The Good Doctor was once again in his dimly lit lab. As usual, he was all by his lonesome. The other members of S.C.A.R were off doing some nefarious deed somewhere to increase their power; Breech simply wanted to finish his creations for the time being. The mechanized man typed away at a computer, the sound of each key on the board echoing through the metallic halls of the laboratory. His icy blue eyes narrowed as his typing quickened, until finally, it hit a grand finish. He slammed his finger down on the "ENTER" key, and a bright red light illuminated the opposite end of the room.
He turned, smirking as he gazed at one of over a dozen humanoid-sized pods. Within the pod was a woman; her body was replaced entirely with machinery, save for her head, which was still mostly organic. Her eyes were closed, a sign that she was in a sort of resting state. Doctor Breech walked up to the pod, placing his wrinkled hand directly on the center of the door. "It took a while for your completion, did it not? I think you're finally ready now... Let us begin our very first test." His hand slid to the side of the pod, where a myriad of buttons lay in wait.
His hand searched around the keypad, until he decided on the biggest, red button. The Doctor's finger pressed the button inwards, and the bright red light suddenly vanished. Slowly, the pods door began to open upwards, forcing Breech to take a step back.
As the door finished opening, his smile widened. His cold voice addressed his newest creation. "Greetings, San. How does it feel to be blessed with the ability to move on your own once again?"
He placed his hands behind his back, waiting patiently for his newest androids answer.
