[Heavy weight on]
[Base pl: 116,938… divided by 4 by weights]
The sun was up high in the sky in this warm day in the southern island, the warmth of the star was bathing Earth into its energy and life, which was absorbed and used by every living thing in this world to grow and keep living. One of those beings however, was a bit needier of this energy. The Arcosians known as Core, an artificial Arcosian created from the power of a star named the Stold star, was taking a sun bathe in this day where he was brighter than usual, which would please the changeling child as the solar energy was something he was needing more than other living being, and also something he liked to store in his body, after all, everyone could enjoy some reserves of pure energy in many ways.
Core was lying down on a beach, his katana, a curved eastern sword made of pure titanium that was melted and cooled down in really special water that was filled with ki-energy, making it super sensitive to the ki of its wielder, though in its sheath, it looked like any normal sword with a nice hilt. The Arcosian was looking up in the sky a couple of times before closing his eyes again, his bio-gems on his body would all glow lightly from all the energy he was storing up, making them brightly shine like rubies. His tail was comfortably sliding on the side, truly, he was in the most comfortable position he could be alone, though it was barely comparable to an embrace from his adoptive mother Phae.
The reason why Core was here was simple, he was training like crazy recently, his power level was rising to heights he’d never imagine before, and now, he wanted to take a break, gain back his energy before doing another burst of training, after all, there was no way the saiyans would get here that fast, they had to recover from their battle on Kanassa and then prepare for Earth’s invasion, if they were to invade Earth in the end, which was something Core was convinced of anyway, there was no doubt to him that the saiyan solar empire would attack again to ‘fix’ the lost they had when they first attacked, there was no doubt to have about that, the saiyans weren’t going to let a defeat taint their perfect victory line.
For a moment, Core would open his eyes back and look around, he felt like someone was watching him, or something, but he didn’t knew what at all. The Arcosian would look around, yet he couldn’t find someone in the surrounding, even his ki-sensing ability wasn’t able to locate anything or anyone. ‘’ Uh… I must be getting crazy…’’ The young Arcosian would simply tell himself before closing his eyes back and relaxing on the hot sand of the beach. There was a group of people he could see further away on the beach, a group of rich teen who payed millions of dollars just to be alone on a beach, which Core couldn’t really understand, but it was probably a human thing.

[Thread Pl: 5700] [Heavy Weights: ON] [Current Pl: 1425]
Flying around, looking for any answers he could plausibly see, Sei had found himself traveling to the warmest places of Earth at this point, the Southern Islands. Here, the sun shone brightly down on its occupants, and although could feel quite nice to some, it was terribly unforgiving to others. The issue known as 'sunburn' was a problem for humans, but it could also be bad for androids as well. Due to the excessive heat, Sei was forced to use his internal fans, which wasn't necessarily a bad thing, but it was certainly something that he'd prefer to be off. Despite his lack of feeling, the android still had preferences about these kinds of things. He was trying to be as sentient as possible, after all.
As he flew through the air of the southern islands, Sei's scanner picked up a power lever unlike anything he had seen before. It was faint, but the number was reading at about 20,000 which was still above what he could do even at his best. Interested to see who it belonged to, the android changed his original flight path to maneuver down towards where the signal was coming from. Whoever it was, they were on one of the myriad of beaches of the islands. Adjusting the path slightly, Sei had it so that he would land behind some rocks that were closer to the city than the ocean. His legs would land in the sand leaving a slight depression as he turned his head to look around the rock. Now that he was closer, his scanner had a more accurate reading at about 30,000.
"Truly interesting. According to my scanner, it would appear that an Arcosian is laying down on the beach on planet Earth. I wonder what it's doing around here? This merits more investigation..."
Sei had not a single prejudice on any creature living or not in the world, he was only interested because at 30,000 and to be in the form it appeared to be in, there was certainly more even beneath that. Arcosian's were known to have transformations that made them even stronger, effectively pushing their power levels several levels beyond what they would appear to be capable of. This 30,000 was nothing compared to it's true potential, and that fascinated Sei very much.
How much would it have learned to gain that kind of power? What sort of answers has the alien before me gathered?
Sei would watch it carefully, not because he was worried that it would make a move, but because he wanted to analyze everything it did. The android didn't want to miss a single thing. The Arcosian could seemingly tell that Sei was around, which was very impressive due to his own inability to give off an energy force that biological beings could feel. It spoke up, doubting itself, which Sei actually decided to answer.
"I assure you, you're not as crazy as you think. I was indeed watching you. My name is Sei, the android. I am no threat to you as I know well what you are capable of. Instead, would you mind answering a few questions I have for you?"
If the Arcosian was fine with it, Sei would ask his first question.
"Why are you here on Earth right now? You have every right to be, and I won't stop you, I am just a curious robot."
If he said no to answering the androids questions, Sei would stand there and stare at the Arcosian until he felt like answering.

