It was the middle of the afternoon, the young super saiyan found himself sitting on a small piece of land in the middle of the river that had ran through mount Paozu. He would've been near the waterfall. The water flowing by him and the sound of it gently falling off the edge of the mountain sounded quite nice, it was peaceful. It was a shame that Athren wasn't aware of this before. It would've been the perfect place for one to think about their lives. Hell, would've made for a relaxing place to train too. At the moment Athren was in his heavy weighted training gear. Which was basically just his usual saiyan chest plate equipped with weights. He had his green scouter over his eye. He laid down flat against the green patch of land that lay in the river. He had his eyes closed, his hands were rested softly behind his head to give himself some comfort. Currently, the sun had been hiding behind a large cloud. The skies were a beautiful blue.
It was almost like he had been dreaming, this was way too good to be true. Less than a week ago he was stuck in hell and he thought he'd never have the opportunity to get out. He figured once you died you'd be stuck their forever, of course this was with the exception of the dragon balls that he had heard so much about. Even then, why didn't Kaiyo go round them up and bring him back? Did she know that he died? Regardless, he was just happy to be back.
@bee Apologies for the short post, have to go do stuff. >.< If you can't work with this let me know and I'll do an edit. Heavy Weights equipped! Athren's just chillin'!

(Gonna set the area as a happy environment Fallout 4 too.... >.>) Bee was feeling so good! She had recently just been accepted onto this planet as a guest! She wasn't considered a threat to the locals, just as a very unique Saiyan who loves feelings and hearts. Odd for a Saiyan such as Bee to be so affectionate. She didn't like death like her kin does. Instead, she loves fighting as a challenge instead. She doesn't wanna take anyone out of their misery. Instead, just have fun! She slowly walks down the river, feeling all happy and good about being accepted here on this odd little planet. Vegeta was a baron place compared to Earth. Earth had birds, fish, trees, and even little bugs named after her! BEES! She actually noticed a bee land on her chest, as she looks down at it and smiles. "Awww, hey there little guy! How goes the honey?" she says in a funny tone. Bee wasn't crazy and just talking to some random bee... She was just lonely... She feels like everyone around here isn't one hundred percent happy of her presence. She is a saiyan after all. The bee slowly flies off, "Hey! Wait up!" and that's where the chase began!
Bee sprinted towards the bee, trying to find the hive of this little creature's home. She was fascinated by life here and wanted to understand the bee's way of life more. "Don't you dare think I'll ignore you!" but that quickly ended when the bee flies off the edge. Bee quickly runs off, "Ahhhh crap!" and falls quickly down and rolls across the hill of the waterfall. Her visible limbs get covered in dirt as her armor does too! She quickly slams against a rock where Athren happened to be near to see that. She'd twitch a bit before slowly pushing herself up. "Fine, mean bee... I guess we don't have to be friends..." She said looking up and before her lies the Saiyan! She quickly stood still, looking at Athren as she was still on the ground, covered in dirt. He was... actually cute. Her face turning red, she looked at herself. She was completely disgusting! Dirt was all over her face and and body she felt embarrassed! She quickly panicked, "H-Hi...! I'm so sorry to disturb you! I was being... well... stupid!" she says blushing all over her face. She doesn't know what to do but stands there in shock in front of the Saiyan. Was he an ass like the rest of their kind? Or was he like Bee? She couldn't move do to her embarrassment!

At the moment the young saiyan warrior found himself dozing in and out of sleep. It was hard not too, the peaceful sound of the river flowing around him. The blue skies covering him. The moisture in the air from the water that tumbled down. It was all perfect. Not to mention he believed he didn't have to worry about any kind of fighting happening around here. There hadn't been any sign of Emer for quite some time, that saiyan hunter he met before. Koramund was dead, hell. Other than that one who killed him he didn't know of anybody whom wanted him dead. Things were finally starting to look upwards for the young saiyan. He didn't have really anything to worry about any more. It was a nice change of pace for him.
