Yu having the perfect time to recuperate and watched the battle take place behind the scenes. Yu rose to his feet and took a deep inhale of breath and exhaled it afterwards as he stared at the King slowly regenerating his arm and noticing that it is taking him a while to do so. Yu having a flashback and just concentrating and going into deep space with his eyes just staring.
(Flash Back)
Yu and Yuki both sixteen years old and standing before their father, their father had his arms folded across his chest and speaking to both of them.
Father:" This is your day, to show me how strong the both of you are against me. Lets see how strong you guys have truly become."
The fight started and the father kept leaping back one step at a time as Yuki started attempting to punch her father's face and chest. The fist being blocked and pushed away by her father's hands. Each fist was failing after another and Yu decided to step in as Yuki looked over her shoulders and leaped back. Yu then getting his footing in a rush position and bounced off the ground and lunged over to strike his father in the face with his right hook. His father catching and tightly pressed pressure onto the fist and pulling down down to the ground and having the fist rest there on the pavement. While this was happening, the father had both his legs in mid air and using his son's right forearm to balance himself in mid air like a handstand. The father then bringing both legs together and impacting Yu's face, causing the release of the forearm to happened and Yu to take full impact of both imprints of his father's boots, causing him to fly back and impacting the ground. His father getting into a combat state and being ready for both of them to attack him head on. The hours of fighting ended and the scenery switched to where Yuki was given orders from her father to go home and rest, while Yu was ordered to be kneeled to the floor and awaited for his father to speak to him. Both of them now alone and Yu's father now having his arms behind his back and sighing toward Yu. The father now speaking to Yu and looked at him with a disappointing facial expression.
Father:" Why did I think you were ready like your sister. You aren't ready yet. Your fighting technique is completely off, you rush into battle without thinking, and you are using poor techniques and their executions are down right laughable."
Yu's facial expression changing from being worried to sad. Yu then clearing his throat and finally speaking to his father.
Yu:"I tried my best sir.... I have been in the mental institution for the pass few months... and they don't allow training over there..."
Father:"Going crazy isn't an excuse for fighting weak. You should use it to your advantage... I tried teaching you several times on how to use the snow ball technique... and you can't even preform the basics."
Yu:" I will try to learn it again.. Will do it right now.."
Father:"I'm tired of the excuses.... and tired of you not being able to make it happen... Maybe you should stay in the mental institution.. I'm not seeing any progress at all. Just pick up your gear and head home."
The father vanishing and the scenery changes to late at night and the father making them both dinner. The father placing down three plates on the table and only sees Yuki at the table. The father then wonders and then speaks to Yuki while he places the main course dinner on the table with mittens on.
Father:"Where is your brother?"
Yuki:"He never came back home..."
Father:"It's been six hours.. what could he possibly be doing... Wait here."
The father flying back to the training area and watching his son drop sweat and various bruises around his arms and legs as he keeps training. His father widens his eyes as he just looks at his son doing constant pushups and sit-ups, and also breaking the nearby trees down and using other trees as a punching bag. The trees losing their bark and large dents are placed on a few of them. The father vanishing and appearing before Yu as he folds his arms across his chest and speaks with him with a grin on his face.
Father:"Still here training, six hours straight... you really think you have what it takes."
Yu:"Yes sir..."
Father:"Tell you what Yu.. if you can hit me in the face with one fist, I won't send you back to the institution."
Yu:"Alright!"
Yu rushing over to his father and attempting to strike him in the face with a fake right hook. Yu vanishing from his position and appearing behind his father and now sending a right hook to the back of his head. The father grabbing the fist with his right open hand and grabbing it tightly and causing Yu to unable to escape it due to the strength over powering Yu. The father now bringing Yu over his head and letting him go as Yu is taking a fall to the ground upside down. Yu now bringing his hands back a bit and firing two ki blast toward the father's face. The father blocking his father in times with one arm and Yu taking his landing and trying to sweep kick his father off his feet. The father jumping up in the air to avoid the sweep kick and stepping on his son's head and causing his head to impact the ground hard. The father then landing on the ground behind Yu and turning around to grab both of his ankles and pulling him out of the ground and spinning him around in a 360. The release is made and Yu is flying straight towards a nearby tree. The impact is made on his lower spine, and Yu coughing up blood and spit as he rises to his feet and closing his fist. The father now clapping his hands and showing a smirk on his face. The father now speaking with a cocky attitude and then closing and opening his eyes right after.
Father:"Not even one hit you made so far. Just give up."
The father now opening up his hand and aiming directly towards Yu and now speaking to him.
Father:" I have shown you the snow ball, the ice ball, and finally, I will show you the Mega Freeze Ball"
The father firing the mega freeze ball and the size of it being double the size of the average basketball. Yu now opening both hands and catching the ball as he struggles to maintain the ball and screams as his clothes begin to disintegrate and his hands becoming wounded. The father stepping right in and deflecting the ball away from his son and into the air. The father then concentrating on the ball and making it vanish instantly. The father now looking at his son who is now just kneeling and panting.
Father:"You see.. I told you that you didn't-"
Just before his father could finish the sentence, Yu vanishes from his position and punches his father in the back of the head. His father being caught off guard and turns around to see his son now standing with both his arms to his back.
Yu:"I got you dad!"
Father:"That you did my boy. Being sneaky and using tricks won't get you around for long. Always remember that strategy is the best way to win, even if you are down on your luck."
The flashback ending and the king's arm fully regenerated and the king already grabbing Yuki and rising her to the air as he is already charging a ball in his hand.
Yu now seeing this and screams across the arena, with his loud voice and it projecting through the arena, this catching the attention of the king.
Yu:"HEY YOU! WHY DON'T YOU FIGHT SOMEONE WHO ISN'T DEFENSELESS. LIKE ME! KILL ME FIRST, NOT MY SISTER! YOU COWARD!"
The king dropping the sister and turning to look at Yu who was completely a mess from the head to his toes. A man who stood with only one arm, was screaming at a king who was powerful.
King:"Fine, if you want to die first, I will grant that request. It's time I show you, that you don't mess with me at all. The king floating into the air and aiming his blast wave over to Yu. The king building up his full power blast wave and finally firing it over to Yu. Yu now just standing there and quickly whispers to himself and having a second wind entering inside of him as he then closes his eyes.
Yu:"Mega....Freeze...Ball...."
Yu forming a ball that is double the size of a basketball and aiming it directly at the king. Yu now firing off the ball to clash against the King's blast. The ball now overpowering the King's blast and the impact hitting the king and the king completely losing his entire right side of the body. The smoke clearing and the explosion over, the king still standing and looking down at Yu who instantly drops to the ground and pants as he is completely drained from the energy he just used. The king now smirking and concentrating on the same attack once again and aiming his hand directly at Yu. The king now speaking to Yu, as Yu can hear it but isn't able to move.
King:"I still have one arm left, and I have enough energy to end both you and your sister's life. Now I will show you that messing with me was the wrong choice and that you should of stayed down and quiet, and that you should of just never shown up to begin with. I hope you enjoy the afterlife kid, you were never cut out to be a soldier at all."
The king now charging up the blast and looking at Yu and saying his final words before firing the blast.
King:"You will join your father in the next life. Die you Brench!"
The king firing off the full power wave blast toward Yu. Yu now thinking to himself that this is it, that he is about to die and that he is too weak to even get up.
