Cognac the android spider scrambled around making sure everything was in place. This was the first day for the new Library he needed to make sure everything was in place. Books were in their right spots, there was accurate directions on the walls so people could find what they wanted to read and with all the assortments that would be needed. The front desk cleaned as possible, and the tables people could use to sit down and read or do work. This place was created with the intent for teens all around the city, this city had some of the highest crime in the city it was the best the spider android could do. He scrambled around making sure all the paint was good, he wanted the place to look respectable and making sure the set of globes that were down certain hallways showing off planets across the planet with info about each, planets like Arosce, Earth, Vegeta and Namek. "Oh dear oh dear where is Shen." The android said the voice ringing throughout the massive building before he heard a yell, "Sorry sorry, i was busy finshing a case i'm here." Shen spoke walking towards his friend as the android put one of its mechanical arms next to his face, "Keep it down it is Library you can't be yelling if your gonna work here with me." Cognac said as he began to search around, "I wanted to make you were here we didn't have the money or anyone who wanted the job so your only one who will be here along with me to make sure everyone at the library is having a good time and can find everything they need." Cognac said in a panic tone Shen blinking grabbing his friends shoulder, "Cognac everything will go find i promise, it will be great, we got so much info people can learn who don't have the chance normally, a safe place for them to be in this dangerous city and for them to learn about the universe around them everything will go smoothly." Shen said to his friend with sheer confident much of the knowledge that could be found on here was on no data bank, it had stories of the adventures of many famous people, that Shen himself had "Borrowed." from other world, not many people read so they would not mind.
Shen headed towards the front door to open it up he could see the crowd of people waiting outside, many were young teenagers, who appreciated the small things people who wanted to learn and not become some murderer or punk on the street. They wanted to learn, they craved knowledge he appreciated that, people who wanted to improve themselves, everyone could learn even he could, if he was not busy working he'd be busy reading one of the man books streamed across the massive walls of the library row after row it was almost like a labyrinth. Shen hopped no one got lost, though he highly doubted anyone would. The Library was a calumniation of years of work and Shen swelled with happiness, something that he solemn felt this bright for years. He would be able to make a great change in a city that had known the vices of underworld crime for too long soon they would have more joy a safer world. He slowly opened the massive oaken doors as kids and teens and even some adults began to stream into the Library, "Welcome to Parker T. Library Enjoy your stay." Shen announced as they began to head to the desk to get their id's so they could check out a book and begin to get the knowledge or the peace they wanted and deserved.

Big Train was one of the many waiting outside in the mass of people. He caught wind of this Parker T. Library opening up soon and decided to see if he could finally find an incredibly rare issue of his favorite MARTIAL ARTISTS MONTHLY. So he decided to waited, something he wasn't very good at. But you see, Big Train had a dastardly plan... a dastardly plan indeed. He was waiting like a sprinter in the blocks. And as soon as the door to the library finally arched open, it was clear why. He would use a sudden burst of speed to dash through the crowd and up to the front desk in the blink of an eye thanks to his "After Image" technique. Anyone in the crowd would be dumbfounded as he appeared to teleport up to the desk. "First in line, hah hah hah" he thought to himself. He would set up his ID under the name "BIG TRAIN" and immediately ask the robotic spider librarian a question, "Excuse me, but do you have Martial Artists Monthly issue #239?". Big Train crossed his fingers and hoped, the anticipation beaming from his face. It has been a long journey searching for this issue, and god dammit he WILL find it!

BACON heard of the new library, intrigued. It wondered what a library was, researching about what it was, learning it was a place of learning, a place to read. It was interested, hoping to learn more about machinery and how to make it. Best of all, it learned the man starting it wasn't even human! It rushed to South Capitol, flying as fast as possible a week in advance. It barely got there on the day of opening, running through the city. It barely managed to get there in time, the crowd enveloping around it when it got there. It got scared, all the humans crowding around wanting to go inside. It raised a bomb in the air, sending a message to anyone there.
All you here. Out of BACON way, before BACON throw bomb. Bomb go boom, you die. It then ran in, pushing out anyone who refused to get out of its way. As soon as it got in, it ran to the front desk, registering an I.D. under the name "Da Big Man". It walked up to the robotic librarian, preparing a message when another person began speaking to it. It sent a message to the man after he spoke, asking about a martial arts feature. You... you here read? It said, before talking to the robotic spider. BACON want book on how make machine. Book how make robot. |

