Chai doesn't come from the world of souls that we have grown to love. The goat zoan comes from a world where many of the benevolent fighters we know and love aren't so friendly. He feels guilty for leaving all of his friends behind, but is a soft and pacifistic warrior at heart. Chai is very stoic, because of all the shit he's seen, it will take a lot to ruffle his feathers. Before he fled Universe Five, Chai was the leader of a fairly large rebellion against their universe's tyrant. Forced to flee so that the malevolent Special Forces of the Earth did not salvage their universe-hopping machine, Chai crashed right into the First Universe, unaware of the changes between the universe he hailed from and the one he fled to.

~ITEMS AND GUARDS~ GUARDIA THE 75% MINION SWORD Name: Guardia Power Level: 75% of Chai's PL- Currently at 57,216 in base form Technique Slots: Twelve Nicknames/Aliases: N/A Name Pun: Pun on the word "Guard"- since he's a guard. hurr hurr. Gender: Identifies as male, despite the lack of certain parts. Age: 1,680 Species: Sword/Demon - Guard Base Appearance: While just a golden sword hilt in his base form, Chai can project his Ki through the hilt of the sword to create a multicolored blade of Ki at the end. Instead of a gem on his hilt, he has an eyeball on both sides. He can look around and emote, and bounce around when he's not being held. Demonic Compression (x3 form) Appearance: Guardia's blade of Ki solidifies into a jet black rock that resembles obsidian. It lengthens considerable as well. Cracks in the rock reveal the rainbow ki of his blade, which seems to flare even more violently now. His eye inverts to sport a black sclera and multicolored pupil, and a tuft of fur pops out of the bottom of his hilt, oddly enough. Cracks in his blade form around his eye as well, with a rainbow color seeping out.
History: Guardia was a demon conjured up one day in Hell due to a mass gathering of demonic energies. When he tried to escape his otherworldly prison, the demon had to force his essence into an object, since he had no physical form when he tried to escape Hell. The nearest object he could nab was a nearby sword hilt. Ever since then, the sword was passed around, but the demonic essence inside remained silent. When Bing took over, the sword was placed in Capsule Crop's supply closet, having no use for awhile. Chai came along one day and picked up the sword, and he couldn't take being silent anymore, and let out a telepathic yell to the goat zoan. Shocked at first, the two got acquainted after explaining their purposes. Guardia was overjoyed to find a member of the Resistance- no, the leader that he had heard so much gossip about while he was sheathed away. He used the information he had picked up while eavesdropping to help the Rebellion, and decided to stick with Chai as a helpful and knowledgeable, yet snarky and sassy ally. Being silent for so long create some pent up aggression and plenty of repressed emotions, to say the least.
Personality: Ol' Guardia is a knowledgeable blade. He's a tool of the trade- the sword is Chai's ultimate wingman. While he is old and experienced in battle, the blade also can give quite wise guidance and romantic tips. He can be super snarky and sassy, and always does enjoy a good joke, while Chai can't stand puns. He is wuite stubborn and stuck in his ways, though. Once the blade has set his mind to something, it takes a very long talk from Chai to make him turn away. Guardia cares deeply for Chai, and respects him, while it takes quite a lot for him to respect others. He's quirky, curious, and also spontaneous and makes emotion-based choices- but he is by no means an airhead. He is headstrong and will do things with Chai without others knowing. Like his friend, he is very secretive and stoic. He has grown indifferent to his surroundings after being around for nearly two millennia, and seeing the terrors of Universe Five.
[UT] Telepathy | [N1] Spectral Crescent | [SU1] Dual Blades | The basic form of Telepathy allows the user to communicate with those they are familiar with across the planet they are currently on via mental transmission, this can be blocked out by those who do not want to hear the user if the effort to block them out is put forth. This technique uses 0 KP in a KP Battle | Chai projects a blade of Ki through Guardia's hilt, creating a manifested blade of Ki. He can extend the blade to become short or long, but the length can't get too ridiculous. The blade itself can also be fired forward like a blast of Ki, but leaves the sword without a blade for a shot while- you can't do much damage with just a sword hilt. | Chai grabs Guardia's hilt by the handle with his palms, pulling hard and splitting the hilt into two smaller blades. While dividing Guardia's power into halves, Chai can command Guardia to attack twice during a turn, since there is two of him now. He can also connect the blades together to create a literal double-edged sword to slice his opponents with. | [UT] Telekinesis | [UP2] Spectral X-Strike | [SU1] Beacon Flash | Guardia learned a very basic form of telekinesis. It's rather weak, and can only be used to move around objects or deflect weak Ki blasts. Chai clutches Guardia's hilt as his blade flickers and shifts to a greem color instead of it's usual rainbow tone. He swings Guardia's blade forwards, creating a green crescent blast of ki that disperses into a howling wind of ki. The wind swirls about and HOMES into opponents when they try to dodge! Deals 33% of Guardia's PL and can be charged five times.
| The upgraded form of the Spectral Crescent. Chai clutches Guardia's hilt as his blade flickers and shifts to a yellow color instead of it's usual rainbow tone. He swings Guardia's blade forwards, creating a crescent blast of ki that slams into the ground to create a shockwave that ripples the ground into a wave. The wave can absorb another attack of any type with a MERGE! Deals 33% of Guardia's PL and can be charged five times.

