Tsumuri walked aimlessly through the streets of the North Capitol covered in innocent blood. The joy overwhelmed him as he moaned and shrieked while he licked the blood from his lips. He completely ignored the few survivors that watched him in fear and hide. He was in another state while covered in the little girls blood, but he would soon be brought back by the sound of sirens. The officers of North Capitol were stretched thin and had no explanation for what they were dealing with.
"Oh my, it seems that I have a number of rude guest I need to deal with. You all seriously have no idea who you are fucking with. I will give you cops till the count of three to get in your vehicles and depart with your lives."
The cops shouted at Tsumuri to put his hands up as they aimed their guns. Tsumuri's wolfish grin appeared once again as he knew he was going to be able to have a bit more fun. They officers opened fire and Tsumuri was much faster than a speeding bullet as he dodged left and right. He was horrifying the officers as well as leaving them in amazement. Once he got close to the first officer he stopped and allowed the officer to shoot him in he head and point blank range. The bullet collided with his skull and did no damage what so ever. Tsumuri laughed at the officer as they were all now trying to escape. In an instant his demeanor changed...for the worse. He began to unload a huge amount of ki blast at the cops. They ran for their lives but it would be all for naught.
The vehicles exploded on impact and were left an empty burning mess. The buildings were around the cops were being destroyed and most on the verge of collapse. The cops had nowhere to go as some of them had the displeasure of witnessing there mates explode from being hit by the blasts. Blood was beginning to cover the streets, the signs, and even painted nearby buildings. Tsumuri laughed the entire time as the veins in his face seemed to bulge out and lay on the surface of his skin. He no longer held on the his humanity. He once again gave himself wholeheartedly to his demon half. Tsumuri flew up into the sky to look at the destruction that the Black Dragon Order had caused.
He screamed with delight as he witnessed his loyal followers killing and maiming the populace. Tsumuri would then give them the signal he gave them at the tournament grounds. The Black Dragon Order began to clear out as Tsumuri laid his eyes on the mayors office. It was now time to truly grab this city by the throat and force them to submit to him. There was no one around to stop him, and he knew full well he'd be successful.

A great ball of fire burned through the atmosphere, like a falling star. If Tsumuri looked up he'd see it approaching his position. Glacius looked out the window and witnessed the buildings falling, the explosions, the ki blasts rocketing through the air and erupting with intense power. Just from this display Glacius could tell he'd be a hassle to deal with in his suppressed form. Than again his suppressed form was actually rather weak, he preferred to fight in his other forms anyways. He surveyed the environment from above, and decided that he was definitely trying to takeover the city. Judging by how the fleeting little ants ran from the man he could tell no one else was around to do anything. While Glacius really didn't care what happened to the miserable planet of worthless ants, he did care about his own goals. This would be the perfect place to cement his role as a positive force. The hero Arcosian, Glacius. Emissary to earth, protector of the innocent, and bringer of justice!
Glacius' space ship landed in front of the mayor's mansion, and deciding that his current form wasn't intimidating enough he chose to transform to his second form in the ship before making his earthly debut. When the smoke cleared the opening of the pearl shaped spaceship would reveal a man-sized 5 foot 9 inch tall, broad shouldered demonic form with long horns on its head and long spaulders from his shoulders. His elbows and knees had spikes protruding from the bone white armored pads over his forearms and shins. His long tail flicked the air with power and a loud pop emitted as the tip of his tail broke the sound barrier like a bull whip. All he wore besides his own skin was a cape that billowed in the breeze and hung from his shoulders. His arms crossed over his chest, and his eyes gazed seriously at the black shrouded man who was so obviously in charge that it wasn't funny.
"I can't allow you to harm any-!" Glacius said in his most heroic voice he could muster, even as an elderly man strolled between the two as if nothing in the city had changed.
'Come on you miserable old bastard, I'm trying to make my grand debut!' He thought as the old man tripped on a pebble and stumbled to the ground. 'Damn it, a hero would help him would he? Guess I should too.'
Glacius using one hand he gently helped the elderly man up, and gave him a gingerly push to help him along.
"As I was saying... I can't allow you to harm any more-"
Just then the old man wandered back between the two fighters and turned to the gentle Arcosian and interrupted him.
"I'm sorry sonny, can you tell me where the bank is?"
