Things had changed for Denim. That much she could feel as she crawled out of her healing chamber on her ship and found her daughter waiting with her baby Silk in her hands. Since her fight just the day before Denim could feel her power increase as the waters from her chambers finished washing over her and left her body without mark or bruise. She had gotten off lucky. She knew that much as she reached for her baby and let Silk press up against her breasts. Her body felt more lithe and she could feel abundant muscle had grown prominently over her torso. A powerful four pack lay over top her abdominal wall rippling with energy.
"Mother what was that yesterday?" Silk asked, "You really did attack-" She couldn't help but stare at her mother's new look.
"Yes, I did attack someone innocent and kind," Denim stated interrupting her by lowering the collar of her shirt to let little Silk get some milk from her bosom, "but like I said before. You said I joined the Arcosian Empire in the future so it must be that I became much more evil at some point. I'm just furthering that way of my future self to be more like her."
"That's great and all, but I came to the future to understand how you became that way and to see... Father." Silk responded crossing her arms over her ample chest.
"You can clearly see how I became evil. I think I may have always been this way. My parents. Your grandparents just suppressed my power and since I've split with them you can sense I've grown into my real persona, and you have grown into yours."
"Uh... Yeah, I can see that, and I can see that you want me to be more destructive." Silk stated with a sigh, "But what about dad? Can I see him ever?"
"No," Denim answered now shooing her daughter away from her, "I'm not going back to that god forsaken place. It's a poisonous death trap and has helped me clearly see how the universe really is. There's people or forces always out there to kill us so today get yourself ready. I'm going to train you so I don't end up with you, like we almost did before, on a silver platter Na."
Silk scoffed and trudged off. Her mother had used a different name that she still didn't accept as much as she should. There was reason to since her present self and the baby her mother held shared the same name, but with all the confusion of time travel she felt it would sort itself out. She felt her mother would actually call her Silk once more, but for now it didn't seem to be that way.
