Thread PL: 3,015,208 The engines of the Pale Rider whined as the ship slowly descended, resting down on its landing gear as it touched down on the sandy ground of Konats. The planet looked the same as Cipher had left it, but the android new appearances could be deceiving. As the engines powered down, Cipher stood up and headed for the ramp as it began to open. Porsalynne and Charlene were quick to follow him, stepping down onto the planet as they looked around. In the distance, Cipher could see the capital city of Ocariin. "Well, I don't see any smoke, so we know the city isn't currently on fire," Porsalynne spoke up hopefully. Cipher nodded. It didn't look like the city was in the grips of combat, but he still wanted to go in to check it out. Who knows how the political scene was since Plato was driven off planet. Cipher turned and looked skyward. Aina and Tekuma would be touching down any minute now. The android wanted to wait for them to arrive before heading into the city proper. After all, there was no sense in bringing them here if he was going to just leave them behind. Tekuma Mayakon Aina

Tekuma was sitting boredly in the ship, her BlueNet connection being shotty so far out in space. Not really needing to eat or sleep, she had been watching videos of cats before dozing off. When the ship touched down with a jolt, it shook the cyborg out of her sort of standby, leaving her surprised and looking around. It'd taken twenty four hours for them to get to this weird place, and looking out the window she noticed one of the planet's cities close by. This place is weird.. I don't trust anyone here.. I have to be careful, I don't want to piss off Cipher either... Blinking, the android teen would go to find Aina. If she was asleep, she'd wake the Kagami warrior before carefully walking outside once the ship was open. Nervousness washed over her, and the previously been hybrid walked off the ramp to touch the soil. "This is.. Konants? Konans? God damn I can't speak today, how do you say it again?" PL: 26,432. Aina had been within the seat of her ship. Guiding it down just behind the Pale Rider she would of made it go through without much effort. The light shock of the landing gear impacting the ground would of shaken the ship. Turning her gaze toward Tekuma she noticed the cyborg awakening from an artificial snooze she had been within. Once the pair had gotten ready she stretched out her shoulder as she dropped the ramp and would walk down it alongside Tekuma.
Walking over to Cipher and his family she gave him a knowing bow of her head. “Great looking place… I did a scan as we came down. I guess that is the capitol city of Konats close by?”
Asking as she would be standing there with a slight smile on her face. Travelling off world had been a wish of hers and this was the first time she was doing this.

[Thread PL: 20.000 | Ki Suppression ON! Ki lowered to: 25]
First the elders didn't even want him to leave the village... And now, after he returned with news about the cyber-rulers, they sent him back to keep an eye on the capital? He really didn't understand them. It was true that he could instantly inform them of everything he needed them to know - his magic was strong enough to do that - but it did make him question why they were even more worried about these people than they had been about the Kashvar and king Plato... And so, he was always in the area of Ocariin City and in the city itself too, every now and then, to keep an eye on things. More and more people had the enhancements... And seeing them still gave him a shiver every time he saw it, for some reason. Lately, he had even started sleeping outside of city limits, not feeling safe as a pure organic within those walls, though he had no idea why.
This day, Freid had spent only a few early hours in the city - afterwards, he had taken to patrolling the surrounding countryside, while keeping his energy hidden. That was when he suddenly felt a jolt in his head - and turned skyward. Narrowing his eyes, he managed to spot two vessels, rapidly descending onto the planet - and one of them carried a person more than double his strength! They were quite fast, really... It would probably take a spaceship engineer to figure out where these three would land, from seeing their approach alone...
Good thing he was an aspiring spaceship engineer, even if he was still in the process of building his vessel. And he wasn't even too far off with their landing spot, as he started running towards where he assumed it would be!
--
Hiding himself behind a larger rock at first, Freid made a conscious effort to lower his power level enough to appear harmless. Watchful eyes saw multiple figures emerging... From both ships, people descended down onto the planet. It didn't take a xenobiologist to spot that these people were not Konatsian - they lacked the pointy ears, for one. He also lacked them thanks to his mixed heritage, after all. Furthermore, he could only really sense any power signatures from two people... Which was quite odd. Finally, the one that was stronger than him turned out to be a white-haired, beautiful woman - from looks alone, he would've never suspected that. Looks really were incredibly deceiving.
For the moment, he'd keep watching from his spot, though he wasn't exactly perfectly hidden.