Cado was walking through the streets of the South Capital on a bright sunny day. He was taking a break and getting out for some fresh air and a little relaxation. As he made his way down the street , turning the corner , and off in the distance he seen a rather small crowd of people standing in front of a building. Looking for some time to kill , cado figured he would check it out.
Standing in the crowd as the doors open, he seem a man standing in the doorway, looking out amongst the people. He would hear him say, : Welcome to the Parker T. Library. Cado never had seen an actual library here on earth, so he decided to join along with the group and check it out. Following the group up the stairs and through the doors, cado would start walking around a just looking. Glancing here and there amongst the books seeing if there was anything that could possibly catch his eye.
Cado turned and walked down one of the halls. The hall contained a bunch of globes sitting on tables. Cado stopped at each one and looked them over. They were globes of some of the different planets throughout the galaxy. Some were of a few he had never heard of. He stepped up to each one, looking it over and reading the brief history on each planet that particularly had something to do. Namek , A few different planets of the Saiyan Solar Empire. Vegeta, Kabocha , and Shikk. It kind of struck a small nerve in him, learning this is where the saiyans were from. He closed his eyes and tilted his head down slightly. He had recently learned not all saiyans were bad people. His new Master, the Turtle Hermit was actually saiyan, and seemed a really nice guy.
Cado reopened his eye and moved on to the next planet that was on display. Arcose. Reading the history on it , seeing it was where the Arcosian empire resided. The Arcosian empire also contained other planets which included Beppa, Yardrat. He continued to read through on these planets, taking in a lot of information and history. Seeing as most of these planets had a lot of history that dated back many, many years. It would take him forever to learn everything.
Cado figured after looking through the different planets, he should attempt to learn a little something else. After all he was half saiyan also, so why not try to learn some information on what he was. Some history on what he could be a part of. He scrounged around the library ,searching for some books on the Saiyan race. He could find a few that dated back a long series of history. Some of the books portrayed the Saiyans as a fighting race who, since ancient times, have lived a violent and inhumane lifestyle, where they attack numerous planets to build up wealth and goods. He already knew this much, but recently had seen that the saiyans have come a long way since them. He had already met a nice one. After all cado thought to himself, He wasn’t barbaric or anything and had no intentions too.
Cado had enough of trying to learn about the saiyans. So many years had passed since this history was written about them, that it wasn’t really relevant to him. So cado himself would just continue to make his way around the library checking the things out for a little while longer.

Cognac began printing out the cards for people who came to the library as Cognac looked at Big train, "Sir please don't use your ki to cut in line i'm gonna ask you to go to the back." Cognac said in a very harsh tone, "All this people have waited hours to not have you use your superhuman speeds to reach the front as for waht your looking for i believe we have it but if you want a card to be able to read it i suggest heading to the back of the line." Cognac tapped on its computer as it looked up to see the Saibaman running in with a bomb. Cognac head seem to near blow off as steam raced out of its head as the kids ran outside, if this saibaman just ran around acting like a manic it ruin the point of the library, "Security." He yelled as Shen ear twitched as he saw near the back reading a book, "Already someone did something." Shen got to his feet as he disspeared appearing in front of the saibaman as he ran in, "You can go in line like everyone else who has waited for hours, instead of trying to try and hurt people with the threats of weapons your lucky we don't just call the bba, get rid of the weapon step outside we will talk it over and no one gets hurt." Shen said as the kids sat outside with fear a very serious look on Shen, This kid had come to try and bomb the place it was not some joke, this was years of work and he was not going to let it be destroyed cause some saibaman wanted to cut in line.
He seen the scared look in youths before when the saiyan invaded, when their parents were shot, when they were force to hide while people gunned outside, it was hideous and it happened all day and all the time. He stood there looking down at the saibaman his hand on his waist, hopefully nothing got violent, if he did he would have to take it to another location. Meanwhile Cognaic used its multiform ability turning as it skittered off to check the rest of the building he was unsure if anything else bad was going on so it had to check for other people and make sure everyone was calm and not getting to a frenzy, a bomb throwing saibaman could do that.
Cognac used mutiform so there 2 Cognac's with 2,500 powerlevel each.

Big Train was about to plead his case to the robotic librarian. But just as he went to open his mouth, the little red and brown saibaman ran up to the front desk with a friggin' bomb in his (it's?) hands. Big Train would nearly jump out of his skin in surprise. But what frightened him the most was the danger this posed to the innocent kids all around them.
Big Train would hold out his arms in the typical way someone does when they are trying to keep someone calm. "Whoa, whoa, whoa. Take it easy little dude. There's no need to hurt anyone" he would speak as he slowly inched closer towards Bacon. As he does he would then notice Shen, he look familiar. The two have meet a couple of times in passing. He would give him a quick head nod but keep the majority of his focus on bomberman.

