Kluttz decided to head to something called "West City" because he wanted to see what a "city" was and experience. He took off from his village and speedily flew over to west city which only took 30 minutes, too which he land on a rooftop and stared at the skyline in awe, amazed at the cars and how many people there were. He was starstruck by the skyscrapers, they were huge and enormous. He couldn’t believe it; but all good things came to an end as a cop noticed him and yelled, “Yo kid, get down from there! It’s dangerous! Your also trespassing on private property!”Kluttz looked down at the man and crouched down, so he could see better. “Hm? Eh, I’ll be fine. It’s not like I’m in an danger. And private property? I dunno. Stop bothering me, I just wanna be left in peace for sakes.” The cop was fuming and some of the spectators were starting to chuckle at the childish antics of the guy on the roof as the cop called in dispatch who quickly arrived to the scene to find the man to have disappeared. While the cop on the scene swears the man was there a second ago. Kluttz had just jumped down and began to walk away from the cop after he turned for a split second to see the dispatch arrive. “Daba de daba die…” Kluttz sung to himself, repeating these lyrics to himself for a bit before a hand gripped his shoulder and he felt something poke into his back. “Now, slowly make yourself walk into the alley. No sudden movements.” the man whispered into Kluttz’s ear who immediately was frighted, thinking it was a gun and knew guns could kill people… But failed to realize that this gunman and gun would be child’s play. He was slowly made to walk into an alley with the gunmen. Gira HW's are active! Pl is 550 with HW's! W/o HW is 2,200.

Thread PL: 80 580 Heavy weights active! Sensed PL: 20 145Gira walked down the streets of West Capitol, a list in-hand of the errands her mother wanted her to run today. "Let's see... drop off dry cleaning, check. Pick up mail, check. Get milk...guess I should do that next." She shoved the list in her pocket and looked up just in time to see someone being led into an alleyway at gunpoint. 'I gotta help him...' The hybrid hesitated for a moment, however. She thought back to the recent massacre in Ginger Town. The screams of the people burning in their cars... the smell of charred flesh... it all came back to her.
'Even if I do help, what's the difference? For every crime I stop ten more take its place. Crimes that are even worse. Am I really even helping?' A look of realization came to the teen half-Saiyan's face after that thought crossed her mind. "What am I thinking? He's in trouble, and the Watcher of West Capitol always helps people who are in trouble!" She dropped her bag to the ground and struck a pose, showing off her insta-change watch.
"Transform!" She cried out, pressing the red button on the side of the watch. Her torso was covered in a blue light as she spread her arms out. The light spread, covering her legs and arms as well. She shed the light like scales soon after, however, a silver gymnast's outfit on her body where her other clothes used to be. Gira smirked, her mask appearing on her face in a flash of light soon after. As Kluttz was dragged into the alley, a voice echoed in the enclosed space.
"Those who would harm others are scum and subject to the hammer of justice! And the swinger of that hammer; The Watcher of West Capitol!" The silver-clad superhero leaped from the rooftop above, landing in front of the gunman. "Unhand him, villain! Unhand him and face justice!"
The Watcher of West Capitol has arrived on the scene!

As Kluttz was lead into the alley, he thought to himself, “Am I even fast enough to dodge a gun going off!? I-it’s impossible! There too fast!... I mean, I could try.” He turned ever so slightly and saw the gunman was young, even younger than him was holding him at gunpoint like he thought. He was nervous and didn't want to die now.
He felt a extremely high power that was the strongest he has ever felt. “Hol-holy shit, that's an amazing power.” He muttered as the gunman look extremely confused and pushed more in the alley.
He then heard a voice yell from a rooftop as he looked up and saw a strange, but awesome looking person on the rooftop shout about being the Watcher and to unhand him. To which the gunman cursed and looked panicked.
“T-The Watcher?! Shit! H-hey, if you take one step towards us, I'll blow his brains out!” The gunman shouted nervously. That gunman knew he wouldn't kill this guy, all he wanted were valuables. He’s never killed anyone before! He couldn't do that! He just needed to escape this situation and he’ll go and live a normal life. No more robbing or anything.
Kluttz however, wanted to explore more and needed to get out of this predicament. He slowly reached down for his blade and when he reached it, with speed the robber couldn't comprehend as he slammed the hilt into the man's face as he’s sent through the wall. The mans gun fly's into the air and lands on the ground.

