THE BLACK WIND HOWLS Satan City. While the city was a glimmering beacon of prosperity and peace in another world, another continuity had a separate tale to tell. Yes, it is indeed a prospering city, but is devoid of warmth- a utopia to a dystopia. Everyone knew better than to fight back at this point, it was a foolish move to oppose the strongest fighting force in the universe. Yet, deep below ground was a flame that refused to die... Down into the dark, abandoned subway systems of the city, one would have to find and yank a hidden pulley to access the hidden utopia below the ground. The hidden camp was a large system of tunnels made and carved from the abandoned train rails. Lights flickered on and off, some light petering down from holes in some scattered manholes leading to the surface like a leaky faucet. Some rusty trains loomed like the grim reaper in the tunnels ever still, lights flickering on and off and occasionally letting out a strained metallic groan when the systems began to flicker to life inside. Smuggled, stolen and even some original contraptions lied around, the crowned jewel of them all hidden in the depest reaches of the base.
Down below, the order of the world above was nonexistant. Saiyans, Kagami, Arcosians, and many more lived in relative peace, becoming bound together as a unified fighting force. The Crimson Striker Rebellion was a dying, but persistent quote on quote "terrorist" force. The battle was hopeless, even their leader, Kaula, a super saiyan two, perished like an insignificant bug against the oncoming forces long ago. Their next leader had tried to keep hopes high, but it was pointless- what was the point of fighting a futile battle. But while on a simple mission to gather materials in the Spinach Wastes, the leader found the last hope of a small saiyan that had perished trying to escape this doomed world. A machine that could travel the universes... Was such a thing possible? When the second leader brought the plans back to his followers, they were filled with hope.
"A time machine?"
"Did you hear? There's a way out!" "A path to freedom, here of all places..."
"Freeeeeeedom!" "We're going to be free!"
"A way out of this pointless world. A way for us to be free." "Our leader will free us!"
"Chai will be the one to free us!" "Leader!"
"Commander!" "Chai will save us all!" Truth be told, Chai did not think it would work, but it was the first time his people showed hope in months. Begrudgingly following through the pressure, the people of the Rebellion began to build the machine, hanging low. The Special Forces had probably grown suspicious after not seeing hide or hair of the Rebellion in months. And now they were here. They learned of the rebellion's secret plan one way or another, and now stood knocking at their door to nab the incomplete machine for themselves, most likely. The old trains stationed in the underground sanctuary took off with Chai's command to evacuate. Only he would stay to hold off the Special Forces, buying time for the others to escape. Chai just hoped no one else would want to fight with him, he wouldn't be able to take seeing what they might do to his dear friends. Use them against him for interrogation? Kill him slowly before his friends? Chai gripped the hilt of his sword and partner, Guardia, simply standing and waiting in the central hall of the hideout...
Both warriors were dead silent as the yells of the escaping rebellion slowly diminished. Chai turned around, eyeing an inconspicuous set of stairs that totally did not have a secret entrance underneath it leading to the hidden universe-hopping machine. Gritting his teeth, Chai had no idea what to do with the thing. For now, the warrior locked both of his fully functional eyes onto the entrance hallway, simply standing and waiting for the final battle to commence. This was the end of it all, the battle for all the marbles. Readying into a fighting stance as unimaginable powers closed in, the goat's fur stood on end. He was going to die. He was scared. But he had to free his friends, somehow. No matter what, the leader of the rebellion would not let the Special Forces scrape a single hair on any one of the Rebellion's followers.
Guardia lay in Chai's grip, a determined and concerned expression in his eye. What would happen after they died here? Who would be the next leader? What would become of the universe-hopping machine? Closing his eye, the sword decided to at least give one of his friends one last goodbye...
