[Thread PL: 284,978 | Enlightenment (x16 Permanent) Active! Current PL: 4,559,648!] "How strange it is to see this part of the forest revitalized..."Bing strolled through Fukurou Forest, walking towards a familiar location. He used to live here before he became Kami, but once he inherited the role, it became somewhat pointless to return here. Only few people knew where his house resided, but the few that actually did were close friends... Usually. The last time he'd taken a break from the Lookout, he'd encountered a Demon-Saiyan Hybrid known as Zerori. Though he'd met her before, it seemed she wasn't in the mood for simple idle chatter. They battled intensely, but in the end, Bing was victorious; at the cost of this entire section of the forest being burnt to a crisp, that is. He set Donna and her drones to deposit Healing Gel throughout the area, and it seemed it had certainly done its magic. As he journeyed through the woods, he stumbled upon a Bear and her cub next to a creek. The mother was trying her best to snatch up a fish, but to no avail. Bing chuckled, before raising his right hand. A weak wave of orange Ki shot to the ground behind the Mother Bear, startling her slightly. She turned with a growl, but to her surprise, the Ki Wave ended to reveal it had created something; two delicious fish, ripe for eating! The Mother scanned the area around her to search for the owner of these fish, but he'd already departed...
After a few more minutes, Bing arrived at his log cabin. He smiled as he walked past it, sitting down next to the massive waterfall. For a while it had stopped flowing entirely due to Zerori's disruption of nature, but it finally started to release its cooling liquid once again. "I think this will be an excellent spot for the first lesson..."The Guardian closed his eyes, sending a telepathic message to the future Guru: Helix Crust. "Helix, I believe it is time we begin our training. Follow my Ki, and we can start when you've arrived."To help the Guru find his way, Bing allowed his energy to explode to its maximum. It reached enormous heights, making it a simple matter for Helix to find him. As he opened his eyes once again, he stared at his trusty spaceship which rested on the opposite side of the Waterfall; the King Crab. It had been dormant for quite some time now, but soon it would take to the stars once more. "Don't worry Donna, you'll get to send somebody on another Grand Tour of the universe soon enough..." The prophet had become quite familiar with Bing's steady mental voice purveying his thoughts. The transmission with the elder guru on namek had almost made him fond of mental conversations. They had become inherently right, and soothing.
The elder opened his eyes, which felt slightly crusted over due to their long period of dormancy. He massaged the bridge of his nose and the sides of his eyelids before cracking his neck to both the left and right, and then fully taking in the surrounding scene. Another beautiful day on the lookout.
The guru had been attempting to meditate to no avail, drifting through dreams that may or may not have been visions, none of them with any seeming prophetic weight. And he was fine with that. As far as he was concerned, no news was good news. All of his recent visions had been traumatizing and ominous.
After standing up, the namekian acknowledged the mental message from his companion. "Yes, I will be right there, my friend. I cannot fly as fast as you earthlings, however." He chuckled, and walked over to the edge of the lookout, peering down with a grin. A prophet had to have a bit of fun every once in a while.
Taking a few steps back, the namekian then went for a running leap, hurtling himself off of the lookout and down into the clouds below. His clothes rippled with the pleasant warm wind as he descended closer and closer to the small lake below. Opening up his palms, he was surrounded with a light pink energy, which he then cast down to the water below. The surface of the peaceful blue water appeared to glow for a brief moment, before Helix shot down into it.
The surface of the lake, however, did not break, acting more like rubber than water; it stretched downwards, absorbing the impact, before thwipping back, slinging Helix back up into the air. The prophet angled himself, pushing off of the springy surface with both feet in the direction that he wished to travel, towards the energy signature of the guardian.
Deciding it was best to make himself appear decent around the respected guardian of earth, the prophet angled himself towards the forest floor, tumbling downwards through the air before slamming into the earth, cushioned by a newly created pile of feathers. Giggling slightly as he brushed himself off, Helix despawned the feathers and stretched out his weary joints before walking the rest of the short distance to the cabin below the waterfall.
The prophet emerged from the trees surrounding the cabin into the opening, smiling pleasantly at his new teacher. Humorously, he spoke telepathically to the man he was face to face with, playing around with the connection established moments earlier by the guardian. "Greetings, Bing! Shall we begin?" he asked, walking over to sit next to the grey haired man.