Gira smirked under her mask at the man's fear. It was something she came to expect from criminals in the city. She had been active enough for word to get around, it seemed. "Hold! You don't need to make this any harder on yourself! Let the boy go before you do something you regr--" Then something happened that Gira didn't expect. She had felt the boy's power. He was quite a bit stronger than this mugger. But fear could be a greater debilitation than anything in high enough doses.
It seemed the fear had worn off though. In a single swift movement, the boy took up his blade and slammed the hilt into the criminal's face. Gira blinked in surprise, standing still for a moment. 'Did I... did I win?' After a second, she struck a pose and let out a cheesy superhero laugh. "Ha-HA! The Watcher of West Capitol saves the day again!" She pumped her fist into the sky, but soon looked over at the gunman, then to his gun that came to rest on the ground.
Humming happily to herself, Gira picked up the gun and crumpled it up as though she was crumpling up a bunch of old newspapers, casually throwing the mangled, balled up remains of the weapon over her shoulder. With a heavy metallic thud, it came to rest on the ground. "Now, to bind the criminal!" Gira dug in the back of her suit, eventually coming up with a length of rope. "Now, this... and this... and... done!" Gira grinned and put her hands on her hips in a triumphant pose. Her attention was soon pulled to Kluttz, however. "You okay? That was some power." Her grin widened beneath her mask.

Kluttz sighed, realizing he had nothing to fear and that was just plain stupid. He could have easily taken care of the guy and never even realized. He watched and heard the laugh and pose, which Kluttz would never admit aloud, he thought it was really cool. But it was weird that she did act like she did anything. He pretty much handled the threat while she posed and stuff. But eh, whatever, heroic deeds didn't matter to him, he just did what he thought was good and did it, no matter the consequences. She leaped down and balled up the gun like a used newspaper, which Kluttz wondered if he could too. “So Miss Watcher, what brings you to this neck of the streets? Do you have a radar searching for bad guys or something?” He asked, chuckling, watching her tie him up. “Oh yes! Thank you Miss Watcher! You saved my life, how could I possibly repay you!?” Kluttz said this in the most dramatic voice, while holding back his laughs thought his ‘Broadway’ performance. “Haha. So-sorry! I just couldn't help myself. You seem to hold some power your self. I guess your the hero of this city?” He asked calmly pulling out a cigarette and lighting it a small magic flame. “So, I'm Kluttz and you?” He asked extending a hand. Gira

Gira blinked at Kluttz's display. Was he messing with her? Or was he just crazy? The hybrid came to the conclusion that he was messing with her. While she was aware she didn't really do much of anything, she had to keep up the image of the Watcher! "Uh... well, I, uh, had help. Good work, citizen!" She gave Kluttz a thumbs up.
"But yes! West Capital is under my protection." Upon the swordsman telling her his name, she hesitated a moment. "I am the ardent protector of West Capital, The Watcher!" She paused briefly. "But.. you can call me Gira." She lifted up her mask to show her face as she shook Kluttz's hand.
"As for what brings me out here, I was just running errands when I saw you getting pulled into this alley." She put her hands on her hips proudly again. "And the Watcher always helps people who are in trouble!" She grinned at her newfound acquaintance. "But a crime radar... I gotta stop by Capsule Corp and see if that's an actual thing I can get."

Kluttz nearly laughed at the superhero, wondering if she was just a kid trying to play hero, which would be pretty funny. A kid superhero with a power much stronger than him…. Not as fun. “I mean, I'm just a wanderer. I don't live here. This is actually my first time in a city like this… It's so big!” Kluttz said in awe of the city. “Huh. Your the protector of this city? Oh wow… Uh, hi Gira… Aren't superhero's supposed to be, uh, secretive… And your young… How old ARE you?” Kluttz asked her, surprised to see a young girl doing this. “Huh… Well thats ironic. You and I meet just walking down the street just when a robber is here. Wait, Capsule Corp? Would that even be a thing they had? Wouldn't be surprised.” Kluttz joked around, cracking a smile at her. Gira chuckled at the mention of West Capital being big. Gira didn't think too much about the sheer size and magnitude of a city like hers. She lived here all her life, so it all seemed normal to her. Then came a few questions from the swordsman. First was about how she was supposed to be secretive as a superhero. Normally, she would be. But lately, she stopped caring about others "like her" discovering her identity.
When she saw Kluttz's power, she knew that he could be trusted with her secret. Then was a question about her age. Gira actually looked slightly younger than she was, so she could understand her acquaintance's surprise. "I'm seventeen. But i'll be eighteen in October!" She grinned. "But yeah, fate's funny like that, I guess. I hope we'll be friends." His wondering if capsule Corporation would have something like a crime radar made Gira come to the conclusion that something like that couldn't exist.
Not yet anyway. With the technology Capsule Corp was coming out with nowadays, the impossible today could become quite possible tomorrow.

“Wait, eighteen!? You looked like 16 to me! Jeez, your closer to me in age than I thought. Well good for you, your doing good in your city.” He said, praising her a bit with a smile. He was surprised at her strength but sighed a little on the inside at the fact a kid eclipsed him.
“What's next, a 10 year old will be strong enough to destroy planets?” He thought dejectedly, but he quickly pushed that out of his mind. “Hm? Oh, same here! You seem like a good person. Oh, um, do you mind answering some questions for me? Er, not counting that question of course.” Kluttz asks sheepishly.