[OOC: There are only two ships and five people. Cipher, Tekuma, Aina, Porsalynne and Charlene. Though he'd only be able to sense Aina and Charlene] Cipher waited patiently as the ship touched down, both Tekuma and Aina stepping out. "It's pronounced Konats Tekuma, and the inhabitants are called Konatsians." he correct Tekuma before turning to Aina, "And indeed, that's the capital city, Occarin." He turned to the city in the distance. "Whatever happened to oust Plato from power had to have happened there." He glanced back at the women, "We should proceed on foot. We're here to scout out the situation, not to draw attention to ourselves. If we can remain as inconspicuous as possible, that would be preferred."Charlene chuckled, "A little bit difficult, considering you've got four arms dad." Cipher gave his daughter a small smirk. "Oh?" He reached up to his two upper arms and there was a small 'click'. Both arms disconnected from his shoulders. The android turned to Porsalynne. "Could you store these somewhere dear?" The female android smiled and nodded, taking the arms and tucking them away. Now with only two arms, the pale android turned to his group. "Alright guys, let's move out!"Tekuma MayakonAinaFreid Nietzo

Tekuma was curiously sifting the soil through her mechanical fingers, blinking as the soil still felt the same to Earth yet the compounds that made it up were totally different. Her internal cybernetics got to work with deciphering the compounds as she kept her ears open to things happening around her as well as watching with her eyes. Soon enough, a power level of 25 came up on her internal scouter, informing her of someone spying on them.
Standing up, the cyborg turned her gaze towards the other redhead, a male by looks and seemingly wary of their presence. Cipher popped two of his arms off, to which Tekuma caught happening out of the corner of her eye. Out of curiosity, she'd proceeded to scan her friend's power level and stuttered in shock. G...God damn! He's so strong! Thought the girl, who shook her head before returning her gaze to Fried. "Might I ask who you are?"

A slight feeling of ki made her lift her head and look around. As she could of sworn she had felt someone close to her own strength out there. It made her a little wary as the wildlife on this planet while feeling similar still felt foreign to her. Her attention was called back when Cipher spoke about that she was correct in her assumption about the city. Listening to his train of thought was an enlightening thing and reminded her just why it was that she had rejoined the military and had joined the special forces as she did. “Sound strategy to approach on foot… Though I just have this feeling that someone had to of felt us coming in as I was not being all the conscious in keeping my strength suppressed til a few seconds ago. Also if we are trying to not draw attention to one another should we not try to see if we can find some form of cover as we do kind of stand out.”
She would watch him as Porsalynne removed her husbands extra arms. Waiting for this to be completed Aina would look at Tekuma and then trail her eyesight elsewhere. The flora and fauna she could see was making her smile widely. All of the new things she could ge to tell her mother about. As she looked around Tekuma caught her attention as she peered at a large boulder nearby.
Turning back to Cipher she would not pay attention as she looked forward toward the city as she was getting a little anxious to get this going as she had a feeling something was off as Lhinith was extending out her own senses and could not feel that many people yet she knew they had to exist as the size of the city.