While Collan was out on a scouting mission to gather more materials for the universe-hopper, a sudden, familiar voice would nag at the back of his head- it was Guardia! The sword spoke in an urgent tone, with his usual tired ring. But there was a tone of dread in the sword's tone that became clear as he spoke. 'Collan...! I'm... I'm afraid this may be the last time I speak to you.' The sword paused, debating how to word the situation for once. 'The Special Forces are here. They're after our machine, certainly.' Guardia paused, letting that sink in for a moment, and awaiting a response from his friend. Collan's response would not change what the tired and old blade said next. '...Come back to base and fight if you wish. We have evacuated everyone to safety, save for Chai and myself. We're going to stall for as much time as possible- there's no way they will want to kill us quickly... But I implore you to stay where you are. If you come here and fight, you will die, and it won't be painless...' The sword spoke, closing his eye halfway and glancing to the side. Had he made the right choice contacting Collan? He didn't want the little hero to die painfully here to the hands of the special forces, but he didn't want him to feel guilt for not being there during the fight...

Thread PL: 10,637 Collan had been going on, continuing with his mission. He has still yet to find the person he was looking for, but he couldn't just leave until he did find them. That was...until Guardia started talking to him. The special forces had gotten to the hideout, and it seems him and Collan's greatest friend, ally, and leader Chai was going to fight them alone.
"Those idiots!" Collan shouted after Guardia had finished talking to him, the young hero quickly took to the skies. He wasn't just going to sit there anymore! If no one else in the rebellion was going to stay and help Chai, then Collan would certainly be his back up! Collan flew as fast as he could to the base, hoping he could get there before THEY did something to him they would regret.

[Thread PL: ? ? ?](Playing as an AU Bing in this thread, meaning I will receive absolutely no gains for this.) "Tell me, Soldier, how long did it take you and your men to pin down this base of operations?"As the black wind howled around them, an irritated man in an impressively clean suit hovered above a large crater in the ground. Floating next to him was a Kabochan soldier, the large black Z on the chest of his body armor revealing he was an elite member of the Earth's Special Forces. He turned to the suited man, a cocky smirk playing on his face as he fiddled with a machine strapped to his wrist.
"We estimate this base has been active for at least a year, probably more. It's the fastest we've ever tracked down one of the Rebel bases, President Gan sir."
The President pinched the bridge of his nose, eyes shutting tight as he sighed in disgust. "And how many of the rebels have you actually caught since this assault occurred?" The Kabochan turned his attention back to his white-haired leader, a confused look on his face. "Uhh... Just two, sir."
"So you mean to tell me that you decided the best course of action, after finding a Rebel base that could hold a machine of incredible, immeasurable power... Was to attack it head on and destroy most of the roof?"
"...Y-yes sir."
A large explosion of light coated the sky, as a thin beam of violet Ki shot from the tip of Bing's index finger. It pierced the elite warrior's chest, killing him in a single blow. The President scoffed in disgust as the soldier hit the ground, creating a small indent in the dirt upon impact. Bing put a finger to his ear, sending a telepathic message to one of his right-hand men. "Defrosch, remind me to replace Deez soon. He's been struck with a sudden case of death."
He slowly descended into the immense crater below him, a scowl crossing his face as the smell of ancient machinery and false hope filled his nostrils.
The President of Earth landed in a large, empty hallway. His senses told him energies were all around, in tunnels that stretched into every direction. They felt frantic, scared, wounded... All except for one. A single energy source in this entire labyrinth felt entirely different. It was weak, but it had courage surging through it. "How very interesting..."Bing adjusted his tie as he waltzed down the hallway, his senses locked on the life force of a somewhat familiar Warrior...

THE BLACK WIND HOWLS
Chai stood firm, gritting his teeth as a eerily familiar, yet terrifyingly strong power descended in through a hole leading down to their underground base. Still standing tall in his defensive stance as the last of the rebel forces scampered past their leader to escape, the goat glanced down to Guardia, watching as his eye let off a faint blue glow, beads of sweat working their way down his metallic hilt. Chai figured that his partner was understandably scared of what was to come. Opening his mouth to say something, the words got caught in Chai's throat. There was nothing to say during this judgement hour. Not wanting to push himself or his partner any further than they had to, Chai mustered up what courage he had, taking a few cautious steps back as Bing's power approached down a nearby hallway in the underground labyrinth. Judgement day was here- would the dying Rebellion's ember keep burning or be stomped out?
