Name: Caesar Salda
Alias: -
Species: Konatsian/Kagami
Gender: Male
Age: 30 (looks 19)
History: Until very recently, Caesar was a slave to the saiyan race, specifically the SSE, on planet Vegeta. He was born in a slave house to his mother. Immediately after his birth, his mother was killed, as usually with Kagami, the women would give birth to a daughter and keep trying, or to a son and be killed as essentially their mission was complete. As Caesar came out of his mother and his gender was identified, she cursed him until her inevitable death. Despite being but a mere newborn at the time, Caesar has in the back of his head remembered the entire incident. It was something that would shape him into the person he was today. He was taken to Vegeta from the spaceship he was born in and raised in a slave house. The other women of the slave house that were either still pregnant or going to be all collectively named him Caesar due to the name just being associated with a bad feeling for all of them.
Continuing on; since Caesar was a slave, he was raised in the slave house by pregnant Kagami women. His dad in this case, was a Konatsian. His mother had been a slave her entire life, on the planet Konat to the Kashvar. It was there that she met a Konatsian liberator who she had a small relationship with before he helped her escape. Now with his baby inside her, she could take off hoping to raise her son like the man who freed her. However, her escape pod was immediately recognized by a saiyan ship far far into the reach of space. It had taken them years alone to get where they were, and they hadn't seen anything in a long time until Caesar's mother and her pod. Once they had captured her, they took her back to their planet Vegeta, which took several years to get to. In this time frame, Caesar was born, his mother was killed, and he was almost out of toddler age by the time they reached Vegeta and the young boy was sold to a saiyan family.
It wasn't too difficult a childhood, although he was disrespected by the saiyan's that would take a stroll out towards the slave hovels to point and laugh. Caesar had taken most of their laughing as a sign of ignorance and hate towards the slave people. His hatred had begun to grow, and although he was raised by the Kagami, all they taught to him was peace and harmony by some goddess by the name of Irith. The young slave had hated the idea of the goddess entirely, constantly questioning the motive for worship. It seemed that no matter how much he would pray, the young man would still be a slave. It was at a very early age that he would reject the goddess of his people, as well as his people as a whole.
He grew up slowly, as most Kagami did. Due to their slower aging process, it took longer for the boy to become ready to do manual labor. When the time came that he was mature enough, he had already turned his back on everyone he had met. He no longer paid attention during the teachings of the mothers who had yet given birth, he no longer cared for the whippings he'd receive when he disobeyed the orders of the saiyan's that owned him, and he had shunned the father that played a part in his birth. Over the course of years through hard labor, regular lashings, and constant praising of a goddess that did nothing, that Caesar was finally able to unlock a part of himself that he never imagined he had. It was the hate he felt for his own people as well as the saiyans that increased his strength that he had amassed through labor. Once he found this strength, it was then that he would sneak out in the middle of the night and kill the two saiyans that guarded the pods for the family that owned him. He would sneak inside the main house and steal the best looking set of clothes he could find as well as a weapon, and head back out to the ships. Quickly taking the smallest one, he had pressed whatever button he could see until the machine wirred and took off, launching him into outer space and far away from the planet. The young looking Kagami would then swear that he would wipe out his own weak race so that no child would be born from them again like he had to, along with the saiyans that enslaved and tortured him for his entire life. The entire time, he would have no idea that he was Konatsian, and he still may never know.
Starting Planet: Earth
Unique Characteristics:
Part-Konatsian: Quick learners- The Konatsian race gains a technique slot every 5,000 levels, do to a hybrid.
Part Kagami-Mimic: As their name suggest, they are able to mimic other races, due to this they have a special ability, that allows them to copy 1 move from a single fight. (1 time per fight, and can only be used on moves that do damage.)

Afterimage [SU1]
Through a sudden burst of speed, Caesar leaves behind a static image of himself to distract his opponent. This technique allows him to completely dodge techniques beneath 100% of his PL. This technique uses 1 KP in KP Battles and cannot be charged.
Utility
Energy Sensing [UT]
Via some method you are capable of feeling the natural energy of living beings, you have an understanding of the power level of other non-android warriors and can feel the power of the attacks they are using compared to your own. This technique is Passive not requiring activation and uses 0 KP in a KP Battle, Energy Sensing does not work on Androids.
Power Weighted [UT]
By some means, usually via a significant increase in muscle mass, you increase your offensive power at the cost of your defenses, this results in an increase of your offensive pl by +x1 and a decrease of your defensive PL by -x3. You must have a transformation that provides at least +x3 defensive PL to use this technique. Using Power Weighted costs 0 KP in a KP Battle
Flight [UT]
Caesar can use his Ki to allow him to fly now.
Energy Suppression [UT1]
You are capable of suppressing your power in order to better hide yourself from the gaze of those with Energy Sensing or those utilizing a Scouter, so long as you are not making use of powerful techniques(anything that would consume KP in a KP Battle) you can remain undetected by friends and foes alike! This technique uses 0 KP in a KP Battle
Energy Setting [UT2]
You are capable of setting your power to a lower level to not only hide yourself, but also effectively fight while at this level, meaning you can make use of powerful techniques (anything that would consume KP in a KP Battle). This is great for people who want to train weaker fighters.
