It was several days later when Ninjin would get back to her training hard and heavy. Those within the school treated her with respect which was something new to her. So she showed all the respect back toward them. The two men she had beaten had been her sparring partners over the last few days. Each day they would spar until they could not fight anymore. Each day had left her with a smile on her face as all the fighting and teaching had given her something of a purpose.
Walking around the dojo she caught herself looking at the master and giving her a softened smile. The two of them had become close friends since their initial sparring match. They had been spending the long days when not teaching the students the pair would work on technique with one another. She had been lucky as the master of the dojo had told her she had an inkling of the Turtle Schools most powerful of Ki based beam attacks and that someday soon she hoped to master it before showing it off to the others of the dojo.
The pair walked up into the midst of the arena. With a loud voice her friend called all the students about the pair. Ninjin had been loving her position as a helper to the children. Despite her outward appearance she was restless and any chance she got she would fight against the other teachers or any of the students who wished to test her. This continued rather easily until she grew frustrated and accidentally snapped at a student who had come up to her for some advice.
Once again her saiyan side coming out and getting the better of her in this instance. Retreating to her quarters within the main building she sat there and closed her eyes. Focusing inward she found herself floating within her own mind. A deep meditative trance she was in as the master of the dojo arrived and kept the others away as she herself noticed what it was the red haired half breed was doing was not something to be interrupted. Pulling shut the door to the small room she actually sat in front of it awaiting her new friend to emerge.
Deep within her own mind Ninjin saw a more feral looking self sitting there staring at her. Beside that oen was a more proper looking version of herself her hair tied up nice and snug whilst the other was wild as wild can get. Ninjin had always prided herself on being the one that stood perfectly between these two figures. One representing all of her humanity that she learned from her mother growing up. The other being the representation of her saiyan heritage that she knew nothing about.
“Cmon you two… I try to sate both of you with my daily life. I fight enough to keep you sated and I do my best to be nice to others and be as my mother raised me to be… What more do the two of you want from me? Why do you both hold me back so much? Is there something you are both afraid of if you do not hold me back? What do neither of you have your voices today?”
The wild one turned and spoke up first.
“You know nothing of the blood you carry. It nags at you… Always pulling you down and weighing down your ankles. Your father is a source of immense pressure on you as you do not know who he is or who he was. Was he a great tyrant or a great savior? This is something you want to know but are to scared to try and find out. Look out there you know many saiyans now because of Vocaado. Go speak with them try and find out where your blood comes from and why you are so much stronger than the average person.”
Giving her wild compatriot a nod the civilized one spoke up.
“And yet you do not wish to lose your connection to your human side. You wish to always be here on Earth and you wish to defend her people with all of your heart and soul. As you did against the Oozaru at the Tenkaichi. We allowed you just a taste of your inner strength. The power that we keep sealed while you remain in such doubt. You need to overcome your own self doubt and self loathing. You hate yourself for what you are but you need to find out who you are before we do anything and let you access this font of power. Now relax as the three of us are the same person. You need to do as our saiyan side has said. Go and find out about our father. Once you know about him. Then we can begin to train ourselves even more. To become greater than any other.”
Nodding to the two she smirked. Raising her arm she flexed as she bowed to the inner selves.
“Thank you both… As always it is just the three of us… But maybe I can talk with the master of the dojo. She seems knowledgeable and I like her. She is very kind and is fast becoming a great friend to me. She will be able to help me with my search I can almost guarantee it.”
The other two gave her a nod of confidence as she allowed herself to slip out and awaken. It was many hours later as she stood from her bed which creaked as she stood. Walking to the door she opened it and she noticed Amalia sitting there eyes closed as she meditated but the green eyes opened as the door moved.
“I see you have awakened from your meditation. I take it things are going to be alright from now on?”
Giving the human a nod of reassurance she spoke.
“Yes everything will be fine… I am sorry for what I did with the student I guess the saiyan in me gets the best of me from time to time and I become a rather prickly person to be around… I would like to speak with you some more about the techniques of the Turtle School. More specifically I am looking at learning what I can about the Kamehameha Ki attack. I know that it used by only the elders of the school but… I want to learn what I can as I feel I owe you and this dojoj for its hospitality as instead of just casting me out you allowed me to stay.”
Nodding to her friend Amalia walked with her toward her chambers at the peak of the dojo. Within there where a lot of scroll and old tomes.
“Well let us begin searching for the technique and see if we can train with one another and become stronger because of it alright?”