Gira grinned with pride and a slight tinge of embarrassment at Kluttz's praise. She chuckled a little before speaking. "Thanks. I try my best to keep people safe and give them hope." When Kluttz asked if Gira could answer a few questions for him, she grinned and pointed up into the sky, speaking proudly with a cheesy, over the top superhero voice.
"Of course I can answer your questions! The Watcher always helps those in need! Whether it be life-saving justice or helping a poor, innocent kitten out of a tree, I will always be there to help!" Gira rested her arm at her side after that and spoke normally. "But, uh, yeah, i've lived here my whole life, so I know quite a bit about the city. I should be able to answer whatever questions you have." She gave him a thumbs up.

"There you go kid. Always do what you deem is right and you'll be fine... Unless your sense of right and wrong is screwed to hell, then you won't be fine." Kluttz said, chuckling to himself. "So, first, let's get out of this alley, shall we? And you either should take off the suit entirely or keep it on. People would tell your the 'Watcher' just one look... If there from around here anyway." Kluttz said flying up a bit to the top of roof. "So what's the deal with the bubblegum people, the tailed looking humans, the green aliens, and the weird armoured looking creatures that are walking around? Is this cosplay central or something? Please tell me this cosplay central and not reality. I really hope those demonic looking guys were playing some Angel Will Cry dress up stuff." Kluttz semi yelled into the alley, waiting for Gira to follow, if she even wanted to.

"Sounds good. Alleys kinda creep me out anyway." Gira looked at her watch and pressed the red button on the side again, a shimmering light covered her once more. Once it faded, she was back in her regular attire. Adjusting her glasses, she followed close behind the swordsman, humming to herself happily. When she got up to Kluttz, he asked her a series of questions that confused her. Bubblegum people? Tailed humans? Green aliens and armor-looking creatures? It took Gira a moment to realize that he was asking about the different kinds of people around Earth. "Oh, you mean Majins, Saiyans, Namekians, and Arcosians?"
She began to explain. "I don't know an awful lot about Majins. It's strange. There are a lot of them on Earth, but I don't know a bunch about them. I've met a couple of them. The ones I met seem nice but from what I understand, they can be pure evil too. Namekians are these... I heard someone call them "slug people." They're from Planet Namek. Arcosians... are a little hard to read. I've met a lot of nice ones, but I hear they aren't very nice in general. I don't know, i'm just chalking it up to stereotypes." Then, a big grin crossed her face. "Saiyans, I know about. My dad is a Saiyan. Saiyans are a warrior race. We like to eat, fight, and some like to conquer." Gira frowned. "Unfortunately." The grin soon returned to her face, however, and she continued.
"Some of us are nice, though! I'm only half-Saiyan, but i've met plenty of full-blooded ones that are nice."

"Same. They're really creepy. You never hear anything good happening in any alley. You never hear about something good in some place like that, am I right?" Kluttz joked with Gira, chuckling a bit, as he waited for her to jump up there, which she did. "I guess, so. I dunno. I'm new to all these aliens. Weird." Kluttz muttered this, shaking his head,
He turned toward her with interest, listening and processing all the names of the races. "Huh... Man, this hurts my head... Eh?! Your alien too?! A Saiyan?... Huh. But you don't have a tail... How could you be one without a tail? That makes no sense. You guys look human enough to be human... Aside from personality." Klutz asked, having a hard time keeping it in his head.

Gira chuckled when Kluttz joked about how nothing good happens in an alley. "Yeah, nothing good. Got a lot of murder... robbery." She joked back."Oh." Gira looked behind her where her tail used to be when Kluttz asked how she could be a Saiyan if she didn't have a tail. "I lost it a few months ago. I don't know if you know or not, but Saiyans transform into mindless beasts when under a full moon if they have a tail. I transformed in a city once and... a friend of mine had to cut my tail off to make me change back." She frowned. "That whole experience wasn't very pleasant."
Like always, the frown didn't stay on her face for long. She smiled and looked back at Kluttz. "Anyway, half-Saiyans look more human in general sometimes. I know I do. I've met some that look more Saiyan than human though. There aren't many differences, but there are a few. Like, hair, eyes, and muscle mass might be clues." Gira reached into her jacket pocket and pulled out a granola bar, taking off the wrapper and munching on the chocolate-y, granola-y goodness.
Gira pulled another one out of her pocket and held it out to Kluttz. "Want one?"

He laughed, smiling from her from the job. "Exactly! Like the robbing! Haha!" He held the laughter in as Gira explained Saiyans to him, which, really interested him. He never realized there were aliens like this existed and he wanted to give the a huge middle finger to those giant monkeys. "Can I give the giant NOPE to that monkey thing? Please?" Kluttz asked, joking but serious. "Hm? Nah. I'll just take a cigarette instead." He said, pulling out a cigarette and lighting it with magic. "So, next question, how did you get so strong? Is that a Saiyan thing? 'Cause if it is... That sucks." Kluttz muttered dejectedly, expecting her to agree with him. Gira
