This takes place hours after the end of the combat with Raisu and Ken…
You are staring at a small lake formed beneath a small waterfall of not much more than ten meters. It’s dawn time. The angle you are looking through doesn’t allow you to perceive the true depth of the lake; the distance between the margin and the water itself. Everything was pretty silent; words that probably already led you to pretty much figure out a ta-da scene coming out of a cheap Hollywood horror is about to break the peacefulness of the scenery. And thus, cliché takes over: a metallic hand is seem coming from within the water and grabbing the earthy ground by the margins. The half-alive body of our most favorite brewdroid is then seen trying to drag itself out of the water. Have you ever seen something this stubborn to lay and die?
It takes a few moments, but the robot manages to stand on its feet. He looks and moves like some sort of a mecha-zombie and his systems still seemed to be out, leading us to believe he is still unconscious, operating only on basic automated actions commanded by his computerized brain. The same structure responsible for running an internal diagnostics tool to determine the extension of the damage and tap in the emergency power cell’s energy to do proper maintenance; that’s what was happening now.
If we were to look at BREU in one of those medical series that show body mechanisms through a cellular level point of view, we would first see his eyes glowing; then an internal view would show his partially organic / partially bionic brain and then, a view of the several neurons that compose his central nervous system doing accelerated synapses. We would follow the electric impulse to a group of cybernetically bonded cells containing what seems to be nanobots that begin to move once the bioelectrical impulse reaches the receptors. They begin to multiply, covering the circumjacent area where there’s missing tissue. In a macro point of view we see once again matter forming to replace BREU’s vaporized limb as well as grayish spots on the scars fixing the damaged tisse. This all happens really fast and in no time, the android’s body is completely repaired. Only his mechanical arm seemed not to be affected by the nanomachines, since it was built from scratch rather than obtained through the cellular bonding methods of cybernetic enhancements. BREU looks at the jolting limb.
~ “Where the hell am I?” ~ He mutters to himself.
OOC: I only shifted BREU from Bio-Android to Android by the end of this one, so it means he would still have the Namekian Regeneration hybridized racial (flavored as nanomachines). That's why I'm full healing him in this manner. Anyway... this was fun!