"There isn't one sir, it got blown up." Glacius said referring to all the carnage
"Oh... well where am I supposed to cash my disability check?" The old man said obliviously,
"In a different city." Hinting that he should definitely evacuate, now.
"Well, that's inconvenient."
Glacius took a deep breath in and let it out slowly, as he suppressed every urge he had to punch the old man to the moon, "...Indeed it is. I'm sorry sir, I'm kind of in the middle of something."
"Oh... Right, sorry. You two gentlemen have a good day." The elderly man waved with his free hand and wandered off, tippidy tapping his cane as he went.
"Yes... you too..." Glacius replied confusedly, as he watched the old man walk back towards his home which for some reason was the only building on his block that hadn't been reverted to rubble. He trained his eyes back on the black cloaked figure, and continued.
"I can't allow you to harm any more..." Glacius checked to make sure the old man was really gone before continuing, "Innocents. If you turn back now I will allow you and your men to leave this place in one piece... However if you do not, I will be forced to stop you. I will inform you now, that this is not even close to my full power."
Glacius looked as if he could be doing a million other things than stopping this man, as if this person wasn't even an after thought. Than again he really had no idea what his power level was or what he was capable of. He was however confident that he could stop him. Than again, this was a dangerous trait to have, over confidence.
'Please, give me a reason. I've been stuck in that dusty space ship since I left that damn duck planet. Ahhh, good times.' He thought to himself, trying hard to contain a smile and succeeding.

Tsumuri was agitated that someone actually had the balls to try and stop him. Tsumuri had suppressed his demon half in order to sustain order and not go overboard with his action. Although, he had destroyed almost everyone and everything in his path he still felt he had maintained a since of order.
"You do not know what it is you challenge. You may be powerful, but do not underestimate me. I will release my other side and there will be no stopping me. You come to give me warning? I'll give you a much needed warning. Leave me be and allow me to proceed with my plan of domination and you can live."
Tsumuri had wasted no time getting to the point as he was ready for the Black Dragon Order to run the capitol. Tsumuri stared into the eye's of this new warrior and grinned wickedly. Tsumuri's eyes would appear to bulge out of his head as a smile stretched from ear to ear. It was free, the demon in Tsumuri was free to come out and play. If this strange creature did not leave, things would turn violent fast. Tsumuri stood in silence with that terrible face and cocked his head to the right like an owl. He clinched his fists close and prepared to charge.
A glow was coming from Tsumuri's body. It began to shine very brightly and this could only mean one thing...Tsumuri was charging an explosive wave.
(charge 1)

I'll give you a much needed warning. Leave me be and allow me to proceed with my plan of domination and you can live."
'Don't underestimate me... check. Give you a warning, check. Get out of my way, check.' Glacius thought to himself as Tsu spoke, almost disregarding his statement immediately.
The black clad man wasted no time getting to the point. He wasn't intimidated by Glacius' second form, but that was ok with Glacius. He had two more to play with. The guy's eyes bulged and Glacius watched him closely. His head cocked to the side like a bird watching his prey and a wicked smile wrapped over his face almost like a beak. A glow came from Tsumuri's body, which Glacius presumed was an energy based attack. That it came from his whole body rather than part of it told him that either it was just his aura from powering up, if he had. Or if he was planning to release it all at once.
Glacius sighed opting not to go for the obvious target, and pointed his finger at the guy's knee and fired an extremely fast blast which was 33% of his full power at the man's left knee, a loud pop would be heard regardless of whether it hit from the ki blast flying so quickly. The ki blast flew about half as fast as a bullet from a gun, so from this range being only a few meters away from each other, it would be unlikely that he'd be able to dodge it. However if he were to dodge it, than it should interrupt the charging of his attack and put them at equal terms. Well, kind of equal.
If it did hit however, it packed a whopping 7,121 power level. Enough to severely bruise, and maybe even break his leg if it hit where Glacius intended, which was just above the knee cap. If it did not hit, Glacius would attempt to keep his sights on him wherever he moved.

Tsumuri had let go and was ready for war. His comments were cast aside as if it meant nothing. Tsumuri smiled as he knew that he had a reserve he could tap into that would give him great power. Tsumuri watched the over confident creature carefully as he knew he could afford no mistakes. The creature raises his finger and Tsumuri knew that it was just to point at him. Tsumuri's built up ki vanished as he leaped into that air.