(PL: 1,706 with Heavy Weights) ---------- Oh what a wonderful place a library was. Chikara enjoyed expanding his knowledge of all subjects. Whether it was martial arts, intergalactic wars or alien species; all knowledge would help out in the end. Chikara caught wind of a new library opening up downtown and so decided that he would go and check it out seeing as there were no other libraries around him. He flew down to the library at the opening time and was disappointed to see such a crowd already there. He was hoping to get there early enough to not have to deal with this, but alas he would wait.
A little while passed a soon enough the line began moving. As Chikara was making his way in, a little creature he had never seen before ran through with a bomb in his hand shouting all sorts of things. Chikara eventually got through the crowd and made his way inside. He opted to ignore checking in for now and just look around at the book to see if there was anything that interested him. He came across a few books that looked intriguing enough; some were on the Heran race, others on intergalactic crime lords. He pulled one out on Heran biology and walked to the front.
It seems that the little bugger was still causing a bit of a stir. The little bastard was speaking to some sort of robotic assisted and there was another Human edging towards it. Chikara shook his head at the weak response and instead offered his own method. “You won’t deal with problems by sneaking up with them; instead you should try and take them head on.” Chikara raised his arm up and aimed it towards the little creature that had caused the commotion. He charged his Ki and blasted a shot in it’s direction. ---------- Fires Basic Ki blast at Bacon KP: 0/3

BACON watched as everyone there responded negatively, even the apparent owner belated him.
But... if BACON no have bomb, people no get out of BACON way! It pleaded, trying to make its argument against the man. They wouldn't let it in if it didn't have a bomb! BACON no really going hurt anyone. BACON just want get in quick. It sent to everyone in the library. Suddenly, a green skinned man walked up, and shot a Ki blast at BACON. It hit it dead on, and it fell to the ground, clearly in great pain. It was lucky that it didn't hit BACON's (Newly installed) peg leg, that would have greatly decreased his mobility.
HEY! BACON NO WANT HURT YOU! Just all other people in line! It said, before running outside. Why did everyone here hate him? |

Cado made his way back up towards the front of the building where there was a lot of commotion going on. Moving through the halls of books he peeked around the corner to see a small creature and other people amongst him. Then one other person stepping up to him and firing off a Ki blast, hitting the small creature. Cado began to wonder what was going on. He began to think to himself, Isn't a library supposed to be a quiet place for people to go.
Cado walked out to the main corridor that the others were in. " What is going on up here, I'm up here trying to study and find some information on some things, and trying to enjoying a little peace and quiet, yet we have all this noise?" Cado stood there and waited for a reply from the others. |

The Detective could feel the large ki behind him as but was focused on the saibaman right now, "Well throwing your hands around with a bomb is not allowed, i'm gonna ask you step outside and get rid of the bomb then you can come in." He said with his arms crossed looking at the creature, it seemed not be the most intelligent being, wanted to only blow up the kids even more infuriating. Then a ki blast hit the saibaman it threw him to the ground he spinning around to see the heran hand outstretched steam leaving his hand, Cognac waved it arms as it looked at the kids, "Get inside." They all began to stream inside to hide as Shen and Cognac got into the front, "This is unacceptable behavior in this library." Shen said looking at the heran and the saibaman. "I'm not amused i suggest you step outside we got to explain to you why your behavior in a public library is not permitted." Shen said with a calm seriousness his hand still in his coat, he was not pleased with any of their behavior not in the slightest, the opening was about to be ruined by two idiots who know how to use ki, he knew he should had the bba come over, then agian that might of made it worse. Seeing some of the bba members like the girl tekuma he dobuted they would try and resolve things peacefully. However, seeing the heran he knew they could power themselves up by at least three times their own strength something he may not of been prepared to deal with if a fight broke out for now he was going to take a peaceful method to this.