It was in that moment that Athren could hear a voice faintly in the distance, who the hell would've been way out here? Somebody coming to train maybe, or was it somebody coming to relax as Athren was? Whatever the reason, Athren had figured that there would've been a slim to none chance of bumping into somebody here. Eventually the voice had gotten closer and closer. Athren sat up and opened his eyes as his right eyebrow arched out of curiosity. At the moment, it had sounded like a woman. At this point he assumed it would've been a woman just out for a nature hike, or some kind of berry picker. He figured whomever it was wouldn't bother him, but of course he just so happened to be very wrong.
With his ocean blue eyes scanning the area he just so happened to catch the female taking a tumble and taking quite a rough landing. She had gotten all covered with dirt. It was quite amusing to be honest, especially since she didn't know that Athren had been sitting there. Athren was going to get up and offer her assistance but she seemed to recover quite fine. She didn't hesitate and she obviously wasn't hurt seriously. It would've been an impressive feat for a human, but upon closer look Athren realized she wasn't human. She had been a saiyan warrior, one that he hadn't seen before. This wasn't what he expected, maybe it was a leftover fighter from the invasion? Maybe it was somebody like him, just taking refuge on the Earth? Regardless of whatever her reason for being here was, Athren was going to be polite until things turned violent which of course he had hoped wouldn't have happened. It didn't take very long but she closed out one of his guessed pretty quick, she apologized and seemed quite nervous. Plus her face happened to turn the colour of a tomato. It was kind of cute. Trying to be polite as he could Athren stood up slowly, a light smile grew on his face. "Relax, Will you? You didn't do anything wrong and you weren't being stupid." At this point Athren paused for a moment, his tone was quite relaxed and kind. He wanted to insure that she didn't get any hostile vibes from him.
Once more Athren spoke up, This time stating his guess about her. "I'm assuming you're new to the Earth? I heard you talking to a bee. To me, It sounds like you're just trying to adapt. It happens to all of us, trust me on that one." He'd say to reassure his previous statement, he wanted her to believe she wasn't being stupid. There was a learning process to visiting new planets and exploring was one of them. Sure, talking to a bee wasn't the most common thing to do but how was one supposed to learn, right? Whatever it was, he was positive that this was going to be an amusing conversation. Though to be fair he was actually quite impressed with himself, usually he was quite shy around women but with her he was actually be quite upfront and straight. Maybe this was because she was embarrassed by her actions? Whatever it was, Athren was quite pleased with his straight talking.

Bee felt nervous as heck with him. She wasn't too sure whether she should be scared or not... This was a saiyan after all! However... He seemed soft and kind compared to the rest of their kind. She quickly pulled herself up, and sat down crossed legged. She would rub the back of her head, "I'm really sorry... I'm just not aggressive like the rest of us... I was known as weak in the Saiyan's Pride thing. Honestly, it's a bunch of baloney if you ask me. I don't find blowing up people funny or satisfying-," then she realized something. She was letting herself out towards a stranger... "Gahhh~ forgive me! I am indeed not from Earth... I'm from supposedly Planet Vegeta but I was thrown on a random planet as an infant to exterminate a local population and ended up doing so in great shame... I felt horrible cause I couldn't control it in my 'horrible' form... I tried going back to it in a pod and escaped Vegeta but ended up here on Earth," she said in a sad tone...
She felt a little sad about the subject but she sighed and pressed on, "I think the planet was stripped down and destroyed so I guess I really don't have a home. I hated the SSE because they had a bunch of things going on... They all picked on me because when I would fight, I'd always spare my opponent and I'd get punished for it. Sounds kinda stupid but for a Saiyan... I really hate killing people. I just wanna fight for fun! That's all..." She was frowning at this point but she wipe her cheek to brighten herself up and come to realize it was just the past, "I was talking to that little bug... It's funny how they're called bees when that's actually my name! Bee at least, without an s... I was trying to adapt to this place like you said with the wildlife because I didn't want to expose myself towards the population on this planet."
