Helix awoke with a start as he heard the fluttering of wings nearby and the caw of distant skeleton birds. The namekian had been in a state of deep meditation, but this time his motives diverged from his typical period of rest and contemplation. The prophet was on a mission. Surveying the surrounding landscape with his mind, Helix had hoped to gather some inkling of a magical presence in the surrounding land, some sort of energy to lock onto. The namekian was in search of a magical material suitable for a very specific task. Helix Crust was attempting to create a functional, soul harboring body out of thin air. As the namekian's mind swelled and softened in psychic presence, he was picking up on nothing of note in the vast plains of Hell. There had to be some sort of source though, some sort of magical material in this barren landscape… But Helix's meditation was soon interrupted by the cawing of the skeletal avians, who had been disturbed from a nearby tree by something or another. Helix himself was leaning against a large red stone, and all across his field of vision were seemingly endless rocky plains, inhabited by dastardly souls and lost vagabonds alike. Finally, the gaze of the dragon caste fell upon the birds flocking into the sky frantically, and he mused for a brief moment on wether one of the dark apparitions could be used as a source for a body. But just as he casually looked off onto the treetops that the birds had emerged from, a sudden stroke of inspiration struck. The prophet's eyes widened and he stood up on both feet immediately. Of course. How had he been so blind? Immediately, Helix's forehead markings filled with light, like water trickling down pipes. Opening a dormant connection with his ally, the prophet reached out into the abyss, hoping for a response. <Abzerute?> echoed the namekian into the infinity of eternity, his psychic voice hopefully linking up to his companion's, <I think I've found a solution.> His voice was excited, but contained. The former emperor of the arcosian empire was calculated and jaded, with an edge of cold that Helix didn't dare act too silly around. But nonetheless, the prophet was compelled to help the puffball of an overlord. What was the point of coming to Hell willingly if not to walk among the damned?
Heavy Weights, Abzerute

The formerly bronze Arcosian floated in the air before the thoughts of the Namekian Prophet reached his mind. It seemed that Helix had finally reached the same conclusion as himself in regards to the materials required for his Namekian magic to work... if it would work at all that was. Abzerute had been considering the situation for a while, and the things that Helix had caused to be with his earlier demonstration, had all had ties and connections to Namek itself, whilst Abzerute did not have any such connection. He'd visited the planet once, but that was it. Would this Namekian magic work with this Shoki material to craft him a new body?
It was something he was going to find out the answer to, one way or another today. <On my way.> he transmitted back, following the mental signature of the Namekian Prophet to wherever he was lurking. Abzerute soon located Helix near some trees by where some of the local skeletal avian life, if that word could even be used to describe anything down here in Hell, were flying away from. The Arcosian puffball landed nearby to the Namekian. "So, what's your plan then?" he inquired of the Namekian Prophet. He wondered if Helix had come across the notion of this Shoki substance in his musings and searchings... or if something else would be coming into play?

When Helix felt the familiar chilly echo of the arcosian's voice in his mind, he immediately perked up and stood up, brushing the dust off of his clothes subconsciously. Realizing what he was doing, he laughed at himself foolishly before suddenly picking up on an approaching soul.
Certainly the incoming puffball was Abzerute, the prophet identified the frost demon's energy a mile away. Helix waved at the descending ball of mist goofily as he descended, and when the former emperor landed, Helix stretched out his intertwined hands in front of him, cracking his knuckles.
Immediately, the emperor got right to the point and asked Helix what his plan of action was, before the prophet turned over to him with a benevolent grin. "The plan," began Helix, pointing out towards the group of majestic Yemma trees, "is right in front of us."
The prophet turned to the puffball and smiled, eyes twinkling with eager creativity. "Come along, I'll explain," said Helix as he began to lead the puffball down the side of the red mountainside towards the trees.
"Those on the horizon are Yemma trees," Helix informed the newcomer to the afterlife, "Each one grows a legendary Ensenji fruit, the food of the kaioshin." Helix looked over to make sure his companion was keeping up.
"These particular trees aren't too heavily guarded, so it looks like they might have already been harvested from. But that's not the point." The prophet carefully paced down the side of the rocky slope as they approached closer and closer to the group of colossal trees. "What we want," Helix chimed with a grin, "is just a few twigs of Yemma mahogany. Everything about the trees has incredible magical potential, and even a little bit of wood could be enough to form a suitable skeleton for a new body. After that, my materialization could… feasibly take it from there."
Helix looked over at the emperor for confirmation as the gap between the duo and the trees would grow smaller and smaller, individual details of the surroundings soon coming into view. Helix laughed, and then genuinely asked his comrade a question: "Make sense?"