So much for his ability to hide effectively... One of the new arrivals spotted him - and on a closer look, said person was... a cyborg? So these were other members of these cybernetic forces? Strange that they would land out here, then, but he was really in no position to question those ruling Konats. He wasn't strong enough to do so without getting himself blown up.Freid slowly rose up from behind the rocks he had been hiding behind and walked around them, coming into clear view for all of them. He could feel the hairs in the back of his neck stand up, but he still had a friendly smile on his face - RED had been relatively nice, after all...
"H-Hello there. I'm Freid Nietzo." He never thought he'd ever wish to go back to his village, but right now he'd prefer a lecture from them over this awkward situation. Still, he concentrated for a brief moment, activating his Mind Link and sent just what was happening to his home, causing his Ki to fluctuate slightly. Thankfully it wasn't an involved magic spell such as flight or lightning, so he didn't have to stop his suppression just yet - he'd rather keep his Ki hidden right about now.
"Sorry for this, I just... felt a strong power coming, and got curious. A lot of strong people are coming to Konats lately... And the last time that happened we lost our king. We've grown a bit weary about it."
Did that one android... or cyborg... or whatever he was... remove two of his arms with the help of another one?... Yeah, he'd stick to spaceship technology once this was over. At least with them, he knew what he was dealing with.

Cipher blinked as the Konatsian revealed themselves. How had he missed that? The boy must have kept his power level so low Cipher had overlooked it. The android silently berated himself for allowing his guard to drop so much. Thankfully, the konatsian wasn't a threat, nor did he intend to become one, introducing himself as Freid. He noticed his ki signature fluctuate lightly as he spoke, but he didn't seem to be preparing to attack them, so the android let it slide. It was what he said next that got the android's interest. Numerous strong individuals coming to Konats, one such incidient causing them to lose their king. The pale android stepped forward. "That's actually why we're here. Your king just recently turned up on Earth. We came here to see just what the situation was here on Konats.. You need not worry, we're not here to conquer or enslave you or anything of the sort." He gave the young konatsian a small bow. "I am Cipher 24 of the planet Earth," he gestured to Porsalynne and Charlene, "These are Porsalynne and Charlene, my fiance and daughter respectively," and then he gestured to Tekuma and Aina, "And these are Tekuma and Aina, my associates."Tekuma MayakonAinaFreid Nietzo

Tekuma was quiet as she never took her eyes off Fried, watching the Konatsian hybrid carefully. Her scouter detected a slight fluctuation in his ki, to which it caused her to briefly narrow the red glowing eye before relaxing it. She didn't want to make a bad impression of the behalf of the Blue Banner, and as such relaxed her body. "Greetings, Fried. As my associate has said, my name is Tekuma Mayakon. A strong ki, as far as I know the strongest person here would be Cipher."
The teenaged cyborg scratched her head, close to the horns protruding from it. The sharp horns would come to a point after curving along her head to the back, and her thin whiplike tail stirred the dirt behind her. Speaking to Fried once again, the girl offered a smile. "You seem to live here, no? If so, you have a nice planet, quite the interesting flora and biological structures of the molecular compounds found through scanning."

Aina’s eyes would notice the second the tuft of red hair appeared over the rocks a distance away from them. The other two where most certainly ok with things but her training made it hard for her to not instantly think of an ambush, The feeling of ki fluctuating right where the man was made her hand move to the knife just below her right breast and onto the hilt which she held for a few moments til the konotsian showed himself. As he did so her hand would slowly release the grip on the dagger and relax her hand. Her arm would fall down and to her side as she listened to the introduction from Cipher. Bowing her head toward Freid. “It is a pleasure. “Yes it most certainly is a pleasure.”
Lhinith made her presence known for the first time in front of Cipher as she slipped right in as Aina went for a slight bow to her introduction. The goddess would still be in control as she lifted her head and looked at the other two. “Perhaps we could inquire to the full story from Mr. Freid here. Try to find out who it is that showed and what became of them as we gather a way to sneak into the city…”
Sure her idea had some sound merit but she was obviously underneath her goddess’s control inside of the moment. Well that and the sharp color change inside of her eyes to a deep amethyst in color. Flipping her gaze back and forth examining the others making sure she was safe and underneath full control of her faculties in the moment.

