Bigby stood on the grassy island, it was roughly a mile away from any city or town. And very tiny all on it's own, not even a hundred meters across. However it was quite grassy and near to other small islands it's size. Some even a stones throw away in the shallow water. He was currently imagining opponents that he could face. Armed with various weapons from blasters to swords to one bloke with a meteor hammer he threw in just for fun. Of course, he was an android. This meant he had a.... Vivid imagination to say the least as he ran his improvised training scheme again and again. To give Athan a work out he tasked the A.I with working his opponents, giving them each relative speed according to his own PL. With every wave of invisible opponents he defeated, the next wave only got bigger and tougher as he performed his calculated dance of the blade.
Bigby kept his sensors fully aware, partially because in the past he had encountered a shark as big as a star ship around these waters. And in part to look out for anyone else like him who would come to the boonies just to train. He batted away his final opponent and placed the tip of his katana on the ground. Coolant rushing through his system. "That was a good one Athan." He said with a cocky smirk. "Maybe the next one will even get a hit in on me...."

A shadow can be seen moving across the grass as an ocean wind blows across it. The shadow moves closer to Bigby and gets smaller until the body casting the shadow lands on the island in front of him. The caster, a young man with an old looking sword, is clutching a piece of paper, looking between it and Bigby. After a moment, he groans. "What was I thinking. This looks nothing like him!" Still, he continues to look back and forth for another moment. "I think this is the right island though..." Soon, he sighs and waves the paper at the stranger. "Have you seen these people?" He asks while looking around, as if he may have missed them on the tiny island.

Bigby's glasses would flash and start displaying a lot of data to himself as he had a gander at it and processed the question. Running a facial match on everybody he had seen in the last twenty four hours. Digging through he was able to find one piece that might interest the young man. "Hmm, yes I have spotted somebody within the past day who looks like the one on the left. He was wearing a false mustach along with the rest of his fruit vendor disguise. I didn't pay him any mind because some people are just weird like that." His eyes raised to check out the boy who had just landed so close to him.
He had a small power level, at least compared to him. He was practically a demigod to a normal person. But it was the sword that he had on his person that drew the androids attention the most. Many like him also trained in the use of martial weapons in addition to their other intense training. He briefly considered if this one had time to indulge him for a while. Before he just outright asked him. "Hey, I fancy myself a swordsman as well. I'll lead you all the way back to your highly desired orange salesmen if you'd be willing to show me a few of your tricks." He offered.

Laetus looked the man over for a moment, taking note of his sword. "Is that a promise?" He asked with a smirk. In his head, Laetus is desperately trying to think of anything other than Light Slash that was impressive. He was never finding this bounty otherwise.

He would raise his sword out of his sheath and say. "That is very much a promise my good man. Now, I am about 42 times stronger then you when I keep my strength limiters on." He said with a wink. "So why don't you go ahead and try to kill me for as long as you can. And I'll see how long you can go before you show me the same move twice. 42 moves, and your free to go off on your high stakes orange salesmen hunt." He said as he lowered his sword into a fighting position. "Let's go."
Heavy weights are on.

"42 moves with just my sword? ... Wait... 42 times stronger? Where do you get your numbers from? I want a recount." Laetus said in a semi joking matter. He didn't really take this seriously. This guy looked strong, but Laetus didn't sense much of anything coming from this guy. Either way, this guy drew his sword, so Laetus would do the same.

"Pfft, if you think 42 is hard you should see the dozens of styles I've already got stored up here." He said tapping his noggin. "What I don't have is bounty hunter style, so come at me like you want to rip my heart out guy." He'd say as Bigby totally analysed the chump in front of him. "I'll give you ten Zeni if you're first move is something like I've never seen before." He'd say as he cockily held one arm behind his back.

Laetus laughed. "Keep your money. If you're as good as you boast, I'd rather trade styles." He said twirling his sword in hand a few times. "Now get ready. My first move is a good one." He said waving his hand over his blade, causing it to glow with his ki. He gave this blade another twirl before gripping it tight and setting off afterimage, making it appear as if he was coming from all sides at once. The images flashed in and out of vision around him until, all at once, "Light Slash!" they all called and simultaneously brought their swords down on Bigby, the real strike being an upswing coming from behind at the lower left side.

Bigby looked all around himself, observing the technique of the man. He had barely seen the afterimage in any of the fights or training matches he had participated in. So getting down and dirty to obtain the hard data on it was a real treat. Especially with him being so close. He analyzed the images one by one. Unfortunately they were not perfect, and it was particularly easy to spot for him since the boy was going so slow by his perceptions of time. But still, he gathered up his data and considered if a sort of hologram might be in order to improve upon their believably. He hardly even remembered to shift his sword to the side in order to block the attack. But it was an almost subconscious move on his part to do so. After his blade would clang off, the android not even feeling the recoil in the slightest. He turned his head and said. "Well that impressed me a great deal." He stabbed his sword into the ground. "I'll gladly see your next move."

Laetus jumped back as the blades made contact and smirked. "I guess you aren't all talk... Alright, the next one is similar to the last." He said and once more used afterimage to quickly dart around his opponent. This time he ran in a star pattern, taking a swing every time he would pass Bigby in the center. If one were looking down on this, it would appear Bigby was surrounded by a white light star shape. After a few laps around, Laetus overcharged his Light Slash and made a sudden dash and swing at Bigby's front in the middle of running the line from the bottom left point of the star to the top right. "Radiant Star!"

Bigby would watch the man again as he started running all around him. Taking constant effort to attack. He was flashy for sure, but not well practiced as in actual combat this move would be very difficult to use effectively. If he only fought in tournaments, he would be the bomb. To Laetus it would appear as if his sword slashes went right through Bigby with now resistance as he stood still and watched him move around. But in reality, he simply moved out of the way and dodged so fast that the young man would not be able to even see a blur in his movement. He'd reach up to catch the blade with his hand so it did not break against his body. "I am learning already. Kid if all of these are named I am going to be so bloody impressed." He said with a cocky smile.

Stopped suddenly, Laetus was shocked for a moment, but his shock quickly turned to laughter. He let go of the sword, letting himself fall back on his butt. "Damn man. You're way better than I thought... I'm sure I've got a few more named ones" He laughed. "I live to entertain, after all."

Bigby laughed. "Well your doing well so far!" The android was really entertained by all this, it was much more interesting than the ax to the grind training he had been focusing on for so long. He felt elated at just having somebody around. Being bored for so long had taken a toll on the bot. "Welp, how about you try to disarm me? I won't resist at full strength. So give t a good shot."

"I'll try my best" He laughed as he grabbed his sword again. He then sprang to his feet and started walking around Bigby, examining his stance as best He could, looking for any kind of opening.

Bigby's stance wasn't even technically a stance at all. From the way he held his blade with one arm behind his back there really wasn't a single place that he was actively defending against. He tapped his foot and waited for the kid to make his move. Holding his sword in a loose grip. He wondered which weakness he was going to try and capitalize on. In a real fight, he always pretends to leave himself open while staying totally aware in order to punish anybody who thinks that they can touch him. It made fighting him really infuriating actually, unless if you kept your distance. Which for a swordsman with a short blade like that looked to be very difficult.