~TECHNIQUES~ SPECIALS
[SP] Unity Burst: A powerful team attack one may preforms with close allies also knowing the technique or any other merging variant tech. The user thrusts their palm towards a foe, firing this attack in conjunction with another ally's merging attack. One by one, whizzing streams of colors fly from the goat's palm. Red, Blue, Orange, Yellow, and every other color of the rainbow is launched as an individual, snaking beam that hisses in the air as it soars towards a foe. Each separate user usually has one dominant color in their Burst attack, causing them to sport an even more colorful spectrum when they merge together. Each of the streaks combine into the ally's merging variant attack, swirling around in unity and giving their attack a sparkling rainbow hue, and an extreme boost in power. Costs 3 KP, and can be charged three times at intervals of 100%. This attack has a merge variant, of course.
SPECTRUM SHIELD TECH TREE
BASE FORMS [N1] Spectrum Shield: Putting one or both of his hands forward, a multicolored glow forms in Chai's hands. He creates a shield which is white in the center, but branches out into a multitude of colors that curve into a sphere over his body. This attack can protect multiple people, and himself. The Spectrum Shield charges at 33% intervals, and can be charged five times. Any bleed-through damage is halved completely. He took inspiration for from his mentor, Jax's "Seigi to kibō no bōseki kōgeki" attack. If the Barrier user is lower than 65% of the incoming attack, the damage reduction is only 25%.
[UP2] Polychromatic Protection: The secondary form of the Spectrum Shield. Chai puts both of his hands out to his sides, creating a full dome of multicolored energy that can protect him and other people, or places. This barrier is twice as big as it's predecessor, and can be formed to create a large wall or smaller spherical dome of protection. It charges at 66% intervals, and can be charged five times. Any bleed-through damage is halved completely. If the Barrier user is lower than 65% of the incoming attack, the damage reduction is only 25%. [MP3] Spectral Security: The tertiary, upgraded form of the Spectrum Shield and Polychromatic Protection. The shield flickers and shifts into the shape of a star. It is much larger than it's predecessor, and can be formed to create a large wall or smaller spherical dome of protection that can protect multiple people or a place. It charges at 100% intervals, and can be charged five times, and halves all bleedthrough damage should it be broken. Costs 3 KP! VARIANTS
[V2] Aurora Armor: Chai covers his body with a layer of ki, causing his skin and fur to look like it's blazing with a white flame. Specs of multicolored light flare from the white light that overtakes the zoanthrope's body as he creates a shield directly above his skin. This has a SUSTAINED variant. Barriers with this variant will remain present to defend their creator for either three posts or until their total PL is overcome whichever comes first.Only when it is broken, bleed-through damage will be halved. Until then, it takes the attacks with all their power, leaving Chai unharmed beneath his armor of multicolored Ki. [UV3] Prism Protection: The tertiary and final variant of the Spectrum Shield and the Aurora Armor. Now, the ki begins to compact and harden into a solid, crystalline set of armor. The prismatic armor is primarily white, but the edges all have a faint rainbow coloration and glow. This has a SUSTAINED variant. Barriers with this variant will remain present to defend their creator for either three posts or until their total PL is overcome whichever comes first. Only when it is broken, bleed-through damage will be halved. Until then, it takes the attacks with all their power, leaving Chai unharmed beneath his armor of multicolored Ki. Costs 3 KP. [SU1] Force Palm: Chai puts a hand forward towards an oncoming attack. Instead of merely dodging or reflecting it, the Zoan parts an oncoming ki attack around his body, or just bluntly stops a punch or kick. This doesn't fully stop giant beam attacks, as Chai just lets them go around him instead of hitting him. If he wants to fully stop an attack or protect more than one person, he will have to use his trusty barrier technique.