After this weird feeling of being spied on got away from Core’s mind for a moment, he would look up in the sky once more, laughing a bit to himself as he saw the sun, though he didn’t watched it directly, knowing perfectly the effect that could have on him if he tried. [This star… the sun… was the one I was created from similar to it…? Is that why I seem to love this star so much… and maybe even this planet for that matter? I really wonder…]The Arcosian would think to himself while he closed his eyes again, feeling the warm feeling of the sun on his skin, it was really something he liked above most things, just relaxing under the warm sun, which for an Arcosian was quite odd since most of them would prefer cold place, explaining why most of them had names relying on cold or ice.
Core could swear that he heard something landing in the near area, but using his ki-sensing ability, he could again feel no one around, which made him even more curious as to what sense he could trust. The arcosian had never encountered an android before, and had no idea they were being that couldn’t be sensed at all despite having the best ki-sensing ability in the whole galaxy. The Arcosian would get up and look in the general direction of where he though he heard the noise, there was plain nothing, just a bit of a visual effect from the sand and the hot temperature, which was blurring the limits near the sand a bit. [Dammit… I could swear I heard something… I can’t be hallucinating that much can i…] Core would think to himself before saying out loud. ‘’ Is there anyone there?!’’ In his curious voice, though a bit of upset feelings mixed in, but not that much.
When Core said that he might be getting crazy though, he would widen his eyes as he saw the humanoid get out of the bush and simply talk to him, admitting he was watching him for a while and not being the least bit disturbed by doing so, even if Core was questioning himself on the android part of his speech, was this the way Core couldn’t feel the man’s presence at all? ‘’H-hi Sei… I am… Core Stold… nice to meet you! And uh… I don’t mind answering questions at all honestly, there is nothing bad about learning a few things, but I might question you a bit myself, as I am quite curious about your ‘android’ nature… I can’t sense your ki, but I can certainly know that you aren’t weak… since you were able to sense ki… which an ability only people stronger than usual are.’’ Core would speak to the new person with a wide smile on his face, not bothered at all.
When the Android’s first question came out, Core would smile a bit at it, while he never chose to be on Earth, his being on the planet was something he himself questioned often. The Arcosian would smile at the android. ‘’ Well, I was evacuated from the complex I use to live in when it was attacked, my creators wanted to make sure I would survive their own death so they launched me and my brothers on random planet with lives on them… and I landed on Earth of all places, but I really like this place so I guess I would have ended up here anyway! But yeah, I guess the reason I am on Earth is because there is life on it…’’ Core would answer before he himself tilted his head in curiosity and spoke. ‘’ Well, if you don’t mind me asking as well… uh… why can’t I sense your energy?’’ Core would ask curiously.

Sei was pleasantly surprised with the friendliness of the Arcosian in front of him. His data banks had previously mentioned that most of the particular race had been fierce warriors and most were very ruthless and would take over several planets to sate their need to feel like rulers. The one known as Core Stold had informed Sei that he was curious about the latter and his android nature, which appeared to be more of a suspicion than anything else, but the android would play along. He gave up that he couldn't actually feel ki and thus had no idea about Sei's true power level, which at this point was a mere 1425. That number did qualify for being stronger than the average person on Earth, but that was not true for the rest of the galaxy. Regardless, Sei had no interest in being a 'strong' or 'weak' person. It was all objective to him.
Core explained that the reason he was on Earth was not by choice, but rather something he was forced into as a child to protect him. Apparently he had siblings on other planets, but he would rather stay on Earth due to its populace. The android couldn't help but think of more questions just based off that alone, but he had actually been asked a question in return so he would answer that first for polite reasons.
I do not mind that you ask, feel free to ask me any question you like. I have nothing to hide, after all. The reason you cannot feel my Ki-energy is because I do not produce such a thing. I am an android, and thus make an artificial Ki, which is close to that of a biological life form, but still cannot be sensed. In one way of thinking, it is an advantage. In another, it means I'll never truly be human in any way.
Sei hesitated for a moment to reflect what he just said.
Why would I say that? I don't have any wish to truly be human, do I?
Trying his best at a smile, he could only muster up half of one as he began his next line of questioning.
"So Mr. Stold, why do you stay on Earth? Your race is able to live in the vacuum of space, and with your strength I'm sure you could reach another planet, so why? Wouldn't you like to meet your own siblings?"
Sei wouldn't realize if his questioning got too deep to answer, but he would ask it and retain his blank stare in the middle and through the end.