During this calm before the storm, Guardia had continued to hold his telepathic link with Collan. Judging by his response, the kiddo was most likely coming to fight. Had Guardia made the right choice? It was debatable. '...Well, it seems that you have made your choice. You know where we are. Just follow that massive, terrifying power.' Guardia spoke, of course referring to Bing's life force. The sword was unable to sense Ki, but he had only heard tales from Chai about what this power of the president's felt like, but it was not a pleasant feeling in the slightest. '...But are you really sure about this? You will die along with us if you dare fight. But every second we can earn out comrades counts.' Guardia spoke, still doubting his own choice to contact Collan and the hybrid's choice to come and fight.
Still, Guardia's mind was wandering as the wind howled beside him and Chai, blowing the goat's black robes back. This was how they died? Just as insignificant powers, only here to buy a little time. Would they be killed with a single blast, or would the president and his forces take their time with them? Or maybe they wouldn't perish at all- captured instead and brutally interrogated to find the location of their universe-hopper. That had to be what they were here for. That machine was the last hope of the Rebellion. What would the Special Forces even do with such a machine and it's divine power? Take over more worlds, most likely, the sword thought. There was no way he and Chai could afford to let that get into the Special Force's hands. Maybe they could just destroy the machine and the schematics now, so that no evil could ever touch it. But if they did that, what would become of the rest of the Rebellion, without a route of escape? Chai could tell his sword buddy was overwhelmed, and finally mustered up some words. "So... This is it, I suppose..."
Chai shook his head, speaking down to the sword in a hushed and calm tone, surging with courage. "Look, I don't know what's going to happen to you and I. But i just want you to know that you are hands down the best partner a guy can ask for." Chai spoke, in hopes of cheering the sword up. If Guardia had a mouth, he'd be smiling right now. His eye opened wide, the blade's hilt moving up and down with a quick nod. Focusing back to where Chai seemed to look, the leader of the rebellion took a few cautious steps back, pacing his breaths as his apparent final battle drew closer and closer.

[33,000 PL for thread,]
The rubble descended from Levlidian's knee as he rose to a standing position, his scouter blared angrily into his ear as energies scaled the right side. The eye staring into the visor descended into a slit and a manic grin bloomed about his lips, with a cry of exhilaration, Lev' was off. A crimson aura swallowed him with maddening excitement and he careered off in the direction of his obsession. "I found you, I've found you! I've found you!" he laughed as the plumes of destruction evaporated and the over excited Saiyan veered on wards. Beneath him, the scenery became a blur and he rushed for the battle he so craved.
From beside him came an enormous bleep and the item erupted into nothing, disintegrated and Levlidian scowled in pain; what was this enormous out put of energy? Who cared, with a booming laugh fluctuating as he roared; "I'm coming for you Goat boy!" Changing trajectory, the boots of our antagonists heels met with an arrogant explosion of power before the site he could feel presences hiding. The area seemed well lived, looked like a populace of souls coordinated here and aside them was that enormous power. What was that? it felt familiar as well as completely estranged; but no matter.
The armour coating his enormous physique betrayed a subtle creak as the SSE Warrior began his traverse of the land, hands balling into meaty boulders and coordinating balls of Ki he'd begin to flourish in all directions. A signature of his arrival if there ever was one, the inferno about the Saiyan reeled with the rage he pulsed into every step.
"Come out come out!" he roared again, plumes of debris and screams followed as he ruptured stone to attract attention and then he spied a smouldering hole to which hsi grin, if possible, extended into a twisted reflection of his blood craze. Still he wandered and beneath he could feel the energies growing closer, a swarm of malevolance circumnavigated that hole and it only caused the monsters heart to beat ever faster. He stopped, what was that? turning he peered into the Sky's, it was a little ways off but was that another familiar energy?
"An appetiser," Lev' adverted to glare into the skies for a small speck likely approaching the scene, "If this doesn't draw him out-," he uttered to himself and he began to rise into the air to face the oncoming soul that was Collan.

