Monkey Man of West Capitol! A Full Moon Tonight!? THREAD PL: 14,132 PL [18,843 w/o Light Weights] Modifiers: Light Weights
There truly wasn't much for the young hybrid to do on this warm afternoon. As the sun blazed down above him, he continued to walk around the West Capitol, with no true goal at mind. Sai had begun to do that for a while now, walk without intent. He remember words from his last Sensei, Celmaru, stating that the more active you are the stronger you get whether or not it be walking or training. Either way, Sai had his light weights on today but can still ready to take them off if he were to spar with anyone. The young hybrid truly disliked to fight with weights, since he couldn't hold himself back most of the time.
While continuing his walk, he hit an abrupt stop after hearing a growling sound. When Sai began to look around him, fairly weirdly at people, the teen then noticed that it was his stomach making such noises. He was very embarassed and decided that it be best that he fed himself. He continued his walk around the West Capitol till he noticed a fairly over-weight male, which he decided to approach. "Hello Sir, do you know of anywhere I can eat in West Capitol? I'm fairly new to the area." Sai left his message with a wide smile on his face, as he was a fairly handsome or cute man, whichever way people saw him.
The man looked at him weirdly, as if he felt offended, but he still didn't mind answering. "Well... There is an All You Can Eat Sushi Restaurant down the road. It has pretty good food for pretty cheap prices. I recommend you go try it." Sai smiled at the man, thanked him and shook his hand. He enjoyed it when people were kind to him and helped him, and that was one of the main reasons he preferred to live on Earth. He had heard stories from his father how on Vegeta, Saiyans never showed a bit of gratitude or kindness. Yet over the years of growing him, from 11 to 15, Sai had fairly become a different person. His hate for the SSE slowly faded as he continued to pay attention to the news. Whether or not, he still decided that it was his duty to protect Earth and to help it.
As Sai made his way into the Sushi restaurant, he quickly entered and slumped down into a chair. He mistakenly sat around a table which offered places for 2 more people, as if he had guests over but he truly didn't. The young Saiyan hybrid sat there as he awaited a menu and a waitress.

Their plans for the evening decided, the two Saiyans made their way to the restaurant Gira spoke of. After she got dressed in her regular outfit and got out of her superhero costume, Gira led the way. They arrived downtown at the sushi restaurant, the half-Saiyan leading her new friend inside. The place was packed for dinner. The only places open were booths and Gira disliked booths. She looked around for an open table, finding one that someone else had already sat at. There were two open spots, however, so the hybrid decided to ask if the man sitting there would mind if they sat with him.
The half-Saiyan approached Sai at his seat, giving him a friendly wave. "Hey. My friend and I were wondering if you would mind if we sat at the table with you. The only other open spots are booths. If it's not too much trouble." Gira grinned sheepishly.

The young sniffed the air smelling what he could only imagine was freshly caught fish. Being that his pod landed near a small pond this made Pota even more hungry than when he already was while his new hybrid friend was talking with stranger at the table his attention was bee lined toward the kitchen which the smell was wafting from. 'Aw man that smells delicious it smells like there's a hundred different types of fish in there I can't wait to start eating!' So far the only fish he had to eat on earth was the large fish in his pond he had no idea there were this many species of sea dwelling animals on earth. While Gira talked he went over to the cooks window which to Pota's excitement was open to the public. "Man that smells good, whats cooking cook?" Said Pota with a friendly chuckle.
The cook smiled and gave a little friendly salute "Well glad that I got an admirer for my art, what we got here is some fried squid, Sake Nigiri, Kappa Maki, Hamachi, Toro..." with every name the cook rattled off Pota's eyes got larger and his stomach growled louder. "Hahaha!!" Laughed the cook "Hungry one aren't you here have a cooked squid on the house friend."
It was as if the young Saiyan was given the crown to Vegeta, Pota smiled from ear to ear. "For real thanks man!!" And down the hatch it went one second it was there next it was gone.

