The blond kagami warrior had just landed on this rock in the middle of space, he had was already being treated like a slave again. Currently being accosted by a group of hooligans, it was Caesar that would have to be merciful on the humans of this planet. Despite their clear confidence and lack of knowledge as to who the blonde haired man in front of them was, it would be a very opposite situation in a moment. ------- It was already a few hours since Caesar had landed that he had found a large grouping of energy in a singular area. Large was an understatement, but he wouldn't even have time to think about that. The more astounding part of the area were the buildings. Large enough to touch the clouds, the houses that these humans lived in were bigger than most buildings entirely on Caesar's old planet. Of course, these buildings were skyscrapers, and most people didn't live in them, but the former slave wouldn't know the difference. It was all still very new for him considering his previous life as an owned non person. The other very clear change for the former kagami slave, was the dense cluster of small but many Ki signals that he felt. So many people, presumable human, all packed into a smaller space than it seems possible for them to fit. It was a wonder that so many people would decide to live so close and packed together, but not something that Caesar would wonder about for too long. It was more of a curiosity than an active thought that would play in his head, but either way, the blond kagami would be heading into the city. Back on Vegeta as a slave to a rich saiyan family, he had been to a city but once. There weren't a tenth as many people in a space like this, and the buildings weren't a fourth as tall. Whereas these buildings reached up into the sky, as the strength Caesar was at now, he could easily jump to the highest building. Although, that was when he was 13 years of age. Even he didn't know the full extent to his strength. Perhaps today was a good day to find out. Reaching the city, the first thing he noticed was the amount of cars there were. The metal boxes lined the streets bumper to bumper with sounds and honks going off constantly. Immediately his silence and peace had been purturbed by the extreme noise of the district. People appeared to be upset with the one in front of them, but that was true for lines and rows of people. For all Caesar could know, there was one person at the very front that everyone was actually mad at. The entire situation was very new for the boy. Taking his stroll around the sidewalks and next to the skyscrapers, his eye was caught by a group of males, presumably human, wearing hoodies and skullcaps. Of the five of them, four were smoking and one was visibility brandishing a knife. As the blond kagami warrior would pass them, he could feel a hand on his shoulder as well as a rough voice. "Hey kid, come with us and you won't get hurt. Or maybe you will. There are five of us and one of you. Do the math kid, you walked the wrong way today."The former slave would slightly smile before erasing the expression and turning around to look startled. "Oh man, me? I did walk the wrong way. I guess you'll have to accost me then, is that right?"The young thug that originally had turned Caesar around would look visibly upset. He knew he didn't get the reaction out of the kagami that he wanted. Tugging the shirt of the blond warrior, he would lead him and the rest of his group to the adjacent alleyway and push him up against the wall. Caesar would have to try not to laugh, and inevitably fail. His laughter was heard by the entire group, as well as a man at the end of the space between the two buildings, who would take off running. The gang member looked only more infuriated as he raised his fist to slam into the young swordsman's face. The punch connected, only it didn't budge Caesar an inch. It hardly ticked the former slave. Taking his fist back, the punk looked at the man he was now regretting to attempt to rob. "What the hell are you, man?"Caesar smiled as he took the man's arm in his hand, twisting and swiftly breaking the limb to the point where his ulna was sticking out slightly. The man's screams were loud, but the other's would collectively be louder. The shock, followed by regret filled the other men. It could have been left there, and the swordsman could have left it alone, but where would be the fun? They should pay. I've been here 3 hours and the first humans I meet piss me off. Typical...Strangely enough, Caesar was actually happier than this had been the case. He wanted a reason to hate every race, and this had been a fine start for the humans. Although, his work wasn't finished yet. Taking the now very broken man's arm, he would lift the man by it and throw him into the nearest man, sending both of them colliding into a wall. One of the men would charge Caesar, very a very futile end, by which the kagami would draw his blade a cleave the man in twain. The two that were still on their feet had already began to run. Giving a wide smile, Caesar would send a ki blast of purple energy at the two. The ball would travel through the chest