Koldar Frost Thread PL: 13,534 Polara was sitting in her ship and musing quietly over the events of the day; space travel had been rather boring for most of the eight hours she was soaring through the empty blackness. Worn and bored, there was something the black and white Arcosian was thinking of what to do; her computer had the data of Arcosian Empire members that had last been seen before the disappearance of life from Arcose. There was one in particular that had interested her; as she looked through recent brodcast signals one from a private communication headline popped up, revealing another Arcosian named Koldar. Attempting to tap into the signal further; the woman got the name of the connection, which the blue bio-gem female, thanks to military experience, proceeded to attempt to get into the connection; and reach this Koldar. It seemed they both had a similar purpose in life, to reunite the Arcosian Empire. If so, she needed to get ahold of this being. If the tap in worked; her voice would sound on a chat should he be on his ship at the time, or his scouter would beep should he be wearing it. " Koldar. I was looking for you; I got your message a fair bit ago, and I wanted to meet you in person. My name is Polara Thermia; General of the Arcosian Empire Military. My ship is atop a mountain in the Frozen North, near Yunzabit's southern edge. I look forward to meeting you in person should you choose to accept my offer."

"Sir! Report coming in!" The Captain was minding his business, sitting in the room and contemplating his next actions. With the appearance of two saiyans, one being a lowly soldier, his ship had been on orange alert! Danger was afoot on the Earth, but he didn't know where it was. So, he'd been trying to think and map out possible strike zones that the SSE would use, were they on the ground already. When the soldier came in, looking like a sweaty drug addict, the Captain was quick to react! "Have we discovered the enemy, soldier," Koldar replied anxiously, getting ready to leap from his chair and out the door! The soldier shook his head no. Something else had been on the planet? What could've been- "We just recently received a signal from an old ally from the Arcosian fleet, requesting your appearance! Claiming to be of the rank, General!" The news thrilled Koldar, as he brought both hands together and a wide grin on his face! A General of the Arcosian fleet did live! He asked gleefully, "Which general? General Froza, of the Shock Force? Arcta, the 'Blood Gleciar,' of the AE's outer defense fleet? It would be a great honor and privilege to be working with him!"The soldier seemed troubled. None of the names were agreed upon. Koldar's grin decreased to twitching smile as he asked, "Well, who is it?""General Polara Thermia... Sir..." The name dropped was familiar to Koldar, but a bit foggy to the memory. He looked down for a moment, tapping his bottom lip with a finger, as he questioned, "Thermia... Thermia... Who was that General? Therm-"It finally hit him. Polara Thermia... Wife of Sleete. One of the Arcosian Knights! The pain in Koldar's ass's wife? He pinched the bridge of his nose, as he uttered, "Thermia... The recently promoted 'General.' She was formerly of the- Damn it, I was hoping we had some heavy firepower coming to Earth!"He brought both hands out, raising them with a breath and lowering with the release. "No, no, this is fine. A person with her reputation could be useful around these parts. She might even be more helpful, knowing one of her children are still alive here on the planet," Koldar thought out loud, while his soldier remained staring and waiting for his orders. The captain looked to him and told him, "Good work, soldier. Tell me where the transmission came from before to your post, and don't spread word of this yet. I need to meet her first and find out what she's thinking. Her frustrating husband may have sent her here, for all I know, and he could be playing some 'power game.'""Yes sir! It came from the Northwestern subcontinent. It seemed she's responding to a signal you sent her. "Message? I didn't send her a message... Unless it was that recording we broadcasted about a month and a half ago," Koldar replied, as he made his way to his weighted 'official robes.' He rose his hand and flicked it back, to tell the soldier he could go. The captain quickly adorned his weighted robe, and then his armor. It had been a little while since he last wore this thing. It was still heavier than a ton of bricks, but if it was indeed Thermia, he wouldn't want to approach without at least looking proper! Koldar quickly made his way from the ship and sped off to the Yunzabit Heights. He crossed the frigid waters in less than a minute, and quickly found himself getting a ping of someone's power level at 13.5 thousand, roughly! The captain approached the area it was nearest, a tundra near a forest. It quickly shot upwards, having the Captain halt. "Odd... She hasn't landed yet? Why is that? Is she expecting some sort of grand entrance?"The captain crossed his arms behind him, remaining afloat and staring upwards. He wasn't about to go flying into the upper atmosphere, just to go pick her up! However, he did choose to fiddle with his scouter, to set it for a radio signal to reach out. It took him a few minutes, but eventually, the scouter was transmitting its location to the ship orbit. It was probably going to be a bit. ( Polara Thermia , your go!) Polara was rather silent as she awaited Koldar, looking at her fingernails with a soft sigh. She wore nothing but her own 'clothing' consisting of her natural look. She wore no extra armor; believing that to be a little annoying to wear. Not only were those clunky things heavy as all hell; they restricted movement which annoyed the hell out of her. A semi large ki began to approach, getting her attention as it halted. Her ship beeped softly with information, it seemed Koldar was brodcasting his location to her. The woman stretched lightly, walking down the hall and opening the hatch, sliding out into the chill of Yunzabit.
Flying to lower altitude, she noticed the Arcosian not too far away and flew over to the male. "Greetings, Koldar. I apologize for the signal tapping; I had no other way to reach you." The female's cyan eyes were guarded carefully, along with her crossed arms. "So. Shall we discusss matters on my ship? I have parked at a higher altitude for safety reasons and confidentiality. If you have no objection; please come with me." Her voice was businesslike, emotions carefully guarded as she slowly began hovering up to her ship should he choose to follow.
Punching the code into the ship to open the hatch; she typed it too fast to memorize with a single clawed finger. The hatch opened; the ship a deep navy blue, almost the shade of her ki energy itself. The ship would look fairly nice on the inside, a long hallway revealed a small conference room to which she gestured for Koldar to enter. If he did, she'd follow him inside and shut the door before taking a seat at the head of the table. "So it seems you and I both have a similar purpose, to reunite the Arcosian Empire. I was sent here by Lord Abzerute to recruit members to the empire, and find existing members. Tell me, how has your efforts yielded fruit?"