It was rather odd for Core to be simply a nice Arcosian unlike many others of his species. Is it because he is a child? Or maybe It’s because he was always like this, created not to crave power like his species usually do and actually being able to bond socially with people that other would consider as ‘lesser species’, which Core simply considered as people he can protect, all of them also being potential friend for the youngling, because after all, he wasn’t a superior being at all, he was just someone that trained a lot and was created to be a fighter back at the lab. His power was coming from his willpower alone, not from the species he was created from at all, it was a lesson he had learn from Beryl, his mentor was from the race that was considered the weakest of the galaxy, and yet he was still stronger than everyone else the Arcosian had met on the planet, which was incredible to the Arcosian’s eyes and a proof that anyone from any species could be stronger than most if he truly wished to. The human was an inspiration for Core and he wished people would take example on him.
The explanation of why Core wasn’t able to sense the android’s energy was making a lot of sense when Core was thinking about it further, the energy emitting from the android wasn’t natural, so of course it wasn’t reacting like the normal ki and therefore there was no known way of sensing it for Core, it was a whole new energy that wouldn’t leave a mark like the natural ki does, even when focusing his best unto the android, he couldn’t feel the least bit of ki emitting from him. ‘’ That is… incredible… so you are like the most stealth warrior possible, there is no way of sensing your ki so you can blind most of the fighters I know, which use the ki-sensing to enhance their senses and knowledge about the enemy’s position, it truly look like a huge advantage…’’ Core would tell the android, hearing about his visible concern about being a real human, he smiled gently. ‘’ Mister Sei, as I was created from a machine and a star’s power… I can tell you this, what makes you ‘human’ isn’t the fact that you live, or your ki signature for that matter… it is your actions, the way you behave, threat people and live among them… if you wish to be more human-like, just act like one… I can tell you aren’t a cold machine already just by hearing you speak, so that’s half the job!’’ Core would say happily, trying to cheer up Sei, which he already considered like a friend, a sign of him only being a small child after all.
When the question of why Core was staying on Earth came, it made the Arcosian chuckle a bit, the answer, he knew it perfectly and was about to tell the android. ‘’ I love this planet… it’s my new home, it was welcoming like nothing I’ve seen before… I was raised in a lab, not to get out of it at any time on Arcose… so this new planet feels much better than any other for me… as for my brothers… it is true that I miss them… and I’m planning on finding them sooner or later…’’ Core would admit frankly to his new robot friend, and like usual, would counter with a question. ‘’ So… if you’re an android, a machine… why do you feel so… friendly and you are clearly not without feelings… how is that possible?’’ Core would simply ask to the android curiously, truly that was a question that needed to be asked for the changeling.

The Arcosian known as Core would talk as though Sei was an incredible stealth warrior capable of sneaking in an out of places without being sensed. The android knew this wasn't the case, but would allow the excited Arcosian to continue talking on. Sei actually felt like he could contain a smile whilst talking with this tailed creature, so he decided to give a half smile. It would probably look a little unnatural, but it would still give off the impression that the android was trying his best to look somewhat friendly.
The waves would come up on the shore softly and Sei would watch them while still listening to his Arcosian friend. It was a nice ability, being able to watch something and listen to something else. It was in his programming that this ability would be handy. Getting back to the topic at hand, Sei would answer the question in a light tone.
"Actually, an android's power level can be determined on something known as a scouter. Those are about to track just about any Ki source available, artificial or not. I have one build into my head so that my processor can actually determine a life forms power level, like I can with you right now. In addition, some would see it as an advantage, and honestly, I would see it the same way. It's a nice trade off, really."
After that, Core would go on about what makes a person human. It was interesting to hear from an Arcosian what it meant to be human, but it was clear that he still knew more than the android did. It was a bit inspirational to hear such words from the tailed Core's mouth, one that deserved a response of politeness.
"Core, I appreciate the kindness. In truth, my mission is to find the meaning of life. I'd like to know now from you what your answer is."
Core would ask another question before finishing. Sei decided he would answer before Core would answer his last question.
"I am indeed an android, created by the genius of Dr. Griffon Connaleer, who would be my father. The former had been on a mission to create a very human like android, one created with both hate and love. The result was what you see before you. I owe my life to the man, but I wasn't able to save him. I instead carry this mission with me in an attempt to serve his memory some honor."
Sei was actually glad to hear that his attempt at emotions were paying off. He wasn't just doing them for nothing, after all. His trials at becoming more animate with his actions would be difficult, but he would be trying his best.

When Core noticed the odd smile on Seikatsu’s face, he would giggle lightly and smile back at him, thinking he couldn’t say he was a stealth warrior because then he wouldn’t be as stealth and secret anymore, which made him giggle even more and wink at the android lightly, to Core’s mind, most of the people on Earth were his friends, and now the android was no exception, so Core was just amused by being in his company, it was the result of someone as strong as Core being that friendly, he was just trying to befriend everyone and protect all of them, that was his thing and will forever be.
Core would notice the android was looking at the waves and turned his head to it as well, it was true that the Earth was a beautiful place to be when you consider everything, and this place out of all of them was one of Core’s favorite, everything here was beautiful, the sun was warm and people were all nice, it is the very place he met his adoptive parents, Celmaru and Phae, and he also met Kay-El in south city, that wasn’t that far from here either, so the south had a nice place in Core’s heart.
