"Why does Xylo even allow non namekians into the his dominion? If you ask me, I'd say we stay to our race only, taking out any others in case they are trying to spy on us," commented one of the namekians sitting on the square table.
"Yep, I agree with you on that one. We are the ones at the bottom of the universal food chain, so he have to prove ourselves by ourselves. Why do others wanna sink down to the bottom with us. Rather they stay above so I can see the looks on their faces when we pass them up, ha!" replied the namekian sitting on the side of the table to the left of the one who brought up the conversation. The two of them along with a third namekian sitting on the right side began laughing at his words, holding cards in their hands, waiting for the fourth player to go. He didn't have a card properly matching the play pile, so he had to draw one, but the hurtful words of those who were his comrades stopped his right hand mid air. He dropped the cards held by his left hand on the table and got up from the chair.
The trio of Mazoku Dominion namekians looked up at the tall demon that stood at 6'2", who had a humanoid figure, though his features looked similar to a lion's. He had bright yellow hair that was long, going down to half of his back, with some surrounding his face acting as a mane. He had pure white eyes, his skin was light, and he had a large athletic build, as could be seen from his muscles and abs that was seen by all due to the man going shirtless. He only wore brown baggy pants.
"Aw, come on Leo. We were only messing around. You are just as important than us, if not even more!" one of them added, though laughter came out of his mouth along with the other two yet again. Since they would only continue to be jerks, a silent yet angry Leo decided to leave the tavern that's main hall acted as a bar. There were many visitors coming from different planets, so while places such as this did not use to be common place, now they were, as great cash could be made. While namekians only needed water to survive, some of them liked to deal in universal trade, attaining items that they might need later on.
Leo headed out through the front door and looked around. The green sky was cloudy, and the field that he was on was grassy for miles. The tavern was on the outskirts of a village nearby facing away from it. Leo found himself frequenting this village recently, patrolling around for trouble since he was a soldier of the planet now. It was his duty to serve and protect, but was it really?
The lion-looking demon ascended to the skies and landed on the top of the blue tavern, now sitting on the roof with his legs folded and his hands on his knees, facing the village. He began to think about some things, specifically what happened in the tavern.
"Maybe the namekians were right," Leo said aloud. "Why I am trying to act like I am one of them, defending their planet and fighting for them, when I am not? I was raised among them, but my skin is not green like theirs, nor does my body stretch. I cannot regenerate either," he added. He looked rather sad. Trying to fit in since he left his community was hard for him, especially since his bouts of rage have been happening more frequently.