The puffball Arcosian raised a cloudy eyebrow at the notion that the Namekian Prophet was insinuating. It appeared that he'd come to a different conclusion than he had reached, and was curious as to what it was... until he explained his plan. Needless to say, Abzerute was a mixture of skeptical, and irked at the notion. "You want to try and give my new body, a skeleton made from wood?" he inquired, just to make certain that he was understanding the man correctly. If he had veins in his forehead, they would be throbbing right now at the sheer idea of such a flimsy material being utilised to form his new bodies core.
"I can only presume you were intending on transmuting the wood into a much more durable substance than mere wood, no matter how special the wood is." stated Abzerute as he floated along beside the dark skinned Namekian. What else should he have expected from a Namekian, where their main produce on their world was in fact trees? He was starting to consider that perhaps Namekians were in fact part tree themselves, such was the fascination with them being displayed by this Prophet of theirs. Then there was the notion of himself becoming part tree... part of a magic tree... The idea that he could become some sort of twisted cousin to the damnable Tree that consumed his world was a little distasteful to say the least.

Helix's elated grin quickly evaporated when he was met with the cold unamused expression on his companion's face. He seemed a bit doubtful of Helix's plan, and asked, as if he was crazy, if the prophet was going to make him a "skeleton made from wood."
The prophet laughed and nodded. "Well, a skeleton essentially made from wood. It's the most easily available magical substance right now, and…" Helix trailed off, before looking over at the frost demon with a smile. "It could potentially even enhance your biology, or provide you with some level of inherent magical capacity… Though I'm far less certain of the latter."
Continuing to pace slowly towards the pair of Yemma trees, the arcosian was clearly not going to be satisfied so quickly. He quickly seemed assurance that his bones wouldn't be literally made of wood, and that helix would transmute it into something else. "Yes of course!" Helix laughed back, amused by the notion, "We're only using the tree for it's magical properties and likelihood to fuse with your soul seamlessly. All that matters in the body is the source of the substance, not its final transmutation."
Helix paused, and looked over at the soul floating behind him as his soul sense picked up on something nearby. "W-Wait a minute.." The prophet froze for a moment, trying to feel something in the air. "I think the trees may in fact be slightly guarded. We'll have to take a more tactical approach." Helix looked over at the surrounding territory, looking for the best way to get in and out quickly.
Of course Helix could just teleport in and out, but the unreasonably long delay between teleportations could spell his doom, especially in this part of Hell. The last thing the prophet needed was a bounty on his head.

The notion that having some of this magical trees essence become a part of his already mutatable genetic makeup seemed... somewhat enticing to the puffball cloud of an Arcosian. And the prophet's assurances that the wood would of course be transmuted into a much more suitable substance did put his mind at ease somewhat. Abzerute had bathed in the corona of stars before, hence his differing hue from his usual ivory contemporaries, so the notion of having a skeleton made of wood had somewhat vexed him. But of course as with any sort of plan recently, there was a twist in it.
The Namekian was apparently sensing something nearby that had him concerned... some sort of guardian for the trees? This should prove interesting to say the least. The puffball rubbed his cloud-like chin for a moment. "How much time would it take to construct me a body?" he inquired of the Namekian, trying to formulate a plan. He doubted one that called themselves a prophet would have much skill in the ways of combat, so he would need to do the fighting, but could only fight if he had a physical body with which to fight.