"HAHAHAHA! What a marvelous attack! It was so fast and straight to the point! I love it! I love it! That will be mine one day! It will! Now, it's time for you and I to have a little chat that involves me bathing in your blood! HAHAHAHAHA!"
Tsumuri glances behind him to see a perfectly round hole in what use to be a grocery store. Tsumuri crashed back down towards the ground with pure delight at what he saw. He looked back at the creature while whipping his hair back. He slid his left foot across the pavement and placed up his fist. His face was still one of pure craziness as he prepared for battle. Tsumuri couldn't help but chuckle as the prospect of war had his heart pumping like never before.
The North Capitol thought that the mayhem was over because a savior had appeared, but in actually the mayhem was just now truly getting started.

The man jumped over his ki blast which shot straight through a grocery store leaving a baseball sized hole through the first wall and a much larger hole through the back wall.
"HAHAHAHA! What a marvelous attack! It was so fast and straight to the point! I love it! I love it! That will be mine one day! It will! Now, it's time for you and I to have a little chat that involves me bathing in your blood! HAHAHAHAHAHA!"
The crazy bastard glanced backwards to eye the mayhem behind him, and looked back at the Arcosian hero. He slid his left foot backwards and lifted his fist as if preparing for battle. He chuckled, a bloodthirsty grimace coming over his face. Glacius knew fully well what he was feeling, he had felt the same way on the Duck Planet. Killing entire families while they helplessly begged for mercy, a wish that never came true for them. In fact after he had killed all but the leader of the planet, he blew him up along with his entire planet. An action which to this day only brings Glacius happiness.
"I see we have to do things the hard way then. Very well, I'll humor you for a little while." Glacius said in a voice cold as ice, the villainy trickling through just a bit. He didn't care if the city got destroyed, hell he couldn't care less if the whole planet got blown up. The only reason he was here was to get allies for his goals.
He slid his right foot to the side, and turned his body bending both elbows so his right hand faced Tsu, and his left hand faced away from Tsu. His powerful tail wrapped gracefully over his left leg, ready to sweep anything that happened to try to sneak up on him. He turned his right hand and beckoned his enemy to attack him. His mind had noticed a number of cars along the street, there were a few behind Glacius, and a few behind Tsu as well. He took note of every bit of his surroundings, every nook and cranny. He already had a battle plan, and was ready to use it.

Oguma, or rather Oni now, with the help of sister, Mei now called Marama, left the northern village Jingle Village and headed south via a pair of large black wings she grew from her back as instructed by his brother Dai; now call De-mon. The way she carried him, Oguma was amazed she was able to carry him at all. She held the powerful demon warrior bridal style and the demon was embarrassingly forced to let his legs dangle down off her left side as the witch through the air and landed in the main town square.
When they did Marama and he were confronted by a violent blast heading straight for them. The reason was because they'd landed behind the grocery store Tsumuri redirected a blast at. Luckily, Oguma ducked pulling his sister down who said, "Hey, would you look at that brother. We go shopping for training gear and another fight begins. Always seems to happen with me and you. Why don't you go treat the aggressors with some force."
Oguma nodded then looked at her and held out his hands. "I'm going to need my body armor and a spear. You can summon things like that with Magic Materialization right?"
Mei snapped her fingers and the air vibrated over top Oguma's chest. He blinked for a moment and then saw a new golden, bronze chest plate covered with oriental demon heads on it appear over his black vest. He smiled and was even more surprised when a long spear with a purple shaft, and golden decorations appeared in his outstretched fingers. He gripped his palms around it tightly and turned to face the shop. The cried, "Bye!" before running towards the back of the store where he could clearly see a hole.
Mei shrugged and muttered, "I can definitely sense some enemies are fighting, but he could have had the decency to at least thank me." Mei took off into the air with her wings and to make sure she was not caught up in the fighting anymore headed to the city outskirts. For all she knew war was all over the place and whoever was causing it was reckoning to destroy the city. It was not her duty to handle this though. If her family wanted a piece of the world Oguma would get it for them as part of his test to become "real" demon.
Now alone, Oguma focused his wits and carefully pressed his back against the store that was in front of him. He sneaked around the side and caught a snippet of the enemy's banter in the process. "I see we have to do things the hard way then. Very well, I'll humor you for a little while."