Hearing about the existence of scouter, and then being able to detect the android’s ki, the changeling would raise his shoulder. ‘’ Well, it is still an advantage, and scouters are knowns to be destroyed easily, so having it built-in makes you another advantages all gifted and everything! Android are truly something interesting…’’ Core would tell to the android and to himself as the same time, it was true that the more he heard about android, the most he had questions to ask to him, and since Seikatsu was rather friendly, Core felt like he would be able to ask them at some point.
The Arcosian would smile at Sei’s answer to his speech about being human, and there was only a small thing Core had to add to this mess. ‘’ And this doesn’t stop at ‘humans’ really… I am an artificially created Arcosian, but I still consider myself one of my species… some people think I am a monstrosity because I wasn’t bred… but I think I’m just like the others…’’ The changeling would muse happily, his tail waving around as he was loving to talk with Sei, he was an interesting person.
Hearing about Sei’s father being dead, Core would tilt his head with a sad look on his face, his own ‘fathers’ were dead, but he didn’t cared at all, they were jerk who were using him as a test subject, but having an android caring about his creator was something that made him look back at his past, should he really hate them? They created him after all. ‘’ I am sad to hear that… but… if you continue his mission, then he lives in you after all, you are his child, I’m pretty sure he considered you as such.’’ Core would say, trying to cheer his robot friend up.

Core commented that while there was a way to detect him, they were pretty easily destroyed and could no longer prove to be a threat to the android's afterwards. Sei appreciated that his new friend was trying so hard to think of good things for him, but in the android's own mind, he thought that the entirety of androids should be limited in power, or at least the scope of the abilities that they possessed. It was all really too much, in fact, and Sei had known of other androids who went rogue and where a huge threat DUE to their inability to be sensed.
"It's a give and a take, really. I suppose there are clear benefits from being undetectable, but it also makes anyone you meet really suspicious of you, as if you're planning something or are going to cause so mayhem in some kind of stealth. I suppose I'm one of the more well behaved androids that people come across."
Core went on to explain that even though he was artificially created and people call him a monster, he still thinks of himself like everyone else. Sei felt like this was an admirable thing to do, especially since the android standing there was the exact same. People had a stigma against androids, and it was something he wasn't sure could just be overcome so easily. Sometimes prejudices lasted for a couple of years, and sometimes an entire lifetime. It was just something Sei would have to get used to.
Finally, Core spoke about Sei's father and how he was still a creation of the doctor, which surely made him his child; especially so since he called him as one. This made the android smile for real this time. This Arcosian had completely shattered the records Sei had on that race. Would it be that he could, he would delete all data saying they were a mean or arrogant race. Looking back to Core, Sei decided to continue the conversation.
"Well, I can tell from just the way that you speak that you're a good person. It's really nice to have a conversation with another artificially created life form. This is actually the first time for me. You have a great demeanor when it comes to life and those around you, so I feel like you're far worthy to be asked my question; the very one that is my life mission."
Sei would pause, letting Core take it all in, giving him time even to respond if he wanted.
"There are many people who search for the meaning of life for their entire life and never find it. I personally have concluded that this is because they didn't ask the right people. So if I were to ask you, what would you say? Core the Arcosian, what is the meaning of life?"
Sei would wait for his answer with a very firm and stern face. This question meant a lot to the young android and it would mean a lot to him if it were answered.

The young Arcosian was listening closely to what his new android friend had to say, after all, he knew there was always advantages and disadvantages for any species, even android must have some in his mind, even if he had trouble finding them, but he didn’t knew much about them so it wasn’t such a shock in the end. ‘’ Oh, so not all android are as nice as you? Welcome to the club of being the exception of the rule… as you might know, my species is known for conquering and being the most power-hungry dictator of the world… and I am here… on Earth… enjoying some friends and hot chocolate… some people tell me I’m a weird member of my species because of that… I prefer being like I am really!’’ Core would say, trying to pat his friend’s hair, he liked the android much more than he thought he would, who would have thought that one of the only person not to judge Core on his appearance would be something people might consider non-thinking and cold.
The Arcosian would smile as Sei said that he was a good person. It was really something that was nice for Core to hear, as for a while, he was trying to figure out a way to be accepted by people and be seen as something else than an Arcosian that would eventually become a villain, which he obviously wouldn’t become since he was never raised to crave power like most of his species were, he was raised as a slave, a test subject among six of them, which worked out for him in term of humility. For him, the Android was as human as his appearance would let to believe. ‘’ Thank you very much Sei… it’s really… nice to hear someone say that you’re a good person… As for you, you may be the most ‘human’ person I’ve ever met in term of what earthling’s call ‘humanity’. You might just be one of their best creation in term of social abilities and I have no doubt you will achieve your mission.’’ Core would say in a friendly and soft ton, smiling widely at the android.
