The young dog would merely shrug his shoulders "I've sorta been to space once. That usually does the trick." The dog covered up yet another snicker as kiss continued to be demanded. His eyebrows raises high on his furred head as he watched out of the corner of his eye.
Suddenly the black haired man flew into the air with great force, Chili's mouth agape at the sudden rush of power, not that he could feel any of it. His amazement was short lived as he watched it become a benny hill style chase. "Well. I shouldn't get involved in.... well whatever this is."
He watched as the sentient plant life soon took what she demanded and Celmaru fell from the sky and crashed to the ground, pinned beneath his sea-waifu. Chili peeked over at the situation and then held his arms up over his head in a cross pattern. "K.O.!" he exclaimed.
The dog padding over to the open doorway of the house. "Ma'm! I think your son might need some help" he would shout into the home as he would look back over at the scene and blink his eyes a few times.

Hearing Chili yell for his Mother out of the corner of his eye, Celmaru slowly recovered from the fall.
"Ugh....Why does this.....!"
"Husband?"
"GAH!"
Celmaru immediately noticed the seaweed female resting upon his chest. Celmaru's face instantly became beet red upon seeing Phae.
"Phae, why are you on top of me?!"
"I got my kiss..."
"Do you think this is funny?!"
Phae softly chuckled to herself, her hand upon her lips, savoring what she had been given. Still hopelessly embarrassed, Celmaru's aura ignited once more, allowing himself to slip beneath Phae, and escape. Floating above the nearby tree, Celmaru yelled towards Phae, telling her;
"Phae, stay there while I explain to Chili, alright?!"
"No promises~"
Celmaru didn't hear Phae reply as he landed on the ground once again, this time near the doorway where Chili was.
"Alright, let me explain before anything else happens..."
As Celmaru spoke, the door opened, Celia appearing within the doorway. Her hair was still slightly messy from trying to deal with Phae earlier, but she supposedly didn't mind.
"What is it little Chili?" she responded, "Is Celmaru being mean to you?"
"Mother, I wouldn't be mean to a bipedal dog...."
"I don't know that! Maybe you're just saying that so you don't worry your poor old Mother!"
"Mother....Phae is just being....Phae."
"Being Phae...?"
"Proactive and needy, now may I please explain my daily Hell to Chili?"
Celia picked up Chili again, this time with less of a bear-hug.
"Go ahead."
"Alright, where to start...."
"Maybe with that Ayumu guy you kept telling me about?"
"....Fine."
Crossing his arms, his face shifted with a soft hue of red as he recollected the memories. He didn't want to explain his situation with Phae to a random zoanthrope, but at this point he didn't exactly have a choice.
"So....you know Ayumu, correct? He happens to be a surprisingly close friend of mine, I guess. One of his guard...familiar...somethings, the Zodiac Cow Chinatsu knocked me out and technically kidnapped me. She brought me to the largest shopping mall in Satan City, and tied me up along with Ayumu. Despite not wearing pants, he was as cheerful as always..."
As Celmaru spoke, explaining his troubles to Chili, Phae slowly crept up behind him, making sure to be quiet.
"One thing led to another, and I was led into Ayumu's pocket....house...dimension...something or other, trying to deal with escaping our bindings....and after being taught how to deal with farm animals, Ayumu gave me a golden coin."
Reaching into his pocket, he was surprised to find nothing inside.
"Huh? Where's the-!"
Celmaru frantically felt around his pocket, shocked by the disappearance of the golden coin. He checked his other pockets, hoping that he had moved the coin to some other pocket. Realizing that his actions were in vain, Celmaru gave up, saddened that he had lost the coin.
"Well....so much for that. I was told to never drop it too...."
Feeling guilty for disobeying Ayumu, Phae continued to creep up on him, mere inches away from him. Crouching down slightly to pounce, Phae leaped towards Celmaru, unable to sense her from her kiss prior to this. Surprised, Celmaru immediately grasped Phae's hands, now wrapped around him neck.
"Phae...! I told you not to-!"
Phae whispered something into his ear, although audible for an animal such as a dog, it wasn't loud enough to be picked up by nearby Human ears.
"The coin was turned to dust....It fell out of your pocket back then..."
"Does this have to do with you?"
"Yes, this body reacted to it....your warmth brought this body to life."
Celmaru's blush returned, redder than ever.
"Stop saying such embarrassing crap like that!"
"I only speak the truth to you, husband."
Celmaru was busy dealing with Phae again, this time from behind. Despite his efforts to explain, it doesn't seem like he'll be able to get any more explanations out of him, thanks to Phae.
"So, what were you calling me for Chili? Do you want another big hug?" Celia asked, still hugging Chili, and ignoring the two's "argument".