Oguma was ready and snickered silently as he prepped his spear and cried from the side of his building, "Are you sure you are ready? That blast may have attracted one more person you know!" With a great deal of power from his legs Oguma dashed towards the front of the store to find himself facing the back of a giant lizard. It had a creamy white skin color, giant shoulders, and huge horns. Oguma could not help but wonder if he had stepped into a demon territory battle, but the man just slightly beyond his gaze wrapped in a cloak made him think otherwise. Whatever the case, Oguma prepped himself by spinning his weapon over his head with both his hand before leveling his spear and pointing it at the back of the lizard about forty feet from him.

"You? Humor me? Well then, make me laugh."
Tsumuri felt disrespected and if there was one thing that sent him over the deep end it was disrespect. Tsumuri was prepared to charge when a voice was heard out from behind them. A warrior stepped out and Tsumuri became amazed by this warrior. His armor was for that of kings as it shined with a golden hue. It had demon heads seemingly engraved into the armor itself, and even the spear that accompanied him was beautiful.
The warrior would spin his spear in a show of great skill with his weapon. When he was done with his showcase he had the spear aimed right at the monster. Tsumuri became even more intrigued as he felt that this new warrior was of possible demon decent. Tsumuri was frozen, but not out of fear. He was frozen due to the possibility that a demon may roam the earth as he does.
"YOU! ARE YOU AS I?!"
Tsumuri removed his cloak and it shockingly dropped straight down with a huge thud. His dark white eyes were revealed at last and his power rose due to removing his cloak. Tsumuri had hoped that his eyes would give the new comer reason to believe in Tsumuri's demon heritage. Tsumuri had a backup plan if it didn't as he possessed a demonic weapon that was given to him by his father. Tsumuri hasn't used the weapon since taking over the black dragon order, but his skills with it were still second to none.
"YOU AND I ARE THE SAME!?! YOU POSSESS DEMON BLOOD AND YOUR ARMOR IS ALL THE PROOF I NEED! WE ARE HERE TO DOMINATE AND TO CLAIM! THIS BEAST IS STANDING IN MY WAY! THIS MEANS HE IS ALSO STANDING IN YOUR WAY! WE KILL HIM! WE KILL HIM DEAD AND CLAIM ALL AROUND US!....hahahaha"
Tsumuri became more sinister as he had a feeling that the man was demon. No one would have the armor and weapon he had if they weren't Tsumuri cracked his neck as he got used to the extra power that flowed through him. Tsumuri was ready for a fight, and if the battle were to tip in his favor then it would be even sweeter to claim North Capitol in the name of all demon kind. Tsumuri had big plans for the city and no one was going to stop him.

"Are you sure you are ready? That blast may have attracted one more person you know!" A sinister, almost demonic voice came from behind.
As Glacius took his stance and prepared for war, War arrived behind Glacius. Robed in golden armor with demonic spaulders protruding from his shoulders with a spear in hand. Glacius loosened his guard and looked around, for others. He didn't see any, but if there was one in his experience there was always another one close by. While he looked around he also surveyed his environment discreetly, escape paths, and potential weapons were mapped out in his mind. He had no idea what this guys power level was. That was probably something he'd need to invest in. In the mean time, he had no idea whether this new fighter was a friend or foe, and since he didn't know one way or another. Perhaps he could persuade him to fight on his behalf, he'd wait to see what they said before fighting and judge accordingly.
"YOU! ARE YOU AS I?"
'As I? He stated another side of himself, demonic spaulders... so, demons?' Glacius thought before receiving his definitive answer.
WE KILL HIM DEAD AND CLAIM ALL AROUND US! ...... hahahahaha"
Glacius stepped to block Tsu's view from the new comer, "Are you daft human!? You think you are a demon!? ALLOW ME TO SHOW YOU WHAT A REAL DEMON LOOKS LIKE!" Glacius roared as his body began a horrifying transformation, his head elongated and seven 8 inch spikes grew from the sides of his head, the creamy white armor covered everything except for his thighs and upper arms. Three spikes spread from his shoulders, two 4 inch and one 8 inch spike. His appearance certainly was demonic. He was truly a monster to look at.
His voice became a rumbling gravely voice, but smooth and calm. He turned to the new comer "You see... this human has the audacity to pretend to be one of us. Obviously we can't allow a mere mortal to sully our brethren's good nature." Glacius said with a sinister twisted smile.
