He has light green hair that reaches down to his shoulders with a bang that covers his left eye and eyes that match the color of his hair with thin green eyebrows. He wears red goggles and a long dark green zipper less coat that reaches down to his thighs with a white fur collar. Under the coat he wears a white t-shirt with a red ring around the top, blue skinny jeans and brown dress shoes. He wears red fingerless gloves with almost all of his attires. He also has metallic claws that he can extend, and retract.

The circular metal platting on the top of both of the user's gloves begin to glow green with ki as metallic claws extend from the user's fingertips before glowing green shortly after. The user then strikes their target with both sets of ki powered claws, dealing 33% of the user's pl in damage.
N-N-N-Nipple Lasers!!! [N1]
A rather...odd technique that the user created as oppose to eye lasers. The user's nipples begin to glow green with ki before firing two sets of green lasers that explode upon contact, dealing 33% of the user's pl in damage.

Binding Strings [SU1]
One of the user's most favorite....for other reasons. A green light illuminates from the metal platting on top of the user's gloves. Shortly after, strings are fired from the user's fingertips in an attempt to bind the target. Stuns for 1 round at 100% PL. Can disrupt a charging attack if the stun power level is within 80% of the opponent's attack's power level.

As a part of their 're-purposing' the user has been programed with propulsors in their feet for flying purposes.
Discount Built In Scouter (Ki Sense) [UT]
The user was programmed with a weaker version of a built in scouter, giving them the ability to sense others ki, but lacks the other things the true model has such as reading them in numbers, and not being able to sense other androids.