The scouter detected the person approaching, allowing Koldar to halt the signal ping. Damn thing was causing his ears to buzz, too. Eventually, the person came into view. At that point, it was unquestionable that it was Polara, Sleete's wife. Koldar immediately brought both hands up, balled them into fists and pressed the palms against each other as he straightened his posture like a pencil and bowed. She greeted him, as did he. "Better to have another proper Arcosian soldier in the midst, Polara."He returned to having his arms behind his back and being slightly hunched over. She requested that they talked aboard her ship, for safety reasons. "Unless you've sent that message globally, I don't see why we-"She quickly started rising up to the ship. Koldar rolled his eyes, and muttered quietly, "Soddin' hell... Ok."He soon followed up, arriving just as she started the pin. He made his way in after she first entered, observing both her and the ship. "Why'd she only come in this small ship," Koldar thought, "Is she here as an envoy for someone?"They reached a small conference room, and went in after she gestured for him to go in. That he did, and she soon followed after, closing the door behind them. The room just barely qualified to be a conference room! He sat on the opposite end of the metallic table, and crossed his legs. His fingers interlocked with each other, as she quickly got to business. She was sent to here by Abzerute, the Arcosian Koldar met on the Aoi Brenchia, and was asking how recruiting new members was going. Koldar scoffed, as he told her, "Not well, despite having acquired an alliance with the Blue Banner Army's Vi-Poi, who had just months ago became leader of the planet. The people on this planet seem to only focus on their own goals and becoming power hungry dogs. Even finding a working partnership with other Arcosians who came to this planet don't seem to care about the empire... Including that son of yours, Defrosch..."He paused for a moment, sinking back into the chair and staring hard into Polara's cyan orbs. It was clear he wasn't amused at it. "Your boy, when we were talking, looked about ready to rip my damn throat out, and if I said one wrong thing in the encounter, he could've easily done it. He's gotten amazingly powerful, be glad about that... However, last I recalled, the boy was kidnapped. Your jackass of a husband's story, not mine."( Polara Thermia, your go!) (Current PL: 30,880.5)

