Previously on Dragonball Z Souls, Ramen had gone on a hunting journey to taste the juiciness of a dino tail that his father foretold about. It took a lot of patience but our hero endured. He then returned home to find a letter that was underneath his parents’ bed. Did his parents already know that they were going to die? Only one way to find out…

Chapter 1
Ramen woke up today feeling eager and somewhat nervous about what may take place on today due to the fact that there may be so many different outcomes that would be liable to take place. He had so many questions that needed to be answered and he believed that this were the only way that he would be able to receive answers to any of these questions. So Ramen packs a small meal and prepares to venture out into the world which he knew very little about; seeing how he spent his whole life in the woods and he never even ventured that far to the outskirts of them. Nor did he expect to ever have a need to leave so soon but he needed answers and this was the only way for him to receive them.
“There are so many things that just don’t make sense. How did my parents know that any of this were about to take place? Why didn’t they leave if they knew that any of this was about to happen? Who are they sending me to find and why is he so important? None of this is making any sense!” Ramen said while tightening his gi.
“Well, I’m not going to find the answers just sitting around here.” Ramen says leaving his hut behind. “Farewell, mom. Farewell, dad. I’ll be back soon enough. I promise you, I will not let you down!” Ramen says as he begins charging through the forest, preparing to start a brand new adventure.
Ramen maneuvers through the trees, jumps from ledge to ledge, almost as if he were some sort of ninja on some type of mission. “This feels really odd, I’ve never ventured outside of my homeland before. I don’t know what to expect. But at the same time, the adventure excites me all the same. I won’t let you guys down!” Ramen beings speeding up until he comes to a ledge. He sees an all new world before him. Almost as if he were on a completely different planet. “What is that?” Ramen says aloud to himself. “Those are some really big buildings, and what are those things people are using to get around, those are some weird looking animals everyone is riding inside of.”
Ramen didn’t even know what a city was, the he believed the cars were some sort of horse that you climb inside of in order to navigate from one area to another. Everything seemed so advance to him.
“Watch it kid!” A dark heavy voice says as a car swerves out of the way to avoid hitting our young hero. “Wah!” Ramen shouts as he jumps out of the street and lands on to the side walk.
“Watch where you’re going!” Voices saying similar things echoed out to Ramen. He was so confused by what was going on. He continued to look around, not for the Big Tree Dojo but for a way out of the city. He knew he wasn’t anywhere near close to the dojo but for some reason he felt as though there was something out of the ordinary going on here.
“Stop thief!” A voice shrieks in the background, the sound of alarms could be heard from miles away. “Come back!” The female voice says again with no luck of making the thief stop running. He had a gun in one hand and a bag of money in the other hand. The man runs passed Ramen and the lady stops beside him breathing heavily from chasing the thief.
“Miss, what’s wrong?” Ramen says to the lady out of breath. “That guy just stole over 1,000,000 zeni out of our vault!”
Ramen was completely unsure of what zeni was but he didn’t know what stealing was either. “That’s not right, did the money belong to him?” Ramen asks the lady. “No, that’s what stealing is kid.”
Angered by the fact someone just took something that didn’t belong to them, Ramen takes off after the guy. “Hey! You can’t take something that doesn’t belong to you. It isn’t right!”
The man turns his head to see a teenage boy running after him with major intensity with his eyes. “You might want to go home to your mom kid! This world is too dangerous for you!” Ramen wasn’t trying to hear that. “I said give it back!” Ramen says again but with much more attitude.
The thief, still running turns his head and says “Okay! I’ve given you a fair warning but apparently you don’t know how to follow instructions!” He says pulling out a pistol “Maybe you’ll understand this!” The guy fires a shot at Ramen’s forehead! But the bullet bounces off like nothing.
“I said give it back!” The thief was taken back by how the bullet didn’t do anything to the kid but he wasn’t prepared to quit. He thought there was merely a malfunction with the weapon, so he decided to fire a few more blows at our warrior. But the results were the same as they were the first time, no injury, not even a scratch!
“Alright! I’m not giving you anymore chances! I said give it back, now!” Ramen shouts as he jumps off of the ground and prepares to land a flying roundhouse kick to the thief’s face.
The thief’s eyes widen because he was very well aware of the fact that if this kid could take gunshots to the face and feel nothing. Then this kick was going to be the most devastating kick he had ever received in his lifetime.
Ramen kicks the guy in the face, causing him to drop the money and the gun. While at the same time knocking him unconscious. “Maybe this will teach you not take things that don’t belong to you.” Ramen says picking up the back of money.
“How did you manage to get this back?” The lady exclaimed with joy and relief. “It wasn’t too hard, all he had was this black little toy to keep him safe. But here’s your money back. I don’t think that guy will be bothering you anymore.” Ramen says handing her the bag of money.
“Where are you heading off to? Was today an early release day at school?” The lady asks.
“I’m heading off to the Big Tree Dojo. Do you have any idea where that is?”
“Sorry, I wish I did but I wish you luck in finding it!”
“Thank you so much!” Ramen says running off to continue his journey to find the Big Tree Dojo.
