Quince, the Bio-Android!
He was the result of a mad scientist wanting to genetically engineer the cutest little kitty-witty!
... But, it didn't quite go as planned. Instead, he ate his creator, gaining both his madness and his genius. He started creating himself a new body, one built for fighting instead of being cute.
But, why stop there? He made hundreds of different bio-androids, all blue and feline, but with various purposes, all with a hive mind. Now, they set out to take control over the Blue Banner Army ('coz it's blue) and take over the planet. Because it's called the Blue Planet for a reason.
