[ Thread PL: 29,517 ]Tell Me Your Secrets! The Research of Vegeta-sei!
[ Note: For Timeline purposes this is set before his current meeting with Alaistair and Xylo ]
Having bid a temporary farewell to Alaistair at The Cherry Valley Loft, Kizuki had found himself in the capital of Vegeta shortly after. Beaten to nearly a pulp by Xylo, his power had been fading fast. He had managed to find himself in the care of one specific physician, the one that had helped him when he first landed on Vegeta. Doctor Para Kiito was his name. Some time in the rejuvenation tank had done Kizuki wonders, healing his wounds completely. Emerging, he had dressed himself in his usual garb of choice, the battle garments of a Saiyajin Warrior. Kizuki would flex the fingers of his right hand in his glove, waking away the slight numbing feeling from being in the tank for so long when the bird doctor spoke up. "Hmm.. ehm.. Kizuki-san, your wounds were quite extensive. It is most troubling to see this from an outsider. Did the soldiers give you.. some trouble?"
Kizuki would simply wave the doctor off, and his question in the process, not caring to give much of an explanation at all. "No. Your wastelands house some powerful beasts.. and quite interesting ones at that." Once he had finished stretching himself out, the Saiyajin would roll his neck from side to side, popping the kinks out of it. "Direct me to your nearest Information Facility. I require some knowledge." His voice was proud and powerful, as it should always have been coming from a Saiyajin of his caliber. A gloved hand would dust off the chest plate of his armor, a few specs of dust and age showing on it. Dr. Kiito would cough nervously, before nodding and answering. "Ahem.. wh-why, yes, of course. Hmm.. there is one such facility here in the capital. You see, there isn't much of a desire for places like that. Hmm.. it seems your kind would rather have training facilities, there is an abundance of those, as a matter of fact. Why, if I had to guess--" Kiito was cut off by a low growl coming from Kizuki's throat. Though, the doctor had helped tend to his wounds, he found his speech ticks and habit to get off topic quite an annoyance. Kiito could feel that instantly, a bead of swear forming on the brow of the bird doctor. "B-But, yes.. there is! A bit north from here. Not the largest of buildings, hmm.. but if you require knowledge, that is the place to go!" With a nod, Kizuki would turn his back to Kiito, offering a half hearted wave. "Arigato." Boots would make their way to the exit before the Saiyajin stopped abruptly. Turning to face the bird doctor he had inquired about weight clothing, as part of a training regiment. The bird doctor would offer up Kizuki another gift, in the form of a capsule, and within the capsule when activated would be an armor crate containing specialized armor, boots, and gloves -- all weighted more than usual. With another quick thanks, Kizuki would shove the capsule under his current vest armor and head out into the streets of the capital.
The Saiyajin would make his way north, and eventually find his desired location. The building itself was barren of really any people, aside from those hired to maintain it. Boots clicked against the cold ground as Kizuki brought himself towards an empty station. It seemed technology had not changed much in two thousand or so years. Activating the machine before him, a projection screen would light up, allowing Kizuki to move through various electronic files with his fingers dancing over the air. He wasn't looking for much, the curious male just wanted to get the current events involving the Solar Saiyajin Empire, and this Queen he'd heard so much about.
It appeared the only piece of relevant information recently was the Empire's involvement in a planet called Arcose, the Arcosian home world. Kizuki would run a finger over his chin in thought. He hadn't come across many Arcosians in his lifetime. One was in charge of his home planet of Daikondu, as a part of a much bigger branch, though Kizuki was never one Daikondu for too long to learn more about them. Something his father wish for him to do, rather than join the armed forces. It made him smirk to think about his father, Daikondu, sitting in a large, extravagant room trying to groom the young boy into the next ruler of his planet, the planet named after him -- and all Kizuki wanted to do was train and go planet conquering. Breaking free from those visions of the past, he continued to read on, coming to the conclusion that this was some personal vendetta against the planet and species itself, rather than to conquer it for the sake of expanding her Empire. The planet itself was sucked of all life through some parasitic tree. Other than that, he didn't find much of anything relevant. Some dates, when her reign began, nothing that he was particularly need. With a sigh, he would move to shut down the system but paused and instead started a new search.
Namekian. He would type that word, doing a search on the race of his new found "friend," Xylo. He was a mysterious creature, as was Alaistair, though Kizuki didn't quite catch what species he was. Multiple articles would show up, Kizuki finding the latest. It appears Xylo and him were not too different, as he had previously stated. Though, for all Kizuki knew, Planet Daikondu still lay somewhere in the galaxy, while Xylo's home of Namek was blown to space dust for no particular reason at all. Before Kizuki could dig deeper into the history of Namek, he had gotten Alaistair's telepathic message. It made him jump a bit, catching him off guard. With a bit of a gruff sigh, the Saiyajin would shut his station down. At some point, he had activated the Hoipoi Capsule and changed into his weighted armor, gloves and boots as well before flying off to meet Alaistair at his request back at The Cherry Valley Loft.