After Gira requested to share a seat with Sai, she heard Pota over where the cook was. Saying a brief farewell to the stranger, Gira walked over to her new friend and looked over the counter at what the chef had cooking. The sights and smells of the various meats and vegetables made her mouth water. Wasting no time, Gira gave her order to the cook. He would likely be ready to hear a large order. Gira was rather infamous at this place.
"I'm not sure what I want, so... can I just get one of everything?" After giving the chef her order, Gira took a seat at one of the booths. There she sat patiently, waiting for her food to arrive. She hadn't eaten here in awhile, so she was really gonna go all out for this one. Not to mention dinner time was fast approaching and she hadn't gotten a bite of anything since breakfast. For someone with Gira's appetite, it felt like she was seconds away from starving to death. She checked her pocket for her wallet, making sure the credit card her mom gave her was there.
She was only supposed to use it for emergencies, but to Gira, not having eaten since breakfast more than qualified. The cook worked fast, a waitress coming out with her first plate in no time at all. It was some kind of rice dish, but it looked fit for a Saiyan. Gira was correct, it seemed. They had massive portions here. Though little did she know, the chef always gave her a little more since he knew her appetite. Wasting no time at all, Gira separated her chopsticks and dove face first into the mountain of rice and meat.
Gira's fellow regulars didn't look twice at how she was eating, but she was catching some glimpses from other patrons of this establishment. Gira was just a little over five feet tall and weighed just over one hundred pounds. Yet she was putting away food faster than someone twice her size.

Pota watched as Gira ordered so he could get an idea as to what was appropriate to order no need to scare the nice cook into thinking he was gonna eat his entire kitchen and restaurant. But after Gira, To his surprise ordered one of everything he looked at the cook and smiled nervously. "Mind whipping up the same thing for me and some BBQ sauce for those scrumptious fried squid you got there cook." Just making the order was enough to make Pota go nuts his stomach felt like a bottomless ocean and he needed to fill it quick. 'Oh man this is gonna be the best I see why she comes here everything smells delicious this cook is a million times better than me at this.' Pota thought to himself as he went to sit with Gira as his order was brought out almost immediately. "Wow coming in here with you has its benefits its like they were expecting us." Says the young saiyan as he dives face first into his plate like he was on the verge of starving to death.
"Oh my god thif ish deliciouf!" Pota said with a mouthful of food looking like a chipmunk saving up his food in his cheeks for winter. Pota quickly devoured his entire first portion and patted his belly. "Ah! that will do for a good snack if you want I got some giant salmon back at my shelter we can go dig into that so we don't put this guy outta business." Says Pota with a warm laugh. "I'm not the cook this guy is but it won't kill ya and its bound to fill you up I even got some left over dinosaur steak."

Gira munched on her dinner as a waitress brought them plate after plate until they were finally done, a massive stack of dishes on both sides of the table. Gira sighed happily and leaned back in her seat, a toothpick in her mouth. "Ah, that hit the spot. Could go for some dessert though." As if on cue, Pota mentioned that he had a dwelling somewhere with plenty of food. Gira raised her eyebrow. "You cook? That's cool." Gira thought for a moment. She was never one to turn down a meal.
"You know what? Sure." Gira called for the check after that, paying with her credit card. She paid for Pota's meal as well. She understood that people with an appetite like them tend to run up the bill at a restaurant rather quickly. "Okay. I... don't know where you live. So if you want to lead the way..." She chuckled nervously.

"Sure thing right this way we should be able to get there pretty fast if we fly its just a few miles outta town." Pota then concentrated his ki into the bottom of his feet and suspended himself in the air as he flew off in the direction of his shelter. As he said his shelter wasn't too far they were there as the sun was beginning to set in the distance. "Here we are home sweet.." Pota looked at his makeshift shack made outta logs and a thick shrubbery of leaves. "raggedy shack I guess." Pota smiled and gestured Gira to follow him he led her to his pod which he had buried deep underground so it would keep his food away from animals. The young saiyan cracked his knuckles as he lunged his hand underground and grabbed hold of his pod with one hand as he uprooted it from its dwelling beneath the earth. "There we go right where I left it."
As he opened it a cool gust of air came rushing out due to him setting the temperature in his pod to the lowest he could set it. "Surprising just what you can do with one of these things if you put your mind to it, it'll never fly again but it makes one hell of a refrigerator." Pota chuckles as he pulls out some dinosaur steak and puts a few dozen on his fireplace where he was using a metal slab from his pod as a cooking platter. Pota put his face over the steaks and took in a huge whiff. "Mmm now for the extra special touch." He reached into his paper bag/temporary costume and pulled out various spices and added them to the steaks. "You want your's with a little spicy touch?" Asked Pota showing Gira some hot pepper spice smiling gleefully, along with fighting he loved cooking as well, it was one of his many un-saiyan like quirks but he loved it none the less.