When Core was struck with the question Sei was working one for a while as he guessed, he would think for a moment, looking around and back at his memories, trying to find something to say. It would go rather a long time without Core talking before he looked at the Android and smiled. ‘’ I think… that the meaning of life is to become what you want to be at any cost… among other things like protecting those you hold dear, achieving your dreams and trying to find that feeling of relief when your life come to an end, you’ll see the big picture and smile at it, like you accomplished what you wanted to from the very beginning… to be short… I think life is a game… a game we all play together and are part of… and the goal is to simply play with it in your own way until you can’t anymore.’’ Core would say and nodded to the Android lightly. ‘’ So life is meant to enjoy… that’s what I think…’’ The Arcosian conclude before taking a deep breath.

Sei's new Arcosian friend Core had asked him if not all androids were as nice as him. He hadn't actually met another android yet, but from all the stories and suspicions, he assumed it to be true. It was true that the blue banner army leader was an android, and he was suppose to be a good person now, but in the past he had become extremely evil. The android had claimed that some kind of virus had taken him over, but it was a highly suspicious story to Sei. It was really convenient that it would just so happen to take him over, and then when he was corner that it would go away, but Sei would digress.
"Yes. Most androids I've heard are not good when it came to morals. Most people are even suspicious of me, mainly because they cannot sense my energy in any way. I've heard of androids who were on the line of good and bad and decided to teeter there for the fun of it. Most of my race can't be trusted, but it's something I've just come to learn to live with. I have no foul intentions, so I generally get a pass from most. There are some who try to hold grudges, however."
Sei would recall the first saiyan he had ever met, a woman named Arias. Arias was a very bipolar woman, who invited the android and another in her home, only to threaten them with violence the entire time. She was so confident in her strength, which she couldn't even compare to Sei's, as she didn't have a way to tell what it was. The bravado was enough to get under Sei's circuitry, and he broke her door on the way out. Looking back on the memory, it wasn't something that Sei was proud of, even a little, but it was something he had to live with doing. He tried to commit to being as neutral as possible, but his own feelings got to him there. Technically, he acted the way he wanted, which would still make him neutral, but it was still something he felt ashamed for being so immature about.
Core spoke up about how nice Sei was, and that he was as human as any human he had met before. Sei felt like he could melt into his robotic shoes, but he had to remain composed. The android certainly wasn't used to this kind of complimenting before, and especially not from someone that wasn't his creator. It was a bit sheltered, but the only time he had ever received any sort of talk about his own humanity, it only came from his father. With Core talking like this, it actually reminded Sei of his dad. It was a nice feeling, having this nostalgia. It was almost as though his father was right in front of him. If Sei could cry, he certainly would be right now. It was so nice to have someone comment on his humanity.
Back on the main topic, the big question Sei had asked his new Arcosian friend Core, he had answered it in a unique way that the android hadn't heard yet. It was simple, yet poetic. A big game that everyone played with each other, and to enjoy. It sounded so pure and sweet coming from the arcosian, Sei really enjoyed the answer. Having all of life reduced to that of a game, but still retaining the importance and weight of life, it truly was a good answer. Sei was overjoyed that his question had been taken seriously. He hadn't gotten a bad answer yet, but this one may very well be his favorite so far. It was an answer that Sei could see himself living. After all, the android preferred life to have a simpler meaning. He was a subscriber to the belief of "Occam's razor" which meant that the simplest answer was usually the correct one.
Pausing a moment to reflect on the answer, Sei spoke up after a few seconds.
"That was a beautiful answer, Core. I really enjoyed that. I'll definitely remember that and file it in my memory. I do want you to know, however, that I don't think you're evil at all, even if your species may or may not be. It's always better when someone is who the truly want to be. I'll always feel that way. Thank you for showing me that."
Smiling, Sei looked around the beach. Confused as what to do now, Sei would ask.
"So Core...what do you want to do now? Is there anything on your mind? I can leave you alone for your beach time, if you'd like. We'll definitely see each other again."

The Arcosian child would be truly interested by his new friend; there were so much new possibilities that he had now and so much new things to learn from him in so little time that he had now, which was making Core so excited about everything that he was barely controlling himself, going as far as shaking of happiness while he was smiling widely. Hearing about what Seikatsu had to live with was a rather harsh moment for Core though; he was suffering the same problem as him, getting judged from his species, if android could be considered a species, but Core decided that it was, after all, something he could consider play, because if android wasn’t a species, what species was Seikatsu after all? ‘’ I don’t know why someone would be suspicious about you… you look like you wouldn’t hurt anyone at all… and I doubt you would anyway… and for those who hold grudges, you don’t have to care about them, and if they come back to you and cause you trouble, you can always count on me for a little hand! I’m your friend after all, so I’ll protect you in you need me!’’ Core would say happily as he looked up at Seikatsu, his eyes filled with hope and childish dreams.