Big Train would be surprised and jump back as the Heran blasted the little saibaman with ki. He wasn't expect anyone to go to such an extreme, especially since the saibaman was holding onto a BOMB. Something that would easily EXPLODE if his ki blast came into contact with it. But he'd quickly follow that action up with a face palm, a hard face palm. Especially after processing the Heran's words. Who does this guy think he is?! The Big Train wasn't sneaky! Heck, it would be hard for his big ass to do anything sneaky in the first place. "I wasn't frigging trying to sneak anywhere! I was trying to figure things out peacefully. Then you come in flexing your muscles putting these kids in DANGER!".
The large man was quite upset about this, almost running out of breath as he shouted. "If you're putting kids in danger then you're gonna haveta deal with ME!" he shouted again, thrusting a finger into his own chest. Even though secretly he was only 16 years old himself. Big Train would then turn his back on the Heran and move over to the doorway, calling out to the little red saibaman that ran outside, "You can come back in little dude, just WITHOUT a bomb".

So many responses came after the attack. Chikara successfully hit the little bastard with his Ki, which knocked him over and caused great pain. The thing got up and ran outside; it seemed quite upset. Chikara didn’t expect it to be so resilient, but he wasn’t going to go after it. The Human that had attempted to negotiate with the creature also seemed to take offense by Chikara’s actions for some reason. In the Heran’s mind these two had the same goal, albeit with different methods. What the hell was this guy’s problem? He put on the machismo act but Chikara wasn’t buying it.
“Look buddy, I was only doing what you didn’t have to balls to take care off, so perhaps you should watch yourself.” Chikara stuck his own chest out and walked over. He stood at equal height to the Human but overall was a much smaller. He looked into his eyes and continued. “Don’t think I can’t see right through you.” Before he could go the apparent owner of the library decided that he would also need to get involved. Chikara felt like he was already dealing with the situation quite fine and so all these constant interruptions were annoying to say the least.
“You’re not amused by me? Well it’s a good thing I’m not here for your entertainment.” The kids ran off to a safe place and now it was the adults left alone. Chikara scouted around to see potential exits and weapons that could be used in case things got out of hand. A Saiyan appeared from the sea of books and complained about the racket; would be get in the way of things? Would things even need to go that far? Right now he was in a peaceful dispute, but with aliens galore things tend to get out of hand quickly.
Chikara turned away from the Human now and pointed at the owner. “I don’t think I’ll be stepping anywhere. I haven’t done anything wrong, in fact I would go as far to say that I am the only one to do the right thing. That little creature was clearly in the wrong and really you should be stepping out there yourself and finishing the job.” Chikara looked around for said fellow but he was now out of sight. If things did get out of hand then there was a good chance it would look to take it’s revenge when Chikara was distracted.
Chikara was not finished taking control of the situation just yet however; he had more to say. He turned to the Saiyan now and spat more. “And as for you, I’d say go back to whatever it was you were doing and allow us to deal with things.” Turning away from the Saiyan now, Chikara approached the owner of the store and finished his speech. “Now if that’s all, why don’t you let us get back to doing what we were doing.” Chikara piped down now and allowed the others to respond., if they dared.

Cado stood there for a moment. He waited , and just shook his head at the snappy guys comments. Cado wasnt the one usually looking for a fight. So he just stayed where he was and watched. Once everything seemed to be ok, and taken care of he turned and went to walking back through the library. It was a rather large place and Cado could tend to kill a lot of time in this place by just walking around and looking. Reading anything he could.

He let out a sigh looking right at the heran, He didn't seem to get it. "Look Mr.Heran let me explain this to you Violence only breeds more Violence and should only be taken as a last resort, while i commend you for trying to help i must also explain to you that you blasting a saibaman creature holding a weapon seemed to be the least productive way of helping everyone here, so that is why i'm mad." He made himself very clear looking the man right in the eyes. "So if were on the same page now, please next time wait to use violence at a later point, seeing as it did help in this situation i'm inclined to look the other way but your not setting a good president for people watching, these kids will think the violence we are trying to ask them to avoid is the right way to solve problems." He crossed his arms over his chest a deadly look in his eyes, "Now that we got that out of the way you can all get in line and get cards, instead of skipping in lines but first." he yelled, "Kids you can come back now." All the kids ran and form in line he looking at the man including Cado who was trying to leave the area, "You too boy i don't have a card for you either you will all need to wait in line to get a card, everyone needs a card to enter this place for safety reasons." The kids began to get the cards while the other super powered being were forced to the back. "I hope you understand lots of people were waiting for this day don't skip in line just cause you feel your more important, these kids need this, a place to feel safe your all very powerful beings i can feel it." He tipped his hat going to wait in front as kid after kid got a card and headed back to read and enjoy themselves, a place of safety and security it was all they wanted.