of the closet and continue in a straight line through the chest of the second, finally ending by hitting and exploding a near a car on the roadway. The kagami would laugh at his own actions, thinking himself to be so much stronger here on Earth due to the weak people. Taking a short but slow walk over to the man who was now passed out from shock due to his arm, and the man who was pinned to the wall due to the body on top of him, the kagami swordsman would take his sword and put the very tip to the conscious man's neck. Caesar would smile, albeit very scarily due to the circumstance, and chime to the man. "Did you still want my money, or...?"It was all a game to the Kagami. Both life, and death. ____________________________________________________________________________ Thread Pl: 4,200 Heavy Weights On!Weighted Pl: 1,050 Chili Pepper

[61,786 PL + Heavy Weights = 15,447 Thread PL] Today on this day our floppy eared and stubby tailed hero finds himself visiting the North Capitol, a first in his journey around Earth. This city had a colder feeling then most and that wasn't just because of its biome, with the expense of getting most of the city's supplies transported here the town felt much rougher. It would seem that there was a homelessness concern here with some unable to afford the higher priced goods. There was also certainly a lot of petty crime here to, which left a bad taste in Chili's mouth. These were people who only preyed on those suffering. This would be one of the reasons to visit this cityscape, Chili Pepper being a member of the Galactic Patrol and that making him a space cop in basic understanding. Though maybe some lowlife scum hiding in between buildings could be considered a waste of time Chili understood duty. He had desire to help the people who suffered here, and if that means taking in a few pick pockets then so be it. He was certain he could handle anything they threw at him and then he would escort them to a police station where thereupon they would face justice. With his new ability to sense the power in others Chili had soon found that most people that walked the streets didn't even come close to the levels of some people he had run into. It seemed most earthlings stayed pretty low in strength unless they focused and trained themselves like Chili had. However this would most likely be for the best, the pup had no desire to see everyone flying around and blowing up buildings. He had been scrounging the city for a few hours now, managing to stop himself a purse snatcher and a mugger so far. The canine felt a little exasperated however only being able to sweep up two crooks today, this place was supposed to be a hot bed for petty crime. "Maybe I'm not looking in the right spots" the pup sighed as he sipped at a straw that was sitting in a glass of soda. His rump resting in a booth by himself in a rather nice diner. Even a police officer needs to take a lunch break. He blew into the straw causing bubbles to foam up in his soda, he guessed the one downside with earthlings not having strong distinct power levels was he couldn't use that to pinpoint threats. The Zoan looked out the window at the chilled air and the few people walking down the street. "This place sure doesn't feel like home" sighing once more as he fished money out of his pocket for his drink. That's when a surge of energy reared up not too far away, and it was getting closer. The energy wasn't any higher then Chili had seen but it was rather unusual for a regular human. Whatever had entered the city, it would be worth invesitgating. Chili tossed down a couple of bills and some change onto the table with a clatter and hopped out of his seat. He sprinted for the door and shouted back into the diner "Keep the change!" The bell hanging on the doorway chimed and Chili was soon in the air and rocketing off to whatever that strength was. The pup was drawn to the outskirts of the city flying overtop buildings and dodging skyscrapers as he closed in. Chili halted mid air and looked around at the people who were strolling through the streets, his brow focused as his eyes darted from person to person. He had trouble pinpointing the exact position of whomever held that po- Chili noticed a glint in the shadows of an alleyway, and in there he felt the jump of Ki. A smile grew across his muzzle before he flew down and landed on the sidewalk just outside of the shaded corridor. "Hey-" Chili cut his greeting short, expecting to find just one thing, maybe a person, hiding there. Instead what Chili discovered made his stomach turn. A bloody scene of three bodies sat crumbled on the ground, one of them in a pool of blood. It was difficult for him to make out, but it was clear with the lack of any energy, that man was dead. The only other person who was there and standing was a blonde haired young man with a large sword. It's bloody tip tasting the neck of a terrified man who laid there on the ground. Chili gnashed his teeth, not exactly knowing the situation, but he knew a threat to life when he saw it. He threw an arm up and charged a small pink ball of Ki and aimed it at the swordsman. "Drop the sword. Now."

