"Ok, nobody's here. The coast is clear."
The kitchens of the facility were good and empty, with the cooks and such on break. After all, it wasn't time for any meals to be prepared, so why would they hang around here? This made it perfect for Charlene, as she led her 'older sister' Tekuma into the kitchen.
The plan had been simple. With all the planning for Cipher and Porsalynne's upcoming wedding, Charlene had decided it was time for her to make a contribution. And since her machnical skills wouldn't really be necessary, she decided to try another option. Save them some money by baking the wedding cake! For this task, she recruited Tekuma to assist her. The girl was a scientist after all, and wasn't baking simply science you can eat? She took one last look around, making sure nobody was here. "Alrighty. We've got time. Now, what shall we do for this cake?"

Tekuma had been woken up from a small nap by Charlene, and had grudgingly followed her into the kitchens. By the time they got there, she was about as excited as the other girl in the room. Pulling up a mental image of a cake by browsing the bluenet, she pasted it onto the wall through holographic technology, along with a holographic recipe card. "We can do this, a triple decker strawberry cake with vanilla frosting!"
The android was excited, her tail moving like a plan propellor behind her with enough force to knock someone over. Having deactivated her weights' effects, the girl's red hair was spiky like that of a Super Saiyan's due to the ki electricity coursing through her body. "This is going to be so good I am so excited~" She felt incredibly giddy, trying not to break anything due to her high power level.

Charlene grinned brightly when she saw the cake projected up by Tekuma. "Yes! That's perfect! We must make this cake! Extra big too! We want everyone to enjoy this!" Charlene was already picturing the wedding as a huge affair, and she already knew her mother had a massive appetite. The bigger and tastier this cake was, the better.
"Well then, let's get the ingredients together! Sis, what's the ingredients for this thing?" As she listened to Tekuma, the young girl was already running off to find ingredients for the cake. The BBA had a wide selection for their lunch and dinner menus, so no doubt they would have the ingredients they needed for the cake. The girl was rummaging through cabinets and the fridges for what they would need.

Tekuma grinned, excited for what was going on despite the fact they'd asked nobody to do this. Being a android, it was probably hard for her adoptive parents to keep track of the mischevious redhead, who's power for being so strong was only detectable via scouter. A part of her hoped neither Cipher or Porsalynne had scouters, or they'd be busted before they could really get this going.
"Alright we need three eggs, one cup of milk, strawberry flavoring, powdered sugar, flour, and a mixer." She replied, reading off the menus as she darted around, grabbing the mechanical items they needed to mix their recipe. Grinning, she waved her hand to make the kitchen soundproof and lock the doors thanks to her magic ability, looking to her younger sister with an extremely silly grin. "This is going to be yummy!"

Charlene quietly listened to Tekuma as she listed off the ingredients. "Alrighty. And since we want this cake five times bigger, our total ingredients are fifteen eggs, five cups of milk, and then rest. OOH! Dulce-de-leche!" The small girl pulled out a jar of the delicious caramel up for Tekuma to see, "We should add this to the mix! Maybe the ciing or something. Who doesn't like caramel?" She laid out the ingredients on the counter for Tekuma to look at. "Hmm, we may have a problem with the mixer. I don't think there's anything here big enough to do the job."
Charlene had managed to find multiple mixers, and the girl was looking at them with a critical eye. "Maybe...maybe I can combine them into one big super mixer! Tekuma, get started on this thing while I combine these together!" she scooped up the mixers, pulling out a screwdriver.

Tekuma looked at her, the cake was already big enough as shown by the picture, and the caramel wasn't on the list. "uuuhhh... " We don't want it five times bigger.. this has enough of a portion to serve at least twenty on it's own, what would we do with the leftovers?" Charlene ran over to grabbing mixers, to which the android girl paled even whiter than she already was just from the thought of the mess she'd make. "If you put something in that's not called for, it can make the cake taste nasty. Why don't we make caramel apples for the side?" Trying to avoid a huge mess, the girl hoped and prayed that she wouldn't end up with a huge explosive mess on her hands. Oh Kami. what have we gotten into? I hope Cipher's not going to be mad.. Biting her lower lip, the cyborg was praying that everything turned out alright. |

"Blasphemy! Caramel is incapable of making anything nasty! Only better!" Charlene objected. Though when the girl asked about caramel apples, the girl's smile brightened. "ooh! Caramel apples! Yes! We can make caramel apples! OOH! I know! We can make funnel cake! Delicious delicious wedding funnel cake!" The girl was practically bouncing around the mixers she had already started dismantling and combining. "It reminds me of when I lived at the amusement park. Caramel Apples, Cotton Candy, and Funnel Cake. Oh, just remembering that fried goodness!" The girl's mouth was watering from the tasty trip down memory lane.
After a moment she shook her head to snap out of it. "As for the leftovers, we can handle leftovers. Don't you worry. Now if you'll excuse me, I need to find a way to combine these things, THEN make a Funnel Cake machine!"

Tekuma's entire face turned blue, her eyes comically shadowed as Charlene rambled on about what was going on. Oh swiss cheese kami damn it She thought to herself, wondering exactly what she'd been dragged into. Part of her wanted to call for Cipher's help; but lord knows how angry her little sister would get if that happened. "F..Funnel cake, cake, and caramel apples... oh lord."
The android girl had absolutely no idea what to do now, and no ideas on how exactly to get out of the mess Charlene coaxed her into. The machines were dismantled, and the female was frozen in place temporarily, before moving to mix up the ingredients like it said on the recipe card and slide it in the oven once it beeped since she'd preheated it. Proceeding to pull up one recipe for funnel cakes and the other for caramel apples, she hoped the other didn't notice.
"Turn that all into a giant funnel cake machine." She instructed, pulling up a recipe big enough for needing a giant funnel cake machine. These sweet treats were going to be good, and the super saiyan lookalike (thanks to her hair being spiky) was making the caramel apples to go with their food.