As Collan had continued the fly, the very same man that he was supposed to find had gotten into the skies in front of Collan. "I don't have time for this!" He flew around Levi, still heading for Chai. He didn't care what his mission was at this point. Protecting his friend was his only goal now.
But, just to try and make sure he could lose Lev, when he did fly around, he attempted to hit him with his signature attack. Firing the red beam known as the Sinjin right at Lev. If it did hit, it would send Lev flying into the ground, as the move is made for knock back, not damage. But if it didn't, Collan wouldn't care, and continue to fly.

[ Thread PL: ???] [Playing as an alternate version of Defrosch. As such, I will receive absolutely no gains for this thread.]
Elsewhere, in a rather small yet threatening interstellar vessel... Watching the blue marble of Earth from the view-port sat an Arcosian in a floating throne. This Arcosian was a gangly, deceptively thin looking sort. The armor that he wore was ridged and spiked in multiple places-- perfectly built for tearing at the flesh of his enemies should he so choose-- his gauntlets especially looked as though that was indeed their purpose. The Arcosian also wore an ornate black cape of unknown matieral... It certainly wasn't fabric, that's for sure. What bio-gems the armor didn't mean to cover were a dulled ghostly teal. His eyes were a fiercely determined light cyan, but within their sheen there were no good wishes, no heroic aura... Only disdain and malefic presence, hidden behind a smiling friendly facade. Here, in this ship he was going over some secret plans that were only vaguely connected to the carnage that was ready to unfold below. He saw this attack as the perfect cover to use... "My Overlord, we have confirmation of our goal's position. What are your orders?" A portly Kabochan stood firm, giving the Arcosian a bow and salute after entering the chamber. "Ahh, Gnuut, so good to see you... Even better to hear that news. Do you have the floor plans? Schematics of their security systems?" The Arcosian asked, lazily tapping the side of his chair as he awaited the Kabochan's response. Gnuut nodded, handing over the chip from his scouter. The Arcosian let out a gleeful hiss as he went over the bounty of information. "Yesss, it is all here. Perfect. Take H-4Y along with you. You two alone should be enough to secure the objective. Don't fail me now~" As much as he feared his boss, Gnuut knew that he had to keep his composure... Lest he suffer the overlord's wrath. "Understood, my Overlord." With that, Gnutt made his way to the secret mission that he was assigned, and the creepy Arcosian was left to his own devices for a moment, before receiving a telepathic message. 'Oh? Well. That's a shame. Gnuut is going to be oh so distraught~' Chuckling softly to himself, the Arcosian rose from his chair before sending back a message of his own. 'I have sent some of my forces out to secure something... Important. I shall arrive shortly myself to provide a proper diversion in regards to that. Remember; I have dibs on Garyl and any Arcosians present within the rebellion's ranks...' With a brisk walk to the infiltration pods, their plan was set in motion...
A barrage of space-pods with pointed ends whistled through the atmosphere, violently piercing into the ground in and around the rebellion base... Some unfortunate souls weren't out of the way in time and were brutally impaled. The doors of the pods slid off as several lizard-like creatures with what seemed mechanical augmentations slinked out of them; they appeared to be Arcosoids. Their visor lights revved up as they scanned the area before one last pod-- slightly more ornate than the others cam crashing down in the center of the other ones... From this pod emerged one President Bing Gan's most fearsome allies; Overlord Defrosch.
"Oh, how dreadful. Say, can you hear that? It's the sound of the Reaper..."

[PL: Unknown | I'm playing an alternate version of Hinawa, and as such will get absolutely no gains from this thread.]
"Understood. Mission parameters set. Moving out."
In a cold, unfeeling voice, Hinawa acknowledged her mission into the calling function of her scouter. Slowly standing up from her meditative position, the young woman clad in a black suit moved through the darkness of her small chamber, trained and efficient hands grabbing hold of her weapons - two blades of roughly arm's length - and felt a short tinge go through her mind, at which she showed some actual emotion on her face - worry. Was this going to be it, then? The rebellion found, Chai killed... No, what was she thinking? She had a mission to accomplish.
