So the current list of 'titled' characters is a bit sparse, we've got Earth boasting 3 Masters, Namek with 3 as well, but Vegeta and Arcose have 1 each, on top of that Earth is the only planet with masters that actually possess 'Special' techniques (aside from the Moon Ball). My proposition is to change that up a bit and give Vegeta and Arcose proper positions, positions that grant either special techniques or something akin to the unique bonuses the Guardian can provide. Additionally as with how the Turtle and Crane schools work(and the standard 'buy a school style' masters) would provide a Special Technique, and 2 Basic techniques(ideally a SU and N1)
I havent written anything up for Namek currently for two reasons, 1 Namek is destroyed(FOR NOW!) and

New Specials
Final Spirit Cannon (Bardock's big technique)
Nothing here concept wise yet, any suggestions for this or for a different technique would be great.
Flame Ballet (Toma's technique)
It's used to set people on fire so perhaps a damage over time style technique, does 100% power on hit, then 66% power next turn, then 33% power the turn after, close to 200% power but the drawback being that it gives the opponent time to beat you before it takes them down. To avoid wierd senzu bean shenanigans perhaps it cant be used on someone who is already afflicted by it.
Death Ball
From what I can tell this is currently a standard tech, but perhaps upgrading it to a be a proper special might be a good idea? Ideas for it perhaps could be that it is a 200% technique that charges at the standard 100% MP3 rate but maxes out at 400% (making it 1% stronger than a 3 Charge Kikoho, but without the ability to go beyond with a 4charge to hit 500) Maybe max it out at 300% to keep Kikoho badass?
Imprisonment Ball
Not sure on the specifics on how this one should/could work, perhaps it works as a sort of anti-barrier, its an attack that if it hits places an opponent in a barrier to confine them, and if they break out or by your command it explodes causing 33% of your power in unblockable damage(as it is literally right on them) useful for escaping a thread or locking up an opponent so an ally can get a longer charge going.
Obviously I have not provided a full list of what everyone 'should' have so along with critiques on the actual work-ability of this perhaps people can drop some suggestions as to what they should have, or suggestions for something else to be utilized rather than my ideas for specials.