"Power hungry dogs. Well I would expect that from a planet with citizens that are too cocky for their own good. Ah.. Very good news you have the alliegiance of Virtual Poi.. I have data on existing members of the Empire; I hooked my ship up to the military database before departure with permission from Abzerute. Nobody can contact my ship without hacking my private connection or get its location. The ship has a camoflauge program at which even if I was gone, nobody could get in my ship without my passcode or without the ability to detect special fields around an object. As for Defrosch..." Polara gave a quiet sigh, shaking her head.
"He never cared about the Empire. My husband, Sleete, as you likely know who he is, happened to attempt to force him against his will into the military. He's not one to cause trouble or get into trouble; yet Sleete attacked him one night as Defrosch went exploring. I tried to stop the pod my son left in but he was not kidnapped, no. My idiot of a husband drove my son away; and I'd lost him for years after that. I could not go search until the fall of Arcose for my sons; I have lost Northanius and Hayll as well. I want to bring those monkeys to their knees for what they did to my family." Her tone near the end was.. aggressive. And not without good reason; seeing as she was extremely protective of her children and to know the Saiyans destroyed her family made her angry.

"I wouldn't say it is because of them being too cocky, Polara," the captain retorted, raising his pointer finger up, "They are very much aware of the powers at play... They just did give a rat's ass about it. It is as though they are wrapped in someone's finger and only choose to react when they move it. It is not much different than Arcose, but only that their way of ruling is a mixture of who can secure both political and physical power, through money and hired manpower. Our empire is too focused with the political... Hopefully a figment of the past."Polaris then explained that her husband was the the real reason Defrosch had fled to Earth. Koldar partly for the idea from the boy, but physically attacking him? A thousands slurs formulated in Koldar's head, about Sleete being related to the numbskull hicks from the Akai Brenchia's moon that believed putting antimatter into water and drinking before it explodes was the idea of a good time! However, he didn't say any of it. She was torn up with her own family being lost and wasn't able to even search until after homeworld was destroyed! Koldar sympathetically replied, "They are Arcosian, Polara. They can survive the harshness of this, but that is for another time to talk. What has Abzerute accomplished so far? Last I saw him, he was training with the former leader of the Galactic Patrolmen, Beryl Roarke. He's been aiming for the throne, correct?"( Polara Thermia, your turn!)

Polara shakes her head and sighs, still very torn up about the loss of her kids. Sleete had said much about Koldar in all honesty; she just was getting her memories jogged by his presence of what her husband said. "Sleete almost killed Defrosch.. just like my own father almost killed me. My brother halted the issue before it started, but I haven't seen him for over 80 years; I hope to see him again.. But yes. Now is not that time for that topic. Abzerute has accomplished securing the throne, and I traveled to the current base of the empire; planet Yardrat. Quite an odd population to say the least, but it is sufficient for now until we find some way to revive Arcose and remove the damn tree. I'll decapitate the queen myself if it means getting Arcose back."
The black and white Arcosian looked up to meet Koldar's eyes with her own, giving a quiet smirk. "You know, Sleete said you were a complete asshat to work with. I beg to differ on that part; at least for now anyway." She gave a quiet chuckle, the woman shaking her head before locking her fingers together. "As I said previously; you are here to recruit members into the empire. I am as well, so I'll cut to the chase. We should merge into a single operation; my operation has official backup from Lord Abzerute, as I am sure yours does as well. My ship has all the recent up to date data on the empire, do you need to see any of it at this time?"

"Feh! That's what he believes, but he has been even more so than I," Koldar laughed!
She got straight to the point. She wanted to merge operations, with herself being backed by the official King. She seemed under the impression that Abzerute had been backing his operation here, as well! A thought she was soon to be made cleared.
Koldar leaned forward, looking at the table first and stating, "Information on what you and the Empire have will be helpful. I'll be needing a data chip to bring back to my cruiser... As for being backed by Abzerute?"
He looked back up, telling her, "I have been acting on my own, with the support of my men to keep me working. In the process of this, I have come to a thought about how the Empire has been running."
He tapped splayed fingers on the table, telling her, "Throughout our many years of service to the Arcosian Empire, we have been losing more and more ground to the Solar Saiyan Empire, who chooses to break laws against life itself, simply because we are so wrapped up in the aristocratic lunacy of our culture... It is about time we change the way we lead our people, and all those under the protection of the Empire into a United federation. We cannot continue to be a monarchy based empire, as was shown with Wyntre's downfall and the destruction of our homeworld! We cannot have the powers be seated on one or two people... We also do not have much time to discuss this matter, for the SSE has been making it's move on Earth."