Gira followed Pota to his dwelling, a little surprised at what she saw. It appeared to be some kind of makeshift hut made out of logs and various bits of foliage. It wasn't a bad house if you couldn't afford to buy one, but it wasn't what she expected. The halfling wasn't sure what she expected exactly, but certainly not this. Gira followed Pota to a spot in the earth that appeared to be disturbed recently. Gira didn't even have time to theorize what could be buried there when, to Gira's surprise, he stuck his hand into the earth and pulled up a decrepit looking spacepod.
In a stroke of creative genius, it appeared Pota was using it as a refrigerator. Not a bad idea. Gira wondered if his time on the Saiyan homeworld gave him this ingenuity. As he took out some of his steaks and began cooking, Gira couldn't help but watch intently. She had just eaten, but the smells coming from the fire pit made her mouth water. When Pota asked if she wanted hers spicy, Gira nodded. "Sure. I don't eat a lot of spicy foods, but i'm in the mood for it today." Gira wasn't a huge fan of spicy foods, but she figured she'd go for it today. Pota was cooking for her after all.

Pota nods and takes half the steaks and puts spicy seasoning on them and the other half without and hands about half a dozen to Gira 3 spicy and 3 not. "Here you go take it slow I'm not sure how good you are with spicy food but this stuff is pretty strong." Says the young saiyan as he devours one of his spicy steaks. Pota liked the occasional spicy food but he tried not to burn off his taste buds. Pota, however, had bought some milk at the store previously so if things got too hot he had something to douse the flames. "Mmmm...hmm I think it needs more lemon pepper." he says as he reaches for the spices in his bag. As he pulled out the shaker he accidentally knocked out a pair of strange glasses. "Oh almost forgot about those." Pota smiles and shows them to Gira. "Found these at the store too figured if I'm on this planet I can't be going Oozaru anytime I may or may not be out under a full moon." Pota smiles and hands them to Gira to see. "I think they're called Blutz glasses humans are pretty intelligent." Says Pota as he chuckles and reaches for another steak and looks up into the night sky to gaze at the stars.

Gira happily took her steak and began to chow down. It certainly was spicy, but it wasn't anything she couldn't handle. "Thanks. This is pretty good." When Pota offered her the glasses, Gira took them and looked them over. "Yeah, I heard about these. I need to get me a pair. My tail is more of a nuisance if anything." Gira tried the glasses on. It didn't change her vision at all, but apparently the lenses would filter out any blutz waves that hit them, keeping a Saiyan from transforming into their Oozaru form.
When Pota mentioned that he couldn't be having himself transforming, a realization hit the teen half-Saiyan. In all of the excitement of the day, Gira forgot that tonight was a full moon. "Oh crap! Pota, there's a full moon tonight!" Gira was trying to figure out how she could get her and Pota out of the moon's light before it was too late, but it was no use. The moon was rising as they spoke. It was already too late. One of them would be transforming. With only one pair of glasses, Gira tried to think who would be better off with them.

Pota was taken aback completely. "Wait your last full moon was last month there can't be anothe-" Pota's sentence was cut short as he caught sight of a full moon in the sky the young saiyan stood there almost hypnotized by how large the moon was. He had transformed on Earth during the Saiyan invasion once when he was a kid. But there were people there to reign him in. The last coherent concern to cross Pota's mind was that he might hurt his first new friend on a new planet. The thought was short lived as Pota's trance was interuppted by the familiar pain that came with transforming. His legs grew much longer than they should for a normal saiyan his nose grew to a long snout, his teeth took on a more primal edge no longer resembling any humanoid and more like a ferocious animal, a thick brown fur sprouted from head to toe and his spine and rib cage began to snap and contort to the change he was undergoing with one single thought booming through the now transformed Oozaru's head like a hand grenade going off in a cramped room.
'DESTROY!!' "Raaaaaaaaaaaaagh!!" Roared Pota as he hammered on his now massive chest with each strike emanating through the air like many tiny earthquakes rocking the area around him and Gira as he looks down at his friend and bares his teeth at her. Pota had now lost all control and for all intensive purposes didn't recognize her any more.
Pota has trasnformed into the mighty Oozaru and is trying to flatten Gira like a pancake......RUN GIRA!!! PL:29580