She had a straight face at this point. She was nervous or scared anymore of the Saiyan but rather more open towards him. She looked at his eyes and rather amazed that a Saiyan such as himself had these eyes. She's heard of Saiyans with eye colors like that and has even seen some but they're extremely rare. She even saw a Saiyan with green eyes once but that's even more rare. She sighed, "I'm just... sad is all. I don't really have anywhere to go. I'm pretty much like a refugee... I met Natto the other day and was nice after he got me out of my Great Ape but I'm still lost out here on Earth. I don't belong here, at least I don't think so... I've been hiding for a week now, scared that the SSE is hunting me down but in reality I'm sure they're trying to settle down riots and protests in Vegeta about their change in commands," she said. day She'd sigh once more and look down, before snapping herself back into check. She'd look up at the Saiyan, "Enough about my lame life... What's your story?"

At the moment Athren stood quite firmly, his posture was straight and his arms crossed tightly against his chest. It wasn't that he was trying to be rude or indicate that he was bored, it was simply his normal posture. When she sat down and crossed her legs Athren gave her a faint smile. He thought it was a sign that she was comfortable being in his presence which was a good thing. He didn't want to come off as the angry kind of guy. He stood quietly as she spoke and attempted to take in every little detail she mentioned and focus on any signs of physical expression towards her own words. He was really trying his best to understand how she felt about the situations she spoke of. Though, it had seemed kind of odd. Both of them had been labelled as weak and had a similar lifestyle when they were on Vegeta. Both of them had happened to get to Earth unintentionally and both of them had been kind hearted. It was quite the coincidence.
When it was his turn to talk Athren spoke up softly. "Firstly, You really need to stop apologizing. There isn't anything to apologize for." He had said this reassuringly. "If you don't like blowing things up or having that saiyan pride thing going, that's your own business and nobody else. Secondly, forgive you for opening up? Hell, If I didn't want to be here talking to you I would've flown away already." Athren paused for another second before dropping another comment regarding the situation. "It isn't very often a pretty, kind, saiyan woman comes tumbling into my life. Might as well make the best of it." Moving on Athren decided to touch onto the topic that she had mentioned of Oozaru and killing a species. He knew how saiyans operated so he knew how it went. It wasn't always the best situation to be in but sometimes you just didn't have a choice. Athren could relate to this as he couldn't control his Oozaru. He never had the opportunity to learn and at this stage in time he believed he didn't have too. As long as he avoiding looking into the full moon he would've been fine. "It's safe to assume you meant Oozaru when you said monster? In all honesty I wouldn't be too hard on yourself, it wasn't something you can prevent easily, especially when you're just a kid transforming for the first time. I can't control it either and at this point in my life it's a completely useless transformation."
Figuring he'd be spending some time here Athren took a moment to sit down in front of her. He maintained at least five feet of distance in between them. When he was sat down Athren lifted his hand up to his scouter and turned it off. Not only did he turn it off but he rested it softly on the grass beside him. He didn't want to be rude and he wanted her to know that all attention was on her. Now there wouldn't be any distractions, with the exception of an incoming power level IF one had decided to present itself but Athren was almost positive that something along those lines wouldn't have happened.
Thinking about her words again before he started to speak, Athren debated on offering her a place at his house. There was more than enough supplies and beds for a maximum of six people. She'd be safe their and have full access to it whenever she had wanted but he figured it may have been too soon. He just met the girl, he wouldn't want to spook her off. Plus, he wasn't sure about it's current conditions. Considering he had offered a bed to the twelve year old. Getting back on track it was Athren's turn to speak about his life.
"Well, My story and yours.. They've got some similarities. " Is what he had started with. At this moment his ocean blue eyes would've made an effort to lock onto hers. His arms stretched back and his hands planted on the soft grass so he could lean back. "When I was born I was instantly an outcast. It seems that our race didn't exactly approve of my blue eyes or my gray tail. I was different than they were, I wasn't accepted among my peers, I was labelled as a weak, freak. Instead of being shipped off to conquer a planet like you were I simply got stuck in saiyan camp." Thinking back he remembered all the beatings he received, all the punishment. It wasn't a pleasant scenario but even then he never refused to quit. "I grew up, training along our race and getting constant beatings. Until one day three of them decided to jump me when I was drunk. They beat me to a pulp, tossed me into a saiyan pod and shipped me off here. I thought it would've been over with, but was I wrong." He paused once again, he tried to recall all the details that happened to him since then in order.