Polara rested her chin on her locked fingers, musing as Koldar proceeded to speak of the lone job he was doing. She listened and let him speak, keeping her gaze on the male without wavering. Koldar's ideas seemed faintly ludicrous to her; she had been raised in a royal government and to change it was something rather major. "I must ask how you propose to do this, to change the government. In order to change it you would have to contest Abzerute, who is far stronger than you at the moment. He would sadly wipe the floor with you; something I would not wish to see."
The Arcosian female immediately pressed her fingers tightly together as she returned to speaking. "I never trusted those pieces of trash; figures they might have made their move by now. Wasn't their defeat previously enough? They can't stop themselves, and we need to work together to bring them down. You seem rather clever, we need to figure out a working system where we both can do our parts in turn. I came alone; as a crew would merely make my presence further known and also drag me down as I went about my duty."

She wanted to know how, but as Koldar just stated, they didn't have the time to discuss it. Polara was vehement about getting revenge against them, a mindset Koldar had himself. He explained to her, "The plan for a new Federation based Empire will come at a later point. Right now, there is a woman, who claims to be the very sister of the Queen herself that I personally captured only just a few days ago. She will break at one point, and when she does, the information will be sent to you to take back to Abzerute... In addition to changing how the governing of our empire will work."
The captain leaned back once more, explaining, "From what I have gathered so far, the saiyans appear to be skipping small numbers of soldiers in stealthily, and seem to be operating under a similar premise to what I saw back at the Ali Brenchia. It seems they are focused on tackling high powered targets, and turning them into entities that bend to their will. One of the soldiers I have aboard a the Frostar had been victim to such methods. He goes by the name of 9 now, due to some his memories having been wiped in the androidfication. From what my prisoner had spouted when we met, one of this planet's defenders became victim to a similar act. Right now, though, it is only speculation and requires further investigation..."

Polara gave a quiet grunt of disapproval; her militaristic side was showing. From not only trashing the empire, the saiyans had taken her sons as well. She listened intently to the other commander, lips tightened in thought as she gave a small sigh. "Scheming filth. What could you expect from the universe's trash heap? A sister of the queen.. she has a sister... hmmm..." The general's chin remained on her intertwined, scaly fingers as she looked at the table, musing quietly. "We need to get every bit of information out of her. I want to know all about the queen because I will take her down for destroying my family. I will do it with my bare hands."
As to the regards of further investigation, she nodded sternly. "You have permission to use every method at your disposal to get as much information out of her as possible, but leave her alive. Once you gather enough information and my business is through here, I will return to Yardrat. As for now, come with me. I must give you my communication channel code and passcode; along with a duplicate data chip containing everything you need." The female got up, promptly walking out the door after opening it and down the hall; into a beeping machine filled, dark room with glowing screens and keyboards. Her fingers worked skillfully over the keys, going from machine to machine until a chip popped out into her hand.
The female would walk to Koldar, opening her hand to give him the chip. "Do not lose this chip. You need a special code to access the information, and remember the code I am about to tell you. Five, Four, A, One, One, Three, Four, B, Eight, Z, One. The chip will also allow you access to my communications channel should you need to reach me outside of our current conversation. Continue your investigations soldier, you have permission to do so from myself." Her voice was crisp, military training making the scaled female quite different in comparison to her husband.

She seemed to have been missing the difference between the two of them. She seemed to believe she was in charge here, just because she was sent by Abzerute to this planet, to gather intel from Koldar. Clearly, his thought on her being brought here as an envoy was true, though she was representing that man, instead of her husband. He was going to wait, though, go on her spiel about what he was already intending to do. Polara led him to the internal hub of the ship, where the information was gathered and kept safe during transport. The 'General' keyed away at a board and produced a microchip containing the details of what has happened in Arcosian space. The older soldier made note that there was a specific code needed to access it. 54A1134B8Z1. It was going to enable him direct contact to her as well, should he need to contact her. She was keen on providing a well trained front. The captain plucked it from her hand and slid the chip into a slot in his scouter, a safety compartment for such devices, nodding as he did. "Good, good... I will keep track of this and tell you what I know. For now, I would advise you take base up somewhere else on the planet," Koldar explained, stepping out of the room calmly. He brought up his hand, his pointer finger raised, as he uttered, "Ah, one more thing, Polara... Just because you are of the rank 'General,' does not mean you have permission to spout orders to me. There is a reason why I have maintained possession of the royal cruiser, the Frostar, for a reason..."Koldar turned back, hand going back down behind him, to look at Polara, "While you and Sleete became Knights, guarding the Palace and royal family, I have had much more experience than you on the frontlines. Rank must be backed up by intelligence and the strength to back it up. That, I have... And for your information, the scouter is undoubtedly off by half my strength. These official robes are designed to keep me training by drastically weighing me down... You'll get your information, but while you're on Earth and working with me, you operate under my rules, and the rules of the Blue Banner Army! Is that understood, 'General' Thermia?"( Polara Thermia, your go!)