The man would give a very panicked face back to the blond kagami. He knew fully well that his life was in the hands of the boy standing over him with the sword, and he knew that life and death didn't matter to this psycho killer. His friends laid dead beside him, even on top of him. Going back to Caesar's perspective, he smiled again at the damage he had caused. These men had tried to pick a fight with him, and it was clear that they were regretting his now. At least, the one still alive was regretting it. Ever the kind person that the blond warrior was, he decided it to be very rude to make his friends wait, so Caesar took the blade and gave it a twirl in the air, catching it and bringing it down to cut the man's head off.
Or at least, he would have, had there not been a person at the end of the alleyway that bade him to stop as he was about to start the initial cut into the neck. A laugh emerged from Caesar as he turned to look at the one with guts enough to stop a man with a blade and a clear edge to kill. What the kagami swordsman saw, brought him to even more laughter. It a shocking turn of events, the only man, woman, and child that came to actually stop Caesar's actions, was a dog. A dog in a dress up attire who pointed a Ki blast at the former slave. This wasn't just any dog, however. It should be noted in the recesses of Caesar's mind that this was a very short, baby looking dog. The bravest one in the entire city, and it turns out to be a dog in a cop outfit. Had the one to stop him appeared anymore competent, Caesar might've taken some sort of offensive action, but this scene didn't feel tense, or necessary to do anything at all.
The dog had given a command for Caesar to drop his blade, which just wasn't going to happen. Did this pup know the price of such a finely crafted blade? He probably didn't have a taste for the finer things in life. To be fair, neither did Caesar. Deciding to humor the little pup, the blond swordsman would speak up to the would be cop.
"Hey there, buddy. Why don't we point down the Ki blast before someone gets hurt, yeah? This one is still alive, after all."
Caesar would point at the man who had now gone into shock from the events that transpired.
"These men accosted me for my money, and even tried to force me to give it to them. I merely responded with my brand of force. I don't know how you do things on this planet, since I just got here, but on Vegeta where I was a slave, if someone tried to take your money, they knew they were throwing away their lives to try to earn a quick buck. Sorry if I broke any human laws."
Caesar figured that killing, especially to this degree, would be very illegal here as it was in most places. The blond warrior had plenty of common sense, but he really felt like killing the men who decided to fight him. Now he felt like trying to get out of trouble by playing a couple of different cards. It would be like taking a bone from a baby.
"Now, I don't know anything about you, or even if you have any authority here, so mind if I ask who you work for? Also, I'm not dropping the sword. The thing is expensive. I'll just put it away."
And with that, the boy would spin his sword a couple of times until it came to the right angle, and swiftly and smoothly guided it into the scabbard.

Chili's command was responded to with a laugh, the pup's eyes glaring out from the shadow over his face. The swordsman seemed to find something hilarious on this situation, in this murder. His eyebrows dropped in a furrow as he spoke up "Sir, don't call me buddy. I am Chili Pepper, and I am a Galactic Patrolmen." The red coated canine kept his arm raised, and his blast surged in his grip.
His ears peaked as Caesar began to explain himself, explained why he used such gratuitous measures to deal with common criminals. He managed to spit out something about vegeta, which Chili knew of, to an extent. "So... does that make you a Saiyan?" he asked before shaking his head, those floppy ears of his swaying side to side "Wait that doesn't matter. You can't come to Earth and kill innocent people no matter what you do on your planet. The people of Earth... most of them don't fight."
Chili sensed for the energy left of the man who seemed to still be breathing. His Ki was there by draining, he could still be saved, but with his luck maybe not, he did try to rob a guy who was about ten times stronger then him. "Maybe these men did try to rob you, but on this planet men are held to trials, and they are judged by people just like them. They didn't deserve to die."
Chili didn't really like the feel of this guy, but he did put his sword away which was a start. The Zoan decided to lower his arm and return to a relaxed stance "Okay... well... I need you to step away from the man at your feet, he needs help." Chili commanded as he stared Caesar down, he wasn't one hundred percent certain about him.

The pup in front of him dressed in the red cosplay didn't appreciate when Caesar decided to have a chuckle at his previous words. His arm still raised as if it would blast him, he revealed that his name was Chili Pepper, a Galactic Patrolman. The name of the dog in front of the former slave was hilarious, so much so that he would laugh again had he not mentioned that he was a Galactic Patrolman. That was serious business on a much higher scale.
