might as well keep someone relatively fine today. Numbers 34, 77, 11, and 02 were briefly inspected before Capsule #22 was clicked open. With a puff of smoke, a soft whine accompanying it, a bulky blue umbrella revealed itself. "Take it." "WHAT?!"Smacking him with the umbrella, the 'deafened' ancestor unfolded the material with an inaudible tap. With one covered, the other made a haphazard 'umbrella' for himself. With a forceful grunt, the potential was forced out of him. A pale white aura enveloped the hybrid; droplets erupted from around his form, yet he remained rather damp. A thought occurred, however it seemed somewhat of a low blow, if not only to a child. Perhaps to an infant? Bah, not much of a time to consider technicalities. Unfolding his arms, yet leaving them to remain across his chest, Celmaru gave another attempt at telepathically speaking to Etoru. |'Excuse me, but do you know what your Mother would do if she knew about what you were doing? I don't think she'd be too happy with you. You've already made a government official right well miffed at you, Etoru. Civilians even evacuated.'|
|'Honestly I'm not the biggest fan of the Premier myself, though I don't think your mother would appreciate you rebelling against him.'|The last time a rather tense situation arose, it ended rather poorly. Talk did indeed appear to be the best option, albeit the hybrid was sure the child wouldn't be too willing to sort out issues like this. The pressure residing beside him, more than several yards away, was enough to make Celmaru apprehensive towards exerting more power. Especially anything gold. Here's to hoping that the old "I'm telling your mother" approach makes any progress.

The old man crept forwards, hands reaching out longingly, wiggling his fingers lustily… And then… POUNCE!
The old man's hands clasped the beautiful blue haired girl's butt, hugging her tight to his face and blowing a fat raspberry on the young lady's bottom. "Myeh heh heh—" Jiji fermented, longingly squishing the rump between his fingers. For a fleeting, beautiful moment, Jiji was in heaven. Time stood still, his worries fluttered away in the wind... It was just an old man, his hands, and a beautiful, round, bouncy, delicious bottom—
Within seconds, the blue beauty suddenly realized her buttock was being manhandled and catapulted into the air, whizzing out of reach so quickly that the air itself spontaneously combusted.
"Don't be shy~" Nava crooned warmly, "Come to Jiji..."
As the burly majin started hollering at him, Nava briefly considered how delicious it could be to eat him. But within a moment of the shouting, Nava found himself being whacked in the face with the side of someone's fist. The old man's already bleeding nose made an unfortunate squelch as Jiji did a full 360 from the blow, plopping down on the ground limply.