Helix finicked nervously as the arcosian questioned how long the the body creation would take. It was evident that the small puffball was trying to form a strategy. "H-Here," Helix began, putting his his chin in his hand and letting his brow furrow. "Let me check just what we're up against."
The prophet's markings began to glow, and his consciousness was projected out in a wave across the planes of Hell. His energy trickled in between the trees, suddenly picking up on the signature he had found before. Allowing his vision to shift to the source, he set his eyes upon a tall red burly ogre, leaning against one of the Yemma trees with his arms crossed, chewing what seemed to be bubblegum.
The power level of the ogre wasn't exactly impressive, but it wasn't tiny either. Certainly if the arcosian had a body he would be able to take on the oni easily, but in this state…
"It's one ogre… About your strength, a bit weaker…" Helix paused and shook his head dismissively. "Can you sense energy?"
The prophet continued, "Gathering the materials for the body wouldn't take very long, but there's no way I could complete it in mere moments…" Helix looked at the small puffball with wide eyes. "However, I can teleport us in. Getting out… Would be the hard part."

The formerly bronze Arcosian waited for the Namekian Prophet to check what was in the area, grumbling somewhat at his estimation of their enemy. "I'm slowly starting to get a grasp at it in this form." he answered him in regards to the question about his ability to sense the energies of others. Abzerute snarled a little at the fact that creating his body would take longer than the Namekian would like, but suggested that he could teleport them into the vicinity of where they had to get the wood for his skeletal frame. The former Emperor pondered for a moment before looking at the Prophet.
"How quickly would you be able to craft me just the one hand, or even a finger for me to manipulate?" he asked him. "If you can get us in there, and craft me even just the one finger, I can deal with the ogre. That would then give you enough time to craft for me the rest of my body, and then getting back out won't be an issue." said the currently bronze Arcosian puffball with confidence. Even if he wouldn't be able to manipulate ki with just a single digit in this spiritual essence form, his mind was still intact. He just needed some form of physical anchor, and then he could utilise his telekinetic abilities to delay the Ogre long enough for Helix to create his new body. In theory.

Helix pondered the options for a moment as the arcosian attempted to understand the energy of their adversary. It wouldn't be easy, by any means, but there would be a few options to get in and out quickly.
Watching the frost demon work was a wonder. Even in his bodiless puffball state, the spirit was clearly a being of incredible intelligence, and Helix couldn't help but wonder what was going on inside his mind. The prophet nearly contemplated attempting to look through his memories before shaking his head quickly. There were more important things going on now to focus on.
And sure enough, it seemed like the arcosian had an idea on his mind. He asked the prophet how quickly he would be able to assemble just a tiny portion of his body, like a finger. Helix paused for a moment and hummed in thought. "Well… It's tough to create a body in that manner, it'd be more like, you just being tethered to a finger sized stick." But he paused, and rubbed his chin.
It was true though, the frost demon could effortlessly handle the ogre if only he had access to his psychical ki. Helix shook his head. It wouldn't work, building any kind of body in that short of an amount of time…
But… If all the arcosian needed was a tether…
"I couldn't do it fast enough," Helix paused, before continuing on, "But— I could tether you to something. The wood has such powerful soul melding capabilities that I could likely just…" The prophet sheepishly grinned at the skeptical arcosian spirit. "W-Well. I could just yank a twig off of the tree and tether you to that relatively quickly. And then after that…" He trailed off. "You could just use the stick as a medium for your ki while I built the rest of your body."
Helix shrugged slightly. "It would likely be reversible. The twig tethering, that is." His eyes were wide now. "After that, I could transfer your soul into the new form."

The former bronze Arcosian listened to the situation as Helix described it, taking note of the limitations of creating even a finger with any form of speed. There had to be a way to speed up the process... But when Helix suggested simply tethering him to a twig to act as his finger, the puffball of an Arcosian would nod. "Do that then. And let's be quick about it before we attract any more unwanted attention. The fewer foes we have to deal with, the better." said Abzerute as he waited for Helix to teleport them to the sticks he required and get him his tether.