What the hell is a Galactic Patrolman doing here on a planet like this? What makes this place to worthy of their visit? Is something happening here that I'm just not seeing? This warrants investigating...
The one known as Chili Pepper asked if the kagami was a saiyan, which hurt the former slave a bit, just based on pride if anything. The saiyans were his least favorite race, one that he would not spare in the coming months when he began his crusade against them. Regardless, however, of race, the dog had realized it wasn't alright to kill people no matter what race they were. It made sense, and it should have been a bit embarrassing that it took him so long to realize such fact.
The dog patrolman did eventually acknowledge that the men that lay dead before the two might've tried to rob the kagami, but here there are trials and laws. It wasn't even until the blond swordsman put away his blade that the little pup stopped his blast attack. All of this was progressing rather smoothly, and the kagami had a few things in mind on how he wanted to continue from here. Namely, he'd just try to walk away from the situation. See if that actually turned out for the former slave. He didn't imagine the pup in red had much to say on the case; Caesar is an alien and he really wasn't accustom to the laws of Earth, but he did know that killing wasn't something tolerated about anywhere. He was smart and clever, and now he'd see how much could be said for the galactic patrolman.
"Okay pup, let me drop some knowledge off on you right now. I am an ALIEN. That means I don't know the rules here on Earth, make sense? Also, I am not even close to being a saiyan. I hate them the most. One day you'll hear about my triumphs in killing every last one of them, as well as my own race, the kagami. We are a simple slave race that praise a very bullshit god that won't ever save us, so I freed myself. Killing is all I've ever known, can you really fault me for that? I'm an honest boy, and this kind of thing shouldn't happen again, as long as nobody tries to mug me. Make sense there, Chili? Or do you need to report this to your superiors? Because I really don't have the time for this, nor the patience."
After saying this, Caesar would attempt to walk away down the ally. He'd be feeling out Chili's energy if he made a move, but he still might not even be able to react properly.

Chili had dropped his attack, but that didn't mean he was letting this guy go with no repercussions. He had already murdered these two people which was even for someone without exceptional power a serious crime. Then Caesar decided to have a little rap with Chili.
The only thing it was missing was the hybrid sitting backwards in a chair. Chili's eyes squinted as the swordsman started to patronize the patrolmen, trying to rationalize how he somehow wasn't held responsible for what he did. Not to mention going on a tirade about genociding an entire race.
With his little monolog complete he turned and began to walk away from Chili, and the pup responded with a growl. His arm raised again "You're not going anywhere. I can't let you walk away from what you've done here." Chili started walking towards Caesar now as he continued to speak.
"Being an alien doesn't excuse your actions, and if you knew anything about Earth you would know that Earth fought off an invasion not too long ago. I dunno if I could arrest you under the Galactic Patrol. However..." The red coated canine now stood a few feet away from the Kagami. "With the death of two Earth Citizens, I think the Blue Banner Army would be willing to jail you. Especially considering you are an alien."
Chili gave a confident little smirk "So now please come quietly."

Caesar had begun his walk down the ally already, commenting in his own mind how easy it was to get away from murder like that, but he could sense the pup's power rising already, which wasn't a great sign. With a sigh, the kagami warrior would turn around and notice that the Galactic Patrol members arm was raised again. The pup began to speak about how he couldn't let the blond swordsman just walk away from this, and that the former slave could be facing jail time. Not from the people that he represented, but the actual Earth police force, the BBA, especially due to the fact that he was an alien. It was pretty racist, he really didn't know the laws here, but jailing him especially due to his heritage? That was messed up. The boy would commented again, slightly less smugly.
"Ugh, come on dog, don't be upset. Why are we doing this anyway? This whole justice and evil thing, it's a big overplayed don't you think? So I killed some people that threatened me, what's the big deal? I mean, have you never killed anything in your entire life? I mean sure, I could pull out my sword and work on this one surviving guy, but I won't. You know why? He learned his lesson. You don't just threaten people on the streets. Now you might be thinking now, "hey, that applies to me since I'm threatening someone right now." And you'd be right, you are threatening someone with jail time, right now. I know I'm an alien, and I know what I did was wrong, but this is a time where you gotta let me go. I didn't do anything but defend myself. I even left the one guy alive, so come on. Don't take this farther than it needs to go."
