“That is it! I am calling for the traditional challenge of Loras!” yelled Dave furiously as he gazed at the person right in front of him, pointing at his face with his right hand.
“Ok then! I accept your challenge! Better if only one of us stays in this place anyway! I could definitely go on without having to listen to you bicker!” Davis replied in response, yelling louder than his rival. Both of their faces were red with rage. Both of their faces looked the exact same as well, as should be, since they were twins after all. They had white skin, had skinny body builds, looked to be in their mid 30s, had blue eyes and short and shaggy brown hair, and a light beard and mustache. Dave wore a blue T-Shirt with blue jeans and blue sneakers, while Davis wore a purple T-Shirt with black jeans with black sneakers, the only way you could tell them apart.
“Are you sure about this, Dave, Davis? I am pretty sure that we can work something else out. If you were gonna be this rash, why call me out of my home to help you deal with this in the first place?” asked the chief of Loras Village, Matthew. He had dark skin and was twice as large as they were with his athletic body build, looked to be in his 40s, had dark brown eyes and was bald, with no mustache or beard. He wore a long-sleeved light brown turtle neck and brown cargo pants along with brown boots. The man stood on the side of the two brothers, so they formed a triangle formation, standing right outside of chief Matthew’s brown square house. The village they lived in was located within the eastern lands of earth, sitting atop a grassland. It was a small village, with colorful square homes and some shops of varying sizes. There were a few farms on the land, but since there were shops that sold many types of food, many didn’t find the need to run one.
“Yes!” they both shouted in unison. The big man shrugged.
“Ok then. Either enter the challenge yourself or choose a champion,” Matthew said with a look of disappointment. He had known both of them for some time, and to realize that one of them was going to leave soon, he didn’t like that one bit.
“Yo Matthew, Dave and Davis! Delivery coming through!” shouted the cheerful woman Maxxie who flew to Loras, holding a small brown box in her hand. She wore her usual outfit, a blue sweater with a zip, black bike shorts, white socks with brown stripes at the top, and black sneakers. Her hair was also in braids like usual. She was right above them when she decided to land, in between the brothers and in front of Matthew, giving it to the chief. “It is from Loraine in Crawford City. I hear she has a thing for you,” the lady smiled, making Matthew blush, but then he got serious and back to business.
“Well, thank you for being my mailwoman again Maxxie, but right we are a bit busy. These two are insistent of getting the other out of the village, so we have to host the the traditional challenge of the Village of Loras,” he explained to her. She looked at the twins one after another, at their angry faces despite a friend of theirs just dropping by. They were too busy gazing at one another. Maxxie stepped back a few feet as to not ruin their vibe.
“A what now?” she asked. While this was occurring, the villagers began to gather around them, as one heard Dave issue the challenge, and ran to the others as fast as they could. It was the middle of the day and the sun was shining brightly, so there was no reason for people to stay in their homes anyway. Rather they watch a possible entertaining match.Auber

Auber did not want to be in this town, he didn't want to be wasting time having a leisurely stroll through the streets, but his sister had practically forced him. She had locked the training room, shut off his contact with any potential sparring partners and had basically left him no options but to go to the pitiful earthling township. Auber was just examining the sights when he overheard yelling. "Perhaps something interesting will happen, finally." he sighed before walking towards the source of the voices.
Two clones...or perhaps twins, were busy yelling at each other about some challenge or something. Auber didn't really care, he wrapped his tail around his waist like a belt hoping eventually someone would throw a punch or something.
It was then that an older man arrived on the scene and addressed them that Auber could tell that their parents clearly weren't all that creative when it came to names. It seemed like the older man was attempting to calm the situation which Auber was not a fan of, he wanted to see a fight.
However it seemed the Saiyan's fears were unfounded as both the men announced that they wished to still have their battle.
It was interrupted again however as a new person entered the scene. Presumably an Earthling woman, clearly capable of using Ki. It was she who interested Auber the most here, she held herself with a certain confidence that intrigued the Saiyan. She came to deliver something but he didn't care overly much. He decided to involve himself a little bit.
"So what'll it be? Are you two weaklings going to fight each other?" he called.
[Could you tell me what Dave, Davis and Matthew's PL's are?]