History:
Hunter Smith was born under the name of James Lemont Jr. at the East Capitol located on Earth to James Lemont Sr. and Hope Lemont. They had a pretty comfortable life in the city. The father was a construction worker and the mother worked at a bakery. They lived a comfortable middle class life with nothing to complain about. But things would soon get bad for young James...
At the age of five, Lemont Jr. would first attend school which he was frighten about, but who wouldn't be? A lot of kids are afraid about going to school for the first time, but it usually ends up being a fun experience. This isn't one of those moments however. Lemont Jr. would be constantly bullied by the bigger kids because of his green hair which would result in him being locked in this basement like area located close by the school that was nothing but a very cramped windowless room constantly. He would panic and begin to breathe heavily, trying to claw his way out desperately like anyone else with claustrophobia. He would tell his parents of this almost every time who would then tell the teachers, but it seemed to just always end up in a loop that didn't do much but annoy the bullies more. Soon, Lemont Jr. would stop panicking when getting trapped in the basement like area and would just freeze up possibly to unconsciously keep himself from losing oxygen from the panic attacks, but the claustrophobia stuck to him for the rest of his life.
Much to the mother's displeasure, Lemont Sr. would teach his son how to fight since the school didn't want to take any big enough actions to stop this, but it would be pointless due to Lemont Jr.'s frail body. He would continue to get bullied until a girl by the name of Jessie who was seven, two years older than James jumped in to help him. She was a new student who came from the West Capitol. She amazingly was a skilled fighter, and made little work out of those bullies to the point that they would never mess with James again. The two became quick friends and would always be seen together. One day, the two would begin to talk about dreams and hobbies. James told Jessie that he didn't have any hobbies, but he would like to be someone helpful like she was to him. Jessie would giggle then nod as she said that she wants to be someone who can help anyone as well. She also dreams of exploring the globe one day, possibly even going beyond that to other planets. Lemont Jr. who believed that was amazing as well decided that he would do that too which would result in them agreeing that they will do it together when they grow up. Unfortunately, that day would never happen...
James who is now ten and Jessie now twelve, were always together to the point that others would tease them, saying that they were boyfriend and girlfriend which Lemont Jr. would always fluster up, complaining that they weren't only for Jessie to teasingly say they were much to James' embarrassment. They had many good times together, sharing laughs and things that they discovered about this world, and others through books. Lemont Jr. even became a lot more outgoing because of her but all these good times would end one day when Jessie suddenly collapsed while she was with James at school. She was quickly sent to a hospital. She was diagnosed with an unknown illness that slowly ate away at her insides.
Jessie's body would grow weak each day. James would go to visit her at the hospital everyday, bringing with him books, flowers and various other things, keeping her company for hours, believing that she would get better and that they would still get to fulfill their dreams together. This has been going on for five years,. She was his first, and only friend who he felt really close to, of course developing feelings for the girl that he would refuse to admit which he would soon regret. One day, James now at the age of fifteen was going to go to the hospital to see the seventeen year old Jessie, but was stopped to find out that she passed away the other night after he left. James began to shake violently and fell to his knees, crying uncontrollably. All of the things he wanted to do with her, all of the things he wanted to talk to her about, their shared dream, crushed. James would then fall into a coma from shock. Normally this coma would've probably lasted for a few days, or weeks, but then something else happened...
One night, James' parents were asleep in chairs beside his hospital bed, and were quickly awaken to the sound of some people breaking in through the window. These people were wearing all black, and were definitely not alone. The entire hospital was being invaded by these mysterious people who seemed to be targeting, and abducting the younger patients. James' parents attempted to defend their unconscious son, but were easily subdued, and killed via gunshot to the head. James along with many other young patients were kidnapped that night, and taken off to who knows where for who knows what.
A year has passed, and James now fifteen awoken, finding himself in a strange room with only a bed which he laid upon. The first thing he remembered was his friend, Jessie which caused him to quickly look around in hopes of finding her only to remember that she was dead...He then grew curious about where he was since the last thing he could recall was collapsing before waking up here. As he looked around, he noticed something hanging off of a wall. It was an X-Ray photo of himself, but the bones seemed off, more....mechanical in nature. Other photos of himself were around as well, showing that his lungs appeared different as if they were replaced with something else, and a circular object surrounding his heart along with brain. He then looked down, finally realizing that he was naked. What threw him off more than this was his body which seemed more muscular. He attempted to feel his chest only to accidentally retract a...silver metallic claw!? from one of his fingers. He observed the claw, accidentally retracting more from the rest of his fingers. He looked down at his body again, and noticed the claw mark he left behind with some blood dripping down, but didn't feel even the slightest of pain, growing more, and more confused about this.
Suddenly, an explosion happened from outside of the room. James opened the door a bit, and peeked out to see some men being killed by some teens who looked about the same age as him. As they left he sneaked out of the room, and sneaked about the strange place, witnessing more murders along the way until he found a room. He rummaged through the things in there until he finally found the answers he was seeking. Not only did he find out that a year has passed, but he also learned that he, and along with many others were kidnapped, and experimented on, turned into androids by this mysterious organization for combat purposes. What was going on right now was some of the other androids managed to get free before they could be completely 're-purposed', and started to rebel against their "masters." The documents he found also listed the hospital he was kidnapped at with a list of the people kidnapped, and separate one for those they killed. He was shocked to see that his parents were on that list. He then escaped the strange place, finding himself on a snow covered mountain somewhere in the North. Despite the cold temperature, and him being naked, James couldn't feel a thing thanks to his new form. He managed to get down from this area as well thanks to his new body, and worked his way to the North Capitol, the place Jessie was born, not realizing it where he manged to get himself some new clothes (after being called a pervert, and chased down a couple of times.)
It took him a while, but he managed to get back to his hometown in hopes of these documents being false about his parents. Unfortunately, they weren't. Not knowing what else to, or where to go now, and pretty much declared dead to the people who knew him, James left the city, and his identity. Hunter Smith was the name he decided to go by now since he felt he needed to start anew (and also believed it sounded badass...) He soon got over the things that happened, accepting this as some sort of weird, complicated gift, even growing a habit of flirting with any woman he saw (ending in failure every time.) as well as adopting a nicer attitude towards little girls, and elderly women along the way which is all oddly brought on from his memories of Jessie. He then decided that he will continue their dream, working twice as hard for the both of them, prompting him to get a job (jobs....) until he was able to buy a ship which he used to travel around space for about two years, learning more about what he was capable of in the process.