Stepping out of what was basically a closet serving to store the assassin, Hinawa moved through the base, her attire and false human appearance making her seem just like any other individual, before she was sent off to the scene.
--
Destruction and death - she could smell them the moment she jumped out of her transport vehicle, landing softly on the hard ground, as her power level remained as low as that of an actual fox. Disappearing into the darkness of the tunnels ahead, she could feel them... the immense powers of the President and his ally, Defrosch. Their powers were immense - it was utter insanity to oppose them, why couldn't normal people realize this? The cold, calculating killer moved forward into the darkness, as she focused and utilized her telepathic ability.
Hyoukai in position. Awaiting orders, Mr. President.
She had to banish any thoughts about Chai from her mind. She was a tool. His tool, for he had paid for her - or one of aide's did, she didn't care about those details. All that mattered was that she got money to kill his opposition... That was all that should matter...
But as she moved through the darkness, Hinawa actually managed to sneak right into the main chamber, and she froze in place, hidden only partially by the shadows. Chai and his glowing sword, standing right there... She could even begin to feel his ally closing in, together with a wild-card in all of this. What were these people doing? Why weren't they running from the immense power of her masters? They still had a choice in their lives, after all.
"...Chai." Why did she call out to him...? Truthfully, she didn't know, and that troubled her.

As the President entered what was most likely a large common room, his eyes fell upon Chai. The young goat boy was indeed familiar, but in what way he was uncertain. Perhaps he was one of his former secretaries? No, that couldn't be it. He made sure to send gift baskets to the employees who'd been laid off, and this one most certainly did not receive a gift basket. He gave the goat a smile, a warm tone in his voice as he spoke. "Hello there! Have we met before? I must admit I'm not great at remembering faces, especially one attached to a Power as insignificant as yours."
He chuckled lightly, but paused when he received two messages at once. The first was from Defrosch, the other, from Hyoukai. He smirked, before replying to the fox woman. "Good timing. Guard the exits for me. I don't want anyone getting in here without a fight, got it?"
Bing returned his attention to Chai. Something about him felt off. He wasn't giving off just one Ki signature. It was almost like he was two people in one body! His brow raised curiously, his eyes falling onto the sword in Chai's paws. "That sword of yours... That is something I remember. A gift from the president of Capsule Corporation, if I recall correctly. I didn't like it much. Good to see it found someone pitiful enough to make use of it."
His eyes glanced to the side as the sounds of collision after collision could be heard on the surface. Defrosch's goon squad was here. It made the President happy.
He turned back to Chai once more, his voice still as smooth as butter as he spoke. "I'd prefer to make this quick, so I'll cut you a deal; why don't you show me where this universe-hopping machine is, and we can use it together! I would love to see what other realms have in store. This one hasn't put up much of a fight in the last few years." President Gan extended his hand to the goat, a smile on his face as he spoke once more. "Partners?"

THE BLACK WIND HOWLS
Chai quickly picked up Levlidian approaching Collan, causing a look of shock and horror to flash across the goat's face, oh nononono, he couldn't hurt Collan... He just couldn't Not now! Shaking his head, Chai gritted his teeth and stared at the ground, his form trembling as he closed both of his current fully functional, not-ripped-out-by-an-arcosian eyes. More malevolent powers approached, one in particular standing out. Chai knew the power of one of Bing's main pawns, Defrosch. Taking a few steps back, Chai hastily looked around, reaching a hand up to his parcel and closing the lid, sealing a small green book with the plans for the universe-hopper hidden inside the little book. That poor saiyan that designed this put so much time into it, and even seemingly gave his life for these plans. Chai couldn't let that life go to waste.