[Dave's Current Power Level: 5]
Davis' Current Power Level: 5]
[Matthew's Current Power Level: 300]
“Of course not! We have never been much for fighting, so rather than risk losing badly, we will choose champions. Now, lemme see… I pick…” before Dave could finish his sentence, his brother interrupted him.
“Maxxie is my choice! I picked her first!” he jumped up and down while pointing at the woman that was confused about this whole situation. The twins knew of her strength, and also knew what she could do with that katana that she always had on her back with the help of an over-the-left-shoulder strap. The scabbard was black, the handle was black, and the blade inside was also black.
“Aww come on! That isn’t fair!” Dave shouted at his brother, going back into rage mode.
“Before you two pick, we have to make sure that everyone knows the rules,” Matthew stopped them from speaking any further. “The traditional challenge of Loras is a serious of trials that two people take on. At the end of it, the one who lost will be exiled from the village forever. This does not include champions, as only the one who claims the champion will leave. Trials can be anything from sports to puzzle solving, to fighting. They are different every time,” the chief explained. Maxxie now looked excited after she knew the jist of everything. She went over to Dave and put her right arm on his left shoulder.
“Sounds like fun, but before anyone gets chosen, I would like to know why you two are at each other’s throats,” the swordswoman asked.
“Well Maxxie, as you know, I am usually a nice guy loved by all of the town, all except for my jealous brother! It is probably because I have a wife and two little girls of my own, and he has none of that! Every day we go into his bakery and pick out some deserts for after dinner time, but as of late, he keeps giving us the recently expired crap!” Dave replied to her, looking saddened by his brother’s douchebaggery.
“Now wait a goddamn minute! You know why that is! These past few months I have been low on customers as it is, yet you always barge in, make your orders and barely give me any Zenni! You claim that we are brothers and shouldn’t nickle and dime each other, but I run a business!” Dave shouted back in order to sound like the victim here.
“Wait a second, so you two are willing to throw the other out of Loras over a feud about desserts? Uh, it doesn’t matter to me much as long as you both agree to the challenge, but it sounds absurd,” Maxxie gave her two cents on the matter, but they weren’t listening, as they already made up their minds. “Ok then. I will take whoever is left, as neither of your reasonings make me want to go one way or the other,” the female concluded. The twins didn’t like that, but they inevitably gave in.
“Alright, so who wants to be my brother’s champion?” Dave looked towards the crowd.
“Don’t try that! Who wants to be YOURS!” the other brother retorted.

Auber began rubbing his temples to try and alleviate the headache he was receiving from the two bellowing morons. After a few more moments of each of them yelling at each other and not reaching any logical conclusion to their petty disagreement the Saiyan couldn't take it anymore. Flying forward he shouted "Both of you morons stop your incessant bickering!" before ending his flight with a hard punch to each of the twins respective faces, sending them flying back. "I'll face your champion if it will get you both to shut up!" he growled.
Turning to face Matthew he sighed and composed himself slightly, but did not apologize. "So what exactly does this 'challenge' entail?" he asked the chief. While waiting for his response he turned his head to analyze Maxxie. He couldn't sense ki, but it was easy to tell when an opponent was stronger than you simply by the way they carried themselves. In this case, which filled Auber with sadness mixed with rage, the girl was stronger than he. Not by much, but enough that any fight they had would probably be unwinnable. She seemed confident in her abilities, which was all the tip off the Saiyan needed, as he doubted she had an attitude like him.
He didn't bother to introduce himself to her, mostly because he didn't care but partly because he assumed she didn't care either. He had just punched two of her...friends? She was probably more than a little angry right now if that was the case.
Be that as it may, the Saiyan stood with his tail free and waited for the challenge to be explained to him.
[Sorry I took so long, but hey, if this comes down to a fight you can kick my ass as punishment.]