Sure in the strictest sense of the word, Glacius was only an Arcosian, but tell that to the duck planet that Glacius blew up on a whim. He was surely a demon at heart, and in his soul. While this pitiful excuse for a conquerer was merely a demon in the mind. He likely had never even destroyed an entire civilization; singlehandedly, individually, and systematically. Glacius had, AND he enjoyed it!

Oguma's ears picked up on Tsumuri's screams and he shrugged his shoulders. He remembered the guy being a loud mouth back at the tournament, but it was because of this man's words he had survived. Still... The offer to kill the giant white lizard in front of them was quite an enticing idea. For now, he watched as the lizard stepped in front of Tsumuri and blocked his view of this man from him.
"Are you daft human!? You think you are a demon!? ALLOW ME TO SHOW YOU WHAT A REAL DEMON LOOKS LIKE!" he screamed at the cloaked warrior. The monster's face seemed to stretch as long horns, or rather spikes, grew from the side of his head. White armor covered his head, thighs, and deltoid muscles. From his shoulders sprouted deadly spikes somewhere between four to eight inches long.
Oguma knew this guy was serious as he leveled his spear and kept its sharp head pointed at the enemy. He was going to be tough probably, but not as tough as Oguma wanted him to be. There just was something truly unappealing about the man's new form. It was not because he did not look like a demon, but because Oguma felt that this beast could not match up to his own demonic power.
The lizard had the willingness to turn to him and say, "You see... this human has the audacity to pretend to be one of us. Obviously we can't allow a mere mortal to sully our brethren's good nature."
"Those are some acute observations, my friend, but we haven't even properly introduced ourselves. I'm Oguma Inugami. I now like to properly be referred to as Oni, however, if you say that man isn't a member our of brethren, well, I might just have to throw you around a bit." Oguma dipped his head as he spoke and dark energy gathered into his eyes. "This man you're blocking from my view saved me from certain death at the famous tourney I'm sure you heard was trashed only a day or two ago."
He reached into the chest plate of his armor and pulled out three inch thick, circular iron anklets before allowing them to dangle before the monster in his fingers. "These are my training weights. I've not put them on yet, but I'd like to give you a fair fight so give me a moment. Hopefully, once these are on, you're not going to die."
His speeches finished the demon bent over, slammed his spear into the asphalt at his feet, snapped each one onto his feet (just above the top of his leather boots), and stood up again before gripping his prized tool of destruction in both hands. His legs wobbled slightly as he did feeling a good twenty pounds weight down his one hundred seventy pound body. This was about the third or fourth time he had used his weights. They were rather cumbersome but he could use them either as something he was capable of strapping to his chest, feet, or arms. Humans had allowed for their technology to be multipurpose instead of a single use now.
And as far as Oguma knew, Tsumuri was not just about to get ignored by this creature. He would step in his own good fashion, even though the man knew very little of the demonic human's real powers. Oguma was far more certain the guy this creature spoke of knew far more about him then he did himself since TV had been very accessible at the fighting arena he'd destroyed.
(Let me know if this is a bad post. I'm going to start Oguma off in training weights for this fight to keep things fair.)

Tsumuri laughed as the hideous monster attempted to call himself demon. Tsumuri was half demon true but demon nonetheless. It was amusing to watch the man try and get the speared warrior on his side. He had no idea that Tsumuri once stood side by side with Oguma. Tsumuri was always loud and aggressive and nothing had changed in the few days that passed.
Tsumuri watched carefully as Oguma disrespected the lizard monster and actually put on his weights instead of keeping them off. Tsumuri knew the power that Oguma possessed was far greater than his, and it was perfect to have such a strong ally on his side.
"HAHAHAHA, you are completely oblivious aren't you? Oni and I have somewhat of a humble history together. Hr credits me with saving his life, but I only see it as rallying the most powerful demon on this planet to do what we do. I could simply leave and Oguma... Oni would destroy you with ease, but where's the fun in that. Forgive me Oni, I have to copy you in a way. This cloak is more than just a simple cloak lizard. This cloak comes from my home planet and is not as light as you'd believe."