Chai just felt sick now. His imminent death was finally starting to sink in. Guardia looked up to his quivering partner, a concerned glance locking onto Chai's closed eyes. But before the sword could do anything to respond, a female voice called out to his wielder. It was Hinawa! Guardia's eye narrowed with hostility, but Chai just seemed more shocked than anything. Bags were visible under the goat's tired eyes, his mouth hung slightly open as he stared at Hinawa. His gaze was a mixture of emotions. Pleading, startled, tired, accepting, and... dead, in a way. Chai had been worked to the bone, and he was just tired of fighting. Shaking his head, Chai tried to snap back into his cool mood, looking back over to Hinawa. "...Hinawa." The goat responded back, tone somewhat shaky, but determined. Would he have to fight her too? So be it. Chai spared her life on a few occasions. Was that a mistake, like Guardia insisted? The merciful goat knew he made the right choice sparing her. Life was a gift. That's why they called the present the present. And he was not one to take it away from someone, no matter how they used this gift. Heck, if he was given the opportunity, Chai would even consider sparing someone as malevolent as Bing- for now. But that opinion would change soon enough.
While he was gazing at Hinawa, a sudden voice snapped Chai back to reality. Oh fucknuggets. The president himself actually came! Chai doubted his own senses for awhile, but his fears were confirmed now. Narrowing his eyes with newfound determination surging through him, Chai made a promise not to falter now. He couldn't show a moment's weakness like he just did earlier. Closing his eyes, Chai tried to pace his own breaths while Bing spoke in a rather surprisingly warm tone, but Chai continued to remind himself to stay strong. Chai was scared of death. He was afraid of his fate. But he had to accept his own destiny now. Opening his eyes again when Guardia was adressed, Chai looked down to his sword to see Guardia's eye shut tight, masking himself as a normal blade. The sword's hilt visibly twinged a bit before his eye snapped open, a telepathic, disembodied voice echoing in the minds of Bing, Hinawa, and Chai himself.
'Bloody hell, do not remind me of my days in there, you filth!' The sword spoke with more guts than his wielder, the eye on his hilt snapping open with a twitch. Chai gritted his teeth in mild shock, tightening his grip on the demonic sword. "Guardia, now is really not the time--" The sword continued, despite Chai's protests. His two cents would not be silenced! 'Oof, I spent many millenia silent as a wee mouse, but those days were by far the worst!' The sword spoke with a roll of his eye, his blade raising somewhat in confidence as he brought up his final point. 'But your pawns' little gossip helped me warn these fellows of your attack... Everyone is nearly out now. You've already lost if you think we're just going to comply!' Guardia finished, courage surging through his voice. Chai looked down at the blade with mild shock, surprised by Guardia's sudden outburst. He expected the sword to be silent during the fight, but it seemed even Guardia had his peeves...
Chai's ears twitched as the underground lair trembled a little as the pods finally landed, with the terrifying arcosian powers. Chai sucked in his breath, never once breaking eye contact with Bing. But Chai did raise a brow when the charismatic man offered... for Chai to join him? Guardia blinked a few times, cutting his telepathic connection to Bing and Hinawa, and speaking to Chai alone now.
'...Fuck, he's good.'
'I knooooooww....'
Chai shrugged, still standing in a defensive pose while speaking in a blunt tone. "Nah. As the leader of this Rebellion, I have to follow our "no deals with the devil" policy. If you have any complaints with our customer service, you can put them in our complaint box. Not that we check it, though." Chai spoke in a rather neutral, yet somewhat sassy tone. He could talk to stall as well. Chai stood his ground, closing his eyes and speaking once more. "Besides, you already have this world and plenty of more galaxies ripe for the taking here. I'm not sure if I see the point in taking another universe- ours is infinitely expanding, after all." Chai questioned. He'd probably get some surprisingly thought out response with good points from the president, knowing how he worked his way to the position in the first place. But every second spent talking instead of fighting counted.

The attack struck Levlidian head on who's satanic grin courted with the madness inside him as a man might dance with a predator, the entirety of his body wrapped about the attack as he plummeted into the concrete destroying the solid foundations with a disruptive explosion of plasma. Rising in thick plumes, debris and rubble scattered about the streets for mere moments before the plume itself seemed to swell. A manic laugh tore through the air and thus did the plume to reveal a bruised and soot smothered Levlidian. The armoured shoulder upon his right lay shattered and his eyes dilated to further add to his decidedly manic visualisation.