Neither Maxxie nor Matthew so much as raised a brow when one of the people from the crowd came up to the twins and knocked them both to the ground, and the crowd stayed silent as well. While they were cool people to hang out with sometimes, they did argue way too much with each other, and weren’t really beneficial to any of the rests' causes. Some people looking to buy houses in Loras were turned away because of how annoying they were, so they were bad for Matthew’s business, as he was the owner of every piece of empty real estate there. As for Maxxie, the brothers simply weren’t good enough for her cause. Aside from having fun adventures, Maxxie also traveled the Earth to look for potential allies that would assist her with her end goal. Anyone else that wouldn’t be helpful, she didn’t care much for. After that, the assailant decided to join in this event, asking Matthew what the competition would entail, and then gazing at Maxxie while waiting for his answer. He was probably checking out his opponent if h
“Um, hi. My name is Maxxie Everstone, and I look forward to facing you. Your name?” Maxxie introduced herself with a smile, stretching out her right hand, offering a hand shake to the stranger. This was her chance to gain an additional comrade. All that was needed now was to test this man. If he did well in the competition, she would ask him to help her with her cause when she needed his assistance.
“Wow, what did you do that for buddy!” shouted Dave as he got back up and returned to his spot, staring down his attacker.
“Yea, what the hell!” shouted Davis, as he too got back up and went to where he last stood, staring at the man. They looked even more angry than before. “I don’t want some rude ass fighting for me! Or my brother for that matter!” he added.
“Well I doubt that anyone else would, Davis. No one else has answered to your call but he. If neither of you accept him, then I suppose I will choose my opponent out of one of you?” Maxxie replied to them. That definitely shut them up, but not before they let out a loud ‘Hmmmph!’
“I will explain the details to both of you. There will be three contests that will challenge your strength, wit, and luck. Having proficiency in only one of them will not help you, and yet, falling behind on one will not exactly put you out of the games either. I cannot tell you about the actual contests until you both agree to take part. Once that happens, you are locked into it. If you forfeit, then the one you are fighting for will be effectively banned from Loras immediately,” Matthew explained. “Also, sir, if you accept, pick the one you will fight for, as Maxxie has expressed that she doesn’t want to pick anyone specific. If you don’t, I will pick for the both of you,” he added.
“I accept. It will definitely be fun compared to what I have been doing for the past few days,” Maxxie answered, looking at her chief friend.

So it seemed his opponent was interested in introductions, Auber respected the woman opposite him and accepted her handshake firmly. "Auber" he replied with his own introduction. The Saiyan gave a small cheeky smirk to her as he let go of her hand.
However the smirk quickly turned into a sigh coupled with a look of complete contempt as he realized the two buffoons were still conscious. "Well, would you look at that, their skulls are as hard as their brains are soft." he sighed. Eyeing them both as they listed off their complaints like he should care. "I recommend you both sit down before I really lose my temper!" he threatened, building a small ki blast in his hand to emphasize the point before dissipating it and lowering his hand, turning his attention back to the situation at hand.
After ending his own threat he witnessed his opponent truly shut them up, as was to be expected. Seeing as violence clearly was not incentive enough to keep them quiet it was good to have someone who knew them to really zip their mouths closed. The Saiyan couldn't help but admire her confident and sarcastic attitude towards the twins.
Auber listened to the details of the challenge he was to be partaking in. It certainly sounded interesting enough, and he could seemingly manage most of it. "I accept the terms of the challenge." he stated loudly with a confident nod. Keeping his eyes on Maxxie. "Hopefully this will provide for some entertainment." he said, the prior smirk returning to his face. "You can choose who I participate for, I dislike them both equally." he said to the chief.
"I'm so glad there is some entertainment to be found in this boring little town."