[SU2] Pressure Point: The upgraded form of the Force Palm. Chai puts both of his hands forward towards an oncoming attack. Instead of merely dodging or reflecting it, the Zoan parts an oncoming ki attack around his body, or just bluntly stops a punch or kick. | SPECTRUM SHURIKEN TREE
BASE FORMS [N1] Spectrum Shuriken: Our favorite ninja goat buddy from another universe has an attack to match his choice of clothing. Chai forms one to four white shurikens with a rainbow glow in his palms. The shurikens area about the size of one's palm in this basic stage. Pulling his arms backwards before tossing the sharpened stars forward, the shurikens of ki travel at a quick pace, spinning towards Chai's opponent. They will disintegrate a few moments after after penetrating something. Chai can only attack one person at a time with this attack. Deals 33% of Chai's PL, and can be charged up to five times.
[UP2] Dappled Disc: The upgraded form of the Spectrum Shuriken. The white color and rainbow glow of the attack remains the same, but it levels out into a disc with a hole in the middle instead of a ninja star. The edges of the disc are thin and sharp, and it will do increased damage as it spins quickly when Chai rockets it to a foe. Chai can summon two of these at once, but he can only use them on one person. He can summon them in his hands or in the air near himself or his foe. Deals 66% of Chai's PL, and can be charged five times!
[MP3] Chromatic Charkram: The most powerful form of the Spectrum Shuriken and the Dappled Disc. Chai forms one large four-pointed star with the same coloration as it's previous incarnations above his hand, raising his palm high as the star rotates above his head and hand. Throwing his arm forward, Chai launches this mighty attack towards his foe for incredible damage. Chai can only summon one of these at once, due to the immense power needed to form a single one. It can only attack one person at once. Charges at intervals of 100% of Chai's PL up to five times!
| RADIATION RAY TREE BASE FORMS [N1] Radiation Ray: Chai conjures up a violently flaring ball of Ki in his hands. It appears small, but any amount of charged Ki within reason can be added and compressed to this small ball. After charging it for however long he wants, Chai throws the ball high into the sky. In the air, it disperses and crackles downwards in the form of a lightning bolt! Striking the foe from above, the attack will quickly disperse harmlessly it misses or hits. Charges at intervals of 33% up to five times! Costs 1 KP.
[V2] Magnetic Irradiation: The secondary, upgraded form of the Radiation Ray. As usual, Chai charges a compressed ball of Ki in his hands. After charging it for however long he likes, he throws the ball up, and it strikes down as a lightning bolt, as per usual. However, this time around, the bolt has enough charged energy to sport radiation. It DAMAGES OVER TIME, although it is initially weaker than the Radiation Ray. Charges at intervals of 11% up to five times! The attack deals 11% damage for three turns, should it hit initially. Costs 2 KP.
[UV3] Gamma Bolt: The final form of the Radiation Ray and the Magnetic Irradiation. Throwing a compressed ball of ki into the air which disperses into a radiation-fueled lightning bolt like the previous two forms, Chai adds even more energy to the ball this time around. The lightning bolt is much larger and faster, packed with even more harmful radiation. This attack DAMAGES OVER TIME, although it is initially weaker than the Radiation Ray. Charges at intervals of 22% up to five times! The attack deals 22% damage for three turns, should it hit initially. Costs 3 KP.
| RAINBOW ROPE ATTACK TREE BASE FORMS [N1] Rainbow Rope: Chai spreads his fingers apart, causing a thin rope of ki that glimmers with all the colors of the rainbow to form in his hand. Throwing the rainbow rope forwards, Chai ensnares his opponent in the ki whip to disorient them. This has no special effects, and charges at 33% intervals up to five times. Costs 1 KP.
[V2] Spangled String: Chai spreads his fingers apart, causing a thin rope of ki that glimmers with all the colors of the rainbow to form in his hand. | HORN UPPER ATTACK TREE BASE FORMS [N1] Horn Upper: Chai lowers his form and head before rushing an opponent, using his curled, yet sharp horns to attack an opponent in this ramming rush attack. After striking them with this headbutt, the goat zoan hops back to regain distance. Deals 33% of Chai's PL, and can be charged up to five times consecutively! Costs 1 KP.
[V2] Spiral Horn: The upgraded form of the Horn Upper. Chai once again lowers his body and rams his opponent with his horns, which now let off a soft glow- as they are now infused with ki. However, this time around, the goat locks the foe into the grasp of his horns one way or another, whether it be catching their clothing or an entire body part in the grasp of his horns. Now, the goat flicks his head back at a high speed, and tosses his foe into a nearby object. With the toss and sharper ki horns, a PIERCING effect is added to the attack. This negates half a barrier's power level! The Spiral Horn can be charged up to five times at intervals of 33%. Costs 2 KP.