"Landing on Earth I figured I was safe, but this planet isn't the greatest either. It's full of good, yet it's got its bad. Those three same saiyans came to take be back so I'd be punished for going AWOL. In a fight with the three an Earthling girl helped me defeat them. "Long story short, I moved into her place and brought a puppy with me." At this time he remembered Sprocket. He was bold but he wasn't overly bad. He was always there to brighten up the saiyans day. Athren would've caught himself with a light smirk on his face as he thought about it. "Then I had met a saiyan hunter. Much stronger than me, Having my dog had saved my life. He didn't want to fight there because of the innocent life of the puppy. It worked out well, but it was in that moment that I focused all my time and efforts to get strong enough to beat him." He paused for a moment once more. "I never did get that fight, hell. Don't even know what happened to the guy."
"After that, things were quite peaceful. Had the odd violent encounter, trained with a friend. Spent time with the puppy. Life was good, then it all had changed." Currently, Athren couldn't believe he was opening up to her like he was. He had issues trusting people. The twelve year old didn't get much out of him, neither would anybody else. So why was she? It didn't add up? Maybe, it was the friendly vibe and how she had opened up? Whatever it was, Athren was kind of enjoying getting all this out and off his chest. He didn't speak about his sins or his guilt to anybody, until now. "After I froze up in a fight and failed to back up my friend, I followed him back to the lookout. He was angry, he called me weak." At this time Athren glanced down to the ground. His eye contact with Bee completely gone. "It set me off, I felt like I was back on planet Vegeta. I attacked him. We fought and he had me pinned down, he taunted me, tormented me and even snapped my wrists. At that moment I completely lost it all, In a rage I transformed into a super saiyan. In the heat of the moment and being overwhelmed by my new found power I accidentally ended his life." Slowly, Athren's eyes would've rose back up to meet hers. "At this point in my life I got overwhelmed by power, I was on the verge of going on a destructive rampage. Until an invasion of West Capital happened. I went to ensure that my room mates and my dog were okay, so I got into the fight. When things got tough, everybody I knew abandoned me. I got hit by a blast and woke up in hell" It might've sounded odd for anybody who hadn't been to hell, but.. he was speaking the truth.
"Spent a handful of months there, got my body back and made a deal with a demon. Now I'm here! Been back for a week roughly. Just trying to enjoy this time around and take in all the sights, no point in rushing my life away with trying to become the strongest. Right?" He wouldn't turned his smirk into a smile at this point. He reminded himself that he forgave himself for his wrongs and that he needed to focus on making the future right.
"Oh, by the way Bee. I almost forgot an introduction! I'm Athren, It's a pleasure to meet you."

Bee slowly sat there slightly embarrassed because he looked annoyed by her apologizing a lot. Bee was used to being nice all the time that she thought apologizing would show that she actually cared. She slowly smiled and nodded, "A-Alright..." he was then lighting up to her. Even... flirting! She blushed a bit, "Oh well... Let's not get that far now... I'm not that special in any way!" From there she sat there, just listening to his story. He had so much to explain and it was a lot! He was in a similar spot like Bee was and even had similar situations happen to them. The people of Vegeta didn't treat them right at all. Her tail continued to sway around as she listened.
It was actually amazing with his story how he got this far. Hell and back? Meeting a demon? Now just trying to enjoy his time? Seems like he's at peace finally but Bee didn't want to be rude and interrupt up him through all that. Something tells her that he wasn't someone to underestimate either. He must be strong if he went this far. She laid back after his story and finally he said his name to her. Athren... Unique! She smiled, "It's a pleasure to meet you, Athren!" she said in a pleasured tone. She slowly and finally got herself up. "So... What is it that you do around here? Are you actually apart of any groups or are you alone out here with no friends?"
