Koldar looked around, making sure the store was more or less abandoned at this point, since Swees emptied the store's stock. He wanted to make sure this information didn't get leaked out and cause a panic so soon. Didn't seem like it, and Koldar's contractor for the ship still had yet to meet up with him. He even turned on his scouter, just to detect higher power levels, in case there were any strange operatives afoot.
He didn't see anything, and the scouter didn't pick up anything more than the civilians around them. He looked to Swees, and told him, "There's been an exchange of rumors between my forces and the BBA about there being monstrously strong Saiyans travelling the surface of this world. These adversaries have been reported to be far stronger than Wyntre was, in her prime. Seeing how strong the Premier of Earth, Vi-Poi, a human-based android, has people around the Queen's strength working with him, not just myself and my people. This is the effort I've been putting into establishing an agreement and system to help the Arcosian Empire get a foothold once more... If you decide to investigate these rumors, my mission to you is gather intel, and as stealthily as possible, should the rumors be true, sabotage and report back to me. This mission involves you getting a total of 6000 total, from me, with 1,500 upfront. You'll need to get your scouter outfitted with a few recording tuners, so that we can ascertain this is true, should you do this mission."
Koldar would let Swees get an understanding of this information, before he'd speak once more with the 2nd mission in mind.
"The 2nd mission involves coming in and personally training 2 specific recruits. They're Kazar Winters, a half-breed of saiyan and human genes, and a human named Sangu, a man with red hair. Both are, at the moment, more substantial than yourself in power, but I know how you can adapt to people that're stronger than yourself. So, the mission there would be to get these guys to understand how to work with military orders, in particular with Kazar... To put it to you this way, do you remember how you were, before I put you through the ropes back before you became a mercenary?"
He paused, to hear Swees recall himself how he was, when he himself was a trainee. When he'd explained it, Koldar would simply reply, "The boy's x10 worse... Reward for this mission would be 6000 as well, with 1500 up front. Should you take this up, there's a little sub-requirement I've got for you: Get that power of yours up from 20,000 to at least, I wanna say... 70,000. Kazar and Sangu both have this ability to tap into large reserves of strength to triple or quadruple their strength. Both are tough, but you can handle it, so long as you apply effort, Sweesy..."