The air cut about the beast with the sing song elaboration of a high pitched whistling, what ever was left of his mind sank intot the drum beat of war as his Saiyan desires overlapped any logic left in the man. Air ripped from the streets he pulverised with his unsupervised ki expulsion and he'd vent a selection of it at random buildings trying to steal the younger lads attention just enough o slow him down.
"Good try little man!" he roared at the top of his lungs and his ki tore the sight of the scene below in half or seemingly, it was a mere trick of the light as an inferno swallowed him sending his trajectory plans out like a beacon. Swallowing the Ki deep within himself, he'd keep a weathered eye on the area to which Chai resided. Attempting to chase Collan down and should he manage to do so he'd intend to wind up the ki infused fist in order to slug Collan hard across the jaw.
"You want to see your friend that badly!" he laughed, the pitch of his voice cracking beneath the pumping heart in his ears; "There you go!" If the attack lands, Collan would be sent spiralling towards Chai's location at a high speed. Should Levlidian miss, then the Saiyan would pass by entirely and into the near by building destroying it and who ever it was who was left inside.

As he continued to fly towards Chai, Lev starting to chase after Collan, it didn't work! "Damn it! I don't have time to deal with you!" As he continued to head for his leader, and his only friend in this world, Lev had suddenly thrown a powerful punch straight to the jaw. It had sent the young boy to Chai's location like a missile!
All that could be heard from him while he went there...was this: "Shit, shit, SHIT, SHIT!!" A large, smash as he went through the wall. Crashing in between Chai and Bing, creating a large cloud of smoke. "Hey guys I made it..." He was woozy for a bit, stumbling to Chai's side and getting into a stance, quickly recovering and gaining all his senses back.
Short post is short.

"Alright then, my lovlies~" Defrosch walked forward, his squad followed behind him methodically, to a disturbingly robotic rhythm as if they weren't originally meant to be doing that. "Find more of my people that have been lead astray by these vermin and bring them to me... As unharmed as you can get away with. Anyone or anything else that opposes you can be dealt with as you see fit; unless it is that Garyl woman. She is mine to deal with." The grim and foreboding ruler of Arcose raised one hand "Ready?" A mere moment later he let it fall, as if to signal the start of a race. "Go." Without a second to spare, the platoon of armored beings made alarmingly fast movements as they made various ways into the rebellion complex like a horde of rabid termites... Some through holes in the roof, various open windows and others through the underground.
When they found their designated targets... Given the shrieks of terror the impending results were not pretty at all . Not for the ones that they captured, nor the ones that stood in the way of these... Creatures.
It was in times like these that leaving things to the imagination was a horrendous idea, not that the reality was any better.
Defrosch himself held his hands behind his back to accentuate his imposing posture as he finally walked towards the main building. Passing by various dead or otherwise incapacitated beings that made up some of the rebellion, he found himself smiling even more. 'You brought this suffering upon yourselves, you poor poor fools.'
The taps of his spiny boots echoed throughout the various hallways until he too came across Chai and Guardia. Defrosch walked right past Bing and fully intended to just ignore them but he found himself pausing, raising a brow as Collan crashed through the wall nearby. "You could've used the door."
Before he could take another step, a voice came from further down the hallway. "You will go no further!" A rush of wind blasted through the hallway, followed by a mighty swing kick, aimed at Defrosch which had come from another rebel; Cerci Garyl as she made her dynamic entrance! Unfortunately, the Arcosian was able to stop it by lazily bringing up his hand. "Oh good, you've saved me the trouble of actually looking for you. I appreciate it. This would be our thirteenth play-date, correct? I sincerely hope you're intending to be a more entertaining toy this time."
Cerci grunted as she kicked away from Defrosch, landing next to Chai and Guardia. "I told you, I'm not going to give up, damnit!" She glanced over to the goat and the sword, giving them a tired, yet determined smile. "You dorks leave him to me, yeah?" With a small hop she settled into a guard-based fighting stance.
Cerci has arrived! Her PL is also technically ? ? ?, but it really won't matter soon...