Helix nodded at the arcosian's brevity, and respected that about the former emperor. There was something to be said for men of action. "Alright then," Helix affirmed himself, staring daggers down at the trees below. " They're definitely going to think we're there after the fruit, which gives us a bit of an element of surprise."
Turning to his companion, the prophet would put his arm out. "Grab on— Er, stay as close to me as possible. I'm going to blink us down there." If the puffball arcosian emperor obliged him, Helix would begin to glow a slight green as his body began to vibrate and dematerialize. The spirit itself would also be enclaved in the same teleportation aura. Disappearing in a sudden whirr of wind, the namekian and his arcosian companion would suddenly find themselves fifty yards away, under two tall beautiful Yemma trees. But they weren't alone. "Whaagh!?" A large burly red ogre lumbered to his feet, sporting a massive birds nest of hair and two stubby horns. He was clearly sleeping moments earlier, as he rubbed his eyes for a few seconds, disturbed by the sound of the teleportation. Helix knew there was no time to lose. The prophet immediately snatched a twig off of the nearby tree with a quick snap and turned directly over to the puffball beside him. "T-This should—" Helix staggered, unable to form a sentence properly as he struggled to conjure up a tether for the spirit while he still could. "H-Hrm… I…" Helix was fumbling with the tiny pinky finger sized twig before it suddenly began to glow yellow with the prophet's carefully crafted enchantment, regardless of his outward appearance of inexperience, "P-Perfect!" With that, the mystic would attempt to push the twig into the balloon-like puffball, inserting it further and further until... Pop! Abzerute's puffball itself would explode in a burst of air, the twig puncturing it. For a brief moment, Abzerute's original body would be able to be seen flashing through the air as his golden spirit would be redirected into the tiny twig medium. The glow would begin to subside as the twig hopefully finished tethering with the arcosian. If all went well, his spirit would be entirely capsulated in the tiny floating piece of wood! "H-How do you feel?" Helix quickly began firing off questions, "Is it—" The sudden stomp of a large foot disturbed the prophet mid questioning. Standing behind them, in between the duo and the trees was the massive red ogre, his eyes bloodshot from lack of sleep. "Intruders…" He mumbled, clearly still half asleep, before his baggy eyes suddenly shot wide open, "INTRUDERRRRS!" The massive ogre began to below and his formerly manageable power level tripled, causing Helix to stagger back in shock. This could have been a fatal miscalculation. It hadn't occurred to Helix that the ogre wouldn't be at his full power… Could the arcosian emperor take on such a threat in such a constricted physical form!? Helix's eyes frantically searched from left to right… There was nothing to do besides quickly gather as many large branches as he could, but he needed a distraction first! <I m-may have miscalculated his strength… Please, distract him if you can, I'll get us out of here as quickly as possible!>
But just as the prophet's message was relayed, the ogre shouted out in a completely unnecessary and ridiculous rage; the ogre lifted both massive fists into the air, surrounding them with powerful white ki. "NO FRUIT FOR INTRUDERS!!" Bellowed the behemoth before bringing his glowing fists to his sides and… Releasing a series of incredibly fast glowing punches, slamming down one after another into the ground in front of him, aiming to obliterate the prophet, not even realizing the tiny stick floating in front of him.