The twins had no more bad things to say to Auber after he threatened to blast off their faces, but they still had the right to be upset about it, folding their arms against their chests and pouting about it. Maxxie gave a sigh, but smiled shortly afterwards when her opponent accepted the challenge as well. The woman placed her hands upon her hips and turned to face Matthew.
"Alrighty then! I suppose we can get started now? Best to get this over with as I might be busy later on," Maxxie commented. She had patience, but didn't want to fool around any longer if she did not have to. She believed that Auber felt the same way based on his words of being glad that he found himself entertainment, so she had no reason to hold back her words.
"Sure. Follow me to the first challenge please. Those who wish to spectate can, but don't get too close or interfere with competitors please," Matthew replied before ascending to the sky and flying north of the village, heading towards the edge of the grass field town. Maxxie took off after him, and hopefully Auber did as well. The citizens unfortunately had to walk, which was probably what Matthew was hoping for. He must have wanted time to explain the challenge to Maxxie and Auber before anyone had the chance to mess the beginning up at least.
The group landed right in front of a house that was square just like all of the others, this one being blue and having two floors. Matthew walked up to the front door, ascending the porch steps and knocking on it rather aggressively, making Maxxie wince. Suddenly, a window on the second floor opened, allowing the group to see an old white-skinned male with long messy gray hair that went several inches past his shoulder. He had blue eyes, his body was scrawny, his skin was very wrinkly, and he was missing a few teeth. He From what could be seen from the window, he had a white tank top on.
"What da hell da ya damn aliens want! Lemme have ma peace!" the man shouted before closing his window and going back to whatever her was doing.
"That there is Nash, a very sick man mentally. Now he believes that we are all villainous aliens out to get him, so he hasn't been out of his home for a week. The first of you that can get him on his porch wins. You will take turns that end once he is clearly not interested in anything you are saying. The rules are that you cannot directly use force on his person to get him out, and you can't go into the house . This is a test of persuasion," Matthew turned to the two and explained, thanking Nash silently for giving him this cool challenge idea. "You are up first Auber," Matthew added.
"Hmmm, sounds like something worth the time. You better get him this turn because when I go, game over," Maxxie told Auber with a smile, attempting to intimidate him.
[You have free reign over Nash, to make it fair for the both of us. Do as you please with your turn. Fail or succeed. Your choice.]

Auber took off after the two Humans, leaving the two brothers and the rest of the crowd in a cloud of dust, despite himself he was intrigued about what the competition entailed, and furthermore was intrigued by his opponent. She was clearly strong, confident and disliked unnecessary waiting. Extremely Saiyan like qualities for an Earthling, Auber thought. Shaking his head, he decided any questions he had about the girl could wait until this Challenge was concluded.
After a little bit of flying the group landed in front of a small square house which seemed extremely similar to every other house in this village, Auber waited for the chief to explain what this was all about as he watched Matthew step up to the door and open it. The first thing that hit Auber was the reeking stench that exited the house along with its occupant. He immediately covered his nose and let out a "Ah hell, what is that stink?" he said this as he attempted to move away from the source. He wasn't sure if Maxxie and Matthew just couldn't smell it, or if they were used to it, or if they were just better at covering the fact that they smelt it. Auber wasn't sure, all he knew is that this man, stunk.
After he recovered from that assault to the senses he heard the old man demand that the 'Aliens' leave his property. 'Hmm...well I guess he isn't entirely wrong.' Auber thought to himself. Referring to the fact he was not of this planet. He noted that he was to go first and stepped forward. "Very well, prepare to see this be over in a couple of seconds." The young Saiyan took a deep breath, dug his foot into the earth, set his centre of gravity closed his eyes and... "Old man come out of your house!" and...unsurprisingly, there was absolutely no response.
Auber growled in dissatisfaction, looking to the house, then to Maxxie, then to Matthew. "I assume we have to take turns...Therefore, it is your turn." he mumbled, referring to Maxxie, hovering back to give her space for her own attempt.