All of his weariness was wiped away with one, single word from the male cybernetic that was possibly leading this group. Single words could hold power - and this word held more power over Freid than any other, even more than the ones his elders used, such as 'destiny' and 'fate'. They all couldn't even compare to that single word that connected him to the galaxy away from this dull planet known as Konats...
Earth.
Freid's expression changed from carefully friendly to absolutely delighted without warning. "You're from Earth?! That's where my father was from!" Almost shouting in excitement, Freid's bright eyes were focused onto the android with delight. "I've always wanted to actually visit that place... But, wait - king Plato showed up there? Last I heard, he got exiled from this planet for failing to stop a Saiyan invasion..." Freid's eyes shifted over to the female cyborg for a moment. So Cipher was the strongest of them? He didn't 'feel' strong, but he had yet to meet anyone with heavy cybernetic enhancements that felt like anything, really. Not even the woman that said it felt like anything - she had the same Ki aura as a rock - namely, none. Ki was the energy of life... So not sensing anything from someone he was talking to would probably always weird Freid out, even more so than people that were able to use Ki without converting it into mana.
"Well, its great to meet you all! And yeah, I'm a Konatsian, as you said. Dunno if our planet is all that great, never been to another one, but... I suppose we don't have much reason to complain, now that most of the Kashvar are gone. Well, if you want to know something, feel free to ask! I've been trying to keep an eye on Ocariin lately, what with the whole cybernetic revolution going on..."
With a bit of an uncomfortable smile, Freid scratched his chin. "No offense to you all, of course. I'd just rather keep all of my 'me' parts, or I might lose my magic."

[Thread PL: 20,906] [Medium Weights: ACTIVE] [Current PL: 10,453]
A small ginger haired android had been 'sleeping' in the middle of the Konatsian planet, the word meaning in this instance just exploring her own database to eradicate the remains of the programming still within her system pertaining to her original creators, Lab Cero. That, and also reliving some of the memories she had went through since her activation, as she did have a bloody great time since her activation. Her beginnings of meeting a crazy saiyan bitch, and then the nerd who she followed to meet the rest of the very weird people of SCAR, and instantly coming to this god forsaken planet afterward. Before she delved even deeper into her own memories, something odd soared into the orbit of the planet containing some power levels. Most of them were rather benign, but one was an extremely high level...
"THE FUCK!? A THREE MILLION!?" She shouted as she hopped to her feet, the woman pulling her cloak over her head and making sure she still had the stolen earring she took from Breech's personal stash. The earring being the power limiter in which cut her own power by half, but allowed her systems to increase in power at a much faster rate. At least that's what Rebecca Edolvein Dewitt thought, as she really does not know the ins and outs about Breech's own creations.
However, seeing as how some incredibly strong fucker came to Konats, she decided to see who it was and if it was worth telling the doctor about it, assuming that he doesn't already know about it because of the gigantic amount of power that can be scanned from such a distance away. Slamming her heels together, the boosters in her feet activated as she took off into the air, flying towards where the ship would eventually land.
She was nearing the city and actually made touch down in the area around where the newcomers to the planet were, arriving at the point where the strong one introduced himself as Cipher 24, and his betrothed and offspring, whom RED wasn't able get a stable read on their Power levels. Next was the weakest one, who introduced herself as Tekuma, and, from the numbers that the little red riding droid got, she would be able to handle her. Then the woman who was the second strongest, or more apt to say fourth weakest, was someone whom had not introduced herself, but the numbers would say that her and RED were theoretically on the same level.
And Freid was here, funny as he was supposed to go back to his original village, but it mattered not to RED as she was kind of happy that someone she could relatively call a buddy was here. And then he said something about the Cybernetic Revolution, which made a pang in Rebecca's synthetic heart as she knew that the Konatsians were blowing it out of proportion. Yes, Breech and the rest of em condone murder and all, but she actually believed that Breech wasn't forcing the cybernetics on those who were not willing to have them applied to them. And the only exceptions would be those who are disruptive to the way of life here!
Now finding this as good of a time as any, she walked around the corner with a smile on her face, running up to Freid and hugging him around the shoulder, saying, "Hey Freito, how you doing my boy!? And I don't take offense to that at all, but you know that the only ones getting technological enhancements are the ones who actually volunteer and want them. Well, aside from a couple of those rebels who attacked during the speech, as the ol' bucket head wants to make sure any enhancements are safe for you all. I sure as hell ain't forcing em on you!"
And then she released him from her grasp, turning to face Cipher and the rest of the group as her lingering sub-routine of introductions occurred. She did a very light curtsy as she said, "Hello, the name's Re- GOD DAMNIT!" Her eyes lit up as she stomped her foot on the ground, cracking the ground slightly as she was now pissed that the sub-routine activated. She muttered a couple of curses under her breath before taking a deep breath, not really needing the air but using that kind of motion as a way to calm herself down.
Now under control of herself, she put her two fingers together and put them against her forehead, before swinging them in a singular hello motion as she says in the way that she wanted to introduce herself in the first place, "The name's Rebecca Edolvein Dewitt. Ya'll can call me RED for short... Or Rebecca... Or Dewitt. I don't really give a shit. And I have to apologize slightly, I just get pissed off when the lingering remains of my programming try to take over my actions fucking scientists. I don't know who you all are, except from the names of all but one of you as I was eavesdroppin' a bit. So what you fools doin' here on Konats?"
She really did not care how they saw her, but she was definitely not here to start trouble or anything. She was just curious as all fuck as to whom all of these people are, especially the very pale android whom owned the astronomical power level.