There was just this way Core was simply acting, he couldn’t see someone as bad himself. Seikatsu could have been someone truly evil bent on dominating the words he wouldn’t have noticed at all. It was all part of the innocence of a child, everyone was his friend except if they were making it clear that they were evil, like the demon-like human that tainted the whole pond back when he was with Kay, Arias and other people, which had made clear in Core’s mind that this person was bad and needed to be dealt with. However, Seikatsu was acting all polite and nice, the Arcosian couldn’t feel anything resembling a bad feeling about him, and he just seemed peaceful and nice. ‘’ People also tend to judge me on my species instead of waiting and getting to know me… I know my species have done horrible things but… I wish people wouldn’t judge me so easily… they usually just assume I’m a thread to their security or that I’m going to try and enslave their race… that’s not what I want…’’ Core would say with a bit of a sad voice.
Going beyond the simple look on Seikatsu’s face, Core would see something else when he started to compliment him, it wasn’t a lot, but Core could see that he had made him react a bit, there was something that had changed… something deep inside the robot that was coming back probably, which made the young Arcosian smile a bit. ‘’ See, I can tell it right there, you felt something… you are not a feeling less robot if you’re able to feel, that’s what make someone human… or… living if you may… because even if I’m not human, I can still feel things!’’ Core would say a bit amused. Then came his reaction when Core stated his way of viewing life, this time, the Arcosian couldn’t really tell what the android was feeling, it was rather confused, but positive, Core wasn’t sure if he had done right, if his answer was making any sense, but for him it was, this was truly the way he was living his own life, simply and happily, trying to make the less from the problem he could have, after all, he didn’t had to deal with any bad things, for now at least.
As the android finally gave an answer to Core, which would give Core a wide and bright smile on his face, so the android though it was a nice answer too, the young Arcosian couldn’t have asked for more right now. ‘’ Thank you… I’m glad you liked it, and maybe did I helped you with your question, your goal in life, but re assure me, you’re not going to stop living when you have you answer will you? Because then I’d be so sad… I don’t want to love my new friend~’’ Core would say, semi-joking yet scared, Core didn’t wanted to destroy Seikatsu’s reason to live on. When Seikatsu asked what Core wanted to do, the young Arcosian would look around a bit, thinking about what they could do. ‘’ I don’t know… but if you want to leave, I won’t keep you here… uh… are you water-proof? Because then I could show you something fun!’' Core would say happily, thinking of something he had found back when he met Celmaru and Phae, something that was near here at the coast that could amuse them for a bit, and at least Seikatsu was willing to see him again, which made Core even happier.

The arcosian known as Core would state boldly that the two were now friends and that if anyone tried to mess with him, that the android could just ask for help and he'd come to the rescue. It was a very nice sentiment, one that Sei would store in his databanks to remember as long as he'd be running his processors. It was really strange for the android to meet such a kind person who's entire species was supposed to be bad, but it was equally as settling. Sei knew that he was notorious for being an android without anyone even trying to get to know him, or his very calm nature, which put Sei in a sort of bad position. It wasn't his fault that nobody tried very hard for him, but perhaps that could be blamed on him a bit. He didn't prefer social interaction with people that he didn't think were necessary. Even now, he just though that an arcosian sunbathing on Earth was too interesting to pass by. Maybe he needed to widen his circle of people to talk with, and socialize with frivolously.
"I appreciate the sentiment, Core. Would that I could, I would be there whenever you are in a "pickle" as well, but I don't know where I would be at that time. If you have some sort of method of contacting me, I would be on the first flight there."
Sei attempted his hand at making a joke. The android actually thought it to be pretty clever, but wasn't sure how the arcosian would take it. Based on what he had seen so far, the arcosian would probably laugh, which in turn Sei would give a light chuckle as well. He was enjoying the company that was his new friend, but he didn't know how much longer he could stick around. His mission was something that was basically a twenty four/ seven job, so he didn't have much time to socialize, but he would pencil in time for friends in his schedule.
Once Sei had explained that he liked the arcosian's answer, Core responded saying he was glad, but for Sei to not just shut down after his mission was complete. This sentiment actually shocked the android a little. He didn't think too much about what he would be doing after the mission was completed, but for someone to not want him to stop his living- it was a bit staggering for the robot. With the most appreciative tone he could take, Sei would respond to his new friend.
"Thank you very much Core. I really do like the sentiment, but I'm not to sure at the moment what I'll do after my mission is over. Generally when one finishes a task, a new task comes up that they do, but now that my creator is gone and if I finished his one task, where would my next one come from? I suppose I could find myself a new task along the way, or potentially afterwards, but my life is theoretically never ending. When do I stop? I don't have a lifespan like regular life forms. What do I do after that?"