Tsumuri takes off his cloak and allows it to drop to the ground with a thud. Tsumuri pops his knew and also his knuckles in order to loosen up a bit. Tsumuri's devilish grin grew wider as he was about to show the lizard just how powerful he really was. A deep blood red aura begins to surround Tsumuri. His eyes become completely black as two small horns protrudes out of his forehead. Dark black markings begin to cover his body like a tattoo. Tsumuri allowed his power to surge through him. He wanted this creature to know just who in the hell he was dealing with.
"Can you see me fool? This is what I am, this is who I am, and this is how I'm going to kill you. You are no demon or even half demon. You are something different all together. You are like a a wood roach that needs to to stomped out. You may believe that your dark and threatening, but in reality you're no threatening than a human child. HAHAHAHA!!!"
Tsumuri moves to his right in order to get a view of Oni. Once he knows Oni can see him he nods like he had done at the tournament. Tsumuri knew that Oni was far more skilled than himself and was once again ready to follow his lead in battle in order to end this quickly.
"Tsumuri, you go into this form and you don't allow me to completely take over? Why have you shut me away? You know that I am the most frightening one. I am the one you embraced back on Chaos, and I'm the one you embraced when you killed your mother. Don't you remember Tsumuri? We are friends aren't we? Come on and let me out to play....NOW!"
No one could notice the complete change in Tsumuri's character could they. Tsumuri had went from being calm to insane, and back to being level headed. Tsumuri did all he could to ignore the voice in his head. Tsumuri would fight and react better when he was in control, but if his demon side were to take over it would become horrid. Sweat begins to form on Tsumuri's brow, but no one would know the true reason. Would they? Tsumuri would have to end this quick if he wanted to keep his "better half" in check.

"Those are some acute observations, my friend, but we haven't even properly introduced ourselves. I'm Oguma Inugami. I now like to properly be referred to as Oni, however, if you say that man isn't a member our of brethren, well, I might just have to throw you around a bit." Oguma dipped his head as he spoke and Glacius noticed the gathering of energy in his eyes as they became more demonic in nature. "This man you're blocking from my view saved me from certain death at the famous tourney I'm sure you heard was trashed only a day or two ago."
'Well, there's Plan A flying right out the damn window isn't it!' Glacius said to himself in his head.
Oguma slipped a pair of what looked to Glacius like metal shackles from his armor, and Glacius eyed the iron shackles.
"These are my training weights. I've not put them on yet, but I'd like to give you a fair fight so give me a moment. Hopefully, once these are on, you're not going to die."
'He's... putting them on. He's either stronger than the both of us. Or he's gone off the deep end. He definitely hasn't gone off the deep end, I've seen what that looks like...'
"HAHAHAHA, you are completely oblivious aren't you? Oni and I have somewhat of a humble history together. Hr credits me with saving his life, but I only see it as rallying the most powerful demon on this planet to do what we do. I could simply leave and Oguma... This cloak comes from my home planet and is not as light as you'd believe." The crazed lunatic behind him spoke up.
'Speak of the devil and his mouth shall open.' Glacius thought to himself.
"Can you see me fool?"
'Call for recognition, check.' Glacius started his check list again in his head.
"This is what I am, this is who I am, and this is how I'm going to kill you."
'Claim of greater power, check.'
"You are no demon or even half demon. You are something different all together."
'I am something different all together. Better, I'd say.'
"You are like a a wood roach that needs to to stomped out."
'I wonder if those duck people tasted like duck? Something to look into when I finally die I suppose.' Glacius thought, almost zoning out the rest of Tsumuri's rant.
"You may believe that your dark and..."
'I just thought about eating them... that's kind of... strange. Hm. I wonder if they taste better roasted over a spit, or deep fried. I guess I'll have plenty of time to experiment later.'
"HAHAHAHA!!!"
'What was that? Oh! He just tried to insult me didn't he. Should I check that? Naaaah.' Glacius said.
