The one that thing I'll say is that I think the times 12 (reduced to 11) was for the reason that what he between for the konastian monster for a form. Though yah it really all over the place

Agreeing with what Queen Habana said about looking at the Konatsian Monsters. I think they may be using the old values before the templates got fixed up to make the races more on par with the canon races. Anywho, back on topic: The '+2 -2 system', as I'll call it, was meant to trade values of only up to 2 but make the races diverse on what they are, if they don't want to follow the same transformation multipliers of others of the same 'Alien A, B, or C base,' (IE, you can do 1 to the next transformation and 1 down from the previous transformation). The Kagami paths as they are at the current time with Harmony and Destruction demonstrate. One emphasizes a more level middle game because the very end game is reduced (The Harmony path), while the other path is in line with our current Alien A (Destruction). I do also want to note the -2 multiplier on the Harmony Kagami was supposed to have a +2 to their x25 Harmony permanent. (If you need to know what I speak of, please head to this post in the thread and go to Custom Alien A so you're in better context! Cannot quote the information, unfortunately.) However, I'm not opposed to this getting changed out to make things more stream-lined.