Abzerute nodded and stayed close to Helix as he initiated the teleportation, blinking slightly as the area around them suddenly shifted in a flash of wind. He could see the Ogre in question that Helix had sensed earlier, already evaluating his own plan of attack whilst the Namekian Prophet worked on giving him his finger of wood. However, there was one issue with this plan that the former Arcosian had not foreseen or considered. That instead of his puffball body having a twig attached to it that he could utilise as if it was indeed his own finger... he was now entirely a twig.
"...This was not what I had in mind." Abzerute remarked sourly, although the fact that he was able to speak whilst being a twig of magical wood was intriguing. However, the questions of how and why would need to be saved for later, as it seemed that the Ogre had finally caught on to what was going on. The former Arcosian focused his mind, forcing his new twiggy body to rise up in the air and take up the approximate location of where his own pinky finger would be. Abzerute could feel his spirit moving around, and decided that now would be the perfect opportunity to test the extent of his capabilities whilst in this form, as well as the veracity of the Namekians claims in regards to the manipulative ability of this particular wood.
The Ogre's strength had increased just past his own... which made the Arcosian consider something. He focused his mind, concentrating on the stick that was comprising his finger and tried to initate a transformation of his own. The twig did indeed manage to respond to his desires, growing in proportion to how it would have been if he'd instigated his Brute Form transformation. "We don't want the fruit you red skinned moron." declared Abzerute before using the twig he had for his current self, gathered his ki and fired a beam of energy into the Ogres fists to deflect the attack.
"We're here for the sticks. That's all. You can keep the fruit." the Arcosian Stick stated, making sure to keep his words to a single syllable so that the Ogre could understand what he was saying. "The Green one can make me a body from the sticks. That's why we want sticks. Not fruit." he said, hoping that the fool hadn't been heard by any of the other Ogres, and that Helix had been able to grab enough of these sticks to make this trip worth it all.

When Helix finished the rather quick magical process, Abzerute began to hover into the air, his tiny twig body trying to orient itself as if he was a living breathing creature once more. Helix frowned at the sourness of his companion, beginning to apologize but stopping midway through at the angry rampaging of the ogre before them. When abzerute realized he was slightly outclassed he decided to activate a… transformation? Sure enough, the tiny twig began to swell and bulken as if it was being inflated with muscles. Helix would've laughed at the sheer ridiculousness of the situation had he not been completely terrified of the monster. The prophet snapped back slightly when Abzerute coldly addressed the large ogre, snapping at the oni with a short insult. Helix leapt downwards towards the ground to dodge the blows of the brute, but it seemed… That abzerute had it handled? A short quick beam of energy from the energized twig darted through the ogre's guard, puncturing him in the chest just above his vital organs. Immediately, his assault ceased as he groaned in agony . "A-ARNGH—" the titan bellowed, "FILTHY FRUIT THEIVES…" It was clear that this beast was not the freshest fruit on the tree. But still, the arcosian worked to persuade the creature, informing him shortly and concisely that the duo was here exclusively for the wood of the Yemma tree. The ogre was hunched over slightly with his hands on his knees staring with bulging eyed rage at the floating twig, not buying a word of it. As the conversation ensued, Helix was off behind the ogre trying to snap off thick branches of the tree for more body building, as quietly as physically possible. However, the mention of his name made the ogre realize that Helix was no longer in his field of view, and the brute whirled around to catch Helix red handed with an armful of wood. "You…" garbled the oni, "Give 'em back!" The ogre shouted loudly, and Helix cringed. More ogres were likely coming as they spoke. <We're running out of time,> Helix relayed to his frost demon companion, his eyes shifting left and right as he scanned the area for incoming ogres. A plan began to brew in his head, and he looked over at the tiny pinky finger positioned stick. There was only one way to find out if it would work. <…Try to take these. Quick!> With that, Helix would sprint towards Abzerute with surprising speed, tossing the pile of varying sized sticks into the air at the levitating pinky. If Abzerute played his cards right, he should've been able to catch the pile within his spirit… And align the branches into a clanking scarecrow of a wooden body! But the battle wasn't won yet. The arcosian would likely need more parts to properly finish his body, and Zogg was only angering further. "Stealing… Stealing the trees!" the oni began to shout wildly, and then completely ignoring his wound, threw his jaw wide open, light filling his mouth with white glowing energy that hissed with power for a moment before exploding forwards in a straight unquenchable beam. The pillar of energy would barrel across the ground with incredible speed; if it hit, it would undoutably vaporize a chunk of Abzerute's fresh wooden body!
Abzerute hopefully gains more of his body! Zogg launches a speeding [MP3] Chou Makouhou at Abzerute for 135,000 PL!