Sei had legitimately perplexed himself with the very thought. It wasn't certain what he would or could do after the mission was complete, but this new friend certainly didn't want him to end his own life afterwards. What would there be, however? When does one without a lifespan finally call it the end?

The young Arcosian would smile at Seikatsu’s return of promise, him stating that he would also be there for him if he needed made the Arcosian smile widely and brightly, the android was truly a nice person, more human than most to be perfectly honest. In fact, if he haven’t told Core that he was not human, Core would have probably just take him for a really nice person and a simply human, which wasn’t really lacking on Earth, there was plenty of nice people that just were looking for social interaction or some company, there was just a little need of looking and they were highly easy to find. When the Android asked how Seikatsu could know he was in danger, Core would smirk, let out a soft giggle at his quick joke and got out his cellphone, tapping a lot on it and looking really focused on what he was doing. ‘’ Yup… uh… that should do the trick… give me a second…’’ Core would mumble a bit before finally an image of Core would appear in Seikatsu’s vision alongside his location, he would also know his cellphone number so Seikatsu could also call him anytime. ‘’ There we go! If you EVER need any help, just call me on that line! It’s private don’t worry, no one is going to ear us on that channel…’’ Core would say with a light smirk, he had been taught a lot back at his lab, and basic informatics was one of the classes he could actually support back then.
Actually, Core learned a bit about Seikatsu’s mission on his little ride, only the things that weren’t hidden on purpose, since he figured those were kind of Seikatsu’s personal secrets and he didn’t wanted to step on those, but he did noticed that his mission was permanent and that it wasn’t allowed to have a lot of time for himself and his social activity with the people he would bond with, which Core really though was sad but he wouldn’t mind all that much, but he did had something to say about it and wasn’t going to hold back on it. ‘’ Don’t forget something Seikatsu, socializing in part of life, and if you want to understand something that complex, you’ll have to experience it yourself. You can learn a lot about life by living it, and since you’re pretty much immortal, given that one person keep changing some pieces so you don’t… run out of power or something…. you’ll have plenty of time to reach that answer, little friend’s advice, try to bond with more people, you’ll find out a lot about life that way!’’ Core would say happily as he putted his cellphone back on his bio-armor belt, or rather under it, where he installed something that could hold it.
Core would listen to the quite sad statement about what Seikatsu was going to do after his live, which was quite confusing to Core, but he understood the general idea. Core would then nod to him, approving his idea. ‘’ Yup, that’s also a part of life, finding your own goals! And hey, if you really have no idea about what you need to do next, come to me, we’ll surely find something if we both work on it right?!’’ Core would say hopefully and happily, he’d do anything to help a friend. ‘’ When your mission is over, maybe the next step would be to protect life, or maybe even share your answer to the worlds once you’ve find it! If you’re immortal, you could become a pit of knowledge and wisdom for the future!’’ Core would say, trying to find things to cheer Seikatsu up.

Sei had actually felt something he never really had before at the end of his speech to Core. It was self consciousness, and it was eating him up. He actually felt embarrassed having made an actual joke, and then continuing on to basically admit he didn't have any sort of answers for what came after. It actually scared the poor android. If he had nothing to do, then he'd just have to shut down. A pointless existence was not one that Sei was comfortable living. Once the end came for him, he'd have no choice but accept it. However, his very expectations were blown away by this arcosian in front of him. Not only did he actually chuckle at the joke, but gave him a way to contact him. It was a telephone number, something that Sei had built into him. A way of communication requiring numbers to connect to a distinct other telephone matching those numbers. It was a bit old, but nonetheless the android appreciated the gesture. With a solid way of communication now, it was certain that the two could be reached by each other relatively easily. Flying across the world would be an easy feat for the two, so having an ally like this was certainly a plus. Core was right, however, Sei did need to socialize more. It was bordering pathetic that Sei would meet so many people and connect with so little. He had managed to go back to neutral with this, however. Now he had one friend, many neutral acquaintances, and one person who hated him. Sei did love balance.
Core spoke some more, giving Sei life advice, and that even after he completed his goal, that he should stick around so that he could bond with people. The arcosian was suggesting that with more connects he had with people, the more reason he'd have to life. Sei understood, and that made sense to him, it just was a shame that other people were a reason to life and not himself. It there ever was to be an accomplishment or reason to live, Sei wanted to be the reason for it, not others. He had to prove that his creator was a genius, and the best way to do that was to make huge accomplishments on his own. He wouldn't mention this to his new friend as there was no need, but he would still think about these kinds of things. It was still important to him.
Core ended with speaking how Sei could also impart his wisdom on future generations, which actually sparked an interest in the android that he previous didn't have. Had it not been for biological reasons, the android could certainly see himself with a child. He knew a few people now that had children or were expecting them soon. It was strange to Sei at first, but the thought of sharing one's knowledge to shape a generation, it was certainly appealing and the android was beginning to understand why. If he had a child of any kind, he'd prefer a female to counterpart with his typical male look. He'd look after the child the best he could, letting her know anything he knew so that she could grow to be better than himself. The thought actually brought a smile to the androids face as he explained.