Cipher blinked as the Konatsian named Freid mentioned a Saiyan Invasion. So Plato had been exiled when they turned up? That would explain it then. He suppressed a low growl. Trust the Saiyan Empire to cause problems, even when they weren't directly attacking Earth. Strange though. He didn't sense any really high power levels here. If the Saiyans were here, then their higher ups weren't on the planet. Of course, if the Saiyans did occupy this world, then there was nothing Cipher could do. Not without starting another war with Vegeta. But then the Konatsian said something unusual. Cybernetic Revolution? That didn't sound like something the Saiyans would do. Sure, they used cybernetic prosthetics, but that was it. Before he could question it though, a strange android introducing herself as RED (among other things) turned up, speaking about cybernetic enhancements to the willing and to rebels. It was then Cipher had to speak up. "Ok, first off, I'm Cipher 24, this is my fiancé Porsalynne, our daughter Charlene, Tekuma and Aina. Second, I don't appreciate being called a 'fool'. We came here because your former king turned up to wreck havoc on our planet, and when I was last here, he was just being crowned. So I wanted to make sure this planet wasn't ripping itself apart." He then looked back and forth between Freid and RED. "Now you have some things to explain to me. First, what happened to the Saiyans who invaded this planet and drove off your king? Two, what is this 'cybernetic revolution' you mentioned? And three, what is this I hear about rebels?"He hadn't expected so much information so quickly, but he just needed it explained properly to him. Tekuma MayakonAinaFreid NietzoRebecca E. Dewitt

Tekuma listened to everything that was going on, her brain not having enough time to process everything and leaving her simply staring into space as her mind tried to wrap itself around everything that'd been said. Slowly understanding piece by piece, the appearance of the redheaded android caused the blue banner redhead to wave. "Hi! didn't know androids had accents; what do you know! You a natural redhead?"
Of course, the teenaged cyborg was getting distracted from the mission. Sure, she was a member but her curiosity was quite powerful. "I don't like being called a fool either, unless you were just messing around in which case I have no problem with it." Scratching her head, the cyborg had a blue star on her mechanical arm's shoulder, a mechanical leg, and oddly enough two horns curling towards the back of her head and a long, thin tail.