Gira's eyes widened as she watched her friend transform into his monstrous Oozaru form. The half-Saiyan stepped back in shock, putting some distance between her and the ape. She hadn't seen an Oozaru in person in a long time; not since the Saiyan invasion. It was much more monstrous than she remembered. Before she could even try to bring Pota to his senses, he looked down at her with murderous intent. Gira knew it was hopeless to try and reason with him. He wouldn't stop until dawn or until he lost his tail.
'Okay... no big deal. It's just a giant ape. A giant ape that is stronger than you... by quite a bit.' Gira sighed to herself, calming her nerves. 'Let's do this.' Gira planted her feet firmly on the ground and readied herself. "Haaaaaa!" A blue aura erupted around her body as she prepared for battle. "Don't worry Pota. I'll help you out of this." Gira rocketed into the sky and thrust her palm out, aiming at Pota. Her power began to rise as she gathered energy for an attack.
'A full-power Aether Cannon should do the trick... I hope.' Yellow energy began to gather in front of her palm as she charged her technique.
Gira is charging her [N1] Aether Cannon! Current Charge: 33% of PL (3769)

Gira's words echoed through Pota's subconscious but she might as well be talking to the young saiyan from underwater. Even though Pota found it vaguely familiar his sayain instincts were screaming for blood and destruction. The giant beast merely looked upon the tiny being which he was facing as it charged up an attack and roared in defiance as he picked up a huge boulder nearby and uprooted a tree in his other hand. The oozaru chucked the giant boulder with stunning accuracy for a creature of his size and would immediately charge the young hybrid in an attempt to use the boulder as a distraction while he attempted to slam the tree into her as if he were some neanderthal using a club to smash his enemy.
Though the Oozaru's anger was clouding out the saiyan's better judgement in the farthest reaches of his consciousness he couldn't help but get quick flashes of his last transformation during the saiyan invasion on earth. His unwillingness to comply to transform and the horrible feeling when he came to looking around at the scattered bodies of humans who had died in his wake and that of his saiyan comrades.
Pota needs counseling lmao!

As Gira charged up her attack, she kept a close eye on Pota. When his attention was split for a moment, Gira thought that she might get some more time to charge her attack. But then... 'Wait, is he picking up that tree? And... is that a... boulder?' Gira gulped nervously. 'Oh crap.' The half-Saiyan tried to think up a plan quickly, but by the time she thought of something, the giant rock was barreling right towards her. "Oh Kami, please let this work!" Gira cried out in desperation and thrust her palm out, firing her Aether Cannon.
The attack wasn't fully charged, but it was thankfully enough to blast the boulder apart and allow for Gira to escape, while hopefully still having enough power to strike Pota. Unfortunately, Gira was caught off-guard by the tree. The massive club struck her right in the back. The young girl cried out in pain as she was sent flying into the ground, skidding through the grass and creating a large trench. "Owww... that's gonna leave a bruise." The teen half-Saiyan's vision was swimming, but she forced herself to her feet.
"You're strong in this form, Pota. Maybe even too strong. Really wish I had some help right now." She chuckled nervously, getting back into her stance. "Okay. Round two." The hybrid leaped into the sky towards Pota, trying to punch him in his left eye. Maybe if she impaired his vision a bit, it would even things up.

Pota watched as his target went flying into the ground and making an ant sized grand canyon in the ground. However in his mind he couldn't help but resist the suffering of his friend. Trying his hardest to reach out to his rational side. However the only thing he could manage through the carnage that was his mind was. 'S-s-st-STOP!!' Which was enough to pause his rampaging self for even one second and have a relieving pause of rationality. 'Finally now I need to find a way to-' Pota's thoughts were interrupted as he looked up and saw nothing more than Gira rushing at him fist outward as she struck him in the eye. This not only blinded the ape in the eye she hit but sent him stumbling backwards into some of the debris from the boulder which the giant saiyan slipped on like a bunch of over sized marbles that you would slip on, and slip on him he did and came crashing to the ground. However this also caused the moment of rationality to slip. As the colossus thrashed all over the forest floor sending trees, boulders and everything else flying everywhere and making the single ferocious thought barreling back into his mind in a flash of blinding red. 'DESTROY!!'
Pieter hurry up an get here we need your heeeeelp!!