To be honest this all was not the reaction which Glacius was accustomed too. Tsumuri he wasn't afraid of, oh no. He was sure he could hold his own against him, in any of his forms. But that was ONLY judged on his general behavior during their encounter so far. People who were wild in the mind tended to be FAR less dangerous than those who were more only level headed but also completely fearless. The reaction from Oguma was what troubled him. The fact that he actually put training weights ON to fight. He was accustomed to his enemies immediately shitting their pants in terror at the mere glance of this form, or at the least brazenly claiming that their power far exceeded his while removing training weights in a show of strength. Like that showed strength. If anything, it showed Glacius that Tsumuri wasn't confident in his skills as a fighter yet. Yet... here this Oni was completely unfazed one way or another. Glacius didn't know what to make of it, was he supposed to run for his life in fear of this fighter, like a cockroach from a heel, or was he supposed to welcome this challenge with open arms. Well, Glacius was no cockroach, not saying it would be an insult if anyone ever called him one. They were very good at survival. So, of course this challenge thrilled him, he was actually bored of merely walking over everyone who tried to get in his way. This change of pace was welcome, even if he nearly died at least he would have an idea of how hard he'd have to train in order to enact his inevitable revenge, which by the way he was already planning in case he lost too severely on this one. Which was ALWAYS a prospect, but fortunately, like cockroaches Glacius was very durable and VERY hard to kill.
Glacius smiled and loosened his neck.
"Well, since were all so confident, I'm sure you all think your WAAAAY out of my league. Gentlemen, I have to thank you. It's rare when I get an opportunity to finally kick loose, loosen the reigns a little bit, and even if I'm going to get my ass kicked. Atleast I know that every citizen in this city has safely evacuated themselves by now."
'So they can be killed later when its convenient.' Glacius thought to himself slyly.
Glacius cracked his fingers and held his hands to his side as his energy levels rose sharply again, his body seemed to condense into a much skinnier, and much more streamline him. His true form, completely white except for the glass like ruby red glass like coverings on his head, forearms, and knees. The spikes on his shoulders even shrink to a much less threatening 3 inches. His blood red aura burned off his body like a flame, and his face took a highly calm visage. He had time during the talk to analyze each of his opponent's personalities and had come up with a battle plan in that short amount of time. His feet slid away from each other and his body twisted slightly so his hands were facing each opponent with his tail gently wrapped over his body.
His voice was smooth and almost soothing, but FAR more sinister than any of his voices before. Also he tended to be the MOST level headed in this form, not saying he wasn't in the others but his higher power level offered him more wiggle room when it came to formulating plans. Which by the way he was very good at.
Glacius crossed his arms and a red wave of energy shot from his hands at speed directed to the vicinity of the two fighters, however it was entirely avoidable at either of their power levels.
If the red wave missed it would immediately hit a car behind Tsumuri, and a motorcycle behind Oni and wash over it. Glacius would than immediately jerk the two objects towards him using his mental powers at far greater speeds than the red wave, and when they were next to the two fighters he'd blow them up with a very weak but exceedingly fast energy blast for distraction.
If the energy wave did hit the two, Tsumuri in his powered up state would easily be able to break free, however Oni (I didn't see anything about him transforming.) in his untransformed state would have alot of trouble and Glacius would attempt throw him into Tsumuri so that the two fighters would be on the same side of Glacius rather than on opposing sides.
He'd alter his plan of course if something unexpected occured.

Oguma stood there frozen like a statue after he placed his weights on his legs. Then Tsumuri and Glacius got into some back and forth banter about demons and their place in the world. Luckily, for all their sakes, this did not last forever. Oguma just wanted to punch some things and now was beginning to see the talkative, loud mouth Tsumuri was as uncontrollable with his lips as his power. This guy had a sadistic look in his eye as he gave Oguma a nod in hopes that some kind of team combination technique or strategy might unfold.
Oguma was not that kind of guy, at least not with partial demons, he could not sense energy but he could tell by the way Tsumuri acted there was no way he was a full demon. Thus making him realize there was no way he could fully team up with him all the time, however, this time since the guy before them was insulting true demon pride Oguma did still feel the desire to knock him down some pegs. He just didn't have the opportunity now to take the initiative since Glacius made the first move.
A red wave erupted from the monster's hand, something Oguma did not expect as he leaped to his right to avoid it. Although it missed, he kept on edge as his side of the beam struck a motorcycle behind him.
"Scree!"
The wheels of tiny, white vehicle dragged along the ground behind him just when his ears picked up on it. He turned his entire to watch the process mid-jump as the red beam lifted up the nearly two hundred pound chassis and hurled it towards his torso. Were he a better fighter, and without weights he was sure he could dodge the debris now coming at him, but in mid jump he had no idea if he could change direction at all. So he held out his arms and caught the vehicle with his one hundred ninety pound body. It was all he could do for the time being.
"Oomph!" he cried when it hit his arms and pulled them and his entire torso down.