[UV3] Horn Suplex: The tertiary and strongest form of the Horn Upper and Spiral Horn. After ramming his foe with horns conducting even more flaring ki with a brilliant rainbow glow, Chai snags the opponent into the grasp of his sharp horns one way or another once more. Instead of tossing them to the side, he curls his form backwards to suplex them right into the ground! With the toss and sharper ki horns, a PIERCING effect is added to the attack. This negates half a barrier's power level! The Spiral Horn can be charged up to five times at intervals of 66%. Costs 2 KP.

BASE FORMS [SU1] Headlock: Chai rushes an opponent, maneuvering behind them to wrap his arms around their neck in a headlock. When the opponent is charging an attack, Chai's sudden grip may cause them to loose focus and become dazed, causing the charge to be dropped. With this technique, Chai can cancel an opponent's charge if 80% of their charged attack is within 100% of his current Power Level. If stunned, the opponent will still keep their KP, as the attack was not fired, and the energy unused. The Headlock costs only 1 KP.
[SU2] Choke Hold: The upgraded form of the Headlock. Chai gets behind an opponent again, trying to catch them in a stronger choke hold. When the opponent is charging an attack, Chai's sudden grip may cause them to loose focus and become dazed, causing the charge to be dropped. With this technique, Chai can cancel an opponent's charge if 80% of their charged attack is within 200% of his current Power Level. If stunned, the opponent will still keep their KP, as the attack was not fired, and the energy unused. This costs 2 KP.
[SU3] Sleeper Hold: The final form of the Headlock and Chokehold. With greater speed and agility, Chai flips behind a foe and wraps his arms around their neck in his strongest grip yet. When the opponent is charging an attack, Chai's sudden grip may cause them to loose focus and become dazed, causing the charge to be dropped. With this technique, Chai can cancel an opponent's charge if 80% of their charged attack is within 300% of his current Power Level. If stunned, the opponent will still keep their KP, as the attack was not fired, and the energy unused. The Sleeper Hold costs a hefty 3 KP.

UTILITY TECHNIQUES[UT] Energy Sensing: Via some method you are capable of feeling the natural energy of living beings, you have an understanding of the power level of other non-android warriors and can feel the power of the attacks they are using compared to your own. This technique is Passive not requiring activation and uses 0 KP in a KP Battle, Energy Sensing does not work on Androids.
[UT1] Energy Suppression: You are capable of suppressing your power in order to better hide yourself from the gaze of those with Energy Sensing or those utilizing a Scouter, so long as you are not making use of powerful techniques(anything that would consume KP in a KP Battle) you can remain undetected by friends and foes alike! This technique uses 0 KP in a KP Battle
[UT2] Energy Setting: You are capable of setting your power to a lower level to not only hide yourself, but also effectively fight while at this level, meaning you can make use of powerful techniques (anything that would consume KP in a KP Battle). This is great for people who want to train weaker fighters.
[UT] Flight: It's about time Chai learned to fly around. With this ability, he can hover, float, and soar through the skies at high speeds, so long as he has enough energy and is conscious. If he's knocked out or is low on energy and stamina, he won't be able to fly.
[UT] Telepathy: The basic form of Telepathy allows Chai to communicate with those he is familiar with across the planet he's currently on via mental transmission, this can be blocked out by those who do not want to hear Chai if the effort to block them out is put forth. This passive technique uses 0 KP in a KP Battle
[UT] Ki Intimidation: Chai is able to take his energy control a step further by temporarily increasing his active power level by half (x1.5). Though, this is simply a bluff, and he cannot use techniques with this new power - it only lasts a turn for the sake of intimidating a foe, as per the technique's name.
[UT] Ki Disguise: Chai has better learned to control his ki, to the point of being able to adjust it's "feeling" to make him less recognizable. Combined with his shapeshifting abilities, few will be able to recognize the goat with his newfound control. Close friends and people who know Chai well won't be fooled, though. Though lesser acquaintances and complete strangers are subject to the zoanthrope's tomfoolery.
[UT] Bulking: Mastering his ki flow, Chai is able to push his body to it's limits. Bulking and agumenting himself to enhance his offensive properties results in a decrease to his defense as well. This technique adds a +x1 to Chai's Offensive modifier, while a -x3 is subtracted from defense. It can be activated or deactivated only once per post as a finisher.
[UT] Shapeshifting: A special trait to the Zoan species. Using magical energies, Chai can change his appearance and form at will to that of various species and creatures. Light wraps around his form, and the zoan pops out with a new shape in the blink of an eye. His abilities remain the same no matter what form he takes, though- even if he shapeshifts into an Arcosian, he won't be able to breathe in space without the Atmons technique, he won't be able to regenerate as a Namekian, etc. His ki signature remains the same, and most of his forms still sport a missing eye. He can get rid of his missing eye to mimic a certain appearance, but this takes much more energy.
