The basic form of Telepathy allows the user to communicate with those they are familiar with across the planet they are currently on via mental transmission, this can be blocked out by those who do not want to hear the user if the effort to block them out is put forth. Toshi Clementine N1 description change approved. Afterimage re-flavor seems a bit too strong, so gonna have to deny it. Collan Vixen Approved. Mammon All approved, though your "deceiver" tech needs a tech tag. Assuming its a UT, its approved. Sagi Shi Approved. Purika Approved. Big Train Tier 2 and 3 of Afterimage approved. Maeve Rakshasa approved. Rubega Approved. Pieter Wolfbane This tech was already approved as homing, as when I originally read it I assumed it was re-flavored Homing. You're already good to go. Majin Makaz Hellfire Stream approved. All other techs denied, as I'm not exactly sure what they're doing mechanically. That and the two upgraded forms dont have the proper tech tags. Tabu Approved.

Made a mistake on Twin Ki Ball, changing it to this.
[UP2] Barrage , [MP3] Barrage
This splitting technique forms two or more ki balls and fires them at two or more opponents.

I, too, shall be applying for Ki Charge, but this shall now be on Pieter! Also, on the Double Hit to Boomerang, it's to better show that it's homing in on the person's location.

SU3: After-Image
Description: Through a rapid motion a blur is left behind as a sudden burst of speed is made leaving a false imprint before darting off to do one of two things, either attack or make a strategic retreat in the opposite direction as fast as his legs can take him. At First is a simple dodge, nor requiring much effort but does the job of not getting his lights knocked in. The next up requires genuine focus as he can perform a basic attack in his movement, improving the clones authenticity while he runs with his metaphorical tail between his legs. The Final requires every fiber of his focus to perform, being capable of mimicking false Ki Strikes. At this point of the technique, there is really no chance Dantalion is staying for a fight.

Description: Through a sudden burst of speed you leave behind a controlled image of yourself to distract your opponent, you have complete control over it and the image is capable of preforming any feats you yourself are capable of, it cannot however actually harm an opponent, this technique allows you to completely dodge techniques beneath 300% of your PL.