"Yes, sir. Understood, sir." Mentally affirming the commands of the President through telepathy, Hinawa stayed hidden in the shadows again, still having her eyes on Chai. Damn it, what was he doing?! There was no way to fight Bing! He was the strongest being in the galaxy! Yet there he stood. The goat that had spared her life time and time again, that had saved her more than once, despite being a contracted killer in the employ of his worst enemy. He had saved her, even though she was just a tool - a weapon to be bought and pointed at a target. With her power level hidden to insignificance, she was about to turn around, leaving Chai to his fate, so that she could fulfill her orders. Make sure that nobody entered the room.
Of course, nobody had expected that the next person to join in would come through the wall instead of one of the many entrances, so no vigilant watch from the assassin could stop Collan from barrelling right into the middle of things! Damn it all, did they all have a death wish? They had to run! Bing was powerful and fast, but there was still a chance - if they were to scatter, maybe one person could escape. No universe hopper could be worth them all dying!
...What was she thinking? These people were her enemies. Her targets. Every last bit of hope started to die when the Arcosian Defrosch entered the main chamber. Technically Hinawa should've stopped him since Bing had made no exceptions in his order, but she wasn't crazy enough to try to bring that up to the dangerous alien. He'd probably kill her on the spot for such insolence. No, she remained hidden in the shadows... But her mind reached out, to Collan, Guardia, Cerci, but most importantly, to Chai.
"What are you all doing?! You need to scatter, now! Bing will kill you all! Please, just run! Run as far as you can, I beg of you. Just... just go!" The mental voice that reached out to the rebels alone was frantic - scared. Fear - an emotion that had been unknown to Hinawa, but she didn't feel it for herself now that she experienced it for the first time. Then, she sent another message - to Chai alone. "Please don't die, Chai. I beg you. Please, just... its not too late for you, you can escape. Please!"

Bing blinked blankly as Guardia began barking at him. It had been ages since someone so miniscule dared talking to him that way! The act was brave, sure, but he wondered how much courage a sword could really possess. "I'd watch your tongue, rusty. You wouldn't want to be put in a glass case, now would you? Perhaps I'll do that to the both of you... Then again, I hear goat fur can make excellent coats." Guardia had said some things that were mildly surprising, but it wasn't anything major. If a few weaklings escaped their assault on this compound, nothing much would change. Chai seemed determined to dissuade the President. His attempt was commendable, but nothing could change Bing's mind now. He clicked his tongue playfully as he responded. "Sorry bud, but no can do. I could always look for more planets in this universe, but what's the fun in that? I've already eliminated everyone who could possibly stand a chance. Why not travel around, see how the other realities fared against me? Maybe there's a universe where that foolish android I dismantled all those years ago actually beat me. Wouldn't that be a fun universe to conquer?" He straightened his tie, coughing lightly from the smoke that permeated the air. "Now, I'll extend this olive branch one last time--Work for me, or die." His Ki aura, one of a sickly green color, exploded out of him, his power reaching a level high enough to give most here a headache. He chuckled darkly, his eyes glancing to the entrance for just a moment. Defrosch had arrived on the scene. In the frame of just a few seconds, too many things happened at once. A strange, white-haired man smashed through the wall in-between Bing and Chai, a Cricket Woman intercepted Defrosch, and a large explosion could be heard top-side. Bing's brow raised as he focused on the dizzied Collan. His hairstyle was so similar... He was an imposter! The Presidents eyes narrowed as he raised his right hand. "Ugh. I hate cheap imitations." With a quick flash of energy, Bing would fire a thin bolt of dark crimson Ki right towards Collan's chest! Should it hit, his heart would be pierced, killing him instantly. If he somehow avoided it, however, Bing would have no choice but to applaud him. He turned his head back to Defrosch for a moment, a curious tone in his voice. "Hey, you need help with the bug problem? I can squash it if needed." He let out another chuckle, before re-focusing on Chai. He needed to make sure this little goat did NOT escape. There was no way that could happen. "Anyways... Where were we? I was about to kill you, right?"