Clearly Bee had some interests for him. She was just curious to see what his social status was like her own being a nobody to everyone around here. "Say... If you want to.. we can spar! I actually love fighting! Just... don't beat me to a pulp and myself not beating you down right?" she said in a soft tone. She was wanting to challenge him in a friendly spar! Would he take this! Bee gave him a smile that'd hopefully give in on this! She wanted to see if he was strong. After all... Saiyans love someone interesting to be strong as heck!

All in all, Athren was actually enjoying this woman's company. Though it was quite an unusual encounter. She claimed that she wasn't that special in any way, Athren had decided he'd be the judge of that. Though he wouldn't say anything to her until he made up his mind. He knew he couldn't rush anything, and he knew that he wanted to get to know her quite well. Hell, Bee had even managed to blush a little bit at his remark on her looks. She was definitely unique but that was a good thing. She then followed with another question. "Well, Lately I've been scoping out the landscape and relaxing. Taking in all that this planet has to offer. I train here and there, but not as much as I used too." He paused for a moment to break apart the Earth talk with his current friend situation. "As far as groups go, It's pretty well just me. I've got a twelve year old saiyan brat who might be moving into my place though. Think I might train him, he's got potential. Otherwise, I try to keep to myself." He said looking up to her.
It was in that moment that she asked him to spar, was she crazy? Hell, she must have been. Athren knew he was way above her in power. She didn't stand a chance against him. Though the idea did bring a light smile to his face. Before he arose to his feet the young saiyan warrior gripped his green scouter and equipped it onto his head. "So, You want to spar? Sure, I'll spar." He paused for a moment as he placed his left hand on his right shoulder, he then proceeded to rotate his right arm around in circles. In all honesty Athren was quite curious of what Bee was capable of. Maybe she was suppressing her power like he currently was? Whatever happened, Athren was kind of excited. It was a long time since he's had a friendly spar, it was refreshing even. "Though, You've got to promise me that you aren't going to hold back at all. I want you fighting with everything you've got." Of course, Athren was going to hold back. He wasn't going to go all out. He couldn't. If she wasn't hiding her power Athren would've snapped her like a twig. Though he found himself in a tough situation, he didn't want to break her nor discourage her by holding back. He figured he'd just have to wing it. "Also, If you start winning. Don't stop attacking." Athren wanted to be sure she wouldn't stop attacking. If she had been holding something back and took the battle in her favour, Athren would've busted out super saiyan. Though he didn't want to do that if she held back an assault and let him.
After he had finished his stretching Athren took firm battle stance. His ocean blue eyes shined with excitement as they would've locked onto hers. His feet were spread accordingly, his hands and arms in a perfect position. His posture full of confidence and a devilish smirk on his face. He could feel the excitement rushing through his veins as his heartbeat pounded a slight bit quicker. A light breeze blew across the landscape and upon the two fighters, Athren's hair ruffled in the wind lightly. The cool air a nice sensation on his skin. It was the perfect combination with the moisture in the air from the waterfall. This was indeed a perfect place to spar, now one could only hope that they didn't screw it up too badly. All he had to do now was wait and see what she did. He was sure that this was going to be interesting. Athren took a battle stance. He is now awaiting Bee to make a move.

After all that, Bee actually felt comfy with Athren. He seemed like a nice person and all. She hears him being alone with some young saiyan which is actually cool. The spar however was considered and he even said to never to stop fighting even if he was losing. Perhaps he was actually weak? Bee wasn't too sure but she also knew never to underestimate her opponents. She nodded slowly as she sees Athren get into a battle stance. Her black eyes lock with his blue eyes as she gets into her own battle formation. "You know, it's been awhile since I've done this but I'll give it a shot!" and with that she'd have her own tail wrap around her waste. It was time to begin.