The boy at this point would be preparing his next move. He was going to shoot the building to his right in a very structural weak point place, collapsing it onto the two. Caesar of course would bolt in the opposite direct and suppress his own energy to hide from the policeman. He didn't really get a gauge on how strong the pup was, but he probably meant business. If the patrolman didn't accept his offer to just let this situation go, he'd have to put his plan into action and start to bolt the other way.

The dark eyes continued to loom up at Caesar as he preformed yet another tirade, and at this point Chili was unsure as to what this guy was attempting. His red sleeve and paw stayed locked onto the criminal though, and no matter what he said this pup was going to arrest him.
"I'm not threatening you Sir, I am telling you, you're coming with me." The dog took another step closer and then stood to the side. "Now if you would, please exit the alleyway so I can escort you to the nearest Blue Banner Army center."
Chili wondered if this guy was spewing all he could because he was nervous, nervous about being caught in the act. Or whether he truly was trying to explain himself out of this situation, maybe he was ignorant. His brow furrowed as his thoughts continued "Ignorance or not, murder is a crime."

Exactly what the dog said to Caesar's offer of no arrest that he didn't want had happened. This police dog known as Chili was serious about the kagami hybrid going to jail to face the penalty of his crimes. He wasn't sure if the Galactic Patrol that he represented had the capability right now to actually jail people, but he was fine with just taking capture of the former slave and drag him to the justice building, or perhaps some BBA affiliated building like a headquarters. Regardless, the situation had forced the tragic option the poor boy had been left with. He had no choice but to take a hostage as well as perhaps cut off a passage to himself. His plan was the same as before, he'd shoot a ki blast in an attempt to collapse a building near them, either prompting the morally correct dog to try to save the lives around him, or still at least lose sight of the tricky hybrid at least long enough to suppress his own life energy and take the hostage in case the clever dog found him anyway. It was a gamble, but it was really the only thing the boy could hope to do.
Taking a walk closer to the dog and the end of the alleyway and near the unconscious man from before, the boy would speak up in a sentimental tone. The former slave boy really took a look at the carnage he'd cause and felt slight regret for it, as he probably did take it further than it needed to go. It was something he'd have to live with, every decision being harder than the last.
"Alright, I get it savior dog. You've really got me in the situation, there isn't much I can do. I really wish you didn't have to do this, I was really only defending myself. I'm sure this Earth has some laws that go easy on guys like myself, right? I really don't think I deserve something like this, but if you insist...there are people in far more trouble than myself I suppose."
Quickly thrusting out both of his arms in a rush of adrenaline, the boy would shoot two beams of Ki in an attempt to bring down one or both of the buildings that surrounded the two. Of course, now the patrol dog would have to choose to still attack the hybrid boy or save the men women and children inside. Letting them go was an option, but they would most likely die in that case. Of course, Caesar would have the unconscious man in his arms with his sword to his throat already in the event that Chili had turned his attention to the buildings like Caesar thought he would. The kagami hybrid would already be barreling around the alleyway on the opposite side that they were on in an attempt to escape, wrecking things along the way, bringing down another two small buildings to distract the dog. Running as fast as he could in this rush of adrenaline, the boy had unlocked a higher strength than he previously had.

With apparently the pressure of being arrested for the crimes he had committed looming on him, Caesar devised his plan to escape and blasted two buildings straight off their foundations. Chili's head darted up as he realized these huge structures were now both toppling inwards onto the alleyway. He glared at Caesar with a fury in his eyes, flames licking up in his dark pupils, before he flew up into the air and pressed his mighty paws against both of the buildings.
The young pup was sandwiched between both of these crumbling towers as he used all his might to hold them in place. Though Chili's power was much higher then the average Earthling, he had not had much experience bench pressing huge architecture. Chili Pepper let out a shout of exasperation while he desperately tried to replace these constructions. Flexing his muscles, and reaching deep down, he shoved back.