"This is a test of persuasion bro. Your simple shouts won't do a damn thing," Maxxie said as she looked at her opponent return from the door with an utter defeat. She expected more out of him, but at this moment, he wasn't ally material. The female knew there were going to be more competitions however, so she wouldn't decide if she needed him or not just yet.
"Yay! My turn means the end of the game, so you might as well prepare for the second," Maxxie teased Auber as she ascended to the sky with her flight ability, heading right in front of the window that the old man previously opened. As she got closer she could smell the stench that her competitor must have smelt, but she didn't mind it as much as he did, for she had been all around the world and dealt with worse. After ignoring it, the woman knocked on the window and shouted.
"Hey you! We aliens want to have a word with you!" Maxxie lived up to Nash's claim, pretending to be something that she was not. Both of her parents were full human, with no evidence of any alien race mixing in. When she was a child, she used to be disappointed by this fact since she always thought that every alien race had cool powers, but once she realized that she could become just as powerful, the warrior didn't mind it one bit.
"Da hell you want now! And stop shouting and banging would ya! Tryin ta get some dang sleep!" the old man opened up his window and shouted. Auber's first shout definitely helped, for he got the man half way to the point where he simply couldn't ignore the 'aliens' anymore.
"You realize that we can destroy you and your home at any given moment? Come to the ship peacefully and you will be given anything that you so desire. Of course, the price is you live on our home planet and do the small jobs that we order you to. If you do that, then the rest of your life will be great," Maxxie tried to reason with him. She added in the aspect of him doing labor because the promise of anything he wanted was hard believe in without the captor wanting something.
"No! You's only takin me dead! I got everthin I cud want right da hell here!" he replied, shutting the window afterwards. Maxxie unfortunately descended with the look loss on her face. She landed near Matthew and Auber.
"Never thought that someone could be so content with living in such a small house forever. You are up," she told Auber.

Auber couldn't help but smile with a certain smugness as his opponent also failed to goad the smelly hick from his home. "Thanks for showing me how it's done." he remarked sarcastically, approaching the door.
Now, Auber was not one you would call...a patient man. Really, the Saiyan's patience was about as long as a hair folicle that had been cut in half and shrunk down to a quarter of it's size after that. So he was pretty much sick of trying to 'good-cop' Nash out of the house. And when persuasions fails you, violence is always a good fallback. And thus the Saiyan hovered his way to the side of the porch, slid his hands underneath it, against the dirt, gripped it hard and with a bit of effort and grunting, tore the verandah from it's root in the ground.
He could tell that the old man had started yelling, but the Saiyan could not hear him over the cracking and snapping of wood as he tore it off the actual house, lifting it from the ground into the air. Auber floated his way over to a window and could see Nash running around his living room yelling his head off. With a quick pause to aim Auber rammed the wooden porch straight through the wall of the house. Underneath Nash and out the other wall, there in the open air the old man sat with a dazed, confused expression on his wrinkled face as Auber returned to land in front of Maxxie and Matthew.
"Well, I think I won that one." Auber said triumphantly, attempting to conceal his mild panting as the task had been a bit more difficult than he had expected. The Saiyan decided to cover himself before it could be claimed that he cheated by saying "You said we couldn't use direct force, and we couldn't go inside. So technically, I didn't break any rules. So, what is the next challenge?" he asked the chief, giving Maxxie a smug grin.