(PL increasing to 4,800)
Bee quickly flies forward in a fast pace! She'd attempt to make her first fist go into his chest. With that the punch would most likely be dodged or something due to his power compared to her. With that Bee would punch dozens of times to attempt to hit Athren in the face! Fist, fist, fist, and more fisting would be seen in a fast pace as she just attempted to get him! Finally, she'd attempt to execute herself with a kick that could be her most powerful blow yet. She'd push herself back to avoid anything else. She'd pant slowly as she used everything she honestly had towards Athren. Athren was tough as hell, he certainly didn't feel like the average fighter someone would fight. Though luckily this was a spar, she was glad it was just that. Bee loved to fight but in a life or death situation it most likely would have been bad because Athren would have wiped her off real quick.
She'd smirk a bit, "Do you like games?" she asked him as if it was a taunting question. Really, she was asking him a humorous funny way rather then a jerky kind of way. She'd slowly pull her right hand up and form it into a finger pistol. She'd wave it around, "Pow! You're dead!" she said in a giggly tone. She was clearly making a scene between them. Luckily no one was around. Her face would turn from a smile to a rather serious look, "Bang..." then suddenly a large ki blast beam that was dark blue would be seen firing off her fingers. If he had paid close attention he'd catch this before it'd hit him. He could simply slap the technique or dodge it. It was Bee's best technique. Hopefully, she didn't look mean when she showed it off though... She did kinda look serious!

Athren would've smirked lightly as she commented on how she hadn't done this in a while. He didn't know if she was just trying to trick him or if she actually hadn't. Regardless of the answer to that question, Athren was positive that he wanted her to try her absolute best. He didn't want her holding back, not one bit! Before she attacked Athren replied to what she had said. "Just try your best, alright?" In all honesty, Athren assumed he'd have the win. As far as he was concerned he was the only super saiyan in the universe. He hadn't met any others and it was a legendary transformation. He was almost positive that he'd never be defeated by another saiyan. Of course, he was very wrong but he didn't know that.
It was in that moment that Bee had closed the gap between them. Her first strike was a punch towards his chest. From Athren's perspective it had all seemed to go in slow motion. It could've been the power level difference or just his focus, but he wasn't going to let it land on the mark. Quickly and without and hesitation Athren brought his right hand up and placed it in the way of the punch. Her first hit his palm firmly but would've stopped dead in it's tracks. There was absolutely no give to Athren's hand. It was after this that she had decided it was a good idea to unleash a barrage of fists towards the young Saiyans face. In all honesty it wasn't very difficult for Athren to move his head around them all, though for a few of them his arms came up and redirected them away from his face. After the barrage was finished she had brought her foot around to give him a solid kick to the head. In an instant Athren brought up his forearm and slammed it into her leg to stop the attack dead in it's tracks. She had then leaped back. With a bit of distance between the two she decided to joke with him. Athren couldn't help but arch a brow in curiosity. "Do I like games?" He repeated as he stood straight. His fighting posture completely gone at this point. He didn't have any kind of response to her question. He didn't know how to answer that.
Thankfully, she had said something else to break Athren's quietness. She had claimed him dead, she was joking obviously but he couldn't help but smirk lightly because of it. Her hand formed in the shape of a gun, It swung over and pointed at Athren. He didn't budge, he refused to move an inch. He stared it down and simply waited. BANG! In that moment a beam shot across the land towards Athren. He waited, calmly, patiently for it to arrive at his location. With one swift movement of his right hand he backhanded the beam into the distant mountainside. When that was done, Athren brought his hand back down to his side.
He noticed that she was panting already, "Already breathing heavy?" He said to her, his tone was more serious than before. Though he originally intend to take it very easy, old habits came back. Athren had never been in a spar with somebody on this much of a lower level than him. His excitement and his thrill to fight completely erased that. "My turn." He said as he rushed forward. He closed the gap almost instantly. He would've cocked back his left fist as if he was going to unload it on her but as he reached her, he brought his right fist around. It was aimed for her jaw. It would've had everything he had to give behind it. If this connected, the poor girl could've been knocked out. Of course, Athren wouldn't have realized what he did until it happened. Guess he'd have to wait and see. --------------------------