The slowly forming Arcosian grumbled as this Ogre seemed to be one of the more denser members of their kind. At least it seemed to understand pain well enough. That was a starting point, one he would accentuate as his body began to slowly reconstruct itself with the sticks of the Yemma tree as Helix provided them to him. As the new sticks arrived, he caught them with his currently intangible form, rearranging them to provide a base outline for his body, whilst using most of them to give himself a full set of hands. The sticks as they were rearranged also began to twist and bulk up to accomodate his current Brute Form status, and just in time as well too.
It seemed that the moronic Ogre had decided to try and take further punitive action against the pair of them, and had launched what no doubt was quite possibly one of his strongest attacks. However, it was still not enough. The wooden Arcosian sighed and said simply, "Know your place and be silent." before holding up his hand, and charged his energy to the tip of his new index finger. It took the form of a sphere of crackling energy before he then fired it towards the massive pillar of energy. As his sphere collided with the beam, it blew it apart and continued to travel down its path until reaching the Ogres head, and blowing up in their face.
Abzerute stood there before glancing towards the dark skinned Namekian Prophet. "Do we have enough yet?" he inquired of him, disregarding the probably state of the Ogre in question that had been guarding this area.

Helix watched in awe as the sticks he provided the arcosian with started become more of a body, clacking into the shape of small wooden hands and a slight outline of the rest of his frame, before engorging themselves with the energy of his body. Was this some sort of transformation, or were the sticks just so inherently magical that they were capable of instantly melding with the frost demon's frame?
As the prophet rushed back over to the tree, glad to have distracted the ogre once more, the emperor struck back, suddenly forming a potent looking ball on the tip of his new wooden index finger and… Blasting it forwards with surprising speed!
The beam of fast white energy that poured from the ogres mouth was immediately plowed through by the much stronger death orb, diverting the blast off into deflected latent energy as it shot closer and closer to the ogres mouth before…
"Huaah?" the ogre spoke out in surprise with his mouth still wide open to compensate for his beam, and just then the death orb landed promptly between his jaws, sliding immediately down into his throat. The oni immediately slammed his jaw shut and grabbed his throat, the massive bulge of an orb bouncing around visibly in his glottis. The ogre stomped to the left, and then stuttered a few steps more, retching and gagging as he clenched his hands around his enlarged gullet.
Helix, meanwhile, had teleported back over to the tree and continued snapping off as large chunks as he could, sometimes taking full branches, complete with leaves and fruit. Out of respect, though, the prophet shook each branch to make sure that any fruit fell free, not wanting to go back on his word and steal the precious food of the gods. Though shaking it out onto the ground couldn't be much better…
Just then, the massive red ogre pawed at his throat with his burly fingers a tad too hard, and the muffled glow of the ki orb in his gullet expanded slightly, causing him to throw his head back and gargle out in agony before… Boom! Within an instant, the ogre's furious prodding at the energy had triggered it's detonation, and the oni's entire upper body was overtaken in a powerful blast of energy.
Moments later, the ogre's body crashed to the ground and a few meters away… His head plopped unceremoniously down onto the holy grass, his expression dumb but not uncontent in death.
Helix grabbed either side of his head gasping frantically at the incredible violence that had just occurred in front of him, inadvertedly dropping the sticks. How could he have let such carnage come about? What would he tell the namekians at home… What were the ogres going to say when they arrived!?
But just as Helix knelt down next to the ogre's gargantuan corpse, the emperor called out in impatience, asking if they had enough sticks, snapping Helix back to reality. They had to get out of here, quickly. If more ogres showed up, there would be no way to explain the death of a guardian of the holy Ensenji fruit.
"Come over here, quickly!" Helix shouted out with fear, gathering his fallen branches, hoping he had acquired enough. "We're getting out of here immediately!" The prophet scrambled towards his wooden ally, barely able to carry the massive tumbleweed of wood he had acquired.
With one last glance at the fallen ogre and the now slightly imperfected trees, Helix would hopefully meet up with his ally and begin the process of teleportation...
