Especially if that empire were the Saiyans, who seemed to have little regard for life outside of their own race. The Queen of the Saiyans has a prosthetic arm because of Vipoi. If Vipoi's presence on Earth would more act like a deterrent for an invasion than anything else." Personally, Cipher desired to grow stronger so he could defend this planet without having to rely on him. With Vipoi gone, he was beginning to realize how vulnerable the Earth was to outside threats, especially with all the Super Saiyans springing up in the SSE.

The thought of it was all was starting to worry Cipher greatly, but he managed to keep it hidden. He had to put on a strong face. "If anything else, we can at least provide relief efforts for the Brenchians, ensure they're not wiped out or left in ruin by all this. After all, from what I hear, the Saiyans seem to have an issue with the Arcosians, not anyone else."

Jarvis paused for a moment hearing about the queens hand problems and began to chuckle himself before echoing a bit of a laugh. Rubbing his chin imagining a one handed ruler flapping about yelling off orders. He'd never seen the queen himself but a one handed worry had to be a funny sight. "Well then,... I suppose if he can 'disarm' the queen... Perhaps aiding the empire against them at least for my people would be rather easy for him. I'll have to keep this in mind if I'm able to actually talk to him. Surely you understand if I'm weary of him... Good man or no I'm not always the most trusting of figure heads.... Heh. But I suppose given all thats needed I can give him some chance IF he returns to this good state you speak of. I'll reserve judgement till then but I'll still enjoy beating down on him while he has that damned red hair and name." Still burning for a fight as well in terms of revenge on vi-poi. Jarvis would perhaps calm those thoughts in time but chances are if things went well he'd still be lightly tense when it came to talks with the blue haired android one day. But that was something that would have to wait to be seen. For now he'd push the worry behind him.
"Never know boyo.... Aid the brenchians maybe they'll aid you if this SSE decide to look at earth. My clan on arcose were loyal for years to the empire even if i was the black sheep that went scurrying away. What is it they say? The enemy of my enemy is my friend? Doesn't seem like the saiyans are friends exactly. I didn't see any of them at north city. Not that I saw much of it before.... Well. You get what I mean." He'd pause for moment. Scratching the back of his head exhaling a heavy breath He needed some air... some space. "How will I contact you? An how long will it be before your database shows I'm on your team? This Kaos? If I'm gonna fight with your team against the red man I want to have access to resources if I need them before then? Preparations for the big bang and all that?" Asking curiously. Seeming a little anxious.

Cipher nodded, somewhat glad he had gotten Jarvis off of his desire to murder Vipoi. He would allow him to beat on Realigner Red when the time came, lord knows he wanted to as well, but as long as he wasn't going to interfere with the possibility of repairing him, it was all good.
"In regards to your application into the BBA, as acting commander I feel it's within my power to grant you acceptance into the organization. There will be some paperwork to put on file, but that can come later. As of now, I declare you a member of the BBA, and a member of the KAOS division. In time you will be provided with numerous resources, as well as a division of soldiers under your command, though we can wait until after the crisis before we can go into the details." He was fairly certain that none of the other KAOS members would object to this. After all, while Jarvis was a smuggler, he hadn't committed any major crimes that would blacklist him from the BBA. And to be honest, it needed all the help they could get.

Jarvis had some ideas how being on the side of a army could play out to his benefit and he knew how the law could bend without breaking he just never thought he'd the one in the uniform on that side of the spectrum. But hey at this way any future business would also be for earths benefit so Cipher wouldn't complain and well anything that was of shady origin would be his own secrets to keep. Jarvis knew of some... street criminals and groups he never had the power to shut down but a armies hand behind him? In the future some soldiers? This job came with some perks that was for sure. An if he wasn't on their lists as cipher said... well then he was sure his side jobs would continue to go unnoticed given he wasn't in the destroying planets business or anything thing that got to dark. Heh with a official position he wouldn't need to take shit jobs either just for survival. He was liking this more and more by the minute.
"Well you most certainly have a way of quelling my anger by giving me what I want... Soldiers and title in time? I can use that.... I have information that.... Would help me stop a good few people you'd find unsavory in earths criminal department. I think we'll both find this new partnership very mutually beneficial..." He liked getting what he wanted even if it wasn't really him being in charge as he liked it sounded like it was his idea which added to his approval. Also Jarvis would see this as a chance to aid as he said. Deciding for now best to not add that 'other' friends would also benefit from certain future criminal removal. Jarvis was a fan of... controlled and fair dealings in his shady side of life. Some part of it might work out to this honest work thing. After all on earth he found he didn't always find himself in as bad situations as he did on Arcose or the planets they controlled. Perhaps earth was the first planet he'd really settled on outside of Arcosian controlled space.
"I need to make some rounds... Have a look around to make sure of a few details after my prior death. Heheh. So I will soon take my leave but first I need to know a place you wish me to meet you? If I help you with Red I need to know when and where you want me.... I should be done with my business by that time anyway I just want to get all the details straight. I assume YOU are the one whose gonna be fighting with me when we go to get him right? Cipher and Jarvis? I bet you never thought those names would be together without some internal fight did you?" Laughing with a deep tone. Perhaps not dissuading the possibility they'd likely still come to blows in the future. At least with this new arrangement they were l likely out of the chance of it ever escalating further then squabbles and brawls now. Jarvis didn't break his word and appalled oath breakers. Small white lies were one thing but a deal and a bond was another!