Maxxie and Matthew watched in shock as Auber yanked the porch out of the ground, flew to the window of the room that Nash was in, and threw the object though the window, getting him to sit down on it somehow. The saiyan then descended to the ground before him, explaining that he still followed every rule.
"What? That is pure bullshit! Matthew said this was a test of persuasion, but you turned it into one of strength!" Maxxie shouted while violently waving her arms around. She usually didn't get so pissed, but she felt robbed of a victory, as she had the perfect plan if Auber had failed. The fact that he won by exploiting the rules to the fullest didn't help either. Matthew simply stood there, gazing into Auber's eyes and smiling at him.
"I believe you have won this round. Excellent display of analyzing the rules. All I said was that Nash had to be on his porch, and you got him on it," Matthew told him, making Maxxie look enraged even more. He turned to her after he was done praising Auber. "And Maxxie, while I did say that this was a test of persuasion, I kind of lied. Sometimes people can't be persuaded. No matter what you told Nash, he wouldn't have came out, as we have tried to do so the entire time he stuck himself in his house. Auber probably realized this, so he attempted to get around the rules, and he succeeded. But don't worry young lady. There are still two rounds. You will have to win both of them however, as this is best two out of three, if I didn't mention it before," Matthew informed the woman, ascending to the sky and gesturing for the two to follow him.
Maxxie still felt bad about losing the last round, but knew that there was no way she would lose the other two, as now she believed that she would be more focused, and would listen to the rules just like Auber had. The warrior ascended to the sky, the anger now out of her system being replaced with a smile on her face.
"Yo Auber, sorry for yelling and getting angry back there. Sometimes I can get a little too competitive. Anyway, great move. I never would have thought of something like that," Maxxie decided to talk to Auber while they flew through the sky above the village, if he followed them. She was being genuine. The female never held grudges for long, attempting to get along with everyone if she could. Meanwhile, the civilians that wanted to watch the event just made it to Nash's house when the contestants and Matthew took off. They sighed and began walking again.

LOL that was brilliant. To be honest with you, I didn't even think of that one. Excellent.

The Saiyan stood and watched, unflinching and disinterested in her rant. He saw it as yet another flaw of humans, their random outbursts of emotion at the smallest provocation. Auber had this thought whilst conveniently forgetting his own hatred of losing, and the particular ways he often reacted to such things. Usually with some degree of violence.
As the chief praised him, Auber's immense pride prevented him from admitting that he hadn't actually 'Analyzed the rules' it was more a burst of anger and a violent thought process that had happened to bring him to the successful conclusion of the challenge. "Well it was quite simple really, however I thought I might attempt the tactic of persuasion, just to see if I was reading to much into it first."
As the time for the next challenge came upon them, Auber took to the skies along with the chief just as he saw the crowd reach the location of the first event. 'Oh dear what a shame, yet more running required it seems.' he smirked once more as he flew after Matthew, with Maxxie flying more or less next to him.
Apart from the wind in his ears, the young Saiyan could also hear a woman's voice. Turning his head to glance at Maxxie he could just barely make out her apology. "Meh, don't worry about it, to err is human after all." he gave an ever-so-slightly cocky wink to her as Matthew began descending and so he did as well.
Landing next to the other two he glanced around. "Well this should be interesting..." he murmured to himself.

Maxxie was glad that Auber wasn't angry at her outburst from before, though she got a little annoyed by his cocky wink. Nevertheless, she kept a smile on her face as the trio flew above Loras. On the way to the next destination, the female wondered what the next round would consist of. 'A traditional fight? Perhaps a puzzle that we will have to get the better time on than the other. Well, whatever, as long as it is fun,' she thought.
The three landed in the backyard of Matthew's house. It was simply a small grassland with trees dotting it, and a white square fence that separated it from the backyards of the houses on both sides of his. Maxxie now stood just a few feet in front of Matthew, folding her hands against her chest and looking him right in the eyes, smiling.
"So, what is our next challenge?" she asked. He smiled back at her.
"Well, the last one dealt with your intelligence and craftiness, so this one will deal with your strength. However, there will also be luck involved," he answered. "You will play a game of rock-paper-scissors beatdown," the tall man added. Maxxie now looked a bit confused.
"What? Never heard of that one," she commented.