"The thought of having a child is certainly appealing to me. I can understand the want to pass down knowledge of an era; things you can't just learn by having a file or databanks on it. A few of my new acquaintances have kids or are going to, and they seem to find purpose from it. If I'm to be as human as I can, I think that would be the best sort of recourse. Although admittedly, I think they'd almost certainly have to be another android."
Sei pondered on this a bit longer. He was truly perplexed as to how his future possible child would come about, but he certainly knew it wouldn't be now. It would certainly have to be when he was closer to the end of his mission. Looking back to Core from his downwards stare, he began another sentence with a light smile.
"Core, you've been an amazing help to me. I really can't thank you enough. If you do need help with anything, just give me a call. I'll be looking forward to the future. If I have a child of any kind, I hope you could be apart of the family. I know there is a tradition of some kind by appointing a god parent, and I think that could be you, if you wanted. Either way, I should go now. My mission calls me. It was extremely nice getting to know you. I'm excited for our next meet, and I hope it'll be as calm and relaxed as this one. Don't hesitate to call."
And with that final sentence, Sei would stick around for anything Core had to say before taking off. The android was extremely pleased with himself and making a friend like this. He knew he needed to bond with people to understand them more. Sei felt much closer to being a human himself.

Core could see that within in friend, there was something abnormal going on. He could see the panic he had created within Seikatsu and was starting to panic a bit; he didn’t wanted to hurt the android, he was simply laughing a bit from his joke, or was it that he hacked on him to find his number? Maybe Core had activated something wrong by accident? The Arcosian didn’t knew, but the look on Seikatsu’s face slowly fade away, which would make Core confused, was he okay now? Or was he still panicking? It seemed like he was okay or was it temporary? Of course Core liked his new android friend, but he was not really predictable since he was acting on some protocols, but Core knew that there was a lot of humanity in his new friend, and he hoped to make it shine through this robotic look of his.
The young Arcosian was truly hoping to make the Android realize that he had other purpose in life than following his master’s dream, even if he could use this to begin, everyone could choose their purpose in life, just like Core, who was created to be the ultimate Arcosian along his five brothers. Of course he wasn’t going to sit on the Arcosian throne anytime soon, but he was indeed training to become the strongest, and it wasn’t only to protect Earth, a part of himself was still wanting to prove that his creator did created the Arcosian that had the potential to beat the others, he wanted to prove that he could be the strongest and also be a good person in life, it was his ultimate goal, or one of them at least, but it was something he couldn’t do before he reached the final stage of his species’s evolution, only now would he be holding a solid argument to maybe make his species change from mass murdering psychopath to a more pacific species with more of a fighting nature than a dominating one, making then all good fighters instead of tyrant would make it way better in Core’s mind.
When the Android started to speak about getting a child, Core would tilt his head in confusion now that was something he didn’t spoke about, having a child uh? As an android, was that even possible? Core would listen to the Android closely, not wanting to miss any part of information that could be important, since Seikatsu and him were getting deep into philosophical questions about like. ‘’ Well Seikatsu, you don’t need to have a child to pass down knowledge, but if you feel the need to create something out of you, then it prove that once more you have humans feelings, the need of reproducing isn’t something you can program, it’s a biological and social event, I have not felt it since I am not biologically ready for it, but if an android can feel it, along with friendship and actually searching for a purpose on life, it might just be the one thing that makes you human above all else… only human ask questions this deep… you are clearly not only a bunch of programs, because if you were, your circuits would have explode trying to make sense of the question about what is life’s purpose’’ Core would say happily to Seikatsu.
Hearing Seikatsu thanking him from his help made Core blush lightly again, he was still nowhere used to compliment, but at least he was reaction normally to them, or at least a little bit more normal. He would then listen closely to everything Seikatsu had to say one last time, after all, the Android was someone Core could consider not only human, but sage. Seikatsu mentioning Core being maybe the godfather of his future son would bring many questions to his heads, but those didn’t needed answer just now. ‘’I would be glad to wear the godfather’s title for your child if you ever have one, and If I ever can be a help in your mission or if you get into trouble, don’t worry about calling me, I’m training or hanging out at some place drinking hot chocolate most of the time so it won’t bother me at all! I’m also excited to see you again, I want to know everything you find out about life okay?!’’ Core would say before the android left him, which would leave Core once again alone on that beach, but it wasn’t a negative point, he liked this place and well, didn’t wanted to leave it just now. Core would lay back on the hot sand and close his eyes, smiling to himself. ‘’ I meet some new interesting people every day on this planet… I wonder if there is really a limit to the surprised you can encounter here… everyone has their goal, ambition and personality… I love Earth….] Core would think to himself silently as he simply continued to enjoy the warm winds coming from the ocean.