Chili was picked up again in a hug, the tight embrace making his tongue pop out of his muzzle. His eyes watched Celmaru return from the land of the dead. "I mean you don't have to explain if you don't want to but okay" nodded the dog as he wiggled his squat legs.
His ears perked as he listened to the curious explanation of his current predicament. The sudden embrace of Phae once again interrupting. The Zoan looking up at the mother embracing him. "Well no Ma'm I thought Celmaru might have passed out" his face turning back down to gaze upon Celmaru.
"Ya know I don't think that explanation really explains anything... So she's magic?" the dog questions and throws his shoulders up and his hands out in a look of utter confusion.

Shoving Phae's face away from his, Celmaru heard Chili speak of how the explanation was near pointless. Knowing that he wasn't finished, he spoke, attempting to continue
"I'm sorry....I wasn't able to finish, because of a certain proactive seaweed woman!"
Struggling against Celmaru's hand, Phae reached up to his ear, whispering into it. She spoke slowly to emphasize her statement.
"I love you, husband."
Celmaru's ears became uncomfortably warm, and one could almost see steam protrude from his ears.
"I told you to stop!"
"I won't stop until you kiss me again."
Pushing his hand into Phae's face, and keeping her away from him, Celmaru tried to continue his explanation.
"Er...Anyway....After I was supposedly gave me the golden coin, a crate of seaweed appeared before me, and I was confused as I clueless enough to believe that I was given the seaweed."
Phae was still being pushed away from Celmaru, and he leafy arms were flailing around, trying to reach out towards Celmaru.
"A whole load of random events occur, and Phae began to exist in all of her seaweed glory....if you could call it that...And I was embarrassed soon after she tackled me into a hug!"
Celmaru looked back at Phae, irritated at her forms of greeting.
"She was too straightforward and very...very proactive, and made the excuse that I took her....virginity....and I was her's. Ayumu was laughing whilst I was slowly being embarrassed to death, and he shortly married me off to Phae soon after...."
His face became redder and redder as he spoke, remembering unfortunately unforgettable memories.
"Phae later explained that she was the guardian spirit of my family...even being around to see my first few ancestors. She said quite a few embarrassing things....and that's just about it..."
Phae was freed from Celmaru's hand, allowing her to retake her place on his shoulders. Crossing his arms, he concluded his hasty explanation.
"So no, Phae isn't technically magical. She's a guardian spirit that has taken the form of seaweed....although, this form wasn't necessary..."
"It was entirely necessary, I wanted to be sure that I would attract you, husband."
"Nothing that you do is necessary."
A certain pressure was applied to Celmaru's back, and he immediately knew what it was.
"Phae...w-why are you doing that again?"
"I was told by Ayumu that men like these....especially if they are bigger than most."
"Ayumu is....someone you shouldn't take that kind of advice from."
"Are you sure, husband?"
"Yes! He married me to you for Kami's sake!"
"Why did you mention such a wonderful event?
Celmaru sighed in frustration, once again realizing that he was stuck with her. Pinching the bridge of his nose, Celmaru looked back at Chili.
"So that's the more....brief...gist of it all. Phae's is legally married to me, and Ayumu condemned me to a life with her."
Phae continued to brush up against Celmaru's back, further increasing his embarrassment. Meanwhile, Celia started to squeeze the life out of Chili, being briefly reminded of how Phae revealed herself to her; showing up in Celia's home (abruptly) with her son in Phae's arms, pressing his head against her bosom shamelessly. Celia was annoyed at Phae because of her previous actions around her at their first meeting, but she still didn't truly accept their marriage. Of course, she wouldn't tell either Celmaru or Phae that. She continued to tightly squeeze Chili as she saw the couple argue and bicker back and forth, unsure of where these two would go with their relationship.