After mere moments, the Future Guru had responded, revealing he was on his way. From what Bing's Ki Sense told him, Helix was currently on the Lookout. Bing waited patiently, but soon enough, the Namekian arrived. As Helix sat down next to Bing, he spoke telepathically despite their close proximity, inciting a chuckle from the Guardian. "Yes. I suppose it is a good time to begin your training... But first..."Bing stood up, motioning for Helix to do the same. Should the Namekian take to a stand, Bing would take a step back, before suddenly raising his hand. "Don't be alarmed. I'm just going to make your apprenticeship official..."From the Guardian's palm, a wave of bright orange Ki shot towards Helix! If it hit, it would do no damage, but instead a medallion would begin to form around Helix's neck! It was a moderately sized silver medallion with the emblem of Kami seemingly chiseled into it; the chain that kept it around Helix was also silver. Bing smirked as he lowered his hand. "You are now officially a student of the Guardian of Earth." The Guardian slowly took flight, hovering over the raging waters as he posed a question to his new apprentice. "Now, where should we begin our training?"--- Requesting Helix Crust purchases a Kami's Emblem from the shop!

Only a moment after sitting down, the prophet stood up alongside the guardian. The human took a step back and extended his hand. It appeared that the guardian possessed an amount of mysticism like his own, as he cast a spot of energy towards the namekian, stating he was making him an official student. The small beam of energy transformed into a silver medallion, and helix felt a slight weight reassuringly slump on his shoulders.
The guardian officiated the ritual with a smile, one that the namekian eagerly returned. "I am honored to have taken up such a prestigious mantle," he grinned, and laughed out loud, happy to be making steps towards helping namek. The guardian took to the air, hovering over the billowing waterfall as he inquired as to if Helix had any ideas of where to begin.
"I have no pretenses, save that I am unable to fly," the prophet shrugged, taking a step out onto the water as if it was a marble floor. "I am able to walk across the waves, though, as is evident."
The namekian caught site of the guardian's majestic looking ship. "What on in the name of...?" Helix asked aloud, chuckling good naturedly, as he directed bing towards the object of his surprise.

Bing smirked as he heard Helix's laugh. It seemed he was quite the cheery fellow, even in these soon-to-be dark times. The Guardian listened as Helix explained his lack of flying ability. He became quite interested in the Future Guru's ability to walk across the water, wondering how exactly he was able to achieve such a feat. "Very interesting... Are you manipulating your Ki onto the water, or is some type of magical ability the culprit here?"
Before he could get an answer, it seemed that the Namekian caught a glimpse of the metallic beauty that was Bing's spaceship. The Guardian turned, letting out a small chuckle as he explained what exactly it was. "Oh, that old thing? It's my spaceship, the King Crab! If all goes well, you and the Z Warriors will be taking it to Namek in two weeks time. I just need to make some adjustments to it to make sure everyone can live comfortably on it during the journey. We wouldn't want tired, malnourished or sick warriors to arrive on Namek, now would we?"
Returning to the subject at hand, Bing focused back on Helix's possible training options. It seemed like the most important option right now would be to teach him how to fly. Though this water-walking ability could prove useful on occasion, flying was quite important in most situations. Bing wouldn't even be able to get to the Lookout if he could not fly!
"Alright, then we'll start with teaching you the ability of flight! It's quite an important skill to learn; without it, moving large distances is leagues more difficult. Let's just dive right into training."
The Guardian floated towards the ground, his body softly landing on the grass near the lake as he began to explain. "You need to focus your Ki throughout your entire body. Use it to lift yourself off the ground as if you had wings. If you need something to focus on more specifically, simply imagine yourself flying, and..." Bing fell silent, and his body suddenly began to float off the ground once again. "... Why don't you give it a shot? See if you can focus your Ki on flight."