Polara gave a soft nod; listening to the other general. As he finished, the female spoke in reply. " I will take that advice to mind, Koldar. Apologies for being rather bossy, I am used to talking to subordinates." The female gave a soft bow before standing again; speaking once more. " I respect your hidden power, I will abide by these rules. I have no intention of causing harm to any of these citizens or provoking you or Virtual Poi. Apologies once more, and is there anything else you need to access before we part ways? I do not have a scouter; rather I choose to use ki sense to discover my opponents. I dislike relying too much on Saiyan technology, as you cannot trust them as far as you can throw them." The female watched Koldar with an even gaze, as she believed them to be on equal level. Her bossiness was somewhat unprecedented in normal situations; however she was rather on edge with the idea of the Saiyans sneaking into the Earth in a below-radar manner. The situation was not just tense, it was dangerous. And this was something she understood, easily able to tell that her fellow comrade was on edge as well. It made her a bit more on edge as she hid her edginess quite well under the poker face persona taken up by her training. Defrosch Your invite starts here!)

[ Thread PL: 78,483]
Meanwhile, outside of the ship, there was Defrosch. What was he doing? Well, to the untrained eye it would seem like nothing but in truth he was doing some intense meditating in the upper atmosphere of the Earth. The whole not needing to breathe and having the ability to survive space was really some top notch stuff. Really convenient in this case as well, since Defrosch wanted to get some extra peace and quiet from the norm that he is now used to because he spends most of his time on the Timeless Lookout. However, in a bizarre turn of events, the peace Defrosch currently enjoyed was not long for this world. In his trance, he only extended his ki-based awareness about ten or so feet outwards from himself (because who the hell hangs out in orbit of a planet anyway?), so he wouldn't notice much... That was until he bumped the side of a ship parked in orbit, which caused him to snort awake! "Hwhuh?" Blinking somewhat groggily he straightened out to see just what he had bumped into. '...Who the heck parks their ship up here?' Defrosch shook his head and rolled his eyes, enabling his ki sense to work as it normally should, at which point he would recognize not one, but two familiar signatures. One was Koldar 'Oh. Great.' The other was his Mother Polara Thermia. 'On second thought, actually not that bad... Hrmm.' Pondering his options for a moment, he figured they would both somehow sense him outside the ship anyway so he decided to just go and knock on the front door. Polara Thermia yo, in the future remember to not give people a very specific entrance, just invite them; they should take care of the rest. I'd appreciate it if you'd edit your post to reflect this.

"I would rather have that understood now before we conduct any further business," Koldar replied to her comment, "And try to remember this, too: Much of their technology is what the ancient Planet Trade Organization supplied. This includes the scouters that we still use today."History of Arcosian military and the history of the PTO was something he had studied for quite some time, when he was younger. It would keep getting brought back up in his classes that it was reflex to correct the history, the moment someone gave the wrong answer. Meanwhile, he'd been cursing his luck, thinking, "She can sense energy as well? Why the hell is this-"A strange thunk on the ship stopped the Captain's thoughts. In addition, his scouter had immediately been detecting a staggering 78,483 power level! Koldar's eyes widened, as he looked back at Polara and questioned anxiously, "Polara, what sort of signal did you use to contact the ship?!"Whoever this was, they were stronger than the both of them in their base forms! He rushed towards the hatch, waiting on the other Arcosian to open it up, as it had been padlocked to her code. This had the potential of being a nasty situation for the two of them. Some of the people on Earth had the power to restrain their strength naturally, so if this had been someone who could do that..! ( Polara Thermia, your go!)
