(Thread PL = 6033) Current environmental event: Full moon) (Takes place directly after the events of "We're going to have a Skele-ton of fun!") #921 walked into West City, it was midmorning, and there were many people bustling around. He had come for one reason, and one reason only. He was looking for a mechanic, someone who could help him improve on his mechanical parts. He needed upgrades, something to help him get an edge, both in intelligence and combat. He had hoped to find someone in this large city, but he couldn't find one that would do what he needed. Walking into a market, he decided to look around there for someone who could help him, hoping that at least one person would know a mechanic. Tekuma Mayakon |

Tekuma was sitting on a roof of a nearby building, the android gently petting the plumage of a brilliant golden bird. The city bustled below, the android's cybernetic eye ever watchful as her ki sense spread to the area below. So far there were no kis disrupting the flow of very low level ones, none bigger than five. Another android, specifically a cyborg by the looks of it, made her curious as to who he was.
She'd gently hop down and hover close by, moving to scan him with her cyber eye. Nothing came up; which aroused her curiosity and her desire to investigate further. Her own ki was muffled, and the hybrid's voice sounded behind him. "Hello, Is there something you're looking for perhaps?" There was no menace, only a pleasant and friendly curiosity in the tone of the feminine cyborg. Her ki was indectable without a scouter because of her robotics; but was weighted down by her wristbands.

The cyborg began walking towards a shop, when he heard a voice behind him, asking if there was something he was looking for. He turned around and saw a female and by the looks of it another cyborg. His mechanical eye immediately took affect, measuring her at a 2008 battle power, surprising given the average around the city.
"Oh, yes, I suppose I am. I was looking for some sort of mechanic or engineer, I was looking for some upgrades to my inorganic parts."

Tekuma blinked, listening to the other cyborg curiously. He seemed to be scanning her, to which her systems immediately blocked any access to information other than her battle power. What he would scan wouldn't even be her true potential, and as such she couldn't help but grin slightly. Sure, she couldn't sense HIS ki because of his android nature as well, but she was damn smart when it came to tactics.
He spoke of looking for a mechanic, to which she mused and put her hand to her chin. Her white, whiplike tail twitched behind her as she thought, trying to come up with an answer for him. Mechanic.. Android mechanic.. "Uhm... I don't think there's any android technicians nearby, all these humans work on are their flimsy systems and fancy toys. I'm with the Blue Banner, that's where any of my upgrade come from."

"Oh... there's no mechanic here? I suppose I must get upgrades elsewhere then." 921 said, disappointed. Upon hearing the rest of what the woman said, he began to speak again. "The..... Blue Banner? I do not know of this place you speak of." 921 says, confused. Perhaps this place would be able to give him upgrades?

Tekuma blinked; how could this cyborg not know of the blue banner?! Tapping her shoulder, specifically her blue banner army logo on the side of her right shoulder, she'd begin to speak while her tone was still friendly. "The Blue Banner is the Earth's protective force. We develop most of the technology that you see today." She wasn't trying to give away too much information, while still giving him the rundown.

"They protect the Earth? But... what else is there?" 921 said, puzzled. Perhaps they protected from spirits or demons? He did not think these existed for certain, but it was definitely possible, perhaps even probable. There were... unexplainable things he saw in forests, as well as during his encounters with other people.
"And they develop most of the technology? Interesting. Do you think they would be willing to help me?"

"There is a lot of nasty things out there, believe me. Indeed we do, but I don't think you'd be allowed in HQ unless you're a member." Tekuma scratched her head, musing slightly before coming up with an answer. "Hey, would you be interested in joining us?" She asked, one uncovered, organic green eye looking at 921 with a sort of innocence. Despite her death and becoming a cyborg, there was still an aura of innocence around the teenager..

However, I would like to further learn about the policies of this organisation, for there are many with good intentions, yet unfavourable methods." 921 said, intrigued. Tekuma looked at 921, his interest made her ears twitch slightly with excitement. Her eye lit up and her thin, whiplike tail swayed behind her. "Well, We are comprimised of many volunteers. I was in high school before I got kicked out due to my appearance, the leader ViPoi took me in after this man killed my parents. Shortly after he took me in, I was trying to stop someone murdering another person, and consider me caught in the crossfire."
She'd flex her metallic limbs, before sighing. With a raised hand, she brushed away her bangs to reveal a glowing red eye. "I lost my eye and some limbs, my heart was punctured. I'm alive thanks to them, I could have been tossed out but they.." She grinned softly. "ViPoi and the Banner are generous, kind people who have the intentions of the people at heart. As do I." Her hand fell back down to her side, bangs shielding her eye once more. "Plus this metallic eye has quite a few perks, heh."

"Interesting.... so it is a volunteer organisation, focused on protecting Earth from spirits wishing to harm it, and yet they manage to be sympathetic to lesser members? This... almost sounds too good to be true, I will have to see. Would you be willing to take me to see the facilities of this organisation?" 921 said. This was certainly something he would be most willing to aid.

Tekuma blinked, her ears picking up on the other cyborg's tone. He asked to see the organization's headquarters, to which she mused. She could get in a lot of trouble for doing so, but if he decided to join it'd be a valuable asset. "I can't take you inside the building itself, but I can take you to it. Can you fly?" She asked, keeping eye contact with 921.

"Yes, that would be excellent, it would be great to inspect the building from outside. But, my apologies, but no, I had actually been hoping to gain an anti-gravity machine to allow for flight when I upgraded." The cyborg said. This did seem like a drawback, that he could not truly inspect how the Blue Banner operated, but it was a start.

"Alright, follow me. Stay close as nobody besides BBA officials are allowed within a foot of the parameters unless they have an escort." With that, the hybrid cyborg would fly slowly into the air, making sure 921 followed before landing just inside the zone. Flashing her shoulder at the guard, the guard acknowledged her right to be there and left the two alone. "Here it is."

921 followed on foot, detecting her with his scouter in order to keep track. He quickly ran to keep up and saw her landing into a zone. He followed her in, seeing her flash a symbol on her shoulder to get in. He looked towards her, as she told him that this was the building. It was tall and looked similar to an office building.
"So, this is it then?"