Chili nodded his head a few hundred times as the explanation went on and on before snapping his furred fingers. His eyes aflame he thrust out his paw and pointed a finger directly at Celmaru. "So what you're saying is! You like seaweed which is why she took that form!" The Zoan boy's digit rolled down in a deflated manner and his eyes seemed to lose focus. "That's kind of weird actually."
The dog soon got swooped back up by Celia again and he let out a sigh. This was all starting to continue around and around in a circle. "M-Maybe I should go. I did interrupt you two and uh, it seems like I might interrupt even more" he added. Unsure if he wanted to stick around for anymore life threatening hugs or sexual predator seaweed girls, though most of that went right over the little kid's head.

"Er.....Chili, hate to break it to you, but I'm not a particular fan of seaweed..." Celmaru noted, still embarrassed by Phae's antics, "...And I don't believe that's why she chose this form!"
Phae, the woman in question, was still applying her mammaries against Celmaru's back, giving him a slight chill as he continued to blush fiercely. Attempting to push Phae off of him, the hybrid continued speaking.
"Therefore, I'm not that weird....but this pile of seaweed is! She keeps trying to cling to me like she's physically dependent on me!"
"You can't escape me, husband...."
"Try me!"
Chili mentioned taking his leave as Celia continued to hug him. Celmaru gladly allowed him to do so, flatly speaking towards him to do so.
"Go ahead, Chili....only my Mother is stopping you, and her power measure is only one."
"Hey!"
"I'm sorry Mother, but its true."
"Hmph!"
She dropped Chili to firmly place her hands on her hips in defiance, shocked by her son's blatant claim that she was weak. She puffed out her cheeks, trying to emphasize her annoyed expression as she made a pouting face. Realizing that Chili was free, Celmaru exclaimed;
"Chili, I hope we meet again, under...different circumstances.......but for now, run!"
Celmaru gestured to the street, towards Chili's freedom. Phae began to rub up against the young hybrid's neck affectionately, making Celmaru's face slightly redder than before. Dashing before his Mother as Chili supposedly tried to escape her clutches, Celmaru suggested something simple.
"How about we head inside now, Mother?"
"Aww....but what about Chili?"
"Don't worry about him, he can take care of himself, surely."
"But-"
"Now, now, let's head inside to leave him be....we've disrupted his day well enough by now..."
Phae was practically emitting an aura of affection around Celmaru as he brought both himself, Phae and his Mother inside the house, leaving the young zoanthrope to escape the clutches of Celia. As the door closed behind them all, Celmaru looked back into the outside, making sure if they little canine fled. Either way, he'd be in for another hectic day of insanity because of Phae....with the young Chili being involved or not.

Chili stared as the menagerie of the Waterfield family made their way back into their substantial living domain. The dog now standing outside in the city by himself as he imagined Celmaru was only getting more intruded upon by his sea plant wife. The dog readjusting the cap on his head and smoothing out his red jacket.
Chili had run into yet another weird event in his journey, though compared to the rest this was mild. A spirit wife who claims her life to you would be quite odd to the normal person however. The dog stretched his body out after be squeezed ever so much by the incorrigible Celia.
His furred head turned towards the sky and he decided it was certainly time to make his depart. A small gust of wind whipped out from under Chili's feet as he jettisoned into the air quickly and zoomed up into the air. This certainly had been a strange visit, even if Chili had just been passing by at the time.
He would hope to run into Celmaru again, he was strange and clearly had a fascination with seaweed, but he seemed like an impressive fighter, a possible powerful alley maybe? Either way the dog would have to come back and visit someday or run into the Human-Saiyan hybrid again soon.