As Tekuma mixed up the ingredients for the cake, Charlene had successfully combined the mixers into what she would call the "Super Mixer". The thing more looked like an implement of war rather than a cooking appliance. Though the young girl was thoroughly disappointed that Tekuma had beaten her to the punch. "Aw, and I just put this thing together too. Oh well." The girl shrugged as she set the Super Mixer aside. The cooks were going to get a big surprise when they came into the kitchen.
When Tekuma brought up the plans for a Giant Funnel Cake Machine, Charlene's eyes lit up. "There's actually plans for that! GimmegimmeGIMME!" Taking the plan she provided, the tech crazy girl went to work. Of course, without any spare parts laying around, Charlene was forced to cannibalize the rest of the kitchen machinery to do so. The end result was the kitchens being turned into a workshop as she began to work on whatever horrifying machine the young girl was creating.

Tekuma looked as she was slightly disappointed; but thankfully at least the cake wouldn't be the size of Konats by the time it was done. If Charlene had gotten her hands on it, there was no telling what would happen. She kept her sister away from the oven for whatever she needed, and to prevent her from mauling the kitchens the android used magic materialization to spawn the parts she needed.
... If we're going to make a mess, at least I can try to prevent her from completely destroying the kitchen. They better not dock my pay if they find out I'm a part of this. Mother of Kami, what have I gotten myself into The redhead was a bit nervous that there would be sharp consequences, and kept her internal scouter on to make sure she had a reading in case of Cipher or Porsalynne coming to investigate.

Charlene let out a squeal with glee as Tekuma used her magic to conjure up the parts needed for the machine. "You are just amazing sis! You seriously need to help me build weapons next time. Just imagine it! We can make stuff the likes which will make Vipoi go "Whaaaaaat!?"!" With a manic glee, Charlene got to work putting the pieces together for the machine. However, being Charlene, she was soon starting to make her own adjustments to the machine, and before long it was starting to look like some sort of twisted war machine.
However, they would start having their own problems, as soon one of the doors to the kitchen jiggled. Someone was on the other side, trying to get in! When the door obviously didn't open, whoever was on the other end began to bang on it, trying to force it open.

Tekuma scanned the power level of who was trying to bust in, her magic barrier starting to break a bit and allowing the door to open slightly. Making expletives telepathically, she accidentally telepathically connected to Charlene while she was cursing. "It's dad and mom!" She hissed, crawling for cover as the barrier broke, allowing the door to completely open as she squeezed her robotic body under one of the sinks and into a back compartment.
She didn't want to get caught and get berated again, considering the last time he got rash with her on Konats, it'd scared the hell out of her. Trying not to make a sound in the tight fix, she'd hide and hopefully connect with Charlene's mind. The oven dinged, and she half wanted to get out and get the large cake out. Get the cake before it burns! she hissed telepathically if she could.

At Tekuama's words that their mother and father had approached, Charlene poked her head out of the nightmarish confectionery machine she had been creating. "Crap! Cheese it!" She dove out of the machine behind cover, accidently turning the machine on in the process. The machine growled to life as it began to shake, it's half complete systems trying to function. Meanwhile, the door continued to bang. Hearing her sister hiss at her to save the cake in her mind didn't help matters. Charlene was now caught between saving the cake and stopping her machine before chaos broke out.
She chose the cake as she dove for the oven. Suddenly, the door banged open.
"What is going on in her-!"
Before he could finish the sentance, suddenly the machine exploded in a shower of shrapnel and funnel cake batter, covering the kitchens in delicious, delicious debris.
Coated in cake batter, Charlene was slumped over one of the stoves, her fingers gripping the dial. "I...I saved the cake..."

Tekuma was hiding in the compartment, it being incredibly dark and slightly damp not helping the already cramped space. It sounded like a huge mess was going on, the half-finished machine whirring to life as Cipher crashed the door down, before a loud BANG occurred and the recipes on the wall had disappeared due to her taking them down. A splat soon occured as her sister's voice, albeit muffled, reached her audio sensors.
"I... I saved the cake" Her sister had replied, giving the redheaded android some relief but she was nowhere to be seen. Shifting slightly to see out of the crack of her hiding area, the kitchen cabinet was thankfully open just a little revealing the entire mess that had happened. Funnel cake batter was EVERYWHERE, including on their father which brought the small demon being into a slight fit of the giggles, trying badly to suppress it as her static electricity aura hid in her body, creating some restlessness and a certain trail that their dad.. could pick up on.

Everything was silent for a moment. Charlene frozen in place, having turned the oven off. Cipher standing in the doorway covered in cake batter, and the place just in general disarray.
"Charlene..." Cipher said slowly, wiping the cake off of his face, "What...were you doing?" The girl looked over and gave her father a sheepish grin, "We...we decided to try and bake a wedding cake for you." Cipher simply stared at his daughter before looking around the room. "And what about the rest of this?" Charlene looked around and grinned, "Making funnel cake for the wedding!" Cipher gave her a flat stare. "Funnel cake?" Charlene pulled herself from the stove. "Yep! Though we had a little problem with the machine." "I'll bet," Cipher said, before he picked something up. A small giggle?
Cipher silently closed in on where the sound was coming from. A small compartment. He bent over and opened it, only to find Tekuma hiding in the cramped space. "I'm assuming you had a hand in this as well?" His face was completely devoid of emotion.