Cipher nodded calmly. "Just remember, the BBA deals in global threats. I mean the kind that want to enslave and wipe out humanity. Don't run yourself ragged taking care of petty criminals. If you wish to, by all means, but don't feel like you have to as part of your position." The idea of Jarvis running around, acting like an officer of the law, was certainly something Cipher never would have expected from the Brenchian. If anything he'd be like one of those loose cannon cops who cause plenty of collateral damage in pursuit of criminals. Guess that would make Cipher the police chief that constantly shouted at him. Cipher really wasn't one for shouting.
"As for where, that would be the Big Blu. I'm sure you've probably seen it. The gigantic ship normally seen floating high over the Western Continent. While we do have other facilities on Earth, that is the flagship and our central headquarters." He reached into his coat, pulling out a small card and handing it to him. "This is only a temporary I.D. card until we get one properly made for you, but it will get you access to the Big Blu without any issues.
As for the upcoming battle, I missed the chance to battle Realigner Red during the Northern Capitol conflict, I will not miss that chance again." His eyes narrowed, still bothered by his failure to act earlier.

Jarvis accepted the card and looked at it for a moment or two front to back before slipping it into his pocket. He could make allot of pocket money clearing out certain illegal rings and perhaps assuming control himself or using other contacts to lead them for him. AT least the more legit fronts. It paid to have some power on your side and some form of group to say you had backing of the law. "Red is deadly,... I haven't seen power like that anywhere before... In all my time in the galaxies he is by far the most deadly son of a bitch I've every stumbled upon..." The ship was one he'd seen but only once or twice. Would be interesting seeing it on the inside soon! He had to admit he was a little curious now but that would come later.
"I'll give you my scouter freq... Call me when you are ready if we don't meet before then. I have things to attend to but I'll be around and ready." Pulling out his scouter from a capsule that decapsulized and with a click seeking out nearby scouters to link up with or machinery. Hoping at least Cipher had some way to connect to it. He was a machine right? Surely it had to work...
Fighting red again meant he'd need to have a look around settle somethings up and be better prepared this time. Taking in a bit of a deep breath as he'd lift off the ground again capsulizing the device shortly after he was sure its purpose had been fulfilled. "This is gonna be a fun ride... Heh. I hope you got some other comrades in mind as well! I wouldn't mind a nice little squad to add in kicking that bastards ass. We are probably gonna need all the help we can get. Or we'll die ya know? Catch ya later Cipher baby..." Jarvis would say chuckling and giving a joke salute before he'd start jetting off waiting long enough to catch any parting words or needed information. Cipher had to gather more allies most likely Jarvis was ready to lend his aid now. This was gonna be one hell of as how.

Cipher couldn't agree more with Jarvis' assessment of Realigner Red. He was by far the biggest threat that the Earth had ever faced, and to top it off, he had been Earth's defender before all this happened! He justed hoped that the Earth would be able to withstand this. Cipher was going to personally make sure that it did. He took Jarvis' scouter frequency with a small nod. "I'll let you know when it's time. In the meantime though, that card I gave you should get you access to the Big Blu."
As for any other allies, I have some people in mind, some I've already spoken with." He already had spoken with Kaula, who was bringing Reikiko, as well as Liang. This would make Jarvis the fourth person he's recruited (or rather second, since Kaula and Reikiko were acting on their own). Cipher had just one more person in mind, who he intended to visit later. He floated back a little, giving Jarvis space as the brenchian hybrid flew off. He knew he was going to be seeing him again soon. He just hoped that bringing him into the BBA wasn't going to bite him in the ass.
He remained there for a moment, silently hovering over the ruins of the Northern Capitol before flying away. There were so many things for him left to do, and not much time to do it all in.