He felt himself being jerked forward a second later and cried, "Crap! Tsumuri, if you've not been hit, deal with this!"
Unfortunately for him, the red wave covered his view of his fighting partner. He looked down at the motorcycle and felt gasoline smear his hands. He had not wanted to get dirty, but this monster had clearly forced him to. He wanted to yell more commands, possibly react to another attack, however, a cyclical force whirled him around and brought him properly face to face with Glacius.
"You monster! You're no demon!" If I get out of this-" he stopped shouting because he realized Glacius had him in some kind of psychic grip. He could harm Oguma at point blank and the guy was less then a foot from his screaming face. With the motorcycle in his arms there was no way he could escape due to so much weight on his body. Training weights and were not a good idea. The only way he figured he might escape the Arcosian is if he released his full power.

"Tsumuri, let me out and I promise you we will dominate. Tsumuri I am you and you are me. Embrace me right now and release me forever, and we will conquer all."
Tsumuri ignored the voice in his head as he watched the monster make some kind of transformation. His body became smaller and more sleek, but Tsumuri knew he couldn't blow off this new transformation. A transformation meant more power and you didn't have to be a rocket scientist to know that simple fact. Tsumuri was now on edge as he didn't know if was stronger of if he could even match the monster.
Tsumuri was ready for battle, but the darkness inside him wanted an out. The saiyan woman Zucetta was the only person who could tame Tsumuri's dark side. Although he was afraid of what could happen if he released the darkness inside him, he knew he had no choice if he wanted to fight at his highest. Tsumuri's demon horns grows larger in length as his muscle mass increased slightly. His teeth became sharper and his voice became much more rough than before. Tsumuri had allowed his darkness this out, and it could come back to haunt him.
Tsumuri was ready to attack but he was nearly caught of guard by the flash of red energy that shot his way. Tsumuri moved swiftly to his left as the red energy flew past him to a nearby car. Tsumuri wouldn't have time to relax as the car is coming in fast right towards him. Tsumuri didn't have time to game plan so he decided to attempt to counter. Tsumuri punched his fist through the hood of the car and used his free hand to grab underneath it. That is when he hears Oni call out to him.
Tsumuri's feet began to drag as the car continued to move even though Tsumuri had a firm grip on it. Tsumuri stopped his feet into the pavement causing some debris to spew up. Tsumuri was attempting to stop himself, but he wasn't slowing down, but much. Suddenly, Tsumuri spent and launched the car at the monster, and due to it being engulfed in the red energy it would travel at even higher speeds. Tsumuri was trying to send the car crashing into the monster and break his grip on Oni. The darkness was truly out in full for the first time in forever and Tsumuri was now all business.

Both waves missed, but that was ok. The motorcycle behind Oni flew towards him only to be caught by the demon warrior. That was fine he merely transferred the psychic grip onto the demon. Concurrently the car behind Tsu flew towards Tsu only to have the chassis punched through. Tsu struggled for a few moments as the momentum from the attack came to a halt. In that time Oni was speaking to Glacius.
Now Glacius had seen that he could hold Oni so he was free to direct his attention to Tsu to ensure his attack on him succeeded. When Tsu punched his hand through the car and attempted to hoist it off the ground, Glacius saw this. Why else would he attempt to lift the car if not to throw it directly at Glacius, so Glacius counted on this, and quickly calculated how long it was going to take for the forward momentum to halt enough to allow Tsu to lift the car from the ground and throw it at Glacius, keeping this in mind he was free to direct his attention to Oni. This ALL happened within the span of time it took for Glacius to transfer his psychic grip onto Oni from the motorcycle.
"You monster! You're no demon! If I get out of this-" Oni stopped, obviously realizing what Glacius had just done to him.
"If." Glacius said directly, a cheshire smile spreading over his evil face.
'2, and 1.' Glacius thought to himself and ducked down holding Oni in place as the Car passed over Glacius' head, Glacius pulled Oni as hard as he could into the car so that both his momentum pulling forward and the car's momentum traveling towards him would cause a MUCH greater impact. The car would travel on for about 50 more meters before Glacius blew up the car, hopefully with Oni still on or in it with a Ki Gun blast while directing his attention to Tsu.
"Well, that was just disappointing. I thought you'd both put up more of a challenge." Glacius said with a sigh.