Such powerful force from the Zoan, his arms being pushed to great limits the sleeves of his trademark red jacket twisted and tore away. With his now bare appendages he managed to push both of the structures back onto their base, their great forms wobbling before settling again.
By this time Chili finally looked back into the alleyway and gnashed his teeth at the sight of it being void of Caesar. It appeared he had gotten away in his overly destructive distraction. The pup punched his fist into an open palm and flew out of the dark corridor, spotting what he was hunting.
A fleeting glimpse of Caesar bounced away, but not before striking yet another two buildings before the hybrid dissappeared from view.
Chili growled and his paws clenched tight, swooping in on those two other domicile and trying to save them as well. The young dog made a note of this fugitive, and decided he would bring this man's bounty up to Beryl. This destructive swordsman would now find himself on the growing list of people who have earned the swift justice of the Galactic Patrol.

The intense rush of adrenaline was as helpful as it was among other things, scary and surprising. The boy felt much stronger than he had been and his entire body felt so much lighter. The boy had felt adrenaline before but this was just an insane amount. The former slave felt leagues stronger than he usually did, so much so that he thought for a moment of turning around to actually face the patrol dog that was chasing him down. Eventually deciding against it, the boy had put back his sword to carry the hostage he had gained for far out into the desert. He wanted to make sure he was plenty further out than the dog that was probably very occupied at the moment with the destruction around. Caesar felt slightly bad, if only because innocent people might've been killed from that, but sacrifices had to be made if the entire saiyan race was going to be killed by the blond boy. He would take it in stride knowing that they gave their lives to further the free life of a man who'd been a slave all of his life and so he could grow stronger to essentially protect all those that they loved from the tyranny of the tailed beasts who'd stolen most of his life away from them. Although he was not a good person, and most would call him evil, Caesar saw himself as a person of just reasoning as well as a person with ample reason to commit the crimes that he may as long as his final effort was to save the universe from the most oppressive race there was. He was the hero that the word needed but didn't deserve. Truly, the boy had a complex.
Making it out to the desert after a strong run of adrenaline, the boy's legs would finally slow and eventually return to normal. His body was certain the boy was out of danger and no longer supplied it with what he wanted. With a gasp and a huff, the boy wouldn't have the balance needed to hold himself up when the rush of energy fell, so the boy collapsed on a rock with the hostage in a pile. Breathing heavy, the boy was really tired. Not only tired, but mad as well considering a dog was able to stop him from doing what he wanted, as well as be strong enough to make him have to run away. It was really pathetic and the boy wasn't proud of it, but it was for the future that he would do what he did. What he didn't recognize was that his hostage had recovered from the shock of seeing his friends die and was out for revenge. Secretly pulling out a switchblade, the man would take a stab at Caesar's neck, only to be caught a moment before actual contact occurred. A slight gasp left the man's mouth, his fear returning to him. The hybrid swordsman whilst still on his back would turn his head over to look at the man. With an evil smile and despicable giggle, the boy would speak up.
"Hahaha, that is so cute that you think you still have the ability to kill me. Didn't you remember what I did to your friends? I also blew up a few buildings as I left that city. It was pathetic, your race and how weak they are. You still wouldn't even stand a chance..."
The man would actually have enough guts to speak up to his captor, free of the fear of death.
"I don't think YOU understand how f***ed you are. We humans...we have champions to fight for us. Captain Nova...Administrator Azure. They are incredibly strong people who fended off the saiyans from an invasion a few months back. You're no where near their level! You probably couldn't even..."
The man would be interrupted by Caesar forcing his hand over the man's mouth. Caesar's eyes would squint at the man as he spoke.
"How good for them. As for you, you're going to die here."
Caesar's hand that was on the man's face would light up and a blast would come out, obliterating the man into nothing and continuing through the desert for a little bit before becoming nothing itself. Caesar would fall back onto his back with his arms spread wide. His short time on Earth so far was already a pain to him and there was evidence of people much stronger than him performing very mundane jobs. If he was going to kill every saiyan, he'd need to be stronger than everyone himself. He wanted to do this alone, nobody else's rules but his own. It would be complete annihilation.
